I ordered for 2 Pizza's (1 med. PAN and 1 regular ht deluxe) at Domino's Pizza at Paharganj New Delhi vide invoice No.PI66456/14-15/57337 dated 10.5.2014 (order No.162) and display rate showed as Rs.290 and 190 respectively. But on the bill, the rate of medium PAN Farmho Pizza sowed as Rs.310/- instead of Rs.290/- and on inquiry I was told that the tax was also included. But the bill showed as Rs.24.72 as service tax and Rs.63.61 as VAT. So, what was that difference of Rs.20/-. This is not a question of Rs.20/- only but the question of a reputation of the Company. On requested, the Manager/the girl, who issued the bills simply ignored my request. I am also enclosing a copy of the bill for your ready reference.

    I had ordered for 2 large pizzas. One Pepperoni and One meatzaa...i ordered it online at 9:13pm on 9th May 2014. Knowing about the 30minutes delivery guarantee of dominos i went to pick up the Pizza at 9:45 pm...to my surprise the pizza was not ready. The staff was just asking one another and did not even have the courtesy to to inform me if the pizza was ready or not. And suddenly we saw our pizzas being put in the oven right in front o[censored]s and then the employee replies that yes sir Your pizza will be ready in sometime. Which made me even more furious. In the end both my Pizzas were ready at 10:17pm thus they dishonored their 30 minute guarantee. So we asked him to give it to us for free. But he refused to even give us a discount. So we paid the entire amount and came home with the pizza. When we opened the pizza to our surprise there was no kheema on the meatzaa which is actually the main ingredient and also I had ordered for extra Jalapeño worth Rs. 70 which were absolutely missing. I want to file for compensation for the way I have been cheated and for Mental dissatisfaction... I am attaching some pictures of the Pizza and also the bill. Hope to get a positive response.       Dear Sir, I ordered Domino Pizza /2 Nos/ from Hongkong Bazar, Sector 57 Gurgaon from my landline No[protected] at 5pm. I waited till 6.30 pm but no delevery. I called them on No 4233700 and was told to contact sector 56 0n 4587800 and they delivered pizza at 7pm. I was tossed twice and pizza was not delivered in 30 min as is the rule with Domino. I have refused to pay them as per your rules. They have spoiled the party of my children. Mr Kuber from hongkong bazar attende my call second time. Pl investigate and see that this type of joke is not repeated.I expect reply from you. Thanks

        Today I had Dominos Pizza near, Sher -E -Punjab Andheri(E). I ordered Veg Singles to have it over there. To my surprise the Pizza that they have served was more like a chapati, not even like a tandoori roti. I was so surprised as the Veg Singles which I had previously was, large in size, had more cheese and also the cost was reasonable 170Rs/- approx contrary to one which I had today which had less cheese and the size is more or less like a roti and cost also they have increased to 230Rs/- approx. It may seem funny but it is true. Dominos is mis- utilizing the trust it has got and they are in opinion that common people will not be raising voice against it. I think there should be some regulations on such big fast food restaurant giants.

Time 3:30Pm Complaint: Today me and my wife visited the restaurant have pizza, But while we were having our pizza, we where harassed repeatedly by the cleaning lady at the restaurant first she asked us to move to the next table after sometime of cleaning she again came to table we are sitting and told us that she wants to clean the table we got up and left. But before leaving I have reported to the manager but he seem be be on the reluctant side to take action. I request you please forward this to the concerned management team.

            Hello Sir/Madam I have come across through a disrespectful behaviour while ordering Veg singles combo at 15:00 pm as on 10-May-2014 from a contact number ([protected]) . I have asked the adjustment in the order which was denied by the team (New BEL Rd, RMV 2nd Stage, Dollars Colony, RMV Extension Stage 2, Bangalore, Karnataka 560094). However, have agreed to their denial. After the order was placed. They have stopped answering to the call after asking the contact details and didn't answer afterwards. This is the behavior which i am facing second time. Hope you will be able to help on this.As it seems top be a training issue with the front office people while dealing on phone calls. Thanking you

              On 7th May, I had placed a order for 4 pizza mania and 1 coke at 7 pm. and the delivery boy came at 7.45 pm and told me he had 0 balance in his mobile and went for recharge as no body open the door at 7.25 pm. he was lying. i was standing outside my house since 7.20 to 7.45 pm. And 0 balance in his mobile was a excuse that had no point. As a good citizen i had paid all money. But this kind of service by the delivery guy was not good. and it makes dominos image bad.                 Hi!
                I am guniya makhija . I am a student of thapar university patiala.
                Today i ordered my pizza at dominos and i in return got a massive reply upon when i called the outlet to check whether have they received my order or not.
                And then on late delivery, misbehave by the delivery boy spoiled my pizza treat when i asked him to comply over the 30 minutes garauntee. I got my pizza after 40 minutes .The dominos kitchen is just at 5 minutes walking distance and this is not the first time that i compromised.
                I feel like filing a fir against that delivery boy .
                Hope you would help me ..!!

                  I have ordered a pizza on 23rd of APRIL 2014. After ordering the pizza, Rs 313 got deducted. After one hour I got a call saying that they don't provide delivery services to the given address and they said they will be refunding the amount in 3 or 4 working days.Its been approx. 15 days but I have not got my money yet.

                  Can you explain me HOW MANY DAYS DO YOU NEED TO REFUND THE MONEY?

                    I placed an online order yesterday evening and after confirmed payment through net banking my order was not placed. I checked my SBI bank account and it is showing a transaction of Rs 249 debited from my account with reference no. (MSBI[protected]IGT9266077 TRANSFER TO[protected]. I checked with the nearest Dominos delivery outlet of NN Mall Rohini Sector 3, New Delhi over phone and they told me that they did not receive any online order. Since money has already been deducted from my account so I would like to know how and when will they be reversed?

                    Your complaint has been forwarded to Domino's Pizza customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.


                    What is the meaning of several days? I do not accept this as an answer. Will Domino's pizza accept a payment for pizza after several days? This is ridiculously pathetic from a service provider.

                      My name is Vivek Modi and my mobile no. is [protected]. I stay at JP Agarwalla Road, Bharulumukh near Pragjyotish College. I have ordered for Pizza at 6:36 pm today at your Rehabari, Guwahati, Assam outlet over phone but i did not received it. I have called again at 7:30 pm but a lady executive told me that my place is out of delivery area so it will take total one hour from the time of order. But when i have not received it even after two hours from order time, I have called at 8:45 pm again but one of your male executive told me that he will call me back again. But till now i have not received any call or any Pizza.

                      This kind of Service can detriorate your goodwill and can send negative word of mouth among consumers.

                        Hello, I ordered a pizza online on 25/04/2014 which was costing Rs -340/-. The transaction was successful and the money got debited from my account.But when i called them they told that none of the order is being placed and your money will get refunded as this usually happens due to technical reasons. So, i lodged a concern feedback on their website and they told that ur money will get refunded within 2 working days. Still I haven't received any kind of revert from them even after 9 days..Worst experience...!!! Please help for the same. Thanking you

                          I placed an online order with domino's & while ordering i got to know that the order will be delivered by the Garebhavipalya store.But after i placed the order & made the payment, i got a call from the store that they wont be able to deliver as the locality is not theirs & they are cancelling the order & i would get my money back in 7 days.                             Dear With ref to order no.356 placed in Karnal sector 12, Part - 1 Branch(Jubilant Foodworks Ltd). It was highly unsatisfactory and dispappointing experience. We placed our order with the above mentioned branch at around 10:04pm that was taken by Mr.Sanjay.I would like to bring to your kind attention that the person was immensely rude and carelessly took the order. With ref to our order, we cancelled the Garlic bread and it was well communicated to the above mentioned person but the bread was still part of our order.Secondly, 3 cheese dips were sent against the order of 2.He disconnected the phone without telling the total amount of the bill.When we called back to confirm the bill amount, he told us Rs 652 which we suspected so we asked him to repeat the order.When he repeated, we told him that we asked him to cancel the bread but he simply DENIED it.I REQUEST YOU TO OVERHEAR THE RECORDED CONVERSATION, as it would VERIFY the facts. At the point of getting the delivery, we made a call from delivery boy's cell to manager to complain about the whole scenario .But due to insufficient balance, the phone got discoonected in between.I am SUPRISED THAT EVEN MANAGER DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL BACK. It is very sad and humiliating experience.It was ZERO SERVICING.Such experiences can shift your customer loyalties. I hope STRICT ACTION would be taken. Regards & Best Wishes Bharti A Sharma

                                    Hello Customer-Care, Subject: DOMINOS REFUND I am from Ahmedabad and my friend had ordered Pizza, Choco Lava and cold drink on 15/04/14 through Internet . Money was deducted from my friend account but the order was not placed. I called the outlet after 1day( because it was surprise gift for me) and they said they havent got any order on that day. DOMINOS has to refund the money for order because I have bank statement where it clearly shows 356rs is deducted for Dominos. I am very disappointed with the service.

                                        I made an online order for Rs. 617 (inclusive of Taxes) to Malleshwaram Domino's Pizza on 12th April 2014. The money was deducted but the online transaction failed. The order was not placed but the money was deducted. Its been 5 days and still the refund was not done.                                         hi, i ordered pizza and some sides from dominoz and the quality of pizza i got was horrible i have attached the pictures of pizza and bill, it was all burned and hard . please take some serious action .

                                        Order was not delivered

                                        Order number 239was not delivered. I placed order at night 10pm approx. However it was not delivered and no call was made to my reg. Cell no. Waited till 11:30. Very bad service and really disappointing. I was without any food. I[censored]nable to deliver I was expecting a minimum call from delivery guy.
