I have placed a order on 13the Feb for delivery at 5 Pm.. Amount of 793 has got debited but the status is showing as pending for confirmation.
Neither the branch is helping me not the call is getting connected to customer care.

I went to Dominos Pizza store located in Kiit Square and made a purchase of Farmhouse pizza medium size and a bottle of water . The payment of Rs 434.07 was made via Google Pay and the amount was debited from google.pay and my ICICI bank but the payment was not recieved by the dominos and in there machine it showed timeout... They said to wait and the money will be refunded but in gpay and bank, amount has been debited and we did not even eat anything... No food no money refund ...plz help

I was working in Domino's pizza under jubliant food works, branch of Suratwala mark plazo, Pune-411057.
I was submitted all documents in Domino's pizza near Branch Manager.Mr.Rinku Sir,
And I Rinku sir sir told me now onwards take follow up with HR Manager Ms.Priyanka,
Then whenever I called Priyanka Madam not reply my call, and one time received my call and told your documents received from branch Manager from Rinku Sir, we will check the same and update you"
But now I am calling everyday to HR Madam Priyanka did not pick up my call.
I am terribly upset on Domino's pizza and I am not expecting like dominos pizza company which is worldwide company, please see the matter and forward to higher levels otherwise I will go to labour court about the same matter.

There is no quality when it comes to home delivery. The contact number doesnot works. whenever you order a cheese burst pizza it comes without cheese. Delayed delivery, chilly flakes and origano provided 1 pack with 1 pizza. No customer support. The product is cold when delivered.

I placed the order by and chose the city as my current elected city Vadodara and then at the order time autonatically city changed and I placed the order. I tried to contact the store as many times but the number is Showing wrong the. After 30 kinutes store calls me that My order is ready and then they cancelled the order from their side. I got a msg I ll br provided my gift voucher but still I have not recieved. It is order number 165 and invoice number is 66471/20/43403

Recently visited t two stores in thane mumbai, wanted to sit and have the pizza with the family, but to utter disappointment we left the place and went to the other store of dominos thinking there might be some staff issue for cleaning, but the other store too was very poorely managed with disturbing hygene, no cleaning, AC wer not working no ventillation, mosquitoes also when we asked whom can we raised the complain to the staff was least bothered .
the brand is is not upto the mark at all despote being of many complaints

In 1st jan at 8 pm I ordered pizza but it was not delivered after 2.30 hours wait. I keep tried to call store but nobody picked calls. After all option of complaint, we look for another option for food at 10.30 pm. Dominos wanted to ensure that payment should done in advance but Who will ensure customers to choose Dominos if this kind of services provided. On 2nd jan I raise my complaint through Twitter but till date no solution only giving reply that shortly they will resolve issue. Its almost 1 month but no one call me or even try to resolve this issue. Not sure if I will get any feedback of this complaint or not. This is very unprofessional behaviour. Order no 199.
