I ordered food at around 1pm for a delivery time of 7pm, the amount was deducted from my account and the status of order in the app was "pending confirmation". Tried to contract customer support but they are not responding. They even took my contact number and said they will assist but they did not call.

The bill amount was 1157.

I ordered food at around 6pm for a delivery time of 8 15 pm, the amount was deducted from my account and the status of order in the app was "pending confirmation". Tried to contract customer support but they are not responding. They even took my contact number and said they will assist but they did not call.
I ordered pizza yesterday amount is deducted but it si still showing pending confirmation and the people in dominos are not replying and getting connected

    I had ordered for pizzas for 1036 Rs from dominos app and I had completed payment.

    I didn't get any order confirmation or receipt of the amount online or offline from dominos. Thee app was just showing that the order was not placed.

    The payment was made through Google pay UPI app and the amount was debited from my HDFC Bank account. Of which I have received confirmation from Google pay and HDFC. Please help me get my refund back.

        I tried ordering pizza through dominos app. Paid through bhim for the order. The bill amount was ₹ 553. Amount debitted from account but no order placed. Attached is the proof of payment.

          I ordered the order on 23 sep. 2020 by dominos app. Money get deducted from my dominos wallet but order was not placed. I complain in dominos store but they said refund will be done in next 7 working days but no refund is received till yet on[protected]. Please take a necessary step and give refund back .
          I hope now you will take my complaint seriously .

            I ordered Dominoes Pizza From The Mobile App using Number [protected] on 6th October 2020, However The app was taking Too Long To Process The Transaction But eventually the Money Was Deducted but the Order was still Not Placed
            .I Paid Through PhonePe my Transaction ID was P2010061346062227054058. The amount deducted was 460 Rs.

                Yesterday on 4th October 2020 I had ordered for a dominos pizza online. I had paid the amount through Google pay. the amount was deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed .I had paid rupees 352.I had also contacted on dominos customer care service but there was no response

                  I placed an order of Peppy Paneer Pizza with Cheese burst and 2 pepsi pet bottles costing me Rs 596. It was taking a long long time and I contacted swiggy through chat as it was the only means. Instead of contacting Dominos they asked me to contact them which I did and none of the numbers mentioned by Dominos Thakur Village kandivali were working.

                  After some time I got a status update from Swiggy that my order was delivered but I didn't receive my order.

                  I want my hard earned money back immediately. The system, the process is very bad between swiggy and dominos. Thi is the worst experience I had with swiggy. My thanks to the valuable service of Dominos and Swiggy. Spandan and his senior Likhitha were hopeless in helping me out. I am a teacher in a respected school and I will sworn to advise all my students, school, parents to discourage ordering food from Swiggy and Dominos because they will just rob you and are cheaters. I am young, educated and well versed with social media and electronic medium of communication but how would My parents have received their money back when they don't know the email medium for complaining and when swiggy dont have a phone facility to speak with and dominos number are saying invalid.

                        Hello. This is shweta singh.
                        I went to domino's pizza rangoli mall belur howrah on 22nd of september at 2 pm.
                        I ordered 2 mini pizza amounting to rs 371.
                        I paid online through phonepay and it was successfully paid but the service girl said that it did not come to us we didn't receive any notification.
                        U can pay through cash now and i did it and in 3-4 days it will be automatically refunded.
                        But it has been 6 days there is no update.

                        It is my kind request to verify the matter and help me out as soon as possible.

                          My husband place an order today from domino's app and tried to make payment via freecharge and the money got deducted from my freecharge account but the surprise is that order was not placed. Also i called at domino's, the told us that order has not been placed yet and the freecharge says payment was successfully done.
                          Freecharge message i have received was you paid rs 701 via freecharge at dominos
                          Plz look into the matter and provide the require refund or to deliver pizza

                              Yesterday i ordered four regular pizzas and opted to pay via upi and an amount of rs. 595 was deducted from my account, however during processing my order the status reflected an error in placing the said order.
                              I therefore request you to please initiate the refund process immediately. I have attached a screenshot of the aforementioned transaction.

                                  I had ordered pizzas on 3rd september and found that the order was damaged and due to delivery being made after 1 hour of order all products were cold.
                                  On talking with the delivery boy, it was confirmed that my order will be replaced.
                                  I sent information to the delivery boy and waited for 1 hour.
                                  We did not eat any product as everything was cold.
                                  But we did not get any replacement for next 2 hours.
                                  After multiple calls, in which the manager threatened to cancel the order,
                                  They delivered only 2 damaged pizzas and other add-ins that were cold while initial delivery had to be thrown away.

                                        Myself Swati have ordered pizza online from dominos app on 17th September of amount Rs 916/-...For which i have paid Rs 1276/- ...i have to receive change of Rs 360/- as prescribed on Bill given by them ...but till date I neither received any mail or message for refund status nor any refund credited to my account ...please look into this matter and refund my money ...very disappointed with Dominos ...Not expected this ...very bad service ...no response from call or message ...
