I ordered pizza order cancelled but amount was deducted.. It's already been 1month and i haven't received my 1013 rs back. This is not acceptable that such a big brand do this type of carelessness. I ordered a pizza and stuffed garlic bread with cheesy dip today 12th september 2019 through dominos website from bhandup west mumbai at 7.15 pm - order no 295 and paid rs. 754 thru paytm. We called the call centre 4 times as the status thru track order on their website kept showing "being baked" all the time. Each time the executive kept giving a false assurance that the pizza will be delivered in 10-15 minutes. The order is not delivered...

I ordered from Domino's worth ₹636 at around 19:42:42. At 20:09, I got a call from their executive stating that the pizza cannot be delivered at my specified location so I need to come within 10 minutes to Kumarapuram Junction to collect it. I requested her to kindly tell the delivery executive to call me. I reached at the specified location within 8-9 minutes but their delivery executive came at 20:33 hrs, which is technically almost around...

I ordered a pizza for myself... Today at 7:30p. M and it arrived at 8:30 p. M. The pizza was very bad... And it was all cold.. Recently home delivery has been withdrawn from this area which is roughly two km from your pizza store. It is really shocking why service is not provided in main market area.
We expect to resume this service soon to avoide any conplaints further...

I orderd pizza from dominos pammal thorugh dominos portal. I called them and advised to deliver the pizza at 1 pm. They agreed to that. Later they called me at 1:05 pm and told they cannot deliver to that location. The people were very rude and it is very pathetic. Need to take severe action against these kind of people to save the consumers

However the pizza was never delivered, after repeated consultation with zomato, the zomato customer executive told us to complain on dominos customer care.

While placing the order, i was ensured a delivery within 30 minutes or else the pizza would be at a discount of 300 rs. But when the delivery guy arrived late, restaurant denied me of their 30 minutes policy and admitted of wrong doing on their part. Although they did not provide me with any real solution. According to dominos an apology is equal to a solution. They claim to raise a complaint internally but that won't help the consumers....

When we tried to contact, dominoo cc doesn't have concrete ans.
After waiting for more than one hour & directly approaching the store. They said they don't have contact details.

The customer service is simply horrible and not at all customer friendly.
Secondly, about the order:
1) the pizza boxes were open.
2) there were absolutely no toppings.
3) the pizza was stale and cold.
4) the order was delivered after almost 90 minutes even though the outlet is just 2 minutes away from my house.
5) the store wasn't picking up my calls.

I got pizza delivered after 1.5 hours. But online tracking status shown delivered in half an hour. So i called kitchen and they registered complaint and assured for refund. But till date i didn't get any refund even calling...
