Order not delivered and refund not given

Dear Team,
I placed order from ZOMATO on 12 April 2021 at 9 PM. I waited for 1.5 hours for my delivery but did not receive it.

After this incident i checked with Zomato about my order they said it is getting delivered, but then I called delivery person (Satish Kumar [protected]) for my order but he said it is cancelled and you will receive the refund.

On Zomato app my order status was updated as delivered...

      I ordered 2 pizzas from dominos, I faced the following problems with my order -
      1) order was delivered after 1hr 30mins
      2) food was cold
      3) but most importantly, the oregano which dominos provided contained a small insect covered with oregano itself. I recorded the insect as soon as I saw it move inside the pizza box.This is unbearable and I am completely disappointed by the service of dominos, video link for the same is provided below -

          Myself samidha arvind sahani used to work with dominos pizza employee ID provided to me was (9309) at Santacruz west mumbai Maharashtra i havent received any pf from jublicant wook work waiting from last 3-4 yrs everytime I only deal vit concerns HR is not available to give an approval to ur form hence its a covid-19 pandemic I m facing a financial issue and even i want you all to resolve d issue ASAP

            Service was not satisfactory. Not having any appropriate knowledge and etiquette’s. We have a dining order and when we have a seat the maintenance staff denied and insulted us. It was really very insulting for us. Staff required training. We have cancelled our order and returned our money. One staff named Shivani didn’t have manners to talk and attend the customer, though me and my husband both are regular customers of domino’s since 5 years but this experience was worst. There were one more customer who have permitted to sit and have their meal order no. 157

              website showed a message that "transaction has been failed" and my order number has not been generated. when i called the store for asking about the order if they received, they denied for the same.

              please revert my amount to my account, as i received the mail from PhonePe-- BHIM UPI that dominos received the amount.

                I visited the Dominoes (Door No. 2, First Floor, Above A2B G S T Road, Maraimalai Nagar Guduvanchery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603203) on 9th April 2021, to make the payment, I scanned the QR code and the amount got debited from my account and also the status for the payment was showing successful, but the merchant said that they didn't receive the money and said the transaction timed out and gave me the receipt of "transaction timed out" and asked me to pay again. I asked him what I should do for the money that is already debited, he said it will be refunded but I haven't received my amount yet. I also talked to my bank, they said from our end the transaction is complete, so I should talk to the merchant directly. I contacted the store but now they aren't listening and helping me.
                I don't know what should I do.

                  I ordered two regular pizzas and garlic bread. I only got two pizzas and not the bread. I did the whole payment. Kindly look into this matter.

                  I ordered three regular size pizzas, one garlic bread and 1 coke on date 25/04/2021. Total bill amount was 594...money was deducted from my gpay...but the order is still showing pending confirmation...when I talked to the executive...he told that they didn't get any order from us...plzz resolve my issue...and help me get my money back...
                  I have attached my gpay receipt and Dominos app screenshot...plzz have a look at it...and help me once you verify my issue...

                    I have ordered pizza on 7th April for rs 394 and paid via Google pay. The payment was unsuccessful so I paid them in cash later I received message that money got deducted from my Bank account so I contacted Domino's and told them that but they said they haven't received money and told me to wait for 2 days the money will be returned to your account. It's been 3 days I haven't received my money back. Please help

                      Take away Order made on 1st April 2021 in Domino's Thiruvanmiyur branch with my mobile number [protected], Payment made twice for same order (1 time made in Amazon Pay upi which showed error while doing but amount was deducted from my account which I didn't know earlier and because of that I paid using my debit card). Trying to intimate so many times. But till now it is not resolved. They told it'll be refunded in 48 hrs but it's been a week and till now it is not refunded.

                      My problem is still not resolved. I don't know what to do further. Even after lodged a complaint in this forum it is still not resolved. I don't understand how these things works and really don't know to whom I have to escalate this issue.

                            I have ordered online pizza on takeaway mode but when I reached the restaurant the pizza was going for baking and in the app it was showing your order is ready for takeaway. When the order got ready after 5-10 minutes they gave me the pizza in hand without carry bag. Then I told them I have opted for takeaway then why are you giving me like this. The billing clerk (Name- Sandhya) told me that it is charged extra, then I told her it is not charged anywhere then why are you charging me, she told talk to my manager. The manager (Name- Rajnish) came and started argueing with me, he was talking very rudely, and then told me you will have to pay for carry bag.

                              I make an advance order last Friday on domino’s app and paid for advance order Rs. 976. After some time order cancelled automatically.But still clueless how I get my money back.
                              Even Surprise they don’t have any customer care number active. How they redress the customer issue is also a question mark.

                                    I ordered pizza's worth 763 on 5th April 2021 via google pay, the amount got deducted from my account, but the order was not placed and so undelivered .I was told that i will be getting a refund within 7-10 days but no refund was issued this is treachery . strict action should be taken against domino's so that they refund the money incase of technical faults like this .
