Hi today i visited Domino Pizza Model Town Jalandhar . i had one of the worst experience with Domino Today & wish not to visit there if action will not be taken . I ordered pizza where order no. was 73 dated 12th Oct ... Pizza got delivered but it was cold pizza instead of Hot Pizza . when i requested for the hot one it was sent for hot one and i received hot pizza but burnt one . Also i had requested for the cheese burst but it was not. I had to leave the place without intake. Also staff sitting behind the reception counter ( at first floor ) was using abusing language which is not the culture of Domino ... I had spent 713 Rs for taking such a bad experience. If you have any kind of doubt you can take Video footage from your camera for all this. Looking for revert on this.     I ordered pizza online on 8th oct '14 ...1045 rs amount was debited from my account but order ws not placed...when ll i get refund...i didn't get any mail or message from dominos about this.what to do.

      Hello Team, Yesterday (10/10/2014) by 9:48PM, I have ordered Pizza by Internet (online), my order has been confirmed after auto IVR confirmation, I was call them with Domino's Restaurant(Ascendas Park Square Mall, ITPL, Whitefield Main Road) on mentioned contact no[protected],[protected],[protected] after 10:30PM (after more than 30 mins) but nobody picked. Till 11:15PM, I was trying & waiting for a response from Domino's but unfortunately nobody turned up. It’s a really pathetic service from Domino's, I never thought about this poor response & service from Domino's. How come someone irresponsible when somebody waiting for food. I never appreciate of this poor service & suggest my other friends & colleagues for Domino's. Sorry to say, Now, never be ordered or eat any kind of product or suggest anyone for Domino’s.

        Another round of very bitter experience we had from your Exhibition Road Patna outlet. Being Friday which says BUY ONE GET ONE FREE we placed order for Regular Pizza Cheese and Tomato to which the manager of this outlet VIKAS said that this offer is valid only on Medium and large. The price of MEDIUM with tax comes to Rs 249 When I called again, the person DEEPAK KUMAR attended the call. He said the same but when I placed the order he changed the version saying that this offer is valid only for Pizza starting from 350 plus tax onwards. I asked him to pass on the line to manager VIKAS. When he attended the call I briefed him with the changed version and indecent manner and attitude with which DEEPAK KUMAR spoke to me and attended the call. He apologised and confirmed me that it was a mistake on part of Deepak Kumar and that the offer is very much valid on Medium and Large irrespective of its price. He assured and took my number to call back and that he will ask Deepak to book the order for Rs 249 Medium Pizza with tax to get another FREE. I received a call within 2 minutes from Deepak Kumar who said to me that I standby to my decision that Free Pizza will be delivered only if it is Rs 350 plus. He was arrogant while speaking to me. I asked him to pass on the line to Vikas who had just 2 minutes ago confirmed to me for Rs 249 Medium Pizza with one FREE. Deepak's answer was in a very rude manner "VIKAS THE MANAGER HAS LEFT THE OUTLET". However, I canceled the order because of false and rustic behavior from your staffs. This is Dominos Exhibition Road Patna. The outlet is there to misbehave and float wrong message and befool the customers. There is no clear information among staffs who are themselves in a state o[censored]tter confusion and as a result they make false commitments to customers. And on top of it DEEPAK KUMAR told a blatant lie that manager Vikas has left. These are the type of people Dominos have hired who are involved in ruining the reputation of Dominos outlet. Kindly take appropriate action against the misbehavior of your staff DEEPAK KUMAR and correct the company's foul play of befooling us by floating offers which has no clear and transparent direction. This way if you keep rendering services you will for certain lose customers and your future will stand in jeopardy.           Today i tried placing an order around 10 pm .. But it was depressing to get back such kind of absurd reaction from dominos. I kept trying to place my order for almost 1hour but every time my call was ended in the middle.. The authorities there behaved as if they are least concerned for providing service to a customer.. Such kind of behaviour from a part of dominos is just so disappointing.. Iseriously i lost my faith from dominos chain just because of the kind of service being provided from this koramangala 6th block branch.. Their priority should b customers i guess. If they cant provide a service to a customer thn for what hav they opened a branch here.. I

We don't get any food at this time and customer care number or pizza shop number none of them working and nobody is there to care.                   Today is FRIDAY. I received message on my mobile [protected]. Buy one get one free. When I ordered for Cheese and Tomato Pizza REGULAR the lady who picked the call named KIRAN at your Exhibition Road Patna spoke harshly ans said that this offer is valid on Medium and Large only. While talking your Dominos counter disconnected the line thrice and I had to connect them again to place the order. Later Kiran transfered the line to Vikas who is probably the Manager of this outlet. He also said the same that the offer is vLid on Medium and large only. May I draw your attention towards the fact that if this ofer is valid only on Medium and large then why is the same not mentioned in the message. Why do we have to call the centre to place order for Regular Pizza and then the Center tells us that this is a mistake and blunder from our head office who should have communicated correctly that the offer is on medium and large ONLY. Kindly let me know the truth as to what is correct. If the same is applicable on Medium and Large only then why are customers not knowing about it in your message and why your manager has to brief and apologise for the mistake floated on your part.                     Hi, This is to bring to your notice that we ordered for Pizza on September 25, 2014 and at our end it was showing error page; however, money was deducted from my account twice but the order was not placed successfully. When we dialed and checked on number[protected], Uma Colony, Bapod, Vadodara, Gujarat 390019 branch, they also said order was not placed. We raised this issue with our bank and bank has checked that the transaction was successful at Merchant's end. I would appreciate if your team will look into this and resolve this. This is not the matter of Rs. 940, its about trusting your company. I am a regular customer of dominos and after this incidence I would never like to order anything from Domino's.                     I ordered pizza today and paid online. They kept waiting me for 2.5 hours and never received the order. I asked them to refund the money back but I don't trust them. It happened me for last 3 times, that they said money will be refunded in 7 working days but have never received money back. It was a PATHETIC experience and this time I want my money refunded at any cost.

I tried to book Domino pizza online using weblink: https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/ My registered no.: [protected] Delivery Address: A 47, Ramdutt Enclave, First Floor Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. 110059 two online transaction were done successfully using my HDFC bank debit card no. [protected]. Rs. 2004 & Rs. 1548 both dated 07/10/2014 toward Domino pizza orders. Payment was successfully made and debited from my HDFC account but surprisingly no order confirmation was received by me. I tried all contact numbers like[protected] to seek an answer but i was never able to get any response. I never received my goods nor my payments. I hereby request you to please arrange for my payments refunds of Rs. 3552.00 immediately. Today is 09/10/2014 and i have not received any call / mail from any Domino person on the refund of my money.                         I recently placed an online order on 3rd october, around 1:00 pm at your NARAINA PLAZA, CP-65, SECTOR E, SITAPUR ROAD, ALIGANJ, LUCKNOW Domino's store. The payment of Rs. 569 was made through Mobikwik but the order was not placed, and the amount was deducted from my Mobikwik wallet. I called the store, and the operator there said that your money will be refunded and you need to re-place the order. But I haven't received any refund in my Mobikwik account till now of the failed transaction.

                              I ordered pizza from the website on 5-Oct-2014 and the amount was debited before placing the order. After that, the order was not placed even after 15 mins. I called the nearest dominos outlet and told them about this. They said the amount will be credited in 3-4 working days. Please see the attached screenshot of my bank account and the amount debited.

We have gave the order in 3 pizza and bill amt. is 1412/- at the time of billing my wife told about the discount same has refuse about the discount amount., He was not agreed for offer because He said that not gave any discount .                                     On 5/10/2014 Bill no.- 149, order placed online by the name of Ankita Sharma. The executive came after 36 mins. which I believe is late according to your 30mins. policy late or free. I told the executive that you are late he told me no I am not late I am late only 3mins. I was making the entry on apartment register. I called my security gate and as per gate also he had make the entry of 5 mins. late but still not ready to accept it. Then i told him that i want to talk to your manager he gave me the no. of vikaspuri outlet there the person picked up the call i told him all the things but he directly told not possible and I said you talk to your executive. After there conversation the person on the call started saying no he was not late he was at the gate for 2 mins. I told him if for 2 mins he was at gate then why he make the entry in the register of 5 mins late but that guy was not ready to listen then i asked him if he is a manager he put me on hold for 2 mins and then finally, i got the manager online Ms. Neha Vij i told him about the things but nor she talked to the executive on the gate nor listen to the whole thing and simply said no he was there on time and said your wish if you want to take order or not. If, as a company you cant stay on your policies then why are you giving these fake adds on televisions. For quite long time I am your customer but this was a horrible experience.                                       I had ordered veg singles and veg doubles from sanpada east near Mohraj residency on the Dassera day ie 03/10/2014 in the evening and was very disappointed with the quality of bread...topping and taste of the pizza...i felt my money was a waste and experienced such a quality for the first time

                                      I Rajat Tripathi ordered Pizza on 17 april 2015 medium size farm house ... which was smudged as no stool was placed . After complaint the replacement pizza was not delivered for next 1 hour . Then i called the customer care who after after keeping me on hold for 20 minutes connected me to wrong branch . Then i called again ... on calling again my call was connected to Hema Thakur ( Assistant Branch Manger ) who on complaining took no action .

                                      This kind of irresponsible behaviour is not accepted from reputed firm like yours .
                                      Kindly take some action .

                                        Dear sir, I am vikesh modi from vadodara. My family are regular customer of Domino 's pizza. Yesterday, I had received offer on mobile for get 100rs of 400rs bill. so our family was decided to go to domono's pizza shop. I asked for offer which i received on mobile, He was not agreed for offer because He said that was only online offer and not gave any discount. Now my question is that, 1) This offer only for online booking? and why? 2) If online booking only why not mentioned in message that only applicable to online not for Domino's shop 3) If you are able to give online offer, why should not give to Domino's shop users?
