I tried to place order from domino's app. Payment option was selected google pay. Deduction of amount rs. 263 done from account but order was not placed. I want my money back.

    Myself Swati have ordered pizza online from dominos app on 17th September of amount Rs 916/-...For which i have paid Rs 1276/- ...i have to receive change of Rs 360/- as prescribed on Bill given by them ...but till date I neither received any mail or message for refund status nor any refund credited to my account ...please look into this matter and refund my money ...very disappointed with Dominos ...Not expected this ...very bad service ...no response from call or message ...

      Hi,
      I ordered from Dominos (amount worth Rs 465/-) through paytm on 9th Sep 2020. The transaction got failed, but the amount got debited from my paytm account. Pls share me the details. Paytm told me that it is failed from Jubliant. If it was successful from your end pls share the confirmation details.

      Note: There were 2 transaction of same amount on 9th Sept, 1 was failed other was successful.

            I ordered 3 pizza and 1 garlic bread sticks today itself on 17 sep 2020 at 11:57. The amount deducted was 374.00 rs but my order was not placed. I placed it through dominos website and made payment via my debit card but i didn't received any order confirmation of order id and was redirected to that main pain only. I want my money back as soon as possible.

              Hi i ordered pizza from dominos today... order no was 10. The delivery girl mentioned the pizza as delivered even when was not delivered.. the pizza was crushed in the box n topping became mushy which cannot be consumed. I had to throw the pizza which was waste. Highly dissapointed

                I had ordered for a a combo deal-movie marathan specials (Veg), cheesy jalapeno dip and crinkle fries online from the dominos pizza app. The total bill amounted to rs. 429. I had paid the amount via my google pay (Upi transaction mode). The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 8th sep 2020. The transaction number is[protected]. Kindly look into the details and refund my money asap. Expecting a quick response from dominos team.

                  The delivery of the product was totally was bad out of normal quality of
                  the food i have wasted my 500 rs just for no reason and i compelled to
                  destroy the pizza valuing rs. 500 over and above looking to the present
                  natural calamities prevailing in the country it was very risky to take it now i
                  am filing the report to food inspections department and minister of health
                  as you have made a fraud to destroy the lives of the small citizens of
                  democratic country. Also i am reporting to lok adalat regarding the
                  carelessness of food inspector of the region who entertained to run the
                  business and making foolish to the citizens of democratic country. And your
                  playing games with the lives of citizens to make very sick and spoiling the
                  lives of citizens.

                    They do not have a customer support number listed on the website. I made a payment through their payment gateway using upi. The amount was debited from my account but the website said the payment is unsuccesful.

                    While i understand that such things can happen, but it is not acceptable that there is no option to raise the complaint and the number that is mentioned in websearch is not a functioning number

                        Hello team,

                        I have ordered a Moroccan Spice Pasta Pizza - Veg, Crust: Regular Cheese Burst & Chicken Parcel from Dominos which is through Zomato and guess what!!! The package is showing delivered but still it is not delivered to me.

                        And when i chat with the customer care then you can check it does not look like helping the buyers. So why do you cheat the buyer by not delivering the package. I was very hungry so I ordered the product and received the false statement from the Zomato app.

                        You can not imagine the anger in me. They do not have proper customer care to help the buyers. Because as per my experience they are there to make fools of the buyers. First they asked me to wait for 10-15 mins and the package will deliver and after 20 mis when I asked again then they replied that they are unable to do anything and was giving the suggestion to make the direct call to Dominos!! WOW!! What a help.. Whatever, when I called Dominos then no one received the call. This is the plan they both make the money.

                        I called to dominos several timesbut they are not receiving the call.

                            I ordered Brownie Fantasy at ₹59 from Domino’s pizza via Swiggy App on date 28.08.2020 where the images of food item on SWIGGY APP shows Big size of Brownie item with a coat of chocolate on top but when it delivered along with other items, it was very tiny small in without any coat of chocolate on top as illustrated in the photos of Domino’s pizza menu on SWIGGY APP. It was not worth in 59₹, so I requested Domino’s restaurant manager to refund my payment for Brownie but he refused saying that you are ordering first time that’s why you don’t have idea what portion we deliver and how actually its look like. This is complete case of cheating as company is showing false images of products, showing good quantity big size brownie and delivering small size less quantity of food, also no weight, dimension or measurement was mentioned on SWIGGY APP or neither on food box. I want to take legal action against such unfair trade practices by Domino’s Pizza India and want compensation for my time, energy and distress I suffered in this issue.

                                  Have ordered pizza on 8th august 8:30 pm via zomato app and payment was done even the order was confirmed waited for order not received till 11 pm, when checked on app it says in kitchen. Next day the app updated and mentioned that the order was delivered. Raised issue in facebook page and following up since then but there is no positive response although received couple of calls from store people that they will refund money today or tomorrow but it never came. To utter surprise when i raised it again received call from store person that he will get my payment refunded and to cover my loss he will give an discounted order. To give chance again i ordered and paid another 400+ for new order but not my earlier paid order. When i followed up on my payment that very same guy told me that they have refunded the amount as a discount to me on my last order. This was a shock to me as i was trying to give another chance but he was cheating me actually.

                                    I ordered pizza on 27 Aug 2020. Firstly the order was delayed secondly I found hair inside the pizza. I had already eaten half of it. I was mentally disturbed thinking I must have already ingest some hair and I suffered nausea and vomiting due to this.

                                      On 17th july 2020, 02.11 pm ahmedabad dominoz pizza hardcastle resturant, mcdonalds.[protected]@hdfcbank, transaction id :[protected], rs. 556.98 debited from the gujarat state cooperative bankxx391541. This transaction is done thru bhim app. The restaurant people told me transaction failed so i again pay same amount though my debit card... After i complained in bhim app there email received that

                                      "said money with tr id[protected] is transferred in merchants account. Pl reconfirm with them.."

                                        I ordered 5 onion pizzas. The onion pizzas were absolutely hard which was very difficult to bite and also hardly any cheese given on pizza. Raised an issue within few hours itself. On 19th got call from resturant person and he was totally not cooperative. According to him pizza mania crust are hard only and from next time it wont happen. But what about my loss money and experience this time?

                                        I am a regular customer, I know how pizza mania tastes like. It is not that hard that is it difficult to even bite. Raised issue many times .

                                        Resturant called just for first 2 complaints now whenever I am raising feedback, that resturant person is closing ticket without contacting me.

                                        If a customer is not satisfied you are supposed to look after it under TSG. Is this your total satisfaction? Restaurant person closing complaint without contacting and not bothered. Dominos customer care not replying and doesn't care. 3rd class service
