I ordered Two Nos of Mexigan Green Wave Pizza at 7.30pm on 31.05.2014 at the Dominos Pizza Branch at Tidel PArk Taramani Chennai from the Mobile No.[protected] to the telephone No.[protected]. One lady staff had taken my order(1) for the above items and I was confirmed that delivery would be within 40 to 50 minutes of the order time. I once again called the above number at 8.40pm stating that I have not received the order and the Men staff replied (2) me that I would receive the order within10 minutes and once gain called the same number (3) at 9.04pm on the same day and the lady staff replied that no order had been taken in my name and I argued that I am having the evidence for the above order and they carelessly replied that no order had been taken. On that day because this incident I was not taken food and I was starving without food but depending upon the Order and due to this my health condition becomes very serious on that day for not taking food in time. Hi, I have an online like i do it every time.The online application doesn't have enough space to put in the address.this is not the first time am placing order online at dominos.i have placed order multiple times and have provided the same address input which i have placed online.i placed order at 05:003 pm but it was delivered to me at 05:45pm.i waited for 30 minutes and called up store to enquire. the lady said the person is at store then have asked her to put across supervisor another guy came up and when was talking to him he couldnt speak English and then have transfered call to supervisor and when explained him he said the delivery guy is at landmark and after 8 min got call from delivery guy and he still dint deliver waited for 5 minutes and called back the number the person lifted said the delivery guy left just now.took 45 minutes to deliver and top of that negligence from store. i need to think twice next time i place an order. order no 63. WE ORDERED 1 MARGERATHA MED PIZZA, 1 SMALL ZESTY CHICKEN, 1 TACO INDIA NON VEG, 1 CHOCO LAVA & 1 BUTTERSTOCH MOUSSE AT DOMINOS AT COMUNITY CENTRE ROAD NO 44, PITAMPURA OUTLET AT 30/5/14 9:51 PM OUR ORDER REACHED US IN TIME BUT WITHOUT 1 MARGERATHA PIZZA, WHICH DOMINOS GUYS SAID IS ON WAY AND IT REACHED US AT 10:50 PM IN ONE HOUR FOR WHICH THERE COMPANY SAYS 30 MINS OR FREE AND AGAIN THAT PIZZA WAS BURNT AND WE HAVE TO SEND IT BACK AGAIN AND THEN THE TOOK ANOTHER 30 MINS AT 11;23 PM THATS 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES.THANK GOD MY KIDS HAD TO WAIT ONLY FOR 1 1/2 HRS FOR THERE DINNER ALL THANKS TO DOMINOS SO CALLED FAST DELIVERY.I PAID FULL AMOUT Rs 780/- they offered me free pizza the next day which i refused.please take strong action. chander spall [protected]

I ordered for a pizza referring to the coupon code and told the order taking girl to check for the offer for buy one med pizza and get one free. I dint check the offer for coupon details while placing the order. But, asked the girl to check the code and confirm for offers. She assured the offers and told me to submit the coupon. When pizza was delivered, one mr.sudhir was talking rubbish with me to give cost for both the pizzas as the coupon code was not referring to buy one and get one. is it my fault? This is very ridiculous and made me unhappy. First time I have placed the order at dominos but, the treatment was unforgettable. Hats off to your boys n girls. I decided not to have any business with dominos in future and would like to pass this message to all my networks. The order was placed at BSK 3rd stage. Hope you will improve to serve for customer satisfaction.

I placed a order for pizza for home delivery at Defence colony Delhi outlet on 29th May at 2:15pm and i have the following complaints:

1) The value pass given by SODEXO for use at Domino's with coupon code "AL25A" was not recognized by the outlet even though its validity is till 31st July 2014. After much persuasion they reluctantly accepted it but the final bill values did not match with 25% discount as stated. It was much lesser. So we had to opt out of that offer.

2) Even though Domino's is in the list of SODEXO accepting outlets they refused to accept the same as payment and had to pay by cash.

3) The person who took the order used swear word() when asked for the break up of cost of the individual items.

I have been regular customers and this is the first we are getting such a service, am disappointed and hope you rectify the complaint...

ordered a zesty chicken & chiken wings at 8.04 pm...the chicken wings was uncooked & my kid& neighbours kids complained following which i took a bite &was shocked& felt repulsive
i have been ordering practically every week& also go & eat at the HRBR layout frequently but am really pissed with the responce from the outlet saying thats how they cook it...

im Dr Vivek Thomas& at 42yrs of age i dont need to be told by the manager how chicken is cooked ...its really dissapointing what the standard of communication has gone to...
anyway this is the last time we ever order from dominos.

i am living in koyambedu near cmbt the busiest place in the city i called so called dominos pizza which says kuzhiyan ke home delivery for delivering a pizza to my home my call got changed to four branches but none of them agred to deliver saying they are not in the limits of my place i have only police saying such things now then y the heck do u have these many branches wen u cannot deliver it to a place which is the busiest part in the city i had a high hope on dominos but now all have gone down sorry to say plsss do take measures immediately

HI, I ORDERED PIZZA FOR MY GUEST AT 9:10:36 PM AND IT WAS DELIVERED AT 10:10 pm late by 60 MINUTES. IT WAS NOT GOOD COMMITMENT AT ALL AS PROMISED BY DOMINOS IN THEIR POLICY. Today I called the Aundh branch of dominos pizza and my order was taken by a very rude woman who insisted very rudely that I talk loudly as she could not hear. I had to scream out my address after which I am informed that I am out of the area of delivery and should order online. I was not given any other branch option who I could call for delivery. Despite living in a radius of 5 km I was very surprised at the not delivery policy of the aundh and baner road dominos at Panchavati a prime locality in Pune I have ordered at Dominos before but their current management since last 6 months has detiorated and customer relations is at its worst.

today i ordered from dominos...patiala(leela bhawan) punjab...the guy who received my call was in such a rush that he didnot take my complete order and banged the phone before i could complete the order... i called him for the second time to complete the order..he recived it..said ok and within 20 second he kept the phone again...without telling the final bill or conforming the order...then i called him for the third time and told him atleast confim my order...without saying anything he was banging the phone.. my order was received finally which was incomplete he forgot to dispatch my complete order because they dint punch my order properly n i had to wait till my complete order arrived...i need explanation was such incompetency...!!! my contact number is [protected]

We had ordered the pizza for delivery. The delivery was received within 30minutes of their commitment but the Medium Margherita pizza was delivered in the burnt state. When we complained to the dominos outlet they sent us the replacement, however, from the replacement took another 20minutes. When we told them to refund our money as they did not deliver our order within 30mins from the time of order. They refused any refund and insisted that they will only give the replacement for the burnt pizza.

Please don't make any transactions concerning the email id [protected]@gmail.com. Yesterday (22nd may 2014) there was a Dominos Pizza delivery boy waiting at my doorstep telling me that an order has been placed from my email while there Was no such acts on my part.. another incident of the same nature occured recently...so i gather that my email id has been hacked, and hence I request you not to make ANY TRANSACTIONS concerning this e-mail & if inspite of my being informing you any transaction is made I refuse to take any responsibility.

Dear Sir, Being a regular consumer of Domino's pizza, that is too travelling 50 Km from my place to Sambalpur Domino's (Attached to Big Bazaar), we got very badly cheated by your esteem company . On 16th may 2014, I received a SMS message (mobile No - [protected] ) from the said outlet that on purchase of, above rupees four hundred we will be getting a discount of rupees one hundred, without any condition apply . Hello, I am a regular customer of Dominos and I decide to call up the new cwnter opened at Huda City Center. date - 05/21/2014, time - 8:10 pm IST I inquired about the inaugural offer message i received for that branch from the lady answering the phone. Not only did she have no idea about the coupon, she was rude as well while talking. i placed online order of dominos pizza ai 2:40pm on may212014 and got my pizza delivered at 3:26pm and that too in a bad shape, folded on one side and delivered cold. The delivery boy asked me to call the dominos outlet at leeela bhawan patiala and the concerned rerson talked rudely and asked me how would he know if i had spoiled that pizza. I visited the restaurant at electronic city and ordered pizza and another side dish which i dont remember the name and they asked to wait for 15 mins as it was a take away order. I waigted in the restaurant for more than 40 mins and i lost my patience, THen i walked to the sales person an gave gim the bill to check for the status he took the bill and he didnt come back, when i went and asked him he was very eager in getting new orders and he didnt listen to me when i stopped him he didnt respond properly and fater all these they gave my order which was wrong and the next frustaion is the pizzas where not cooked properly, the p[acjking bxes where wet as the cheese was flowing out like some liquid. I called the customer care to log a complaint and one person lifted the phone and he said that i will get a call back with in 24 hours and after 2 weeks also they are not responding . Especially htis Electronic city restaurant is very worst and the staff working there they dont speak well and if we ask somehting they give very wierd reactions in their face and their tone changes as if they are doing a free service.
