      My order was never delivered to me whereas online it shows delivered. When i tried contacting customer service center, i was just put on hold and nothing was done to resolve the matter.

      It’s a shame. I am shocked to the core. We don’t expect such kind of service from dominos india.

      And how can they show “order delivered” when actually it never did.

      Utterly disappointing and disgraceful experience.

          Today(10/3/2019), I have placed an order with given Invoice number. Order took 1.25hrs instead of 30minutes. On talking to delivery executive, he stated there was a rain due to which it got delayed. But I mentioned that rain was stopped after 15min of placing an order but the order was being baked till 45minutes(as per dominos app) on which he stated there was other orders too that was yet to be delivered. So, irrespective rain was stopped or not, he got delayed in delivery. Moreover, the pizza that I got from him was the worst pizza in my life that I have ever got from dominos. It seems to be baked 3hrs earlier and doesn't seems to be fresh.

          My point is since when i placed an order and after 15min, rain was stopped, and my order took more than 30minutes, I need free delivery as per dominos.

              Hai this is basavaraj lives in mahadevapura bangalore, 2nd oct'19 i ordered 2 pizza at 6.53pm and 7.15pm sedond one from domino's brigade metropolis whitefield main road and also paid money, exactly 8:30pm delivery boy came with 1 pizza i asked him he replied that he got 1 order so immediately i called domino's they confirmed that they received 2 order from my side and requested for 15 mints to deliver 2nd pizza but they didn't came but they updated in app like food has been delivered so i called them they are not responding, even i called domino's customers care they are not responding properly.

                I have placed order on 22sept'19 pizza through swiggy app from Domino's I have made the payment through Google pay, The payment was successfully done but after the payment I got a message after 1 hour from domino's that youreally order cannot be forwarded to our restaurant due to technical reason and your money will be refunded in 7 working days but it has been 11 days but still not got my money, already talked with Domino's costomer care but issue not solve.

                  I had ordered on 11th august. Still i have not received my cashback. I called to customer care many times. They said we are not authorized. Store person said sir my not found any detail. I want my cashback.

                  Firstly store person said you will received cashback within 7 days.

                  Now store person said we can't provide cashback.

                  This is not about inr286/- its about customer satification.

                    On 24th sep i ordered (Order id:155) food from domino's outlet in hyderabad which i received after 1.5 hours. Raised a complaint via the helpline provided but didn't receive any refund yet. They said we have raised the complaint for now and you will receive the amount within 7-10 days. Delivery person said amount will be credited in domino's wallet. Till now no amount is credited neither to domino's account nor the bank account i paid from. Whom to ask now?? When will i receive the amount??

Ever we have called local area domino's & checked that they received order & we requested them to cancel but they also refuse to cancel the order.

                      Complaint : Dominos of JP nagar 7th phase Bangalore.

                      They have charged 14 rupees for a carry bad medium one. After stepping out of the store, the bag was torn completely. It's of low quality.

                      Along with GST, Domino's charges are high just for a carry bag which is of low quality.

                      Kindly look into this and revert. I need the refund.

                        I ordered 2 pizza today and it's been 90 minutes now that i never received a call for the status. I saw the status of the delivery being updated as delivered without having the pizza delivered. Each time i call the toll free number they say it's prepared and it will be delivered in 20 mins. The biggest problem here is i have paid 400 plus rupees and i won't get a refund. All i have to do is sit and wait for the order staying hungry. No proper updates even by calling to customer care. The customer care persons wants me to sit and wait for the pizza

                        My order no 528 has been cancelled due to wrong address of miraroad .The address was 101/403 Poonam residency shantipark miraroad east .
                        I request you to refund my money as soon as possible.

                          I ordered 2 timed on this months, 14th sep and 18th sep. Both the order late delivered. Now it's already 15 days passed but no late delivery discount refunded to me. I called call center, manjeet & nikita promised me that you will get a call back but not received.

                          No one called me after so much complaint raised in call center.

                          We have found dead smell and bad quality of pizza

                          Kindly take action.
                          I ordered dominos pizza on 21-Sep-2019 with bill no 151 which was delivered after more than an hour. Pizza which was delivered was completely cold and was not in edible condition.

                          I raised a complaint to Dominos for the refund and then they started giving some [censored] reason for the pizza being delivered late.

                            1. Order was delivered very late and the condition of food items delivered was worse.
                            2. This order has 30 minute guarantee delivery but it was not obeyed.

                            4. Customer care was approached multiple times, but no proper resolution (Refund) from dominos customer care as well as dominos outlet from which items got delivered.
                            5. Customer care and outlet people always tried to neglect the issue and dragging it without taking any responsibility or ownership on the issue.

                              The order was delivered after two hours and it was completely cold and wet. There has been no proper response from the customer support team nor the details of the refund has been shared. I have contacted the domino's team over five times yesterday, apart from generating a sorry message nothing has been done. Whenever there is an order placed by gift card they do not deliver the order in 30 mins and compensate by giving another order of same amount. I am tired of this and i want a full refund. It is pointless to get domino's gift card if it can be used only on online orders and not in stores and when order is placed online they do not deliver it on time. Imagine 30mins delivery took 2 hours. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with such low behavior of domino's.

                                I ordered pizzas on 13th of september and due to some location problem the delivery boy couldn’t be able to deliver so he cancelled the order and dominos texted me regarding the refund that in max to max 10 days i’ll get my refund but it’s been 15 days since they haven’t refunded my amount plus whenever i call them they make me fool by saying they’ll be calling me in 15 mins and i never received a call back. This is a serious matter for me. I want a refund else i make sure i’ll take serious actions regarding this.

                                  Dear sir sorry for the complain about domino's team but i passed with bad experience with domino's.

                                  Last night i ordered pizza with catch up but delivery boy not delivered catch up when i told about catch up with that time delivery man shouting on me and snatching to pizza from my hand.

                                  I don't know why you domino's people appoint that kind of delivery boy who haven't knowledge of respect and satisfaction of customer. Even they haven't know how to talk with customer.

                                  I contacted manager but they gave me same revert. It mean manager to delivery boy all are not qualify person.

                                  Request for action to be taken on manager and delivery boy by immediate effect.

                                  If i can't satisfies then matter will be reach consumer court within limited period.

                                      HI, I have ordered a pizza at 6.52 am through swiggy, 24/9/19, after an hour I didn't get update so called outlet number not reachable and called customer care they told order is on the way. I called 6 times to customer care number they told outlet number reachable and member of outlet will contact me but no response finally escalated and Outlet member called and told your order is cancelled at 7:30 pm but I received a msg at 9:40 Pm your order is on the way .
                                      finally I raised a complaint. But still now the order is not yet received or cancelled .Money has been debited.

                                        I have ordered pizza on 22nd of september sunday but by mistake wrong delivary address was placed by me. Coz last order of my was in miraroad so the same address was placed instead of malad where i reside. I cancelled my order the same day but i was informed tht i will get my refund after 6 to 7 days.
