On 21/8 /15 i ordered a pizza on dominos india website.During my last payment step i.e after entering one time password, i got a message from bank saying Rs 336 has been debited on POS 00005077 and txn#[protected].I didn't receive any message from dominos regarding the order.Even i didn't receive refund yet.I even contacted Billdesk IN regarding this and they say amount has been transfered to the merchant. Please help me in this issue

From Dominos, got the call regarding my complaint 2037973. They are asking to come down to the restaurant with bank mini statement to check. I asked to sent them in mail but they don't have any mail id. What is this. When I ordered the pizza online they have denied me to deliver in mentioned range in website. Now asking me to come down resrurent why??? I need money back for which you took order and did not deliver although it was in the range mentioned in your website. Regards- himanahu

I ordered a Veggie Paradise Pizza, 2 tacos, a stuffed garlic bread and a choco lava cake from Dominos Baramunda Outlet on 2nd August 2015(Wednesday).We regularly order pizzas and other items from there. I ordered 5 pizza's for delivery from okhla phase 1 new delhi order number 99 on 03/09/2015, the person shows up at about 45 mins later and 4 out of 5 pizza's had this weird cheese on them looking like yeast infection or something. it smelt bad, it tasted bad, cheese was terrible. after a complaint pizza's were resent an they still tasted and looked the same. thats pathetic all money wasted and all of my guests were still hungry. what explanation can dominos give me for that. i want my money back.

I have given home delivery order for pizza and also ordered for mayonise cheese dip The person who delivered our pizza doesn't brought that dip As I instruct him to bring back that dip .Niether he came back nor the dip. If your service would be like this than definetly you people are loosing your customers From- bangalore

Again on 2.9.15 at sanjay place agra i ordered golden corn from pizza mania with order no 33 and i got to know that only pan base available all just to torcher customer when i ask the order taking girl shivani what is the reason she replied OUT OF STOCK i just shocked why always normal pizza base is out of stock and pan base is available Is this fraud creating Or company is in loss

The order was delivered after 1.5 hrs of placing it. On asking diff people gave 3 diff. excuses.Rush, Accident of delivery boy, The fuel in the vehicle got over. Yesterday on 30th august 2015 we hav placed order at 5.46pm and dominos delivery boy reached our place at 6.30pm it means he was late but he didnt gve us frèe pizza nor he has regret on his face... he has taken back his pizza and went away. I am really angry as well as disappointed with the promising factor of 30 min or free factor...

I was trying to order pizza via Dominos app. Everything was going smooth as I was redirected to payment page where I filled my Debit card details and password and hit pay button. Today (30/08/2015) I had ordered pizza from dominos yelahanka satellite town for pick up at around 2000 hrs. I had ordered thru discount coupon no CRM11E14266C. the topping of the two large pizzas was absolutely horrible and the toppings if any were around somewhere in the middle. whatever images I had seen online and what I got was absolutely different and miserable. this is the first and last time I am ever going to have pizzas from dominos as little known joints offer better quality at a lesser price. Hello, I have placed an order as below for INR 402 through Domino's website. I placed the order at 8:17 PM and I receive a call by 8:45 PM saying we can't deliver the order as they don't know the place. Last time I placed a similar order and food was delivered from same domino's shop. Now I don't understand why they can't deliver the food. I haven't received my money back yet nor a cancellation notification from this shop. I need a immediate refund of the money, if they are not delivering the food. Hi, I had ordered for a combo (349). The pizza got delivered in 33 minutes and not free. Then on checking found out that they had given us the wrong pizza. On calling the store they said they'll get it delivered in 10 minutes. It's been an hour as I type this and the delivery isn't here. At that time in store my net pack didnt work properly so i make a call on toll free num given in the same msg by company. The call attender transfer my call to sapru marg store to given my order. Total cost before tax was Rs 465. There was no discount coupon provided in the window of special offers( 20% discount) for orders above Rs 350. However I clicked Special offers window and placed the order, thinking that at the end before final billing 20% discount would be provided. It did not happen anyway . Why? It is your mistake of not providing the coupon code in the "special offers window" itself. My order no 98 from Kanakapura, Bangalore.
