I had ordered for a pizza online from the dominos pizza Application. The total bill amounted to rs. 498 I had paid the amount via my google pay The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 10/1/2021.Could you please look into the details and give me a reply

Hello my name is Vartika Chand and on 9/1/2021 I tried ordering food worth Rs 938/- from the dominos app but I was facing issues at that moment
An hour later money was debited from my account but order was never placed from your side
Please look into this matter and initiate the required refund process

I have ordered pizza on 31/12/2020 6:51pm. The amount is debited from my UPI account but the order is not placed.

Please note that I had placed an order on dominos app for 31st December 2020 but as soon as the payment was successful the order was not placed stating that something went wrong. waited thinking that the transaction was stopped in between and the money will be refunded after 2-3 working days but it did not happened so I request you to refund my money.

On 6 January i ordered 2 pizzas from dominos app which was about 231 in price.
The amount got deducted from my bhim upi app but the order was not placed.
And the amount was not refunded too.

I ordered Pizza through Dominos website on 12th Nov...I received order after 1 hour & when I asked delivery boy for reason he just laughed & said I m coming to deliver other Delivery boy order..so don't ask to me..I complaint more that 15 times to Dominos but no action taken till date 06-Jan-2021

My order no is 226 and I ordered a pizza around 7.42 pm in Dominos Kodambakkam. Time is 9.55pm. I'm yet to get delivery of my Pizza. Virtual assistants are unable to resolve and the store agents are not responsive and not assuring the delivery.

I had order pizza on 3rd Jan 2020 i had received it after 30 min but refund is not received and I had complaint on feedback but till the time I am not getting any call or resolution order no.255
Same time I had informed to store manager but he is not ready listen this pathic services

I have voucher of dominos (16 digit number) number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which i was trying to redeem since March 2020 (which was valid till June 2020) but because of COVID dominos disabled the e-voucher payment option. I requested Dominos to extend validity of my voucher, which Dominos initially extended upto August 2020, but in august also the e-voucher payment option was disabled. From August 2020 to December 2020, I am continuously writing and following up with to dominos to further extend validity of my voucher or give me option to redeem my voucher, but dominos is not replying to my concern. They don't care for their customer's, I am contacting them from Aug to Dec (4-5 months) but still not resolved. I am requesting dominos for which I already paid to them, they had disable the e-voucher option, what was my fault in this? Hope Domino's will resole the concern. I paid for an order on 31 Dec 2020 via PhonePe, I got an error on the dominos app "Something Went Wrong" but PhonePe and my account got debited for an amount of 1800/-. Order was not created. Below are the transaction details:

I placed an order online on 31/12/2020 at 8:24pm at dominos and total amount to be paid was Rs. 481 and I paid it through online banking and the amount was deducted but order was not placed. I need a refund of Rs. 481.

I had ordered two pizzas of worth rupees 498 on 31st December 2020 around 8oclock from Domino's pizza, Ahmednagar branch. I had paid through paytm app via Domino's app. The money got deducted from my account but order did not get placed. I called pizza centre to enquiry, they said the money will get refunded within 48 hours. It's been two days and there is no money has been refunded.

On december 25th 2020 i ordered from dominos worth of 834 rupees and due to some reason the store cancelled my order. Its now more than a week, i have not yet recieved a refund.

I ordered pizza from domino's today (31/12/20)at 08:23 pm. I ordered without loging into my account but i filled my e-mail address and phone number as they asked for while placing the order. I paid through paytm and the moment payment was done I lost the page and after that nothing related to my order was there. Order wasn't placed but money got deducted from my account.
