I want to complain against Payel Bera as she cancelled an order ven when it was confirmed she mentioned that she tried to contact in our no and she mentioned that it was switched off while that was on continuously. We are one of the regular customer how she can cancel an order according her own wish?

    We ordered for a cheese burst pizza and a stuffed garlic bread. I have never ever tasted such a horrible pizza before. it was dry and tasteless. I called the outlet n complained about this but how mannerless of you all that the person is blaming us of having it. the garlic bread had no taste of garlic. i am really very very unsatisfied with the service the food n the way your executives treat your customer. It was a normal bread that we had paying such a good amount for it. I really doubt whether it was properly baked or not.

      I was ordering two large pizzas at the paharganj outlet of Dominos. The person on the phone was really illmannered. He asked for my number atleast four times and my address atleast 3 times. He didn't have the knowledge of this place and he rejected to deliver at our place. Although daily i see their delivery guys here. He started shouting. I told him that i'll complaint against you so he said 'jo karna hai kar main nahi darta' (do whatever you want i dont care). Talking to a customer this way is completely disrespectful.         Today I ordered for a chicken fiesta pizza at 11.25 am. It was 2nd order of the day. I have received the pizza at 12.05. Exactly 45 minutes. Pizza was terribly cold. And flat in taste. Worst pizza I have ever had. I just can't afford 350 bucks to consume this kind of pizza. Pathetic. Need to take a step.as soon as possible.

          I ordered a large pizza on 21.09.2014, 1:47 pm, the add was get your pizza in 30 min or free. But i got my delivery only by 2:45 pm. I made a call to Dominos and checked the reply i got was since there were no enough staffs they couldn meet there promise. They were not ready to refund my money initially but after a long conversation they accepted for a 50% reversal to my credit card account within seven days which is still pending. My order number is 78. Kindly take necessary action.

            Hi, I stay in LBS Marg, near kamani signal. Near my home there are two dominos outlet. One of them is in the mall (phoenix market city) which is approx 5 min away (walking distance). Other one is in BKC which is approx 15 min away via bike. Issue is the place doesnt fall under either of its jurisdiction for home delivery. Phoenix Market City people say it is dine only outlet and we dont do home delivery. BKC people say it is not under our jurisdiction. BKC people say they are not allowed deliver outside the area. I used to study in Kolkata in IIM Calcutta which is in Joka. There is no outlet of dominos there (recently they opened one). Alipore Outlet which is one hour far away from the college used to take the order if it is bulk (>INR2000) and deliver it. I am sure it is outside their delivery area. Both the outlets in Mumbai were not convinced to deliver me the pizza yet the bill was more then INR2000. manager name of BKC outlet: Ankit Patel and phoenix market city is venkatesh

              We had placed an order for a Fire Thin Crust pizza with Garlic bread n dip at about 9 :00 pm on 3rd October 2014 . The delivery was not made till 9:35 - 10:00. Wherein the Billing Amount accounted to Rs.635/-. When called at the Prabhadevi Dominos Branch, Opp Siddhinivinayak Temple, they said that there was no order made and was last made on 23rd May and then cut the call, thereafter I kept calling the branch for more than 5 times, i was given discounts after an hour and we were also not informed about the late delivery at the time of order. The unprofessionalism of such a reputed food joint is not acceptable and even the staff needs to learn how to communicate with their customers and the reason given was the attendant did not punch the order, either they are not trained how to punch the order or they were not interested in taking the order. Thus, we had to cancel the order. We will have to think again before ordering if a customer gets such a horrible and disappointing service.

                  I have been an old customer of domino's pizza but unfortunately for a long time now pizza delivery service is not available in my location - Behala Blind school even though there are domino's outlet in both sides of the location in which I stay. One is New alipore outlet and another is Riddhi Siddi outlet (located at far side of Behala). Ajad Ali as against the Advance Order time of 9.30 p.m. The Delivery Person and also the concerned store informed that during Puja there is no time guarantee applicable.                     I order pizza oline on 29th around 9.40 PM and they delivered at 11 PM.. pathetic delivery
                    calling the support numbers.. store numbers etc doesnt help. no one bother to even track and tell where the delivery boy is. Today I had ordered 2 pizzas and anounced my coupon code which is valid till 12th Oct, 2014, but they were refusing to accept it. then finally they did, but I did not get my choice of pizzas as the ingredient 'barbeque chicken' was 'out of sock', but they didn't inform me when I placed the order. They informed me later by calling me. So I had no other option than accepting the pizzas I don't like. besides, they refused to give me the 30 mins guarantee with just an order of 2 medium pizzas and one choco lava cake. Despite my house being just opposite their building, they said the guarantee cannot be given due to 'traffic jam'. I have ordered from 65, P.C. SARKAR SARANI, FR-1, AKRITI APARTMENT, NEAR BIJON SETU, KOLKATA - 700019 I am very discontented with their service. I am a fairly regular customer and would like to receive good service from my favourite Domino's pizza. I will be pleased if proper action is taken against such harassment.

My order no. was 214 time 8:22 My address is 202, 2nd floor Ashoka enclave main... Very clearly mention in the record ... Every time your delivery guys come straight to the second floor... But because he was running late, he called me on 8:57 from the ground floor of my house to confirm that he came... I live on second floor, he came after 5 minutes from the time 8:57... First he gave me the reason ur phone was not reachable then he said van was not available, then he said he tried my house bell from ground floor...and all these blah...blah... And I want to inform you we live on builders floor, not in any society, without any security guards... I called up in the branch to talk to the concern person... Mr. ASHOK TANWAR told me we our responsibility is till ground floor ... And delivery boy Jagbir ... Then please clarify me how will Dominos dilever in whole Ashoka enclave because this area is totally builder floor area... Tell them to deliver everything on ground floor and take the payment from them... Dominos is an international chain and ur appreciated with ur doorstep delivery ... My door step is on second floor...never ever got these kinda clarification from any delivery ... Even from a local restaurant... And your guys think we r fool or what... And the guy ASHOK TANWAR Trying to make his own rules... It's a shame for ur chain... I never took food free... It happens very much i[censored]r guys even come 2 minutes late, they themselves told us that ur delivery is late that's why u don't have to pay...                           Few days back i recvd one sms from dominos for 20% discount on the order above 350. I purchased a coupon (costing me 10 rs) through sms. When I called to one of the outlets to make order. They told me this coupon can only be redeemed through online order. Surprisingly, in the sms there was no mention about online order and so I had taken it. By this way, these ppl are just Fooling more mobile customers and making money by rs 10 sms. ppl who are caught in this, 90% of the them dont know how to make online order (as online was not mentioned in Dominos sms). And they are unable to redeem that voucher in the limited time Secondly, who know online order they not necessarily have the internet access at that time So most of these vouchers will go unredeemed. And Dominos is making money just by sending "Flash sms" to mobile users. I would surely escalate this issue.!!!

                            Last week i ordered pizza online from dominos (omr chennai) . they cancelled the order by saying that the address is far from the restaurant and also added they will refund the amount in 1 week, now it's been a week and i haven't got my money back and the restaurant's people response is very rude.

                              On 18 September 2014. I was give a order of Rs 969.for the pizza.which has been carried out parsavanath mall at sector-12 faridabad store.and the payment made through debit card.but your staff employee has sweep the card twice.And the amount of Rs 969 has been deducted form my Account twice.after that I was visited your store regarding the payment.And the manager says that it will be refund within 1 week.but it yet not refund .So pal's refund the money on my Bank Account.                                 Why the hell have you ll started the online delivery system if you ll cant manage it. Specially saket pvr dominos outlet sucks. this is my 3rd complaint is last 1 month. All 3 times post placing order, confirmation received and in a mysterious way order fets cancelled. Moreover irresesponsible attitude of the saket dominos staff. Shamefull. Completely lost trust from dominos.

From past 2/3 times we are facing the issue while ordering using Dominos website. The amount will be deducted but the order won't be confirmed and it happened twice last week (i.e. on 19th Sep 2014) and today as well.                                       Again we faced the same issue today. I don't know who is maintaining this website every time wer get this error and even though we informed its not rectified. We ordered for an amount of Rs 1, 093 dated 17th Oct 2014.

                                      Please check on this issue and get it resolved so that customer don't face this problem again and again.

                                        There was a birthday party at my relatives house on 19th Sept 2014.
                                        Last month I called Domino's pizza in VIMAWALA ARCADE COMPLEX ANAND on the land line number & had a brief chat with the manager Mr. Rohan about the situation & requested him if it was possible to deliver in Petlad because it was not showing in the delivery area. I also told him that I was happy to pay whatever will be the delivery charges. He assured me that it was not in the delivery area but he will get it done & that I must call back a couple of days before 19th Sept.
                                        I again called Mr Rohan on 15th September regarding this order. I told him to please get my order for September 19th & get the payment from me by debit card.
                                        He told me that we can't deliver you as it is not possible. I was sad. First I was told yes & now that only few days were left for the party, he told me no delivery. I didn't knew what to do. Anyhow, I told him that atleast get the money from me so that it will show the amount in your account before the delivery & then I will send someone for the collection.
                                        He told me no sir, we can't do that & please order it online.
                                        I was sad & bit nervous now.
                                        Somehow I managed to find out someone for the collection.
                                        Now it was on 19th September. My relatives knew that I was giving them a treat & they were waiting for it.
                                        I entered in online Pizza ordering of Dominos:
                                        My order was:
                                        3 feast veg pizzas (Veg Extravaganza, Cloud 9 & Chef's Veg Wonder, all Wheat Thin Crust)
                                        5 Stuffed Garlic Breadsticks
                                        & 5 Taco Mexicana Veg

                                        Net Price
                                        2405
                                        Tax
                                        479.65
                                        Grand Total
                                        2885

                                        Now comes the problem.
                                        I tried to pay this amount with different types of debit & credit cards & was not successful.
                                        You may not believe but I am a online buyer & up to 25000/30000 rupee's I have paid by the debit cards in different online stores in India & never had any problem.
                                        A big surprise for me was Domino's India didn't accepts International payments.
                                        My God, I can't believe this.
                                        Such a big name internationally & international payments not accepted.
                                        Even small companies now a days accepts payments in different currencies.
                                        Please extend your service for the future for international payment methods as there can be lots of customers like me.
                                        Now as I couldn't make the payment, my order was not placed.
                                        & finally I had to call my relatives around 4.00 pm to say them that I couldn't place my order & please cook something at home & that there was no treat now.
                                        What a shame on me to say them like this.
                                        Put yourself in my place & call at your home at last moment of a party to tell them like this & you will understand my situation.
                                        Please do reply me for this message.
                                        I am very hurt with all this & I can't even call my family back due to this reason.
                                        I am sorry if I am wrong anywhere.
