In a pizza ordered a few weeks ago at Prabhadevi Dadar Mumbai store, there was s piece of hard stone or plastic which damaged a tooth filling..
Prior to that in a visit to the store, staff were not wearing masks and talking, coughing etc inside the store right next to open pizzas being prepared..
Horrible experiences, and when you complain, they do not care ..

    I have ordered Pizza through Dominos App on 18th September at 8.30 pm but it was not attempted and Auto Cancelled without any information and amount 707 Rs. Was not refunded till date.

    Nether you have customer care support and your services are pathetic...

    Please refund my amount else I will escalate this to higher level and will give your very bad feedback to social media

      I had placed an advance order on app. Money got deducted, but order status displayed as Pending confirmation even after 1 hour. No support from customer care. Please send my order or refund my amount

        I have ordered pizza on 18/11/2020 at 06:37 pm. Total ₹ 342 amount is debited from my account (through amazon pay order ID- P[protected] but the order is not placed.
        I would kindly request you to transfer the same amount to my account.i.e ₹ 342/-

              Today, on 12.11.2020, I had placed an order online on Domino's Pizza App. I had made the payment through Amazon Pay app and the payment was successful but the order was not confirmed and I was again redirected to the payment page. I tried to contact customer care but, in the App they take complaint only for confirmed orders. I just want to say that if your app is not working efficiently, why you take orders online. Please refund my money immediately.

                So my Emp id-952744, worked with Vishrantwadi ( Pune, Maharashtra) domino's outlet, since last 15 days i just calling to HR Priyanka only requesting her to provide me my UAN because its not showing payslip and i am not able to process for PF, but she didn't bother to answer my calls or replying to any MSG which i send her from my watsup number when ever i tried contact her with different number she just hang up the calls saying she busy and after that never picks calls again, but now my present limit is over it more then 15 days continues i am trying contact her she never bother reply my MSG or pick the calls, i really need a solution on this its been my worst experience working with domino's pizza, Need official solution on this ASAP.

                  Yesterday I was doing an order on dominos. I made the payment via Google pay. After that it showed payment is failed and redirected me to payments page again.
                  But when I check my google pay, the payment and the purchase is confirmed . But I didn't receive my order . Neither my refund is initiated.
                  I have called the customer care multiple times. Twice they picked up and cut the call. I mean how can they cut the call without listening what customers have to say??? What have these people been taught in training?? While making the payment you people also cut services charge, what for is that??? These customer service people first have no knowledge.
                  You people either give me my order or give my payment back. And give some proper training to your customer care officials, how to deal with customers

In my wife name latha-[protected], but it is worst ever seen, , i am using your pizza past several years, but yestraday not good, all are same no changes found, like indian hotels serve rice with different color and different names, so bad cheating to customer,

                      I ordered a pizza online via dominos app on 06 Nov 2020.The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs534) i payed via paytm wallet. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my paytm wallet and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my paytm wallet at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [protected], I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

                            I ordered one double cheese Margherita pizza and chicken wings of total worth ₹404. I opted to pay through debit card. After entering the otp it showed that the transaction failed but the amount got debited and the order was not even placed!
                            I want a refund at the very earliest.

                                    Refund for double payment

                                    I went to Domino's and ordered a Farm Fresh pizza then I have to pay my payment of 227.74₹ and I choose online payment...Then the boy made me to scan QR code by a machine but as my internet was not working well enough so transaction took a little longer and as soon as I paid the QR code timed out but payment was done from my end. Then the boy told me you'll get the refund soon but till now I haven't got my refund. Then I paid the payment...

                                    Ordered two Margherita pizza and waited for 36 min until I get a call from the delivery executive Mr. PREMANANDH K. He asked me the directions to my residence and clearly denied he won't deliver, when asked why he told it's out of the delivery area. I have ordered from Domino's pizza from a very long time and got it delivered to my residence, but he didn't provide me proper details. When I informed him I would complain about him for denying the delivery and asked him to pass the phone to the manager, he told me to go ahead and do it that's fine. This is the worst ever experience I had ever from any restaurant. -100 stars to the Store, Manager, and the delivery executive.

                                      Oder no 282 - i ordered pizza at 8:55 with a payment an i am writing this mail as i had to order pizza for my kids from a local shop.
                                      The service has really gone down. i should really look for a different pizza shop.
                                      its 10:20 no yet received. I am getting a call at 9:40 when i enquire why it has not yet come, Just a sorry.
                                      Where is the 30 min delivery - i understand 10 -15 min up, i am getting after 1:30 hrs . The add of Dominos of 30 min delivery is false.
                                      i am a unhappy customer you add to your list.
