Hello, i ordered my pizza on 3rd august 2020, at 8:51 pm through net banking of State bank of india by yono as a source. After the payment confirmation my money 340 rupees was deducted from my account but no confirmation from dominos about my actual order and then i waited till 9:45 for order but couldn't track it bcoz no tracking ID was given by dominos people and then i had to visit the dominos and they were like they haven't received any...

I ordered a pizza cake online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs500) i payed via google pay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order...

On 15th July I ordered One veg over loaded pizza and one potato cheese in Dominos via the Zomato app. The delivery executive has told me that the item potato cheese is unavailable and will be refunded. I placed an order on the[protected] for a pizza and did the payment online. Money got deducted from my account rs.576, says payment successful (i have the payment screenshot) but order was not placed. So i had to make another payment for the pizza again. Payment Reference No was: IGAJAYCTV7. DOMINOS_REF: SSBI[protected]. Payment done on[protected]:18 IST.
Kindly return the money. Will be much appreciated....

I made the payment from dominos app but doesn’t received any confirmation about the order. And they do not have any working contact number where i can complain...

Money got deducted from paytm wallet with a successful transaction towards dominos and later my order got cancelled.
I have ordered a total of rs 431 on july 26 at 7:30 pm in jhansi 284003, which later got cancelled showing that the restaurant is closed.
Still wondering if the restaurant was closed then why did they even took my order in the first place.

From this number [protected] i paid through upi payments, my money was deducted but order wasn’t placed it happened 2times, my money was deducted to times, amout was 441₹+441₹ hope i will get my money refund soon, thank you.. Or else i will sue against a bhiwandi domino’s branch...

I had done a google pay transaction of amount 2445.28 for a domino's order. Store person said transaction failed and do the payment again. I placed an order today of an amount 642 rupees.
After getting redirected to amazon pay website from dominos app v6.1.6 and entering my details the amount got deducted and i received a flash message on dominos app as 'error'. The order failed.
