I visited the Dominoes (Door No. 2, First Floor, Above A2B G S T Road, Maraimalai Nagar Guduvanchery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603203) on 9th April 2021, to make the payment, I scanned the QR code and the amount got debited from my account and also the status for the payment was showing successful, but the merchant said that they didn't receive the money and said the transaction timed out and gave me the receipt of "transaction timed out" and asked me to pay again. I asked him what I should do for the money that is already debited, he said it will be refunded but I haven't received my amount yet. I also talked to my bank, they said from our end the transaction is complete, so I should talk to the merchant directly. I contacted the store but now they aren't listening and helping me.
I don't know what should I do.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have attached my gpay receipt and Dominos app screenshot...plzz have a look at it...and help me once you verify my issue...
