I have placed an order on 07 June, 2014 at 1.13pm. The order was received at 2.10pm. When I called the service desk for my order, she replied with that the amount 300/- will be refunded to your account within next seven working days. But she neither registered my complaint nor took my order no. Since I have placed the order online I am afraid that my amount would be refunded back to me. I have attached the proof of my order for the same.

Thank You for your valuable reply. But I have cross checked with my bank (HDFC) and not SMP that there is no entry for such transaction, MSMP[protected]. Also, as per transaction records, there is no amount being debited into my account since then. So please do confirm the bank name and my account number with your team and do refund the amount as soon as possible for which I shall be grateful to you.

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER FOR ONE LARGE COUNTRY SPECIAL PIZZA, ONE WHITE PASTA ITALIANO WHITE VEG, ONE GARLIC BREADSTICKS & ONE CHEESY DIP ON 02/08/2014 AT 11:54:42AM THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. THE TOTAL BILLED AMOUNT WAS RS. 524/- NET. 50% ONLINE DISCOUNT WAS ALLOWED ALRIGHT. THE TIME OF DELIVERY WAS SET BY ME AT 01:30PM.

SINCE THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED TILL 01:40PM I CALLED UP THE OUTLET AT NO. [protected] AT 01:40pm WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE DELIVERY BOY WAS ON HIS WAY TO MAKE DELIVERY. BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TILL 02:07PM AND I CALLED UP AGAIN THE SAME NUMBER. AGAIN I WAS TOLD THAT THE DELIVERY BOY WAS ON HIS WAY, BUT AGAIN IT DID NOT REACH TILL 02:12pM . THEN I CALLED UP ONCE AGAIN ONLY TO BE TOLD BY THE MANAGER MR. PRAVEEN VERY RUDELY THAT I COULD FOLLOW THE COMPLAINT IN A MANNER I WISHED TO.

AFTER GETTING THIS ILL TREATMENT AT THE HANDS OF DOMINOS STAFF, I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO PLACE ANY ORDER WITH DOMINOS IN FUTURE, INSTEAD I HAVE NOW SWITCHED TO PIZZAHUT FOR MY PIZZA REQUIREMENTS.

THE REFUND OF RS. 300/- AGAINST THE DELAYED DELIVERY.

I have ordered pizza online and also paid to them through mobiwik wallet an amount of Rs.626. My order no was 156. The order was placed at dominos urban estate patiala and was confirmed by them at 06:38. So according to their 30 minutes guarantee my order should reach me before 07:08pm. But the order reached to me at 07:15 pm. So i called them again asked for my cash back but they haven't taken it seriously and haven't processed it. So, please look after the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

    Recently, i ordered a pizza and some sides along with it and they assured me to deliver my pizza within 45 minutes but they don't be able to do so! They delivered my pizza after 1 hour 20 minutes ! I asked them to give my pizza for free and i will pay u for sides only but they denied to do so ! I requested them to ask their manager but he too denied my request and unfortunately they taken my pizza ! Really ! This was not at all expected from this so called pizza brand "DOMINOS" I request you please to took a quick action against them as they also cant fix their price on their own !

      I just want to say than you Amritsar Lawrence road branch is the worst...I got my order after almost 1 hour and they said there are different terms and conditions on weekends but there is no such thing like that ... I asked the manager about his name they put me on hold for 10 min.The name of the manager is KS Negi i asked from the delivery boy...

        I am resident of the New Delhi Kalkaji Block K. We have ordered Pizza @ Domino's Store & According to thire policy they have to Provide free delivery of Pizza but Delivery Boy is making Excuses for late delivery. our order no is 263 (8th Jun 2014 8:29 PM ) is order time. Even the Quality of the Pizza are very poor. Now Onwards we have decided to do not buy any of the items from the Dominos. I suggest to all of you please avoid dominos to making order pizza please choose the alternates. Thanks Alok

            I ordered online for a Veg-Doubles, paid online for 328 rupees, and waited for almost an hour and they did not even have courtesy first to tell me he is late, often i had to call them and ask for my order status, first of all the online graphics which they have is fake, it says dispatched but it only got dispatched late... Secondly i was put on hold un-necessarily for every single question, , this happened on the 05/06/14 at around 16:06, i waited for almost an hour and nothing came by, i had though i would get the 30mins or free, but the guy-Rajkumar who had to pay me back did not even care to tell me that offer is applicable on this order and also that he failed to apologise, i called the store manager today and asked him to Pay me back my money, The self claimed Managers name was Manish who refused to oblige and behaved odd considering he broke the trust i had on dominoes, he actually didn't care even when i told him i am posting a complaint, he left the outlet when i called the second time, i would like an answer to my issue and why i was treated unfairly.                 I ordered One regular farmhouse pizza, one non veg labanese roll, one veg taco indiana and one joy box at 8;15pm on 7/6/14 and I was told that the bill amount is 529. Server s name was Suman p and counter was Jubilant foodworks limited, DPI65769. Address for this is SCO 13-15, sector 34, chandigarh. Now, when our order did not reach us till 8:55pm, I called up again. My call was received by Ruby and she said, you have not placed any order yet. I asked her to find out how this happened. To this, the lady told me that you must remember who took your order. I told her it was some other female and then, she passed my call to Suman. Now, Ms Suman says that whatever you ordered has gone into history, you ll have to give a repeat order now. I told that I have already given it, why did not she process it. To this, she said- I had taken the order but when I punched it, due to some technical error it did not get punch and this is not my fault. So, if you want you can repeat the order. I asked to pass my call to manager. Manager- Mr Ramesh, actually tried to manage the problem created by two girls and thereafter, he sent our food in 20 min and we paid 300 bucks less as order was received only at 9:20pm. May be there was really some technical error but then, who is supposed to make it sure that order has been confirmed for delivery. Also, why should the customer remember the name of server. Also, why cant they simply say sorry and not that, its not their fault. This is for the third time that order has been delivered late and believe me, there is no fun in paying less when your family is waiting for dinner. Previously, once we had ordered veg pasta and they delivered non veg pasta. Then the delivery boy went back all the way, exchanged it and came back with veg pasta. That day also there was delay. This counter has overall pathetic performance and you have really employed rude people who badly need lessons for manners of behaving with customers.                   DEAR dominos team, I have been dominos's customer since ages.. the mahim dominos is the most worse one by far they never have provided me proper service and every time i would talk the manager he would assure the better service next time, but that never happened I shall narrate my this time experience I placed my order at 8:22 pm (server SONIA. P.) As usual the order didn't reach on time, when I called up the store to ask how long would it take, there came no reply and she refused to give the line to the shift manager..and said, call the store later ! I got my order around 15mins late (9:10pm) the delivery guy pleaded as asked me to pay(not giving discount for late order ) as he said "mujhe black marks milenge" I told him "I shall pay him full money, BUT I WON'T ORDER AGAIN ! HE SAID OK MADAM ! { I did pay the entire amount (Rs.510) } I didn't receive sorry card ..I called up the store to inform about it, the store guy simply said ok, so ? What can I do? When I said I ain't ordering from dominos again, he said ok, fine bye ! When I asked store guy for his name he gave some (fake name ) girls name !

                      On 06.05.2014 Pizza with Garlic bread was ordered and payment has already been done via Internet, mail has also been received from Domino's about the order, but when pizza was delivered I was charged Rs 188 as outstanding. The Domino's person talking on phone told that there are 4 Garlic Bread but in mail it was only 2, I showed the Pizza boy the mail. When called to Domino's shop they reply our machine/ Data server is OK and don't make any mistake, we have to pay the amount but I refused to pay. Earlier they had made same mistakes again and again.

                        I ordered 2 pizzas on domino's website at 9:10 pm on 2nd June, 2014. I paid a sum of Rs 908 via my Axis Bank debit card and the website showed Koramangala 80ft outlet as source of delivery. I waited for half an hour for delivery but no one showed up. I called their no. but no one was picking up the phone. After an hour when someone picked up the phone they informed me it will take some time due to rain but still for another hour no one showed up. I called again but this time they said they never received any order. It was late night and all the shops were closed. Me and my friend left hungry and no place to go to. It was the incompetence of the company that we had to suffer late at night. This is completely unacceptable. If the order had not been confirmed they should have informed us immediately so we could have booked another order.

                          Today at 1700 I was placing an order at Diminos pizza tardeo, the staff could barely understand English, failed to explain promotIonal offers.After taking half the order slammed the phone down and when i called the Manager on the line i was told by her Must be Mistake. Tardeo branch is a pain to order a pizza.kindly keep.more qualified staff at dominos.

                            Hello, I have placed an order yesterday at 9:12:46 PM for a pizza, first of all the store managers mobile was switched off, secondly customer care were too not able to reach the store manager. The delivery boy Ravi arrived late with pizza around 45 mins he took, it was not about reaching late but in between i already finished my dinner and wanted him to take back pizza and return me the money but he was helpless and store manager's mobile was switched off.                               Ordered a Pizza at 8:22 PM on 2nd June 2014.
                              Called the outlet 10 times after 30 minutes passed and was promised the Pizza would be delivered within 15 mins each time. A couple of times they would pick up the receiver and just cut the call without even responding. The outlet was

The person in-charge of this mess blatantly says his name as Sudarshan and says you can go ahead and complain. This is not the kind of service I had expected from Dominos.

                                This was the consecutive second bad experience at Neelgagan Plaza Shahibaugh outlet.Pathetic quality of pizzas I have ever had at Dominos. No cheese, no stuffing.The outer circumference of the pizza WAS JUST NOT EATABLE. All the other outlets including thaltej, drive in, himalaya mall for that matter even the outlet at a small place like Shirdi have maintained good standards. Always end up having a good experience there EXCEPT THIS ONE OUTLET. Last time had made a complaint on phone at this outlet but no action was taken except an apology. The stuffed garlic bread which cost 100 bucks had almost negligible cheese, just few bits of corn and just 1-2 bits of jalapeno. DOES IT REALLY JUSTIFY THE COST YOU ARE TAKING FROM THE CUSTOMER?? Or is it that one lost customer or bad word of mouth holds no value for a brand like Dominos. Expecting a positive response atleast this time.

                                  I ordered Two Nos of Mexigan Green Wave Pizza at 7.30pm on 31.05.2014 at the Dominos Pizza Branch at Tidel PArk Taramani Chennai from the Mobile No.[protected] to the telephone No.[protected]. One lady staff had taken my order(1) for the above items and I was confirmed that delivery would be within 40 to 50 minutes of the order time. I once again called the above number at 8.40pm stating that I have not received the order and the Men staff replied (2) me that I would receive the order within10 minutes and once gain called the same number (3) at 9.04pm on the same day and the lady staff replied that no order had been taken in my name and I argued that I am having the evidence for the above order and they carelessly replied that no order had been taken. On that day because this incident I was not taken food and I was starving without food but depending upon the Order and due to this my health condition becomes very serious on that day for not taking food in time.                                     Hi, I have an online like i do it every time.The online application doesn't have enough space to put in the address.this is not the first time am placing order online at dominos.i have placed order multiple times and have provided the same address input which i have placed online.i placed order at 05:003 pm but it was delivered to me at 05:45pm.i waited for 30 minutes and called up store to enquire. the lady said the person is at store then have asked her to put across supervisor another guy came up and when was talking to him he couldnt speak English and then have transfered call to supervisor and when explained him he said the delivery guy is at landmark and after 8 min got call from delivery guy and he still dint deliver waited for 5 minutes and called back the number the person lifted said the delivery guy left just now.took 45 minutes to deliver and top of that negligence from store. i need to think twice next time i place an order. order no 63.                                       WE ORDERED 1 MARGERATHA MED PIZZA, 1 SMALL ZESTY CHICKEN, 1 TACO INDIA NON VEG, 1 CHOCO LAVA & 1 BUTTERSTOCH MOUSSE AT DOMINOS AT COMUNITY CENTRE ROAD NO 44, PITAMPURA OUTLET AT 30/5/14 9:51 PM OUR ORDER REACHED US IN TIME BUT WITHOUT 1 MARGERATHA PIZZA, WHICH DOMINOS GUYS SAID IS ON WAY AND IT REACHED US AT 10:50 PM IN ONE HOUR FOR WHICH THERE COMPANY SAYS 30 MINS OR FREE AND AGAIN THAT PIZZA WAS BURNT AND WE HAVE TO SEND IT BACK AGAIN AND THEN THE TOOK ANOTHER 30 MINS AT 11;23 PM THATS 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES.THANK GOD MY KIDS HAD TO WAIT ONLY FOR 1 1/2 HRS FOR THERE DINNER ALL THANKS TO DOMINOS SO CALLED FAST DELIVERY.I PAID FULL AMOUT Rs 780/- they offered me free pizza the next day which i refused.please take strong action. chander spall [protected]

                                        I ordered for a pizza referring to the coupon code and told the order taking girl to check for the offer for buy one med pizza and get one free. I dint check the offer for coupon details while placing the order. But, asked the girl to check the code and confirm for offers. She assured the offers and told me to submit the coupon. When pizza was delivered, one mr.sudhir was talking rubbish with me to give cost for both the pizzas as the coupon code was not referring to buy one and get one. is it my fault? This is very ridiculous and made me unhappy. First time I have placed the order at dominos but, the treatment was unforgettable. Hats off to your boys n girls. I decided not to have any business with dominos in future and would like to pass this message to all my networks. The order was placed at BSK 3rd stage. Hope you will improve to serve for customer satisfaction.
