Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

I placed a order for pizza for home delivery at Defence colony Delhi outlet on 29th May at 2:15pm and i have the following complaints:

1) The value pass given by SODEXO for use at Domino's with coupon code "AL25A" was not recognized by the outlet even though its validity is till 31st July 2014. After much persuasion they reluctantly accepted it but the final bill values did not match with 25% discount as stated. It was much lesser. So we had to opt out of that offer.

2) Even though Domino's is in the list of SODEXO accepting outlets they refused to accept the same as payment and had to pay by cash.

3) The person who took the order used swear word() when asked for the break up of cost of the individual items.

I have been regular customers and this is the first we are getting such a service, am disappointed and hope you rectify the complaint...

I am Aakash Vaishnav the regular customer of Domino's.I want to say is that very first 3 times I have complained domino's about there pizza and 3 times I have got pizza not properly baked or cooked please its a request that why domino's is doing these to their customers and once again I have got problem in pizza not properly cooked the time at which I carried out pizza for my home was 12:17 Pm date was 7/04/2014.I want to have some action again and again one customer is facing problem.If the Domino's whats that no customer should get good pizza than they should shutter down the domino's.The regular customers are visiting the domino's because they know domino's is a good for eating pizza's but if the trust is broken by domino's then the regular customer will also not visit.I want to fast resolve the problem of making worst pizza and these is my 4 time complain...These time the waiter there don't behave with me properly they were arguing unnecessary these time its too much.Its a request that please do something the staff is not proper.I am giving my bill details.Order No-08Date-29/05/2014Time-11:32AMAdderess-Gr.Floor Radhe Krishna Arcade Nr.Vaibhav Hall, Ghodasar Ahmedabad My Contact Number-[protected]

ordered a zesty chicken & chiken wings at 8.04 pm...the chicken wings was uncooked & my kid& neighbours kids complained following which i took a bite &was shocked& felt repulsive
i have been ordering practically every week& also go & eat at the HRBR layout frequently but am really pissed with the responce from the outlet saying thats how they cook it...

im Dr Vivek Thomas& at 42yrs of age i dont need to be told by the manager how chicken is cooked ...its really dissapointing what the standard of communication has gone to...
anyway this is the last time we ever order from dominos.

i am living in koyambedu near cmbt the busiest place in the city i called so called dominos pizza which says kuzhiyan ke home delivery for delivering a pizza to my home my call got changed to four branches but none of them agred to deliver saying they are not in the limits of my place i have only police saying such things now then y the heck do u have these many branches wen u cannot deliver it to a place which is the busiest part in the city i had a high hope on dominos but now all have gone down sorry to say plsss do take measures immediately

HI, I ORDERED PIZZA FOR MY GUEST AT 9:10:36 PM AND IT WAS DELIVERED AT 10:10 pm late by 60 MINUTES. IT WAS NOT GOOD COMMITMENT AT ALL AS PROMISED BY DOMINOS IN THEIR POLICY. Today I called the Aundh branch of dominos pizza and my order was taken by a very rude woman who insisted very rudely that I talk loudly as she could not hear. I had to scream out my address after which I am informed that I am out of the area of delivery and should order online. I was not given any other branch option who I could call for delivery. Despite living in a radius of 5 km I was very surprised at the not delivery policy of the aundh and baner road dominos at Panchavati a prime locality in Pune I have ordered at Dominos before but their current management since last 6 months has detiorated and customer relations is at its worst.

today i ordered from dominos...patiala(leela bhawan) punjab...the guy who received my call was in such a rush that he didnot take my complete order and banged the phone before i could complete the order... i called him for the second time to complete the order..he recived it..said ok and within 20 second he kept the phone again...without telling the final bill or conforming the order...then i called him for the third time and told him atleast confim my order...without saying anything he was banging the phone.. my order was received finally which was incomplete he forgot to dispatch my complete order because they dint punch my order properly n i had to wait till my complete order arrived...i need explanation was such incompetency...!!! my contact number is [protected]

We had ordered the pizza for delivery. The delivery was received within 30minutes of their commitment but the Medium Margherita pizza was delivered in the burnt state. When we complained to the dominos outlet they sent us the replacement, however, from the replacement took another 20minutes. When we told them to refund our money as they did not deliver our order within 30mins from the time of order. They refused any refund and insisted that they will only give the replacement for the burnt pizza.

Please don't make any transactions concerning the email id [protected]@gmail.com. Yesterday (22nd may 2014) there was a Dominos Pizza delivery boy waiting at my doorstep telling me that an order has been placed from my email while there Was no such acts on my part.. another incident of the same nature occured recently...so i gather that my email id has been hacked, and hence I request you not to make ANY TRANSACTIONS concerning this e-mail & if inspite of my being informing you any transaction is made I refuse to take any responsibility.

Hi, I placed an order on 9th May 2014 at 8:57 pm, order no. is 487 and place of order was Pehladpur, Badarpur New Delhi. I made online order and made payment simultaneously for this order. After half n hour. Jasola store people called me up and said that we don't deliver in Pahladpur area. So, we are cancelling your order and amount will be refunded to you with in a week. Dear Sir, Being a regular consumer of Domino's pizza, that is too travelling 50 Km from my place to Sambalpur Domino's (Attached to Big Bazaar), we got very badly cheated by your esteem company . On 16th may 2014, I received a SMS message (mobile No - [protected] ) from the said outlet that on purchase of, above rupees four hundred we will be getting a discount of rupees one hundred, without any condition apply . Hello, I am a regular customer of Dominos and I decide to call up the new cwnter opened at Huda City Center. date - 05/21/2014, time - 8:10 pm IST I inquired about the inaugural offer message i received for that branch from the lady answering the phone. Not only did she have no idea about the coupon, she was rude as well while talking. i placed online order of dominos pizza ai 2:40pm on may212014 and got my pizza delivered at 3:26pm and that too in a bad shape, folded on one side and delivered cold. The delivery boy asked me to call the dominos outlet at leeela bhawan patiala and the concerned rerson talked rudely and asked me how would he know if i had spoiled that pizza. Finally he agreed to exchange the pizza but for that again i would have waited for another 45 mins i.e. 4:40pm. so i opted not to get disappointed again. I visited the restaurant at electronic city and ordered pizza and another side dish which i dont remember the name and they asked to wait for 15 mins as it was a take away order. I waigted in the restaurant for more than 40 mins and i lost my patience, THen i walked to the sales person an gave gim the bill to check for the status he took the bill and he didnt come back, when i went and asked him he was very eager in getting new orders and he didnt listen to me when i stopped him he didnt respond properly and fater all these they gave my order which was wrong and the next frustaion is the pizzas where not cooked properly, the p[acjking bxes where wet as the cheese was flowing out like some liquid. I called the customer care to log a complaint and one person lifted the phone and he said that i will get a call back with in 24 hours and after 2 weeks also they are not responding . Especially htis Electronic city restaurant is very worst and the staff working there they dont speak well and if we ask somehting they give very wierd reactions in their face and their tone changes as if they are doing a free service.

Person Called And Told Some Stupid Reason For Not Giving Time Guaranty (Area Not Covered By Them, When Website Selected Store Automatically & Is Nearest One). Sir, I am pratik from surat (guj.). I ordered pizza at dominos trinity branch L.P. savani rd. Adajan, surat. at 9.02 pm and they gave me delivery at 10.35.pm. When i asked them about 30 mins policy i.e. pizza would be free if they deliver after 30 mins of placing order then they replied and said we cant give you any discounts. I have to take that delivery as it was so late and even my kids were hungry as my wife didn't cooked any food at home. This is the simple case of consumer cheating. Please take some action. I am living in Pune city of Maharashtra State. Recently I have contacted one of the store of Dominos Pizza situated next to Padale Palace, Karve Road, Pune. This store is only one km from my residence. I have gave the order on phone for Home Delivery. One of their staff has asked me the address & I told him that my residence is in Sadashiv Peth. He suddenly told me that Dominos does not provide Home Delivery in Sadashiv Peth area. Dominos also does not provide Home Delivery in Sadashiv Peth area if we order Online. I am shocked that one of the biggest chain of Pizza store has not provided the home delivery service within one km area. I want satisfactory answer from the company.
