We had placed an order in bangalore at 2.51 pm on 14-sep-2019 for rs. 415. Order id: 49. The order was not delivered at all. Then suddenly at 5.45 we see the status of the order as delivered, without actually delivering the pizza. We called up the customer care, they connected us with restaurant. The owner says staff was busy so we are sorry, and its showing delivered due to some technical error. And that we will receive the refund in 24 hours. After 2 days today, the restaurant says they will refund 300 points in our dominos wallet! And will give us a free pizza. We don't want to order with dominos again! And we just want our money back! Customer care is repetitively connecting us with restaurant, who is not ready to listen, and is disconnecting our call. We want quick resolution of this and want our money back asap.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They told they ll refund amount till date not done.
I don't want there 300 refund but I want my mouse money .
