Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

I ordered my food on dominos app money deducted from my account order failed. There was no message of refund being initiated or about the order. When i tried to place another app, it says store is offline. For the past 3 days there is no activity in the app, and everytime it only says store is offline. My query is what about the money which is deducted. When will i get it back... Looking forward to a faster resolution to this...

I have ordered twice from domino's.. Bothe the time my order get cancelled but my money get deducted from my alc both the time... And don't get any response from domino's team.

Amount of Rs 436 has been deducted from Freecharge app but dominos hasn’t confirmed the order.

I was ordering pizza on 9 july at 5:45 pm from domino's app.
I did the payment through my hdfc credit card. Amount deducted but order was not successful it shows something went wrong.

I thought order was not successful so it will refund automatically. So i tried ordering again and same thing happened twice.

So my 252 rs deducted twice with same something went wrong unsuccessful order.br...

I had preordered pizza at evening 5.30 for the time 7.15 and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "pending confirmation".

I went to store but they are not helping, they are just saying to contact customer care but customer care never gets connected, I have been cheated by dominos.

I never got pizza and still in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from...

I have ordered chicken peri peri balls in seasoning and sauce but i get plan every thing i have pics of the product i am gonna charge case in consumer court i soo you guys...

I ordered pizza online on 3rd July 2020 around 7pm. I paid via net banking. The amount was debited from my account, but the site did not show successful transaction and hence pizza was not ordered. I need a refund of Rs. 504 since I ordered pizza mania(2 veg loaded & 2 panner onion)...

I have visited bhayander west branch of domino pizza. I placed order thrice but online payment wasn't successful.
Suddenly the money gets debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. Representative of dominos store assured me of refund within 3-4 days but i didn't get credited to my account nor the confirmation of order gets placed. I have attached the clicks where my online payment was actually done but order gets timed out...

I placed an order on domino's pizza app on 1st july 2020 for an amount rupees 578.0

After getting redirected to amazon pay website from dominos app and entering my details, the amount got deducted and i received a flash message on dominos app as 'error'. The order failed.

I contacted customer care and they confirmed that they have not received any order from my number.

I got a cashback of rs: 20br...

Pizzas which were spoiled... My registered complain id is 14920428 still i got no call and response from your team and i had to throw these pizzas after that i got a call from your manager (Biswajeet) from ur outlet on 27/06 and he was rude as if

I was ordering pizza today... I have sbi debit card.. And i was doing payment through sbi card... But they are not accepting... I tried 2, 3 tymes but no accepting... I have only sbi card only... What should i do now... My card also blocked... It is happing through 2, 3days... What is the solution now???...

I have ordered pizza from Domino's on 07 June from kempapura Hebbal store, pizza was delivered after long wait . I expected quality to be good, but to my horror pizza was as hard as bricks !! Pizza was not fresh at all, I had similar experience on 22 may n store manager had promised this will not happen, but Domino's dont really care!! I raised concern but it was resolved without any solution!! Please look at photos to check for yourself...

Today I ordered amount of 386 on dominos. Amount deducted through googlepay but order not placed showing me as failed.

I need refund of my money. What kind of service is this.

My order is yet not delivered and its been more than an hour i cant even contact the customer care number nor am i getting any tracking status neither number of delivery boy can you please give me the number of delivery boy or tell him to contact me on [protected]...

I placed and order and did the payment after the payment money was deducted from my account but order wasn't placed what should i do...
