    We stay at Nyati estate, Mohammadwadi, Pune. For us nearest Domino shop is at wonworie, Pune. We regularly get Domino offer at mobile as we had taken earlier some times. Recently I contacted Domino at quarter to 9 pm for pizza. I was directed to finally wonworie centre, where after all address verification, I was told that this can't be delivered. I am upset with your response. I can accept if I place my order after 10 pm, where distance of 3-4 kms could matter. Finally I had to order from Fasoos. This type of customer response is not acceptable and that also with no explanation/excuse. I was told bluntly that delivery is not posible.

    I ordered a pizza using online app of dominos from the outlet @ Ansal Plaza (Gurgaon). my order no. is 607. I was contantly tracking the pizza status, they didn't even mailed me my confirmation details " my given e mail id.
    after half an hour the pizza got dispatched but didn't reach the given address. the pizza delivery boy didn't even call me to confirm the address just in case he was unable to find the address. Although my home is hardly 5 minutes away from the outlet, I didn't received my order. It was surprising for me that when I called @ the outlet for asking about the order, they asked me to wait for 10 minutes only & just in case even then I didn't receive my order, then I was supposed to call them again. and when I called them after 10 mins., no one even picked up the phone. it was height of irresponsibility.

    so please anyhow make my payment get refunded.

      Respected Sir, This is to say that today I ordered 2 Veg Singles+1 Garlick Bread Sticks with cheesy dip +1 coke at Domino's branch, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. For this order I was charged Rs 280.53(inclusive all taxes).The issue is that the same order comes under the combo meal which amounts to a lesser value and the one who had taken the order should have put this as a combo meal and my order would have been probably around Rs 250.When I asked him to look into the matter he denied to reduce any amount and said that I should have told him in words that its a combo meal though its understood by default that if I have ordered such and such things and they come under the combo meal for lesser price . So I am disappointed by the way my order had been tackled and I should have been charged lesser. Regards

        My mum called up Dominos to order for some pizzas and so she called on the service no. to which a rude lady just said that they don't deliver and just hung up on the phone. My main query is if they promise 30 min delivery, I don't need it. All I need is some Pizzas to gobble on. I used to be a loyal customer to them, but now I'd prefer Pizza Hut as they deliver at my home address with good customer service. Thanks Dominos, you lost me now.

          Hi Concerned, Yesterday was my marriage anniversary and we decided to order pizza at 9.20 PM. We placed an order of 4 medium cheese burst pizza. When we were ordering the pizza we just confirmed the rate of PAN pizza but we did not order that. Your telephone operator was such a hurry that he did not let us complete our words and took the order. Now we were waiting for order and after an hour we called the operator. He said that all orders has been taken from here and It will be delivered to you. In between we have made many calls to just take the confirmation of our order but you service providers were disconnecting the calls without letting us complete. At last 11.30 pizza boy came with wrong order.then the pizza boy wanted us to talk to his shift manager. But your manager did not pick up the call. we returned the order at 11.30 pm. And that was how i celebrated my marriage anniversary. Your Pizza Store of Phase 9 has spoiled my day. I d'ont know what action you guys will take but you should understand the importance of some special days of person life when he wants to celebrate with his/her family remembering Domino's.

            Yesterday on 5 sept I ordered 2 pizza and after eating nearly 2-3 hours after suffered from severe stomache and vomiting the pizza quality was poor and unhealthy I ordered from Ground floor ShanShantiI Fitness ward no. 24 Gurudwara Road Durg restaurant order no. Was 23 please help me. Mantain your quality in offers

              Shop NO G-1, Lake view mall, Serilingampally Mandal Near Wipro, Hyderabad On 5th Sept, 2014 I ordered at 7:50pm and waited for almost an hour . Then I called to inquire about the order delivery and they told me that "Sorry, We cant deliver your order because of excessive orders". But they delivered at 11:00 pm . And by that time we already left from the office. Kindly refund the money order no - 270

                Poor customer service

                We order for pizza and info as will be delivered after 1 hour but the delivery was late and we got after 2 hrs. We were not given with sause. When we asked for they told it should be done as a seperate order. We were not intimated during the time of order as it need to be order seperately. No proper respone and when we tried to call they are not picking the call. (Bill No.291, on 9/5/2014, Velacherry)...

The amount had not been credited to my bank account till date It is very much unfortunate on the part of your administration Further if the amount is not credited to my bank account within 2 working days I will compelled to lodge complain to the consumer forum with the penal rate of interest.                   Order placed on 05/09/2014 at 8:31pm through phone at I.P. Extension restaurant. Order No. 454. We are highly disappointed with the services of this outlet. Had ordered 2 Medium CHEESE BURST Country Special pizzas. The order came after 40minutes, still we made the payment. The pizza boxes were broken/open. The delivery boy went away without giving seasonings and took the bill along, we called the restaurant again and Ms. Renu said that she will send the seasonings in 5minutes, and those 5minutes never ended. And also the pizzas were regular ones, WITHOUT CHEESE BURST. Poor service of the restaurant despite making all the payments, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Will refrain from coming to Dominos ever again. Dominos had also sold discount coupons worth Rs.500 in Nov 2013 with validity till 31st OCT 2014, they discontinued the usage of these coupons in March 2014 without any prior intimation.

                      Its almost more than 2hrs, but still i didnt get my order even my house is so nearer to the Domino's(A.S.Rao nagar, Hyderabad). There is no response even i cancelled my order. Such a worst service till now i have ever seen. If you cant deliver, dont advertise as will deliver within half an hour. so poor quality of food. Friends please through away these kinds of worst services.

                        I have ordered country special pizza on 4 September which is at regular rate i.e 350 but when i ordered the same on 5 September at discounted rate or using coupon i found that quality was much lower. Doesnt have the enough cheese, bread wasnt fully covered with toppings As i just want that that if you cant provide the same quality then why you introduce such l kind of offer

YOUR PERSON SERVED THE PIZZAS BUT THE PIZZAS VERY VERY WORST AND BURNT, TASTE ALSO VERY BAD WE RETURNED THE PIZZAS TO YOUR SALES PERSON AND WE GIVEN ANOTHER ORDERS, LIKE THIS PROBLEM WE FACING 3DR TIME IN YOUR SAME SHOP AT KK NAGAR.                           I was told to go to Pakistan to get pizza by your executive Daljeet, manor and naresh because in India I will not be served pizza by dominos, because I complained about the conduct of your executive last month as they delivered me pizza after one n half hour and I cancelled it, now I am misbehaved with and told to go to Pakistan, I have full faith in Indian judiciiary and will go to consumer fotprum to get my respect back and my basic rights i, and hope guilty will be punished

                            Hi myself Shilpa, I had ordered Pizza worth Rs. 500/- on August 24, 2014. Even though transaction was successful and money got deducted from my account, but order was not placed. I called the customer care no and lodged a complain (Feedback Reference ID is:: 454587) about the same on August 30, 2014 and said that i will receive an input on my complain within 2 working days but it is 3 days since then i have still not received any response on my query. My transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted 500. It is 11 days but still no proper response on the same have been received. Request a response asap

                              The pizza bread was stale plus extremely poor service. A way less than what u get in Pizza hut. Pizza was served in ur card board pack... asked for fork n knife ...it was denied... staff was arrogant... went to have water at filter...no glass ...when demanded a staff said ...Bhai (unlike sir) other customers used the same disposable glass(used ones) ...aap dhoh ke use kar loh pani peena hai toh... such a [censored]tt service... i never had a complaint with home delivery... but u lost me as a customer hence forth... i[censored] want i can sent u pics o[censored]nhygenic conditions and the way pizza is served... felt so insulted hence took trouble to write to u...

                                We are a regular customer of Domino's. However today we were disappointed with the service & the behaviour of the delivery boy and the cashier named Sunny at Sector 20, Dwarka, New Delhi outlet.We ordered for a pizza & garlic bread at 8.50 pm. However despite our follow up, the order was not delivered till 10.10 pm. On being asked the reason for unusual delay, the delivery boy responded that today there is no delivery time limit because of 1 + 1 free scheme. We clarified to him that we had not opted for the scheme and had ordered what we wanted to have. Does the 1 + 1 free scheme mean that there is no delivery time limit. We wanted to have clarification from the concerned outlet In-charge. The delivery boy spoke to someone and then asked us to return the order.We were shocked to note that instead of talking to us, the outlet in-charge ordered the delivery boy to return the order. When we asked the delivery boy to let us know the name and designation of the person he was taking to, he advised the name as Sunny, Cashier In-charge of the outlet. We then spoke to so called sunny but he was very rude and asked we are talking to him as he is not the manager of the outlet.This kind of attitude & behaviour from the employees of Domino's is not at all expected.We seek urgent corrective measures from Domino's to keep our faith in their service intact.                                   I have been served third class and third grade cheese garlic bread, I have never tasted such bread even with local hawkers, I am regular customer, but today I am very disappointed, I have to think twice before placing an order with you, after paying so much it is not worth to have such quality

                                    I downloaded the app for dominos, made an order. At the end of it, after paying. It said to contact the store as payment has been taken, but there is a problem with the order. When I rang the store and explained what had happened, I was told that the order had not come through. I was told that the payment would stay out of my account for 4day then should go back in. And if it doesn't go back in, bring a statement down to the shop. He said it was a problem with ordering online, and there's nothing he can do about. This is very poor, if there is problems with ordering online. Then it should be sorted out, for the order not going through and the money being taken out. This is not good enough. So I now have it wait to see if the money is gonna go back into my account, or go into the store. Not the slightest bit impress with dominos or the customer service

                                      Privileged cards are being distributed, some of them were redeemed but they are now not redeemed saying that these are fake. What is the proof that these are fake. Without being declaring such racket in Media etc, how can company refuse the customers. Who will refund money of the customers . There is no such prior notice. This is fooling of general public. This is surely considered as deficiency of services and the matter needs to be dealt seriously in consumer court.
