    I made an online order for Rs. 617 (inclusive of Taxes) to Malleshwaram Domino's Pizza on 12th April 2014. The money was deducted but the online transaction failed. The order was not placed but the money was deducted. Its been 5 days and still the refund was not done. I have enclosed the statement I received from my bank via SMS.

    poor quality

    hi, i ordered pizza and some sides from dominoz and the quality of pizza i got was horrible i have attached the pictures of pizza and bill, it was all burned and hard . please take some serious action .

    Order was not delivered

    Order number 239was not delivered. I placed order at night 10pm approx. However it was not delivered and no call was made to my reg. Cell no. Waited till 11:30. Very bad service and really disappointing. I was without any food. I[censored]nable to deliver I was expecting a minimum call from delivery guy.

      Hello, I ordered a pizza on 9th April 2014 and the transaction ID for the order in my bank statement is[protected]. The order was of Rs. 328/-. The online order failed and I was waiting for the refund to be done automatically as usually happens. But it has been a week and the refund has not been done, the number given here[protected] is also unreachable. I request Dominos to look into the issue and proceed to refund the money.             Dominos new outlet at Dabolim, Airport Road, Goa gives horrible pizzas. No taste, unexpectedly less cheez almost no cheez, vegetables hardly anything, not baked, raw vegetables. sad to say that when we think of pizzas and have tasted good pizzas of Dominos earlier and we order from a outlet and get these kind of tasteless pizzas from them. most of the Dominos outlets in Goa cheat by serving pizzas which after eating one will find that he has only eaten bread. the story doesnt end here. Porvorim dominos cheats people by taking the order and does not issue bills even after requesting 4 -5 times. N as well also charge more- by changing the order- if we ask for plain breadsticks, they will place order of stuffed bread sticks .

            I am frequent customer of Domino's, at the Porvorim outlet. There have been minor issues which i overlooked but today after waiting for 40 minutes i get the Wrong Pizza and upon notifying the person who took the order, his supervisor by name Rahul G G has the nerve to come and tell us that it is the right Pizza and then on convincing him, this unapologetic supervisor replaces the pizza. details of orders are as Under:-

              Sir/Madam, I was a regular customer of Dominoes but now I feel like leaving it, reason being the Insincerity of the people taking order around my area. For instance whenever we would call them, they wouldn't pick up the phone and If they happen to do so and If we ask about the order we gave, they would say that they don't know who's delivering the order in my area or who's carrying my order for delivery, though on asking aggressively they would tell the name but not, when asked politely... Anyday If I Order Pizza, it's for sure that I would have to invest almost one-fourth of the pizza's cost in calling that person and checking whether my order has been processed or so.. The attendants and the Assistant Manager, Mr.Gaurav, of the dominoes store in my area(IIT Kanpur), the supply is from the Rave 3 Mall, are all Incompetent in handling customers. They don't even talk politely. So, I kindly request you from my community to look into the matter. For the Information, I am a student of IIT Kanpur which is situated in the area of Kalyanpur where the dilevery of Dominoes pizza happen from Rave 3 mall !! Thank you.

                Hi, I have booked an order @ 8:29 PM online @ Dominos website to get it delivered by 9:30 PM @ 11-APR-14. However this has not been delivered by 10:28 PM and I have spoken with manager (Sumit) @ sec-61 restaurant @ 9:50 PM and he told me that there is some problem at their end and he will call back to me and provide the latest status. But I had not received any call from Dominos and when I tried to call back they simply cut it down my no. Can someone please take a strong action as this is mentally harassment to the customer.                   Hi, I have ordered 1 Regular Pizza + 1 Garlic bread at Dominos Pizza, BTM layout outlet, Bangalore at 1.57pm on[protected] with a promising delivery time of 30 mins. At 3pm on[protected], I called at the same counter, they said there is no order placed with my mobile no.                     Pizza NOT delivered! Domino's Outlet - Cambridge Layout Manager Name (as told on the Name) - Mr. Dev Delivery Area - near Double Road, Indiranagar 2nd Stage Order Amount - Above Rs. 400 Customer Name - DIvya/ Samveen Phone- +91 [protected] We ordered a Medium, Pan-Base Peppy Paneer Pizza last night at around 9:10 pm (remember that Dominos Pizza has a 30 min delivery USP). After 35 mins we called to check and the girl who had taken our order said that the pizza would be delivered in another 15-20 minutes because they were falling short of delivery boys. She also said that we must make the delivery boy speak with them when our order was delivered. At around 10:30 (after almost 1 and a 1/2 hr) we called again to speak with the manager. The manager Mr. Dev said that it would be delivered soon. We mentioned that we would not pay for the pizza and would avail Dominos 30 minutes deal because the pizza would only be delivered after 2 whole hours of the order being placed. The pizza was NOT DELIVERED to us! At 11:30 we finally cooked ourselves a quick meal and had dinner. this is not expected out of a chain such as Domino's. I would fire a manager that takes order delivery at his discretion. How would Domino's compensate a regular, frequent-ordering customer for such an incident? One free pizza would not compensate for such attitude.

                      Despite being a fan of dominos pizzas I have decided not to ever order from there again! So much exasperated by their service! I ordered via mobile app and my card got charged for the order. I was doubtful about my order because no order number got generated, so I called them. One of the guy confirmed my order. After waiting for nearly 1hr I called the central helpline again and to my surprise this time no one had a clue about my order! Above all there wasn't a single executive free to receive my inquiry via the central feedback system! I squandered my Sunday evening waiting and waiting on their call waiting for some executive to get free. If these people cannot handle or manage mobile apps they should not give us the option! One of the guy had the audacity to say that mam it generally happens on mobile apps and you will get your refund within seven days! God!! It's not just about my money, it's about my time my beautiful evening and my craving - all of which got ruined pathetically! Dominos has lost a loyal customer! Forever!

                        Hi, We have had the WORST service at your Basavanagudi Domino's outlet. We are regulars at the branch, however, are made to wait not less that 40-45 mins on weekends. This is the same story every time. At times even the order is interchanged. All this while, we were only told a Sorry, which never meant to be and the order was ALWAYS delivered late. This is really IRRITATING and just testing ones patience levels! This time again, it was the same scene, for bill number 326, dated 6 April 2014. It was a small order with a regular pizza and a coke, which took them exactly 50 mins for a takeaway. We were offered the money back, which we "did not accept". The staff are not bothered and not responsive. Upon insisting on lodging a complaint, we were told to takeaway a free Pizza instead of filing a complaint! Don't you think this is REDICULOUS that a brand like Domino's uses such CHEAP GIMMICKS of giving away a free pizza and letting their customers give a feedback as "Total Satisfaction Guaranteed"! You guys charge us three to four times the actual cost and don't even provide good timely service. If you cant handle, then accept, than making false promises such as 99.99% satisfaction guaranteed!                           I am unable to place an online order from Shipra Sun City and its been 3 months and these guys are still maintaining that the customers from Shipra can place the order online which is not the case. The screen shots are attached for your reference to expose their lies. Its pathetic that such a large organization is lying about the orders. There customer care voice and chat is of no use and doesnt provide any help. Please let me know how should I sue them for the mental agony and pain I have went through. Since the site doesnt allow me to upload pptx please share your email id so that I can send the proofs to you.

                            I'm from Bangalore. I ordered pizza on 27th March . Money was deducted from my account (Rs 448) but the order wasn't placed . I called them up and they said no order has been placed. I got a mail afterwards saying "Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted 448." Its been more than a week . They dont even have a customer care number . I am really dissapointed with their service. When will I get my refund?

                              My complaint is against Dominos India.I placed an order successfully via their website, "pizzaonline.dominos.co.in", and opted for COD.I then received an email containing the receipt of the order. The time mentioned on the receipt was "Time of Order:3/28/2014 1:11:52 PM" while I received the email at 1:06 PM which means that I placed the order at 1:06PM and not 1:11:52PM. Thus there is a difference of 5 minutes between the actual time of order and the time printed in the receipt.Also, Dominos has a 30 minute delivery guarantee, but by manipulating the time of order, Dominos gets a total of 35 minutes to deliver the order which directly contradicts the 30 minute delivery guarantee. Thus Dominos is robbing their customers of the free pizza they are worthy of and hence is also potentially robbing them of their money.I have attached the screenshots of the time of receipt of email and the time mentioned on the receipt. time at which i received the email and hence the time i placed the order: https://db.tt/vQIjK4vJ time printed in the receipt:https://db.tt/6MXMVr2c

                                Online payment has not been refunded while they cancelled the order and pizza was never delivered. I have been a regular customer of Domino's and as usual I ordered online on 22 Mar 2013. The same usual store was placed an order but they refused delivery saying my residence is not in their delivery area. Interestingly they had been delivering at the same address just weeks back. I had communicated my concern on their website; but no one responded and neither they had refunded the amount.                                   I called the outlet after 1.5 hours and they said they havent got any order.
                                  So i was asked to order again and cash on delivery option was provided for me.
                                  DOMINOS has to refund the money for my first order and it has already been 10 days now.
                                  I am very disappointed with the service.

                                    I had ordered 1 Medium Cheese Burst Farmhouse Pizza, 1 Garlic Bread and 1 Cheesy Dip on 30th March 2014 at 09:11 p.m. order no. 319 in Chennai store situated at Pursaiwalkam. The company guarantees delivery in 30 mins but I did not get it. I called the store at 9:40 p.m. and was told that the order has been dispatched but I never got the order. When I called the store I was not attended to properly. Then at 10.45 pm I was able to connect to a store personnel and was told that they do not know who has taken my order for delivery and they would get back to me. But the service can be classified as third grade as they never returned to my calls. When I asked for the store manager, some employee spoke to me pretending to be the store manager and just bluntly told that the order is cancelled and kept the call ruthlessly. Even on calling the store more than 50 times they never picked the call. I take this as a consumer harassment. Please take appropriate action.

                                      I had placed an order of two pizza's from Dominos Sarjapur. They messed up my order and gave me 2 same pizzas instead of 2 different pizzas. When we tried to call them at their store they did not pickup. Even the central feedback team said they will get back to us but never did. Finally the pizza was all cold and we had to throw it away. This is not the first time i have experienced this. Dominos services have deteriorated from the past few years. I have decided not to order from Dominos ever again. And I am going to make sure that i warn my friends and family about their non-sense.
