I ordered One regular farmhouse pizza, one non veg labanese roll, one veg taco indiana and one joy box at 8;15pm on 7/6/14 and I was told that the bill amount is 529. Server s name was Suman p and counter was Jubilant foodworks limited, DPI65769. Address for this is SCO 13-15, sector 34, chandigarh. Now, when our order did not reach us till 8:55pm, I called up again. My call was received by Ruby and she said, you have not placed any order yet. I asked her to find out how this happened. To this, the lady told me that you must remember who took your order. I told her it was some other female and then, she passed my call to Suman. Now, Ms Suman says that whatever you ordered has gone into history, you ll have to give a repeat order now. I told that I have already given it, why did not she process it. To this, she said- I had taken the order but when I punched it, due to some technical error it did not get punch and this is not my fault. So, if you want you can repeat the order. I asked to pass my call to manager. Manager- Mr Ramesh, actually tried to manage the problem created by two girls and thereafter, he sent our food in 20 min and we paid 300 bucks less as order was received only at 9:20pm.
May be there was really some technical error but then, who is supposed to make it sure that order has been confirmed for delivery. Also, why should the customer remember the name of server. Also, why cant they simply say sorry and not that, its not their fault.
This is for the third time that order has been delivered late and believe me, there is no fun in paying less when your family is waiting for dinner. Previously, once we had ordered veg pasta and they delivered non veg pasta. Then the delivery boy went back all the way, exchanged it and came back with veg pasta. That day also there was delay. This counter has overall pathetic performance and you have really employed rude people who badly need lessons for manners of behaving with customers.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Thank You for your valuable reply. But I have cross checked with my bank (HDFC) and not SMP that there is no entry for such transaction, MSMP[protected]. Also, as per transaction records, there is no amount being debited into my account since then. So please do confirm the bank name and my account number with your team and do refund the amount as soon as possible for which I shall be grateful to you.
