Sir/ madam
Today I went to Domino's pizza for the takeaway at swarajpuri road, gaya, Bihar.
When I went there I had an urgent nature's call I urged people there to please allow me to use the toilet there but to my surprise they didn't pay any heed to my prayers. I never thought I would complain about this but this is really disgusting and we don't expect this from our favourite pizza brand. They should have allowed me even on humanity grounds.

I had placed an order today for 2 pizzas and 2 veg parcels. As Dominos advertises its hygiene a lot, I would like to bring to their notice that I found a hair in the veg parcel. Due to the gross feeling, I had to throw away the entire order fearing for my health.

Upon submitting the feedback (concern reference number:[protected], the only answer I got from them was that they will be careful next time. If this is the hygiene they follow, then surely all the customers must be aware of this so that they can refrain from ordering from such an unhygienic restaurant.

I been to dominos meenakshi garden, new delhi store. Where store manager asked to me record my temperature. Which i gladly accepted, he further asked to give my mobile phone number. And started to jot down information on a plain piece of paper.

I consider that a serious security threat to your consumer information as that be easily access by anyone, including the store visitors.

I understand dominos concern regarding health issues. Though it expected that when you ask personal details you make not of such information in computer which comparatively difficult to breach.

Further to this when i raise concern over this. Your store manager asked me to go out of store. Which was highly humiliated.

This is a harrasment and i think dominos seriously need to revisit your data collection process

I ordered pizza with order umber 401 on 15.08.2020, at around 20:45 but it was never delivered to my address in delhi, neither the pizza store picked up the phone nor i got any cash back for my order. I spent rs 366 for the order.
Is this normal or i was a special case for this thing.
I demand my refund

I had ordered 2pizzas and a taco (Non veg loaded, pepper barbecue chicken and taco mexican non veg) from dominos online app on 15/08/2020 at 19:16:32. Order no. Was 128, scheduled to deliver at 9.30pm. But it has been 30mins there is no call from the store or the delivery boy and in app it is showing as delivered. Transaction was already prepaid via paytm having transaction i'd [protected].
Please look into the matter and let know as soon as possible

I recently ordered some stuffs from domino's pizza, i paid using my paytm wallet but the order didn't got placed and my money was deducted from my bank account even after checking paytm, there was not transaction report and the money was also not present in my wallet.
Will i get my money refunded? If yes then in how many days and if no then what should i do?

I had placed an order on saturday around 8pm and got confirmation that my order will be delivered, i got a call from store around 9:30 asking me to collect the order which is quite far from my location, it so annoying such requests that too at the last moment. Still i asked them to cancel it but later after an hour got a call again to collect my order and i denied them saying im staying far and i cant do it so they said they can deliver it now. I wasted waiting for another 1 hour and still no one arrived. After weekend i called them today (Monday) asking for the status on cancellation and refund they said refund will be initiated soon, i dont understand when a order was cancelled why was it not even initiated. Even after several calls i didnt receive any message on refund initiation. Completely work experience with dominos and the worst service i had ever faced compared to other restaurants.

I then recieved a text message from domino's on 30 july saying that my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. I haven't received the refund till now. So please get through this refund process as soon as possible.

Hello, i ordered my pizza on 3rd august 2020, at 8:51 pm through net banking of State bank of india by yono as a source. After the payment confirmation my money 340 rupees was deducted from my account but no confirmation from dominos about my actual order and then i waited till 9:45 for order but couldn't track it bcoz no tracking ID was given by dominos people and then i had to visit the dominos and they were like they haven't received any order as such and told me to complaint on helpline but even the helpline didn't pick up. So in short my 340 rupees was deducted and didn't even get the order plus then had to purchase another. So please look into this matter as i haven't received my money back and couldn't find adequate help. The dominos which i am talking about is in andheri east, hubtown area.

I ordered a pizza cake online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs500) i payed via google pay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order...

On 15th July I ordered One veg over loaded pizza and one potato cheese in Dominos via the Zomato app. The delivery executive has told me that the item potato cheese is unavailable and will be refunded. I called up to Zomato customer care and they said me to check with Dominos. I raised a complaint with dominos and I dint get proper response. They said it will be refunded but the amount haven't credited to my account till now since that day.

Note: The bill format is JPG, still I am not allowing me to upload here.
