I placed an order on December 12th with dominos of 491 rupees. The money got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. Please suggest what to do as I need the order or the money refunded.

I orderd on 12th December via app and paid throught upi .the amount was deducted but the order was not it just sent me to the main page. Its been 5 days still there is no refund.

I have order on 12/12/2020 11.25pm through Paytm upi but I didn't receive any Oder or refund message help me please refund my money back

I have made paytm upi payment of rs 521 throught dominos app on 11 dec 2020 while ordoering pizza, money got debited but order not got placed.

please initiate refund request asap.

I tried ordering pizza through dominos online and made payment through ICICI online banking for the order. The bill amount was ₹ 862 and the amount debited from the account but no order placed, attached is the proof of payment.

I placed an advanced order on the app at 6:58 pm to deliver at 8:45 pm order is stuck at "PENDING CONFIRMATION". Tried every phone call of Domino's but they are unreachable. I want refund!

I got a call from dominoes teli Galli midnight asking for some SMS recd from dominoes. What’s wrong with you. Call[protected] for detail.

Order not placed but money deducted.

I ordered for amount Rs. 681.09 and paid via Google pay and amount got deducted and showed it was transferred to Dominos account but they said at the counter that transaction was not done and refund will be given. I had to pay again with another card.

First called in to place a delivery order and realize that it would be better for me to just pick it up so I called and chose to pick up the order and add another pizza to make it cheaper and cinnamon twists upon arriving at dominoes they told me over the phone that it would be 26.72 So I went to dominoes to pick up my order to find out that the 26.72 was just for two medium pizzas which one had two toppings on it and one had one topping on it which should have been the 570 whatever for two medium pizzas because y’all have a special two medium or more pizzas for five dollars and something and did not receive any twists. So I proceeded to tell the drive-through worker that the pizza had Not cost that much and may not receiving any twist so the worker stated to get the manager the manager come to the window and told me that you have to request that special is not automatically giving to you when ordering I’m not understanding that because anytime that you work at a restaurant if you see that they are ordering something that is on special all the time it’s not a special every now and again then it should automatically be applied I’m not understanding how to medium two topping pizzas cost $26 and the manager did not do anything to try to resolve the situation all she kept saying was you have to request that and that was it I think that was rude and disrespectful and knowing the specials that y’all run on a daily basis should have been applied to my order and really would like someone to contact me about this thank you

I have paid ₹250 for an order from amazon pay balance wallet in date 05/12/2020 at 09:09 PM. But in mid step of order processing, order got failed and amount ₹250 is deducted from amazon wallet at the end and i got 11₹ cashback in amazon wallet. And while searching in the list of order history after sometime in domino's app, it showing like there is no order available while i have ordere which got failed and not placed. Here i am attaching order history and amazon transaction screenshot.I want refund of my order of ₹250 as soon as possible.

I paid 479 from my PAYTM UPI and the amount was deducted from my bank account but the app shows that the order wasnt even placed! Kindly get my query resolved asap

Today evening when i am trying to place order on dominos app . Payment deduct of 888 but order not placed

I placed by Order and Money deducted in my account 377/- but after it My order is failed so where I get my money back ?

Money got deducted while paying through amazon pay (opened in browser first, then on amazon app), but it said order unsuccessful when reopened Dominos app.

Placed advanced order in dominos for pasta pizza, order cancelled, but money got deducted. Customer care support is not useful. Initiate refund at the earliest

I was trying to do card payment since 1 month but they have not done anything for that now cashless transactions are safe so please register my complain Asap

I had ordered the pizza and it was as described in the online menus for INR 442/- The money got debited from my account and the website then said it was unable to process the order as the it cant be pushed into the kitchen.

When I had no place to go I called up the Dominos customer care, but customer number is wrong[protected] and call automatically dropped.

after i speak with one dominos boy They told me they cant help me with this and I would have to wait and see if the order arrives or not. If not then after48 hours i would have to check with the bank if the money has been refunded or not.

I had booked a pizza order on 20:21 hrs with advance payment dated 25/11/2020. My pizza delivery has reached my home at 23:53. If I am hungry, can I wait for 4 hr approx?

Your store given phone also not working. Order cancelation services do not exist in Software.
If you cannot deliver within hr why you take an order? Please return my payment return. Its matter take very serious issue.
