Dear Sir, We ordered pizza online for the first time, and we received no receipt of the order confirmation, although the money was deducted. The bill amounted to 351 INR. I am very much concerned about my money. Please rectify the issue asap, and oblige me in reimbursing my cash, that has been deducted. Thank You

    Sir, I purchased gift coupons on 14.6.2014, validation no.9950 from sale's girl Neeru whose cell no is[protected].Coupon code is ADV03 and validity is 31.5.2015.I am living in Malviyanagar Jaipur Raj.I used two coupons in your Malviyanagar outlet.Now outlet persons are refusing to entertain coupons saying these are fake coupons.Could you pl.resolve the issue.Ad. and marketing by Tuleep Promotors.If coupons and marketing company are fake, pl reply so that I can go in consumer court against these persons and your outlet persons.       Dear Sir, We are the regular customer for Dominos and we always order thru online. From past 2/3 times we are facing the issue while ordering using Dominos website. The amount will be deducted but the order won't be confirmed and it happened twice last week (i.e. on 19th Sep 2014) and today as well.       Again we faced the same issue today. I don't know who is maintaining this website every time wer get this error and even though we informed its not rectified. We ordered for an amount of Rs 1, 093 dated 17th Oct 2014.

      Please check on this issue and get it resolved so that customer don't face this problem again and again.

      Thanks and expecting a good and unit erupted service from Dominos.

        Good Evening.
        I am based in London UK.
        I have my relatives staying in Petlad Gujarat India 388450
        My Complaint is as above:
        There was a birthday party at my relatives house on 19th Sept 2014.
        Last month I called Domino's pizza in VIMAWALA ARCADE COMPLEX ANAND on the land line number & had a brief chat with the manager Mr. Rohan about the situation & requested him if it was possible to deliver in Petlad because it was not showing in the delivery area. I also told him that I was happy to pay whatever will be the delivery charges. He assured me that it was not in the delivery area but he will get it done & that I must call back a couple of days before 19th Sept.
        I again called Mr Rohan on 15th September regarding this order. I told him to please get my order for September 19th & get the payment from me by debit card.
        He told me that we can't deliver you as it is not possible. I was sad. First I was told yes & now that only few days were left for the party, he told me no delivery. I didn't knew what to do. Anyhow, I told him that atleast get the money from me so that it will show the amount in your account before the delivery & then I will send someone for the collection.
        He told me no sir, we can't do that & please order it online.
        I was sad & bit nervous now.
        Somehow I managed to find out someone for the collection.
        Now it was on 19th September. My relatives knew that I was giving them a treat & they were waiting for it.
        I entered in online Pizza ordering of Dominos:
        My order was:
        3 feast veg pizzas (Veg Extravaganza, Cloud 9 & Chef's Veg Wonder, all Wheat Thin Crust)
        5 Stuffed Garlic Breadsticks
        & 5 Taco Mexicana Veg

        Now comes the problem.
        I tried to pay this amount with different types of debit & credit cards & was not successful.
        You may not believe but I am a online buyer & up to 25000/30000 rupee's I have paid by the debit cards in different online stores in India & never had any problem.
        A big surprise for me was Domino's India didn't accepts International payments.
        My God, I can't believe this.
        Such a big name internationally & international payments not accepted.
        Even small companies now a days accepts payments in different currencies.
        Please extend your service for the future for international payment methods as there can be lots of customers like me.
        Now as I couldn't make the payment, my order was not placed.
        & finally I had to call my relatives around 4.00 pm to say them that I couldn't place my order & please cook something at home & that there was no treat now.
        What a shame on me to say them like this.
        Put yourself in my place & call at your home at last moment of a party to tell them like this & you will understand my situation.
        Please do reply me for this message.
        I am very hurt with all this & I can't even call my family back due to this reason.
        I am sorry if I am wrong anywhere.

          i am a student studing in srm university chennai, we have a dominos branch near to my place, me and many of my friends have this problem with their service . we order cheese burst pizza and half of the time they send it without cheese burst and take the cheese burst wen we tell them about this, they say its cheese burst only . They neither replace it nor give the money back. and they take about 1 hour to prepare the order . most of their sale goes to the students of my college . very few people bother to respond and argue with them . this is a new branch . and they have done this to so many people . i know wat is the difference between a cheese burst pizza and a normal pizza . when i objected . the staff spoke very badly to me .. please see to this asap i m very dissappointed with dominos dominos branch - guduvanchery near srm university kattankulathur, kanchipuram 603203

            Respected Sir, With respect to my online order with dominos on 'Sunday Sep 21 12:39:52 IST 2014', my transaction was through mobikwik wallet with Transaction-Id: MMBK[protected]. The amount was successfully debited from my mobikwik wallet but due to technical error, i was unable to redirect to successful confirmation page Dominos, due to which my order with dominos was unsuccessful, though th emoney was deducted. So i request to please refund the amount. I am also attaching the successful payment receipt from mobikwik as a proof.

              Hi, I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza online on their website on last Thursday, Sept 18, 2014. Everything was fine till the final stage.I have paid the my through Mobiwik Wallet and money got deducted from the mobiwik wallet but the order didn't placed. I contact mobiwik and get the following response Dear User, I understand your annoyance this problem must have caused you. As a part of corrective measure, I have checked our system and we have found that you have already added the money and successfully made the payment towards our partner websites (dominos). Hence I Hope that you are satisfied with the services used.                 Dear Sir/Madam, On 21/9/2014 around 3 PM I parked two wheeler in front of the Domino's Pizza shop (the one near Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghata Road) along with the Domino's delivery vehicles where all the customers park their vehicles and had lunch inside the Domino's shop. When I returned I didn't find my vehicle, it was towed by Traffic Police mentioning that I parked in No Parking area but the no parking board was on the road i.e. outside the Footpath. When I checked with Domino's Manager he simply said its not his responsibility and I ended up paying the fine. Also he agreed that it happens frequently where no action has been taken by the shop which isn't a responsible answer from the manager of a well established restaurant like Domino's. Parking Vehicle at a place (front of domino's shop) where everyone has parked vehicles isn't a mistake from my side and manager also didn't take the responsibility. Manager's Name: Dilip If there is no parking facility for Domino's Shop at that restaurant then it should be displayed in front of the shop so that customers can find some other parking. Manager knows this issue but doesn't take any action as he don't want to loose customers because of parking issues. If possible please take the necessary action against the Domino's Shop and Manager to provide justice for my complaint. Regards, Balasubramanium

                  I have placed an online prepaid order for pizza at KOTA (RAJ.) at 15.04 on dated 21.09.2014 (ORDER NO.173 MY REGISTERED MOBILE NO.[protected]) . The pizza was delivered to me at 15.41.when i asked delivery boy named BABU LAL (whereas, name PUKHRAJ was showing on order site) for 30 minute service. He accepted late delivery and said that the Restaurant manager will call you for this after 18.00 P.M.. I made a call AT SPOT on restaurant No.[protected] about this and Mr. Babulal also talked to restaurant person from my cell and told me that your money will be refunded online within seven days. After around one an hour Mr. Babulal came again and gave me a red card :"YE HAI RISHTON KA TIME"and said your delivery punched late When i asked him about any bill or document for proof of order punched late. He again said that .the Restaurant manager will call you. When no one called me I call again on No [protected] at 20.25 hours. there Mr. Mukesh talked to me and said your order punched late delivered. At 20.53 a call came on my cell from No. [protected] and the person said that he is Mukesh and my order punched late delivered. No bill or document given to me as proof of late delivery as per "30 Minute Delivery Promise" please look into the matter and do the needful in the matter

                    I Dinesh Dabral is a permanent customer of Domino's Indra Nagar and i often order pizza from Domino's and that too home delivery. Today on 21st of September 2014, I placed an order of 3 simple cheese margherita at 6:10 pm and i received the same at 6:55 pm. So according to the rules, i should have received the order for free as it was 15 minutes late. But this was not the case. We were told to pay for that. On calling at the Domino's center Indra Nagar, they said that we have to make the payment otherwise we can cancel our order and send it back and we did so. Our earlier orders were on time but this time it was very late and the behaviour of the staff of the center was also not acceptable. It is only ruining the image of Domino's. I request for some quick action so that the bond of company and customer is not ruined. Waiting for your quick response.                     Even I had a similar experience. The Indian branches of Dominos are very un-professional. I've stopped ordering pizza altogether. For the amount of money we pay, we just get a tiny morsel of food. I'd rather order something from a restaurant that will fill my stomach. Also, Dominos sells coca cola at a higher rate than if you purchase it from outside Dominos. Why do people buy pizza anyway? It's one of the most boring, tasteless food ever!

                      hi, I had ordered online oom 20th sept 2014 to the address 18 shiv shakti vihar lajpat nagar sahibabad ghaziabad I paid for the order through NET BANKING, and i had not received any order number. The bill amount of INR 458 was deducted. On the screen there was this window showing, PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL, SUBMIT order where the order was being placed to the nearest outlet which is in MMX mall . The screen was stuck at that point and the order was not placed but the money was deducted from my account. I have the Bank Alert Message . I called up at MMX mall but the had not received the order. So i had a few concerns - 1. When would the deducted amount be returned to my account 2. Why doesnt the system generate a customer reference number before the payment is made. because i was told that this has happened a lot of times before I have also filled the Feedback Form on the company website.                         Respected Sir, I, Pradipto Banerjee placed an order today.Order No 251 In Saket Branch. The Delivery Boy was late by 1 hour and on asking him for 30 min free discount showed belligerent attitude and was disrespectful. His Name was deepak .                           dear sir, i ordered online from chitkara university of amount Rs.423, got confirmation, but later baddi dominoes refused me for delivering the pizza and asked me to make my order upto Rs.2000. and i believe its completely unfair. so kindly take some action against them.

                            Myself Virendra Hingu. We had given online order of Pizza today (21st Sep, 14). However there was Delay in delivery, which was agreed too by the delivery boy (Sagar). However he requested to talk to Vasai branch, where the concern person YOGESH KANTALKAR was VERY RUDE IT TALKING. He also tried to tell me that its still time to deliver and not late. FALSIFING THE FACT (Which was your delivery too had agreed on) It seemed very unprofessional from company representative, as company makes big Advertise saying half hour else free and company representative TRIES TO FOOL CUSTOMER BY TALKING ROUND AND ROUND.. Would request you to take stick action. My fiend too face these problem with YOGESH only but didn't complaint rather.                               My Pizza was supposed to be delivered to me in thirty minutes. Instead, it was delivered to me in forty two minutes. My cheeseburst pizza didnt look like a cheese burst at all. And the pizza was cold and stale. I have been a regular customer for domino's for about a decade now and this kind of service to a regular customer should never be appreciated. Also, I paid online so I would like to have a refund back .

                                hi i had ordered online pizza but due to some clich on ur end the amt was charged but order was not placed soo i call them and was infrmed the amt of 1000 inr would be refunded that was charged in 7 business days but it has been now 14 day . I have left emails to them and got no revert, its very sad that i would never be using dominoos though it has good food but by charging the amt and not refunding it . transaction id is dc[protected]

                                  dear sir, i, prashant chandra, had ordered pizza online at 1443pm today . when the ordered didnt arrive by 1515 i called up again to locate my order and that time i was told that order has already left and it wld b arriving in five minutes .i kept waiting at the gate and when the order didnt arrive again in next 20 mins then i called up again and told abt the policy of late delivery is equivalent to free delivery then i was told its nt free delivery rthr its just a 300Rs discount and abt the order i was told that it wld b arriving in 10 mins . Thus my complaint is against the violation of your policy.I hope u take it seriously and respond to my complaint.If i dont get any response then unheartedly i wld hv to report the case in consumer court or to the higher authorities.total time of order delivery was 65 mins. my contact no [protected] the email id - [protected]@rediffmail.com yours sincerely prashant chandra

                                    To whomsoever it may concern This is Gopika Jayadev and I am a regular customer at Dominos. However in the last order I have faced serious problems where I have received a different pizza than what I had ordered, I had ordered a veg special pizza & the delivery boy delivered a veg treat pizza & the bill amount generated was of the veg secial one. I got a mail invoice showing my order but the person on the phone was not ready to accept the mistake that happened at their end. Have had late delivery which was more than an hour, casual attitude where the agent on the phone was actually burping and no refund for my order. I had to call several times and no one was actually interested in the problem I was facing. This is a serious concern and I am hoping there would be some response or follow through action from your side.

                                      To whomsoever it may concern This is Monalisa Rai and I am a regular customer at Dominos. However in the last two instances I have faced serious problems where I have received stale pizza, Have had late delivery which was more than an hour, casual attitude where the agent on the phone was actually burping and no refund for my order. I had to call several times and no one was actually interested in the problem I was facing. I was not given any written confirmation that my money would be refunded back to me. Another occasion where i was served stale pizza. This is a serious concern and I am hoping that you will take care of the issue. I would request you to take serious action regarding the same .                                         I ordered large chef, s veg wonder pizza yesterday before 5 pm, order no. is 133, but the delivery is done at 6 pm and delivery boy is also misbehave on call, and the pizza delivered is not fresh and hot, so talk to manager of asiana lucknow dominos branch then he orderd another pizza for same but in another pizza most of the topping's are not given which was mentioned on 'chef, s veg wonder' pizza add like black olives and extra cheese which i included in my order. so it is such a very bad experience for me.
