    My order was not placed after money was deducted from my account and worst part is there is no chat support for these kind ok mistake by Domino's

      I tried to place an order from Domino's Pizza app for 5 Pizza in total suming upto a total of ₹982. The payment was completed from Paytm App using UPI payment method, money deducted from my bank account but the order got failed. I tried contacting customer care using the toll free number[protected] but the number does not exist. I want a refund for the total amount in the bank account.

          I was trying to place an order on 31st Dec 2020, from Dominos app. Before my order got placed my money got deducted via Google Pay but the order page got expired. Nothing got placed but money got deducted from my account

            I ordered pizzas worth Rs 557 on the Domino's app on 31 December 2020. The money was deducted from my account but after the deduction the app did not show my order as placed. There were no order details available and no option to contact customer care service.
            How do I get a refund from Domino's?
            Please help me out.

            I ordered two pizzas from Domino's. I paid through UPI and my money got deducted but the app didnot confirm my order. there is any trace of my failed order and i don't know which store to complaint. What shall i do?

                  We went to dominos pizza Rajendra nagar sahibabad, ghaziabad .
                  The guy named abhinandan and a person chewing tobacco and claiming to be the area manager misbehaved with us and asked for cash payment even after we paid with card . Our card was charged and they still kept in asking for more cash payment and when we refused they fought with us using abusing language and hit us also in front of females . We will take this issue further.
                  This is not the first time as before we have given them 100-150 Rupees as delivery charge always .

                      Hi There,

                      First of all, I'd like to suggest everyone to never make an online payment using the Dominos App as it is extremely buggy which is evident from thousands of similar complaints regarding their Payment portal.

                      I placed an order through the Dominos Android App and paid Rs.377 via Lazypay UPI which is added to my Dominos account.

                      However, after a successful transaction, the order failed on my Dominos App with an error message stating "Payment failed".

                      I wrote to Dominos and got a call back where they said that it's my UPI provider's job to give me a refund.

                      I contacted LazyPay and they confirmed that the payment has already been made to Dominos Online and I need to contact them for any refund.

                      I have never faced any issue with my LazyPay and for sure I always face some issue with Dominos app.

                      I request Dominos to please look into this matter.

                        I have ordered a pizza order no 350 invoice no from Dehradun saharanpur Road on 12th Dec via e-vouchers but nobody pick the call and finally ordered cancel by your store. Then next day I have get a msg of e-vouchers amount will be initiated in 3-5 days..Now still same will not be credited. Very very disappointing things..Even nobody is aware about that pls close these e-vouchers i[censored]nable to provide the expected services..

                                      I placed an order online for which i made payment through google pay.
                                      It's showing that "Payment is received by dominosonline" and the purchase is confirmed in gpay. But still didn't receive any acknowledgement from dominos.
                                      When I tried checking the status through site of my order- it's showing that there is no active order
