I had visited your outlet in essel world on sunday 14th april 2019 to have meal.
While making the payment for my order i offered my debit card to the concerned person* and made the payment of rs.673 and i got the message in my sms as the amount has got debited from my account towards jubilant food works ltd.

Later while having my meal, the concerned person of domino's came to me...

I ordered pizza in the scheme on 23rd march. Within 20 minutes i received notification that the pizza has been delivered but i didn't receive. So i called the outlet. They are abusive. Without listening they are saying refund chahie na mil jaega server me dikhana hota hume jaldi ka. And then saying accident hogya delivery boy ka and when i asked delivery boy he is saying late pizza mila hume. Then the pizza is almost burnt. I have images...

For my last two orders, i didn't get my pizza within 30 minutes. They didn't even reach at the entry point within half an hour.
I reported them the issue within one hour and both times they promised that i will get my money back, i did get a call back from them but nothing is been done after it.

I order pizza on 23 feb 2019 order no-115 on domino's app on my phone and online pay through paytm of amount 350 and they give me 30 minutes guarantee delivery but they deliver it late and after confirmation on domino's customer care that i will receive back rs300 of my paid money but till now no money would be refunded back in my account.

I have ordered a combo deal on 23rd of march, 19. Your executive punched the wrong order of rs 525.25 that i paid through my credit card.
Once i realize that the order is wrong i complaint it to the same executive and he appolize for the same and suggest me to place an fresh order.

I ordered pizza on 17 th apr from whitefield area, but the order failed. My amount has been deducted from paytm account but the order was not recieved. I didnt get the amount refunded. I request for refund of rs 731 to my paytm account. Its really disgusting that even the day before elections the dominos pizza was not working, which was not displayed in website. Placed an order through the app.
Along with the confitmation, amount got credited (485/- to be precise) and even after 30 minutes the order was still being prepared.
Called customer care who put me on hold for about 15 minutes.
I'm still waiting for that call which she said she will do from her end.
The amount has not been reversed yet.

Domino’s was delivering after an hour, and when i asked for compensation i was advised that i will get 300 off for the next order which was not acceptable because as per their rule it should be free or 300 subtracted from current bill.
I have paid the total bill and have not received dominos and not even the compensation. This is so irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour...

I order pizza yesterday of worth rs 376, from zomato. Pizza not delivered and zomato people sent me a list of numbers to contact them directly which were all not reachable. I visited domino's near chakala andheri east mumbai today. Staffs were like they are not willing to accept a order or listening to the words at the time of giving orders, after that cleaniness is worst no is there to clean the table. Customer needs to go nd call them to clean table.

On 15th march 2015, rs. 831 was deducted from my amazon pay account toward domino's pizza without placing any order to domino's. I have already provided all the details to both, domino's and amazon pay. Amazon has confirmed that amount was transacted and domino's inform that order was not placed but till date i have not received my money refund.

I ordered a pizza yesterday. My delivery was 20minutes late and this is the second time even after asking the delivery boy to inform the domino's that my delivery is late i haven't received the refund. I think in bangalore maximum domino's outlets aren't serious about their services to the customer. Same thing happened second time. Domino's should probably take action against that delivery boy. I am a resident of chennai. I bought 2 veg pizza at a dominos outlet near pallikaranai, chennai on 17th april 2019. I was shocked that the carry bag (Paper bag) was charged at rs.11.42. I came directly from office and i had no other option than to pay for the carry bag. I have been a regular customer and charging such a price for the carry bag seemed unfair.
