I didn't get on time. Tasteless. Found some unhygienic and insect in garlic bread.

They are not replying and agrressive reply.

Have ordered pizza on 8th august 8:30 pm via zomato app and payment was done even the order was confirmed waited for order not received till 11 pm, when checked on app it says in kitchen. Next day the app updated and mentioned that the order was delivered. Raised issue in facebook page and following up since then but there is no positive response although received couple of calls from store people that they will refund money today or tomorrow...

I ordered pizza on 27 Aug 2020. Firstly the order was delayed secondly I found hair inside the pizza. I had already eaten half of it. I was mentally disturbed thinking I must have already ingest some hair and I suffered nausea and vomiting due to this....

On 17th july 2020, 02.11 pm ahmedabad dominoz pizza hardcastle resturant, mcdonalds.[protected]@hdfcbank, transaction id :[protected], rs. 556.98 debited from the gujarat state cooperative bankxx391541. This transaction is done thru bhim app. The restaurant people told me transaction failed so i again pay same amount though my debit card... After i complained in bhim app there email received that

I ordered 5 onion pizzas. The onion pizzas were absolutely hard which was very difficult to bite and also hardly any cheese given on pizza. Raised an issue within few hours itself. On 19th got call from resturant person and he was totally not cooperative. According to him pizza mania crust are hard only and from next time...

I ordered on 20th August from dominos App. My order failed and money was deducted from my paytm account.
No outlet near my address is picking my call. Kindly credit my money back.

Today I went to Domino's pizza for the takeaway at swarajpuri road, gaya, Bihar.
When I went there I had an urgent nature's call I urged people there to please allow me to use the toilet there but to my surprise they didn't pay any heed to my prayers. I never thought I would complain about this but this is really disgusting and we don't expect this from our favourite pizza brand. They should have allowed me even on...

Domino's are the very good in essential food service but I yesterday put the orders but he can't deliver with in 4km distance, and also my money was not refund yet ...????...

I had placed an order today for 2 pizzas and 2 veg parcels. As Dominos advertises its hygiene a lot, I would like to bring to their notice that I found a hair in the veg parcel. Due to the gross feeling, I had to throw away the entire order fearing for my health.

Upon submitting the feedback (concern reference number:[protected], the only answer I got from them was that they will be careful next time. If this is the hygiene...

I been to dominos meenakshi garden, new delhi store. Where store manager asked to me record my temperature. Which i gladly accepted, he further asked to give my mobile phone number. And started to jot down information on a plain piece of paper.

I consider that a serious security threat to your consumer information as that be easily access by anyone, including the store visitors.

I ordered pizza with order umber 401 on 15.08.2020, at around 20:45 but it was never delivered to my address in delhi, neither the pizza store picked up the phone nor i got any cash back for my order. I spent rs 366 for the order.
Is this normal or i was a special case for this thing.
I demand my refund...

I had ordered 2pizzas and a taco (Non veg loaded, pepper barbecue chicken and taco mexican non veg) from dominos online app on 15/08/2020 at 19:16:32. Order no. Was 128, scheduled to deliver at 9.30pm. But it has been 30mins there is no call from the store or the delivery boy and in app it is showing as delivered. Transaction was already prepaid via paytm having transaction i'd [protected].
Please look into the matter and let know...

I ordered pizza on 14/8/20 at 8 pm and that's the only thing i had since morning. At around 4 am i had first episode of vomiting and diarrhea then followed by 4 more episodes and high fever n weakness too.

I recently ordered some stuffs from domino's pizza, i paid using my paytm wallet but the order didn't got placed and my money was deducted from my bank account even after checking paytm, there was not transaction report and the money was also not present in my wallet.
Will i get my money refunded? If yes then in how many days and if no then what should i do?...

I had placed an order on saturday around 8pm and got confirmation that my order will be delivered, i got a call from store around 9:30 asking me to collect the order which is quite far from my location, it so annoying such requests that too at the last moment. Still i asked them to cancel it but later after an hour got a call again to collect my order and i denied them saying im staying far and i cant do it so they said they can deliver it...

I ordered from domino's pizza, tirunelveli, on 28 july 2020 for rs. 2514. The money got deducted but my order was failed. I then recieved a text message from domino's on 30 july saying that my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. I haven't received the refund till now. So please get through this refund process as soon as possible....

I paid for an order dominos of 435 rs today via google pay.
While the amount got deducted, but the order did not got placed.
