Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I ordered pizza from Domino's Pizza in Trivandrum on 12th April 2020. But after the order got placed they informed me on call that they don't deliver in the area I entered, so I cancelled the order. Then and there I received a message that the refund has initiated and I would receive the amount within 3-5 business days, but I didn't receive the refund. After 8 days I contacted Domino's about the same, they told me that they've sent the refund and now it's the bank's problem. They sent me a screenshot of refund sent from their side through Paytm gate, but I made payment through SBI debit card. Today it's 30th April 2020 and I haven't received the amount back.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was trying to order pizza from the app in 22nd 8.20 pm and while making the payment after the otp came the page redirected to a page where it said error and to dismiss but the amount was deducted and order was not placed for 473 rs I tried again and the same thing happened 473 deducted but order not placed twice. I call dominos and they told they would credit it back in 24 hours but didnt yet the total amount of rs 946.
