I have voucher of dominos (16 digit number) number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which i was trying to redeem since March 2020 (which was valid till June 2020) but because of COVID dominos disabled the e-voucher payment option. I requested Dominos to extend validity of my voucher, which Dominos initially extended upto August 2020, but in august also the e-voucher payment option was disabled. From August 2020 to December 2020, I am continuously writing and following up with to dominos to further extend validity of my voucher or give me option to redeem my voucher, but dominos is not replying to my concern. They don't care for their customer's, I am contacting them from Aug to Dec (4-5 months) but still not resolved. I am requesting dominos for which I already paid to them, they had disable the e-voucher option, what was my fault in this? Hope Domino's will resole the concern.
