Yesterday i placed a order of Pizza's of Rs.399.99(UPI) but due to any technical issue payment has been deducted and order didn't placed . I paid 2 times but my amount of Rs.399.99 didn't refund me back

    Mob no [protected]. Amt 707 deducted net banking icici to jubilant dominos date 25th jan ref id 27077667. Amt not yet credited back to account. Placed another order. Of same amt again.707 rs deducted twice

      Hello, last night 23 jan, 2021, I visited Domino's Najafgarh delhi outlet around 9 pm.
      I ordered pizza for 249rs. I payed the bill via Google pay.But the billing person asked me to repeat as acc. To them he didn't get the money. But the money already get deducted from my account. I payed again. But i didn't get the refund yet. Its been long time. Look into this Matter and refund my money asap.

        Address: Domino's pizza booty more ranchi

        I ordered from domino's on 14th December 2020 at 18:56:39 hrs of the amount Rs.923(nine hundred twenty three rupees only).
        Order no. :162.
        I didn't get the order. So I called the delivery boy for the refund, he said I will get within 3days but I didn't get the refund. I also complained at email id [protected]@jublfood.com multiple times, but they don't take any action, only I get calls and mail reply to solve the problem but with no result. Last call I got from the number +91-[protected] on 18th January 2021 at 18:17hrs assuring me that I will get the refund by 20th January 2021. But I didn't get the refund and when I am calling he is not picking. Today(23rd January 2021)i called from different number and he picked and misbehaved.
        From the past more than a month domino's is harrasing me mentally by not giving my refund making fake promises and statements for the refund.

          On 31st Dec 2020 booked order from Domino's Pizza store mobile app worth rupees 1170/- INR.

          Amount was deducted from bank account but order was unsuccessful ( it was not showing on mobile app).

          We tried to call on customer care number[protected] available on google) but its getting switched off.

          We checked with nearest store on the same day within approximate 45 minutes they informed, it will be credited within 7 working days.

          We have also escalated this issue on "[protected]@jublfood.com" they provided link to fill details so customer support team can call back regarding concern. (they mentioned they will call back within 24-48 hrs.)

          Its been 4 days days more than 24 hrs. but no any communication received from Domino's side.

          Yesterday replied to that email, but they are not responding to email also.

            Hi I am using dominos delivery app. I ordered an advance order at 12 pm. I cannot track order because it shows pending confirmation. However amount Rs 441 was deducted from my account.

            There is no Customer support available for pending orders in dominos. Nor am I receiving any calls from dominos confirming my order on my mobile phone number [protected].

              I ordered pasta from dominos on stated date, on its container there is some sticky black unhygienic substance on it, I complaint the restaurant immediately but they didn't take any action i told them that I will complaint in consumer court they said do it we will not do any thing
              I want compensation for the same I am feeling sick after eating it

                  I just made an order and chose to pay through paytm upi. I paid Rs. 355 and the amount was deducted from my account. But then it showed an error and the order wasn't placed. I want a refund or my order. I tried contacting the local store which isn't helpful at all. Please take a look at the matter do that i Don't have to take any serious actions.

                              Dear Team,

                              This incident happened with me on 06th Jan 2021 at SCS DDA market Pitampura Dominos outlet.

                              While chewing a pizza bite a sharp plastic piece stucked in my mouth immediately complained to the restaurant manager . As a courtesy, i have not highlighted the issue at the restaurant as 02 kids were also having pizza who were sitting next to me. Restaurant Manager immediately replaced my pizza and refund my amount. I thought that I would complained online or give feedback when online msg regarding your food will come.. But it came into my surprised that my bill was not uploaded at Domnios site .. Even no senior has addressed my complaint properly.. I got the call 05 days back from Mr. Vipin( ([protected]) and he was so rude rather started arguing with me.. i ASKED HIM INSTEAD OF ARGUING WITH ME BETTER YOU FIRST CHECK CCTV footage where this incident happened for which he was giving false statements.

                                The order was places for Pizza which was paid from Paytm. However the payment of amount was not updated in Dominos system. Hence they asked for a second payment and which was again initiated through Paytm UPI which was successful and item was delivered. The first payment was done was also successful payment has not been refunded yet.

                                  I ordered on 3rd jan 21 amounting rs 1270, i used gpay to purchase which was successful and debited from account but at your end it was a failed transaction (failed amount) i paid through debit card then, so its a order paid twice.
                                  Please resolve and refund my amount paid twice.

                                    I placed few orders in dominos (screenshot provided) and when i payed through my paytm upi the transaction was successful i.e. money was deducted but i was not redirected and thus my order was not placed. Please help me out as i am helpless both from the paytm and local dominos store.

                                        I had ordered for a pizza online from the dominos pizza Application. The total bill amounted to rs. 498 I had paid the amount via my google pay The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed.
