I had ordered a pizza but it came 60 mins late t han its given 30 min gaurantee time. And that i am asking for refund they are just avoiding it by giving lame excuses. I am very disappointed with the way the staff is acting. The response is very slow and now they are even avoiding my calls. For a company such reputed, if the people behave like this then it is very bad for company. I would say that dominoes has lost its regular costumer and i would definately recommend other brands to my friends and other people after having such a bad experience.

We ordered Domino's on 24th August they dint delivery mouse and with in 30 min they dint delivery.

They told they ll refund amount till date not done.
I don't want there 300 refund but I want my mouse money .

30 min delivery they can do as there policy

    I had placed order on 22Aug2019 and I denied to take the delivery as it was delayed more than 2 hours. So they told I will getting refund. Since then I have been calling customer care and concern branch manager, but no one is taking responsibility. Daily I have to call manager and he does not pick my call and customer care let me wait in call for 30 min and finally says we will arrange you call back. No one is taking responsibility of my case.

      We had placed an order in bangalore at 2.51 pm on 14-sep-2019 for rs. 415. Order id: 49. The order was not delivered at all. Then suddenly at 5.45 we see the status of the order as delivered, without actually delivering the pizza. We called up the customer care, they connected us with restaurant. The owner says staff was busy so we are sorry, and its showing delivered due to some technical error. And that we will receive the refund in 24 hours. After 2 days today, the restaurant says they will refund 300 points in our dominos wallet! And will give us a free pizza. We don't want to order with dominos again! And we just want our money back! Customer care is repetitively connecting us with restaurant, who is not ready to listen, and is disconnecting our call. We want quick resolution of this and want our money back asap.

        Hi I would like to share my experience with domino's it has been last 16 days I have been trying to order online but it always shows the store was offeline
        I have a purchased voucher of rs 500 it expiry date was 15 sep I trying to reedem on store but they said it was reedem online only that's
        why my voucher get expired.

        Sir as me and me wife had been for the domino's pizza and i took something extra for my family and they charged for carry bags when i asked them its free as per government knorms they denied an said its legal to sell no one can do anything i request u to take a action against this kind of people...

          Last time on 31st august i ordered online from domino's app and my order number is 191 and it was late delivery. And then i called domino's customer support for liability and told them that the delivery is late and according to domino's policy they give refund and then the customer care told me that no worry sir refund is giving to you in 24 hrs but after 24hours there is no refund giving to me by dominos and then i call many times to domino's customer support after that there is no refund provided to me then they tie up my call to restaurant and the restaurant owner told me we do not provided you refund and he talking to me in a very rude way and give different different explanations to didn't give you refund. I told them that i will go to consumer court about that but he easily says "jahan jaana hai jaao".
          Please sir solve my issue if there is a policy of refund my domino's then it should give to the customers. Please sir solve my problem i will be very thankful to you.

            We visited the dominoes pizza branch baddi himachal pradesh by traveling 20 kms for one side for enjoying our first baby's birthday party and we paid extra than the normal rates even by not accepted 30% discount... They served us the worst quality and by asking on changing the same they changed the one pizza it was ok types... I asked to refund from the 2nd pizza only 100 rs. For only quality not the product.. They didn't offer me to refund and when i called next day for the same ignorence, mr. Sandeep (Manager) is offering one pizza which is not sufficient for my 4 family members which went there yesterday night to enjoy so i am neither getting the refund nor 2 pizzas... I am very disappointed with this behaviour.. Expecting a call and immediate action from your side...

              I ordered three pizzas and thee zingy parcel in trivandrum domino's pizza at below mentioned address but when i received the product was one of the worst experience in any of the domino's pizza. Also the manager mr banerjee was very rude with me. Kindly coach your manager and take some corrective action.

                I have placed an order with order no 344 for a birthday surprise. I have paid the amount through online. My delivery time was 11:30 pm.                 Now it's 12:25 am & still i have not received my pizza.
                When i have tracked my order it is showing that pizza has been delivered.
                I'm calling continuasly on store no but no one is responding.
                Your team has spoilt my surprise
                Due to this i'm feeling very embarrassing because i have ordered this oder for other person & for his birthday surprise.
                Worst service from your side.

                  I have paid the bill online. Domino's has confirmed me the order but still not received my order & most important thing is that status of the order is delivered.

                    Hi my name is Mrs Babitha Yedma. I ordered a pizza named 'Indi Chicken Tikka' and 2 garlic breads and 2 cheese dips on 8 September 2019. The order was cancelled by Domino's. The reason for cancelling is that the Domino's branch is too far and the delivery person told that the order will be cancelled. My mobile number is [protected]. The amount is rupees 1135. I ordered it through net banking and I couldn't get the money back till now. I request you to please resolve this issue.

                      I ordered pizza order cancelled but amount was deducted.. It's already been 1month and i haven't received my 1013 rs back. This is not acceptable that such a big brand do this type of carelessness. Never going to use or suggest anyone... I have placed complaint so many times but it is of no use... So please try to help me to get my money back.He is not responding to my call also

                        I ordered a pizza and stuffed garlic bread with cheesy dip today 12th september 2019 through dominos website from bhandup west mumbai at 7.15 pm - order no 295 and paid rs. 754 thru paytm. We called the call centre 4 times as the status thru track order on their website kept showing "being baked" all the time. Each time the executive kept giving a false assurance that the pizza will be delivered in 10-15 minutes. The order is not delivered even after three hours and the call centre exec said the order cannot be canceled as they couldn't connect to the store. They are cheating customers by not allowing to cancel orders. I have very clearly informed the executive to cancel the order and give full refund as order was not delivered even after three hours. Will proceed with required legal action if full amount is not refunded back to me.

                          I ordered from Domino's worth ₹636 at around 19:42:42. At 20:09, I got a call from their executive stating that the pizza cannot be delivered at my specified location so I need to come within 10 minutes to Kumarapuram Junction to collect it. I requested her to kindly tell the delivery executive to call me. I reached at the specified location within 8-9 minutes but their delivery executive came at 20:33 hrs, which is technically almost around 52 minutes after placing the order. By that time, I had called their customer care around 8-10 times and the mobile from which they called me around 5-7 times but without any response. When I asked the executive to connect me to their manager and I explained the situation that it's almost 52 minutes late and it won't be hot by then. He agreed for a full refund for my order but told that since I ordered through their app, the refund amount will come only into my Domino's wallet balance. This bounds me to order through the company again which is clearly an unethical practice. Why should I be bound to order from them again when I am paying through my account while ordering?

                          I demand them to process the refund into the same account from where I paid.

                            I ordered a pizza for myself... Today at 7:30p. M and it arrived at 8:30 p. M. The pizza was very bad... And it was all cold.. I asked the outlet manager for refund, he said it will be refunded within 7 days... But i got no notification. The information is here about the outlet... Domino's pizza gwalior (City centre outlet), madhya pradesh. Mine order number was 187 and the date i ordered is 12th september'2019 the bill was of about 281. Delivery boy name was abhishek tiwari. The pizza was worst than anything...!! Please do something about it...

                                I orderd pizza from dominos pammal thorugh dominos portal. I called them and advised to deliver the pizza at 1 pm. They agreed to that. Later they called me at 1:05 pm and told they cannot deliver to that location. The people were very rude and it is very pathetic. Need to take severe action against these kind of people to save the consumers

                                I also sopke to the store shift incharge. He also argued that he cannot deliver to that location. They should have told me when i booked the order. After an hour they called me and updated that they will not deliver

                                  Today i have visited domino's pizza jalgaon (Jubilant foodworks ltd) maharashtra 425001. I have ordered two pizzas and assured to be delivered in ten minutes. We were waiting for pizza for around 40 minutes. I asked for my order then they were searching for my order. Worker said that he has announced my name thrice, whereas i was sitting in front of counter only. But after 40 minutes my order was not ready. It means that he lies. Then i asked to give my money back.
                                  Worst manegment has been observed. Not displaying order number on screen just shouting like anything to call the customer. Workers are talked rudely when enquired about order.

                                  I am trying to place an online order from Domino's Application for past few days. It is showing that stire is offline. I haave 300 Rs in Domino's app wallet. Please help resolve this issue As soon as possible.

                                    I ordered dominos pizza from zomato on 8th sept 2018 from kamothe panvel location. Order no - [protected] and amount 687.25 but dominos has cancelled my order after some time saying your location is far so we cannot deliver the order.
                                    I had already done the payment using upi. I have contacted zomato as i have place oreder from zomato they are saying dominos's is responsible for this and they will refund the money.
                                    I want my money back. I have tried to contact kamothe dominos and main dominos no [protected] but not picking up my call. Dominos seriously wasted my time and money pathetic service. Dominos has to take this on priority. I want my money back

                                      I placed the order at 8:45 but even after 30 minutes the order showed "being baked". When we called the number given on screen for assistance, there was no response. Neither the customer care number was reachable.

                                      Its not the first case that i faced this issue. Before this, my husband used to place order with his account. But after continuously facing same issue over period of 9 months, he stopped ordering itself. So here i am facing the similar issue again.
                                      Till date we never asked for any refunds even on late deliveries considering the bangalore traffic., but now as i know myself how it feels when you guys dont take any step to fix issue and the representatives in outlets are so rude to even give any proper response to custom, so i am asking for refund

                                        I had order dominos pizza on 09 aug, 2019 at hsr, sector-2 under order id: [protected] for amount rs.252.
                                        However the pizza was never delivered, after repeated consultation with zomato, the zomato customer executive told us to complain on dominos customer care.
                                        We raised a complain on dominos customer care on 19th aug under ref 10746697, however no action was taken by dominos.
                                        We raised 2 other complaints on 4th sep under ref 10967319 & 10970487 and finally one on 5th sep under 10990417.
                                        However no action has been taken yet and no refund issued.
