Hello, I am a regular visitor of Domino's Pizza, Sarajapur Branch. But since my last 5-6 visits, whenever we had ordered Cheesy Burst Pizza, I am getting a almost normal pizza.     I ordered a pizza online. The transaction failed because of a problem at the end of Dominos. Post that I called and placed an order on phone and paid the amount to the delivery person. While Dominos took the money from my bank, it said order was not successful and that money would be refunded in 7 days. However the money has not yet been refunded. The transaction no is: nb[protected] Cheque/ ref no:[protected] It is very disappointing that the money has not yet been refunded despite repeated complaints. I have called at least 10 times and left at least 10 complaints on your feedback page. When I call the store manager, Sandeep, he keeps telling me that the money has been refunded and the cheque/reference no is[protected] This is the ref no of the amount which has been DEBITED from my account and NOT the amount which dominos has refunded. Dominos has still not refunded my amount. Dominos themselves sent me the following email saying that the transaction has failed and that the amount would get refunded but it hasn't yet been refunded. Hi Revathi Ramanan, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. I am not sure who else to reach out to. I would like my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

        i hv worse experience with your dahisar(mumbai) branch.

        i ordered online pizza on 3 august 2014 by 2.30pm as i hv some little guest in my house.

        my order no is 126 but the delivered pizza by 4.30pm after so many call remainders.

        the branch manager Mr gurpreet assured that it was their mistake and as per your company policy it is free. but till the date i hv nt received any refund frm dominoze..

        and the worsed part was tht delieverd pizza was uncooked so we called again branch manager mr gurpreet and he suggest tht through that pizza we will deliver u a fresh pizza we did the same but sorry we didnt received any fresh pizza till the date.. . he assured that it will refund with in one week coz it is credit card payment and as per your company policy


        we waited for two weeks n called to your dahisar branch then different guy called mr dhavan told me the mr gurpreet left the organization again i told him entire story and he also assured me that he will send me my money by cash.. after several phone calls he only assures us he will pay us bk our guy is out with money bt till the date i hv not received my money back..

        i felt cheated by your dahisar branch. wht i got after paying Rs. 857 in advance nothing bt a mental harassment of demanding my money back.. is this your company policy?

        i want serious action against it or else i have to take further action.

          Dominos Pizza, Santacruz west - Mumbai branch.. Order number 104 placed on Saturday September 13, 2014. This order was made online and paid through online payment. When the delivery boy came, he insisted that payment was to be made, even though the bill showed that payment was already done. I literally had to call up the store and after talking to the store people, he accepted that no further payment was needed. The order also consisted of a coke which the delivery boy didn't bring. When asked he said it wasn't part of the order.. Only after when we showed him the bill and spoke to the store people, he said he will go back and get it, but he never turned up again. When I called up the store again, they said that the coke was sent with the original order and they will not send another one. This was absolutely unprofessional and that delivery guy has stolen from the order.

            Hi i made a phone call to Domino's Pizza at 19:24 pm at Karol Bagh, New Rohtak Road, Delhi outlet to place an order and had a word with a guy who was dening to take the order and told me that this is a non-delivery zone. However few days back they delivered the order at my place without any inconvenience. Than i requested to speak to the manager and the guy transfered my call to Mr. Manish Solanki who said he is the branch manager. He Was so arrogant and was not ready to listen to me at all. He was so rude and does not have basic ettiquates to deal with customer. I am very much upset with the services which i received over the phone today by a branch manager. It seems the company does not want to maintain their brand name in the market for a long term that's why they hired the people link manish Solanki as a branch manager. If any one who is really bothered please call me at +91-[protected].

              We had made an order at 15:00 PM from [protected] (Bangalore) to Domino s Pizza located at Ramurthy nagar Bangalore to Horamavu Bangalore. The delivery after we calling them guiding them the way as they had gone to the wrong way CAME AT 15:55 PM which is against their policy. As we had ordered the simply non veg we do not get any time guarantee but after this error on their part they should have had the courtesy to apologise. Instead their Ramurthy nagar staff was arrogant and asked us if we had the delivery boys number. Please note the telephonic conversation can be retrieved and timing used as proof.

                I ordered Pizza from dominos today. I paid online for saving the time during delivery. The best part was : the pizza was delivered 13 minutes late. It was not even warm enough to eat. It was like chewing the stale bread. Does prepayment make you people safe that even if you deliver pizza late, cold, you will not have anything to loose ? Then it is wrong. You have lost a customer and probably will loose many.

                  BTM 2nd stage Dominos cheating customers by selling pizzas which are not properly made. For example if you order a cheese burst pizza, you can barely see cheese in it, the toppings as well are not proper and sometimes we get burnt pizza also. I have not seen, such bad pizza in any other outlet of Dominos. Also the employees are well behaved, and don't respect customers, which has seen by many other customers as well. Many of of our friends and relatives stopped buying pizza from this outlet. I would request you to please take some action against BTM 2nd stage Dominos outlet ASAP, this is highly disappointing.                         I had visit dominos on 10th sept.2014 yesterday in faridabad nehru ground branch.i had given the order of 1 oniin capsicum fresh tomato with mushrom & 2 plain double cheese pizza take away order at 8.30 order no.400 when they had given the pizzas to me same i had brought to my resi.so we can eat with family but when i had seen pizzas both are same oniin capsicum my younger child hadnt eat so we all were upset then we also hadnt eat that pizzas our enjoyment become saddness.

                          This is to inform that I noticed an utter scene of negligence in dominos sector 63 noida. All the activities involved in pizza preparation were done bare hands.This includes pizza base preparation, spreading cheese, getting additional cheese from the storage bin. This was a disappointment and was not expected from you guys . Hygiene is the most important thing and negligence in this will surely result in loss of customer trust. I do have the video of the whole scenario incase needed for future reference.

                              Below are my order details. I have placed online order at 7pm and mistakenly putted wrong contact number which i realised when the order wasn't deliver in 30mnts. Than i called Dominos customer service for the enquiry without listening to my concern that person transffred the call to near by Dominos center (Dilshad Garden), i explained everything to lady over the phone on DG branch after listening to me she said "she can't do much i have to call Dominos service again follow the option 2>3. i did the same. i called this service again and i am sure that person did not listen to me properly and again my call got transfrred to krishna nagar branch after bieng on hold for almost 10 mnts my call got disconnected without having chat with them. i took the krishna nagar branch address contact details from order confirmation recived through email. the person over the call listen to me and assured me that my order will be delivered in 15mnts and correct number is updated with the delivery boy and follow up confirmation call received from them as well confirming the same. it was confirmed to me at 8:00pm. i have waited for another 15mnts but order not delivered to me by that time than again a call was made to them . another call was made to them but no sucess. Now after 2 hrs (order placed time) around 9pm i called krishna nagar branch addres this i was amazed to hear there response. This time the person over the call confirmed me that my order cancelled within the 30mnts time because wrong details were updated than i said if it was already cancelled within 30mnts than why your agent confirmed me that order will be deilver in 15 mnts around 8pm and why did i receive the confirmation call. than that person told me "sorry sir that person wasn' updated with this and you will get your money back in bank account" i said hell with the money i dont need it. just give me my order my wife and my child is waiting for it but he did not offer any help to me followed by disconnected call. i called dominos complaints again waited for 10mnts on the que and than call got transfrred to a person called Ajay he apologised and said he is transferring my call to a manager of krishna nagar brancj and putted my call on hold. i waited on hold for almost another 10 mnts and call got disconnected again without having words with manager. currently i am on call on dominos care number for almost 11 mnst and still in que to talk to dominos agent. this shows how much concern are they for their customer and keep transfrring call to one to another person. i dont have any words to discribe my pain. if i was allowed i would have used hell number of abusive language. after experience this i dont think anybody will have a courtsey to get to me.                                   I ordered a pizza from [protected]@Baner location in Pune on 5th September 2014.I made an online payment of Rs.225.When delivery boy arrived at my place to deliver my pizza, he asked me for Rs.5 saying that i need to pay change.However when i contacted dominos, i got to know that it was domios who will be paying me additional Rs.5 since there was a change of 5 displayed on the bill.So in short they will be paying me 10 (5, change which they are supposed to pay+5, which i paid them instead). They said they will return my money however i did not get any response inspite of calling for 2-3 times.They only said we will send back your money.No response yet.

                                    Team I placed an online order at Dominos for delivery on 5/08/2014. The amount was debited before placing successful order at the respective outlet. Was not able to track any status of the order. When I contacted so called customer care they cut the call abruptly. Finally in my 12th attempt someone responded and gave the wrong outlet contact no. Online chat put me in 100th waiting place. In the end, the order was not at all placed in the outlet and the pizza was not delivered. When I directly went to the outlet, I was told that the money would be refunded in 3 days.

                                      Respected Sir, I ordered pizza at 9:18pm on 7th September, 2014. The delivery came at 9:53pm. While ordering no one told that time guarantee is not available. We claimed from delivery boy the 30 minute offer. Delivery boy further told us to claim the offer we need to communicate the same to senior manger at store. With my conversation with manger, I insisted him for the offer. He replied that no time gurantee is given by us. I replied no such thing has been communicated to me while ordering. Manager there named Smile, started talking rudely and told me: 1. Don't eat my brain and pay the money 2. Don't explain me the policy, I am the father of this policy 3. You poor people always want to eat free pizza 4. Give the pizza back or pay the money The attitude of the manager is very hostile and cannot be tolerated. The call was done from my phone and I have everything in recording. I am going to sue you guys as my self respect, prestige has been compromised. I have sufficient things on record to prove the same. You cannot hurt the sentiments of people by talking like this and cheating people by non adherence of your policy. I demand a apology in writing from the same manager at the earliest, otherwise I will have to seek redressel from consumer forum regarding the same. Consumers are treated as god in India, but the dominos is not able to respect our culture. Consumer service and satisfication is the prima facie goal for every organization for growth, which cannot be achieved through such hostile attitude. Thanks and Regards Kapil Rohra

                                        I ordered 1 pizza and 3 tacos.. the delivery boy reached at 40th min(thats ok for me) but he bought only 2 tacos and told that other boy is on way and will bring the 3rd one.. we paid for our whole ordered though... After this we waited for almost 1 hr.. no 1 arrived..and still waiting...
