I received the pizza. but for your information I had ordered cheese burst . I have been charged for it . But the pizza i received was not cheese burst . Order No 191 . contact no [protected] . Date 24/10/2014 . I demand money to be refunded immediately for cheese burst . The bill says BU Vg Paradise ( Vw) 455/- . This is not the price including cheese burst . So either call me or arrange refund immediately ....

I am customer of Dominoz pizza for long time more than 6 years till date. But the delivery outlet which Dominoz has in DLF 1 building, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal is the worst of all. I had ordered Classic Chicken Golden Delight pizza today and they delivered me Thin crust pizza. When I call the outlet, no one picks up. The fun part is that the out never picks up any call !!! I have never see such a bad outlet of Dominoz...

This has been most wiered experience where bunch of you have fooled us. We had to wait for 45 mins and no call no sms confirmation. The number is provided no one picks - unable to reach you. When called customer care they transfer to some horamavu store. they dint get this order. further spoke to store manager after repeated calls I got his call, saying order has to be cancelled and they made pizza which is waste! BS. Refund me my money...

Ordered cheese burst but got pan pizza instead. When we called to tell them of the mistake, there is no response. We got the pizza delivered 1.5 hours late. Nobody is picking up the phone and instead are cutting our calls.

We request a refund of our money or a new pizza....

I made online payment of Rs 424/ at around 8pm on 15th Oct to order pizza at the nearest domino's outlet address - rainbow plaza pune - i got msg from the bank of amount deduction from my account but order confirmation was not received. When i called at the outlet, the guy told that they had not received any such request and the amt would be reversed to my account in a week's time...but still the amount Rs 424/- has not been credited....
