I have placed an order with dominos on 11 Sep 2015 at Gacchibowli, Hyderabad order no 404 at 8:30pm which they stated that delivery in 30mins or free. I waited for 30 mins and my food ordered didn't reached me, I waited for another 30 mins and my order still didn't reached me. I tried calling dominos but no one picked my call and after sometimes they kept the receiver of telephone away to make phone busy for another one hour. I was very hungry and eagerly waited for my food to reach me. I was not having any option to get food from outside as it was already to late. I did not received any call from dominos stating about my order delay. After 11:15pm I tried calling dominos store again then at time they picked my phone and said they will deliver my food now and my wait again started again. After around half an hour one person rang my bell and said sir your pizza and asked me for full money I said for what full money as your already more than 2 hours late, he said give money or I will take pizza back, I looked at pizza it was completely cold and box got wet with steam, I said please take this pizza back.

    Hi, I tried ordered pizza through online payment via paytm on date 11/09/2015. My monet got deducted from my account. Paytm money also deducted from account and then it showed paymwnt failed please try again. My order is of 370 Rs. And no customer care number found for dominos . what about myoney deducted? When i contact paytm they told me you have to contact dominos for this payment failed. Please do needful. My email id is jatin.[protected]@shephertz.co.in Contact : [protected]

      While ordering pizza online on 11th Sept 2015, i opted for paytm wallet for making my payment of Rs 488 for domios pizza. However my money got deducted from my bank account while my order was not placed. So after complaing to paytm, i tried to order again from my payumoney account. This morning i got the paytm reply that your transaction was succesfull and you should contact dominos for the same. After reading the below complaints on this forum, i am sure it was some techical problem as many persons faced the same. It was a relief that i was not alone.         Hi, I adopted the following course of action: a)Placed an order with Dominos b)Poceeded for payment of the same through PayTM The amount got debited from my PayTM Wallet and no order was placed (Order No: DPT[protected] Amount: Rs 600 Date of transaction:11 sept 2015) High degree o[censored]nprofessionalism from Dominos. I want you to take action against this at the earliest and give me the refund back

          There is a failure in placing the order from dominos. So amount has been debited but order has not been placed .Please do needful. As there is no customer care number for domino i was unable to contact them

                I have placed an order from Dominos Pizza, shoprix mall, Sec-61, Noida, 201301, today 11th Sep 2015. Pizza delivery boy came with wrong order. Moreover, pizza was cold and burnt. While asking, delivery boy said I deliver whatever is given to me, I don't check anything and don't care about that. I did not make the payment and then dominos manager called me saying that order was right and you need to make the payment. While I said to come and check the pizza, he was misbehaving on phone and saying have it free from my side. I am not sure what kind of attitude it is and completely dissatisfactory services.                   As per dominoes tagline the pizza is to be delivered within 30 minutes otherwise it is free . Today i ordered pizza which was delivered to me after 1 hour of placing the order and was not even fresh and even after late delivery they were not willing to give the pizza for free and the manager was misbehaving on phone due to which i kept my order wit me and asked the delivery boy to bring the manager in person if he wanted money from me. These companies try to make a fool out of the customer everyday and after that try to provide justification for their wrong doings . Manager has still not responded to me after this incident

B. Mehta Road, Final Plot No. 273 Of Tps Iii, Cts No. 5809, Village Ghatkopar, ghatkopar (e), mumbai - 400075, [protected] and what i get that worst pizza i get.No more cheese when i ordered cheese burst and no proper packaging as well as no tissue paper even if...I mean the quality they providing is worst .

                      I have placed an order order no 407 at 19.42 hours online with payment online amounting to Rs582.I have received the order at 22.15 hours that to with lots of telephonic persuasion.food was neither warm nor fresh even the order was not same.to fool me the bill supplied by you shows delivery time as 21.00 hours where as i have made a call to your store at 21.22 hours from my alternative cell [protected].

                        I have given the order at 8:03 PM today which is there on the receipt, but was totally got missplaced by domminozz at Shoppers Orbit Vishrantwadi center. After initial follow ups for alomst 4 time, they said that order is on the way to displach. But when it was not recived for more than two hours. when made a call several times, they said the order was not prepared yet. This is the worst thing happened with me when I had guest at home. I fight with them to cancel my order but they said sorry for it and asked me to wait for some more time, Its 10:25 now but still I have not received it. Order details are as below One more thing: The order was not as per given, no extra topping was added. This is second pain.                           We ordered pizzas from your trichy franchise on 11/9/15 to SRM college trichy in the name of sai varun for rs.2873. ..we were supposed to receive the order in 1 and half hours (7.p.m).Instead we received the order on 8 .15 p.m.we had already informed about our situation and were expecting the order by 7p.m beyond which our college rules doesnt permit any deliveries...We were highly disappointed by this delivery .so i recommend you to consider tgis issue so that we order from our favourite dominos again .

                            Hi my name is satish sanghwaan ...before some days I was ordered a pizza combo in jasola store my name order number is 265 on 4 sept at 7.34 ...the order was 6 min late according to your bill timing and your delivery boy is agreed that his 6 min late but still he make a call to store and talking with someone and ask her for giving late or not..and ur manager mr pranay call me and told me that four pizza is a bulk order ...but I said to him that my order is a pizza mania combo...but your manager is not ready to give us late and straight away denied and after sometimes mr lokchand call me and straight away denied for late...and he was said to me that whatever I can do just do it I dont care..because one of my he was ur ex employee the name is rohit he was standing with me so delivery boy name is ishwar he told to your manager that rohit is there. .so manager having some personal issues with him..thats he is not give me the late ...I dont think that dominos merge personal issue with the job and your manager is so rude and having full of arrigant and ego ..and mis using the power of manager..after 1 hour I accept the order beacuse at that time im very hungry so I have to pay for that order. ..im very disappointed with the dominos and your personal issue with the employee. ..and in future and im not going to give any order in dominos for this unbelievable experience ...and worst experience of my life dominos your services 3rd class. ..dominos looser as compared to other brands thanks dominos

                              The branch of domino's pizza in kharagpur west bengal is doing a dirty unfair and unethical business. They are delivering in a large area in normal days and on special discount days they are refusing same area based customers to deliver. This should be stopped and they should be punished.

                                I orderd pizza online worth rs475 on dated 06/09/2015 and this is the reply i got from them (Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. In case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted )so i want my refund as soon as possible otherwise i'll submit the application to consumer court.

                                  Coupon given by mira road branch Steal a deal that states for every 300rs..get a discount of 100rs..upon asking for the offer in a branch right at juhu..the rep named Ravi said the coupon can be availed between 12pm-6pm..wherein no terms or conditions on coupon is written. .upon asking Ravi, , he mentioned dominos forgot to mention the timings and many other terms on the coupon and simply threw away the coupon..frustrating...need a reply asap...

                                    I visited DOMINOS HONG KONG BAZAR, Shop no 12, 13, Sushant Lok 2, Gurgaon, Haryana on 7th Sept 8:24 pm With order no 154 and invoice no DPI66036/15-16/45174 & 176. Concern: I Ordered Combo Meal for 2 @549 which includes medium non-veg pizza+coke+any side. So I decided to order Chef's Chicken Choice + Coke + Choco Lava Cake as it was mentioned in the menu(any side). However the person at the counter decided not to include Choco Lave Cake in the side and stated that system is not picking the entry as it is a dessert. I contested by saying that even Choco Lava Cake is mentioned in sides in the menu and there are no fine prints also which says it shouldn't be included in Combo for 2. This is clear cheating and misleading the customers. If it is written as any sides it should be any sides. In the end I had to order Choco Lava Cake separately which costed me Rs 106 extra. Today was my worst experience with Dominos as I am very disappointed and would never come to Dominos again. Staff who did not cooperate were Dayawan & Ankur as they were not ready to listen and kept on saying that system wasn't accepting the combo with Choco Lava Cake even if it is a part of sides. I want a really strong message to be communicated to the Dominos team in Hong Kong Bazar and want a revert with the action taken. I was a frequent visitor at dominos and always rated excellent about the services but now my opinion has changed to worse and make sure that this gets communicated to maximum audience.                                       Hi, My name is Gauresh Patil i had placed a order for pizaa from jankalyan nagar and the rep contacting me informs that the order with take 45 mins to reach me because my apt is out of the delivery zone, the order is placed to outlet which is not even 10 mins from my apt. Then why cant the delivery be with in 30 mins, It seem that the people u have hired don't know how to do the job correctly apart from that the rep u have to call the customers are rude and in competent to answer calls and query even the manager does not have proper customer handling skills, This is the last time I might order from dominos...

                                        I was requested for dominos pizza which they have not deliver more than an hour and when i called to dominos then they are not ready to give my money back which i paid online and also they are not giving guarantee when they will deliver the pizza. need my full money back
