Yesterday i ordered pizza on phone from dominos mayur vihar phase 1 shantiniketan market delhi by the name tanpreet kaur mobile [protected].The pizza came when i paid the money the boy said its already paid its an online order and payment has been made online.i told the guy we ordered on phone the cross checked and said payment is done.the guy left without the payment saying its paid.then after one hour atleast 20 calls came with misbehaviour for non payment.ms vidushree was misbehaving stating to blacklist me.i was travelling and this became a pain to me.next day again the dominos guy vijay came outside my office and started saying that he has come to take payment.its so embarressing.i totally want a service recovery for the misbehavior done with me by these two staff.

    I placed a on order online and made the payment too. The Payment Successful and Placing Order page was displayed and the process of placing order too like for ever. The webpage was showing the processing flow and it never stopped. So after about 15 mins, I called the store(nearest to me which is the AS Rao Nagar Branch in Hyderabad) and the person said that my order din't come through and asked me to wait for another 15 mins, I did, but nothing happened and so I called the store again and this time the Store manager said that a similar issue happened a week or so ago and I would be getting back my money in 5 day and it has been 5 days. So here I am bringing the issue to your notice. I hope someone will please look into it. The following are the details of the bank transaction which just gives the BillDesk number. 29-Oct[protected]Oct-2014) POS PRCH POS[protected] Billdesk.com SBIPG (The order was placed around 8 PM) The amount on the Order was 959.00 Rs.     Even i have the same problem from the same store AS Roa nagar hyderabad.MY order was around 8:30 PM.MY bill amount is Rs1735. MY transaction details was on 25 th october 2014.

    Just post a complain on the Dominos website or email them at [protected]@dominosin.com and my issue got resolved and i got my money back in a week. I hope your issue gets resolved too. :)

      I am here to report this issue i have ordered pizza from dominos store in tumkur n my college is 8kms distance from the store and they are allowed to deliver within 10kms.. n they refuse to give the order below 500!! N all dnt have that money to keep ordering for 500 every time. People who take calls r illiterate half of time they dnt understand what i say in english and they are very very rude. Kindly see into the matter.

        Sir, I have ordered one veg single pizza at the dominoss pizza adress- 114/23 G, deep shikha comp sanjay talkies, sanjay palace, Agra. He had also added one cheesy dip in my bill without telling me. While giving my order then also he didnt tell me about this. When I asked him why you have added this to my bill then he just gave me that cheesy dip. Later have observed that he is adding the cheesy dip in everyones order without anyone ordering it. And he is not listening about the overbilling.then he says ki sir bill ban gaya ab tou. All the evidences can be checked by his cctv footage and the billing what the customers are asking for and why he is doing the overbilling.

          Dear Team, On Saturday i.e. 01st Nov'2014, I have ordered online but didn't receive order number whereas amount has been debited from my account. Same has been confirmed by the helpline regarding the order. They communicated on phone that you will receive refund within 24 hrs but still I have not received the same, Kindly look into this matter and both my transactions which were unsucesssful needs to reversed.           Its high time that dominos should improve its service.I was ordering pizza online and applied coupon no. MOB09.After being successfully applied showing 100% off amount was not deducted from the total amount.It becomes really annoying when company like dominos shows such error and i dont want to order pizza online from your website now onwards

            Hi, I had placed an order amounting of Rs. 978 after I completed all my gateway formalities successfully I was redirected to domino's website but Then I got a message saying we could not deliver your pizza but the amount was deducted from my account towards Domino's. I had been ordering Domino's online for last few years and this has happened to me twice. Last time when it failed I had got an immediate email from domino's about the failed transaction but this time I didn't get that too. Please check and advise.               Ram k k who was my server today..He forgot to put coke in my carrybag... Did added it in bill. And I don't live near so I can't go and collect it now. And second last time when I ordered pizzas one of them was wet..like Someone dropped it in sink. Stop giving bad service. It makes me angry and avoid your products.

                Dear concern, i made an order no.212 at pallav puram, milange mall at 9:42 pm for amounting rs. 306/- but had not got my deliverery of take away. Till 10:20 pm. Ordered made by ankit m, team leader mr. Vikas They hve nt givenn delivery in time at the counter, by that i mossed my bus.                   Hi, My order no: 379 Trace No:20661016 from the Domino's, Chiplunkar road Dombivali east 421201. I order at 8.49 pm on 1/11/2014. Its been more than 1.5 hours and i am still waiting for order. If you cant make in half hour you shouldn't guarantee and should not use it in our marketing strategy

                      I unfortunately ordered pizza online on Dominos website on 2nd October 2014. I placed an pizza order for 590 rupees and the amount got deducted two time. The amount of 590 rupees got deducted twice from my credit card and i when i called dominos pizza helpline number which directed me to the madipakkam store who were serving my order. The front desk executive told me that the amount will be credited in 7 working days. I called on 9th October as the amount was not credit and the frontdesk of madipakkam store asked me to wait for 2 more days. I called them back on 15th October 2014 and also raised a complaint online on dominos website. Some lady from madipakkam store called me to wait for 2 more days or come and collect the amount in madipakkam store after 2 days and closed the complaint. I called on 20th October 2014 again they said they will give me the pizza but the pizza never came. I went to the Madipakkam store and the so called Store manager was very rude and tried to bully me saying the amount is credited from their end. He also spoke to the HDFC credit card customer service from my phone number and the HDFC people confirmed to the store manager that the amount is not credited. The store manager asked me to wait for another 2 days and confirm if the amount is credited or not. I waited and called again on[protected] and spoke to some anil who assured me the resolution in 2 working days. Nothing happened, and i called again today to the same number and some person from call transferred department kept me on hold for 20 mins and disconnected. I called the madipakkam store and they dont have a clue on what to do now. My learnings from all these incidents are. 1. Dominos customer service is pathetic. Every body seems to pass the buck on other person and the issue never gets resolved 2.They will not credit your money back and they will not resptond to you 3. They never stick to timelines, Their sevice in general is poor. They always delivered pizza to me only after two hours of placing the order. 4. Their store managers are either bullies, irresponsible and irresponsive. They never pick your calls. I lost my money but you guys please learn from this and stay away from domios pizza. They are pathetic, irresponsible and cheaters.

                        I am a registered online user of Domino's website. I regularly receive promotional mails wrt to offers from Domino's viz Freaky Friday, Friday Dhamaka etc, which can be availed with coupon codes. However, in the mails no coupon codes are provided. Therefore I do not understand the relevance of sending me such offers / mailers if I cannot avail of the said offered As usual, today when I tried applying online, the Domino's site developed problems. There was no coupon code, although there was 50% off on the second pizza as per the promotional mail as well as the website. Thereafter the site refused to take any order. When we contacted the nearest outlet on Russell Street, Kolkata, to explain the position, no help was forthcoming. Therefore I was obliged to order on phone and forgo the online offer. I ordered 2 large pizzas - 5 pepper and Mexican wave. I fail to understand if the site does not work and the coupons are to be kept secretive, then why circulate promotional mails and fool customers. This is certainly an unfair trade practice. I would appreciate Domino's response to this.

I would like to bring it to your notice that your branch at goregaon, are not giving the proper service to us. Below are the some of points: 1. Not keeping the word of 'delivery in 40 mins'. Every time they are giving the reason of road construction. In weekends or public holidays, its understood but not always. Foe this we need to call them to remind. 2.                             will send you the money and you need to follow up with bank for the
                            same.
                            This is the worst answer any customer can expect. Per Sonali, it is
                            customer's duty to call and follow up with bank. I just don't understand
                            what kind of logic these people follow.They don't even maintain any
                            service tracking number neither they have any complaint number.
                            Seriously worst service i must say.

                              Myself renuka jambhale, have been regular customer of domino's, lately past few months they have been delaying order by 45 to 60 minutes, even though the store is 5 minutes apart, to top it off they not delivering fresh pizzas, Pizza served are cold and seem to be stale, on talking to the manager instead of sticking to their 30 minute or free policy for the ordered medium size fiesta pizza, he was extremely rude and threatened us about not giving service henceforth.

                                I placed an order before 40 minutes and when i called to ask about my order they told the order has already been moved on and the dominos have a time guarantee of 30 minutes but they are not giving the time guarantee now. Its such a fake thing they are doing. They should be charged high for this fake or the company should be banned for this fake.

                                  Hi, This is to inform that I had ordered two Pizzas on 30 Sept 14 (Order Number 52, my contact details Nilanjan Bhattacharya [protected]). After the order was placed I got a call from Dominos that server was down and that the pizza cannot be delivered on time. I asked the same to be delivered within 45 minutes. It was told to me that they cannot give any timeline so I can either cancel or wait. When I asked by how long the same can be delivered (one hour or two hour) i was told that they cannot give any assurance. Money is also deducted from from my credit card account. There was no sign in the website that they were facing any technical issues. I feel that this is totally unacceptable. The most amusing part is online when i refreshed the page where i ordered, it is showing dispatched by Mr. Nayan. I have kept a screenshot of the same as well.                                     Placed an order on Dominos online website, but due to some technical reasons transaction failed and the amount was deducted from my account.I have already dropped a complaint and they said there would be a reply in 2 business days.
