I had preordered pizza at afternoon 1:00 for the time 3:15 and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "pending confirmation".

I went to store but they are not helping, they are just saying to contact customer care but customer care never gets connected.

I never got pizza and still in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from the account, I want refund.

    I have ordered Pizza on 29-APR-2021 with my registered mobile number [protected], but order status remains as Pending for Confirmation.
    We haven't received Pizaa and neither amount got refunded back to account.

            I had preordered pizza at evening 7.10 for the time 10.00 pm and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "pending confirmation".

            I never got pizza and still in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from the account, I want refund.

                I ordered three regular size pizzas, one garlic bread and 1 coke on date 25/04/2021. Total bill amount was 594...money was deducted from my gpay...but the order is still showing pending confirmation...when I talked to the executive...he told that they didn't get any order from us...plzz resolve my issue...and help me get my money back...
                I have attached my gpay receipt and Dominos app screenshot...plzz have a look at it...and help me once you verify my issue...

                  Hi Domino's,
                  Myself Dr Bhanu teja Vaddempudi, have ordered in Domino's Pizza on 15 th April 2021, Pondicherry MG road branch. They haven't delivered 2 products citing they were not available in the store..and insisted me to cancel the delivery despite I have other 4 Items which are available in the order, I resisted that saying there are four other items where are available and I asked the store people to replace the items which are not available, the store guy told he will do that and called me again he will transfer the money to Domino's wallet for the products which he could n't deliver with out consulting me, I travelled 5 km to get the parcel since it couldn't be delivered to my location, but the app the food was already delivered but it was not ..the app showed it was delivered at 9:50 pm but he bought it at 10 :30 pm..the food was cold and soggy and taste was not good ..they promised me the money will be shown in Domino's in the same day or maximum 3days ..but it's been 10 days, no response ..I called back to that store manager, but no proper response from him ..he told he will call back..but haven't received a call from Domino's. I have raised concerns for 4 times still no response.

                  My point is
                  1 . Is this the you people dealt with valuable customer?
                  2. Is this the way the staff in this particular store behaves?
                  3. Who gave you the right to put my hard earned money in Domino's wallet?
                  4.what if I need that money for some other purpose like food, if I don't have any money left in my account what should i do?
                  5.How can you show those food items available in the application, actually in reality it was not available in the store.. isn't it cheating a customer?
                  6.why is Domino's service not contacting the customer after repeated concern's ?
                  7 how could you keep in the app that you have delivered the food, in reality you delivered 1 hour late, isn't this breach of promice to your valuable customer
                  I'm deeply disturbed and disheartened the way Domino's dealt with me, Its such a disgrace to dominos .I'm going to do legal proceedings with my attorney to sue Domino's

                        I have placed order on 24/04/2021 for take away in Dominos app of order amount 705. I paid the amount from Gpay and amount is deducted from my bank account. But In Dominos App payment didn't happened and order is not placed. Please revert my amount back to my account.

                          I made an order online via app on 21/04/2021. The oulet was Dominos, sector 79, Faridabad.
                          I wanted my order at sector 87, Faridabad.
                          I ordered at around 2pm, for a scheduled delivery at 4:30pm.
                          But at 4:10pm i got a message that my order has been cancelled by the outlet.
                          I made the online payment of Rs660.
                          No customer care number is working, neither the outlet number is working. Every single number that i could find online to talk to either customer care or the sec 79 oulet, was not working at all.
                          I don't know why a company like Dominos is so careless about the customer support department.
                          I called another outlet at sector 16, Faridabad. And asked them to provide me a customer care number so that i can talk. And he told me that there's no customer care number. Amazing!
                          No response from Domino's till yet. And no refund.
                          My contact number is [protected]. I ordered with this number only.

                              Hello I had purchased a Moroccan spice pasta pizza for me and my husband on 10 April this year the pizza came served hot. My husband opened it and had the first slice as soon as he ate a slice he puked out and was feeling so sick. I had contacted the doctor who prescribed pills I had found out the chicken in the pizza was bad and the sauce they put on the base was sour and smelly. I made a complaint immediately 631359 no call or response from the Kannakiya branch or Domino's then waited today I made another complaint as I know it's futile but did my part. We are sorry for not meeting your expectations. We will call you within the next 24 hrs. Domino's Concern ref #654198 this is the one. Just want to let Domino's know howjo value for a customer and a human life is to them

                                  My registering mail id is vinutha.[protected]@gmail.com I ordered 1 pizza and one beverage of rupees 223 I paid it using Google pay money has been deducted from my account it has been credited to Domino's account also but it is not redirected to Domino's app to confirm my order. Please refund my money. Do that I can use that money to ordervagain

                                    Hi Team, I ordered dominos pizze on 2nd april from Uttam Nagar west branch with the older number 200. Dominos provide 40% discount on medium size 2 Pizzas. I ordered the same however they charged me full amount. I raised this concern two times however they are not ready to listen and giving incorrect excuse.
                                    Also I raised another issue at the time of delivery where they delivered my pizza 1 hour late.

                                    They are looting the customer by giving fake advertisement.

                                    I called their manager Savita for this issue however she is giving multiple excuses instead of giving the solution

                                    Kindly do the needfull.
