I denish my order no - 27 my mobile number is - [protected]. I had placed an order at 1.03 pm. But still i havent received my order. When i first call at 2.15 pm they said me that your location store will call you in 10 mins and update you but no answer regarding that. Than second time i called up at - 2.24 pm that time they said that your order in on the way for delivery but we cant track they will reach in some time. Than third time i called 2.42 pm that time they said that the near by loaction store is unservicable but your customer care excutive will contact you in 3 mins and resolve the problem. On the same call that customer excutive told they will contact me in 15 mins and started arguing.

    More than 16 hours still order not delivered. Order date :- 28 april, 2019 8:40 p. M
    We were 2 children at home and didn't have any food to eat, so i ordered 4 pizzas from dominos costing rs.290
    While we were waiting eagerly for the pizza, 56 mins passed i received a call from delivery boy, i asked him why r u taking so much? What abt 30 min delivery guarantee? He told me we will not give u pizza at free and he cut call. I called him he said sir we have cancelled ur order (So rude & unprofessional behaviour) i tried to call to dominos customer card [protected] assisstant told me that ur order is on the way and ur order will b delivered for free. I waited. Its 10:00p. M still waiting for the order & no reply from dominos branch and customer.
    10:30p. M i tried to call at dominos branch but they r still saying its on the way! Seriously it takes more 2 hours to deliver? The dominos is very to my home. I tried to call at customer care they gave me complaint no.:-9183740 but order still not delivered

    Its 11:30 we still not delivered we have to sleep without food..
    I have all the call recordings.

    Due to your poor servics i have suffer this.

    So my concern is this don't misguide your customers that after 30 minutes pizza will be free as you like to do it so kindly change your 30 minutes policy. So kindly compensate me for this or i will take this case to social media and do something else.

      On 28 april 2019my husband and my kids went for a movie and bought a pizza from domino's outlet they charged rs 11.42 for carry bag. He was not aware of the law when ai checked the bill they charged for the carry bag. Any company cannot charge for carry bag if the company name printed on it.. It is against the law. I need justice. Please file my complaint.

        I have ordered the pizza from dominos and besidw of waiting for 2:3 hrs, i didn't receive the order, everytime i called domono's customer care, they just raised the ticket and no resolution provided. The outlet managers are not friendly with the concern and they just transferring the order from one outlet to another. This is the harassment which they are doing with their customer.

        Firstly, i ordered from gk2 outlet and they cancelled the order and call me after half and hour that i have to re-order it from kalka ji outlet. This is the first response i get from the manager of gk2 when the expected delivery time is 10:28 and they call me after that. When again i ordered from kalkaji outlet around 11 pm, then they call me on 11:15 and informed that the order is cancelled and transferred again to gk2 outlet. Then i receive the call from gk 2 that they will deliver the order.

        After waiting another half an hours, when i call dominos, they only raise the ticket and make sure that i will wait and my order will be deliver. Beside of waiting and finally they say that my order will not be delivered. Gk2 outlet is closed and kalkaji has already cancelled the order.

        Now, my concern is when gk 2 outlet has to deliver the order, then why my order was cancelled first and if kalkaji has to deliver then why they cancelled the order.

        This is most unprofessional and unethical behavior i have seen which dominos has done with his customer.

        I want to complain on this and this should be actioned on priority and i need my all refund and penalize for all the mental harassment which i have face in this case.

          I had placed a pizza order on dominos app, but dominos did not deliver my order.
          I tried calling the phone numbers provided in the order email, but to my surprise, both the provided numbers are invalid.
          I called up the customer care to make a complaint and i was told they will deliver the order soon, but even after that i got no callback or my order.

          This has been a very bad experience and I had to stay hungry for more than an hour because of this. I would like to raise a complaint for this harassment and also a compensation for my inconvenience.

          The order was finally delivered at around 11:45 pm after I had already had my dinner.
          This has been a really bad and highly inconvenient experience for me and I would really like to see how Dominos respond to this and what they'll be doing to compensate for this utmost Customer dissatisfaction.

            Choco lava cake is called a cake for a reason. But, the one delivered to me today was just choco lava and from no angle appeared to be a cake. I don't know what was the problem... But yeah.. It was all spilt over... And liquid chocolate alone.. Nothing else. It is disappointing. Did not even recieve a link for feedback after getting our food delivered.

              I order pizza and garlic bread from dominoes, v square mall, bhiwadi.
              Order no.: 143.
              The order get delivered in 50 mins and what i got was all cold order.
              And there was not cheese over it plus it was all dry and cold and also the taste of chicken was like as if it is old and smelling really bad.
              Kindly please refund the amount as soon as possible.
              The order i received was not worth my money.

                I am working in Rudrapur Uttarakhand and i bought 2 pizza from Domino's on 24-April-2019 and they charged me Rs.11.42 for carry bag. Is this correct? I don't think it is right. Please look into the matter and do needful.

                On asking them regarding they said they can't do anything in this if you want the bag you have to pay for it.

                  Illegal activities done by cv raman nagar dominos branch is offering.
                  I ordered online pizza.. Same was suppose to be delivered in 30 minutes..
                  1. Order delayed more than 45 minutes..
                  2. Delivery person was extremely rude and was not ready to share the invoice for pizza.
                  3. Not ready to provide the invoice with delivery (Same is not legal).
                  4. I cancelled the order as person was not giving invoice...
                  5. I have still not received the refund post cancellation..

                    Order number 91 made on 12.4.2019 with alwarthirunagar branch. Payment was made by debit card. However branch insisted that payment was not received and obtained cash payment of rs 215. The payment made twice was not yet refunded inspite of repeated phone calls. The manager promised he will refund the money in seven days. However the response is poor. Please resolve the issue immediately

                      I had ordered from dominos via paytm app on 23 April at arounD 10pm worth Rs 351...i was getting 30% off on one peppy paneer pizza, 1 stuffed garlic bread, 1 veg parcel and a cheesy dip..
                      The money was deducted twice from my paytm wallet then only but i received a message of Order being Failed there n then itself...
                      Thus i want to get Rs 702 to be refunded back to my paytm wallet.. My contact no. [protected] and my paytm no. [protected]..

                            The manager in domino's did not talk to me in a way as if she knows everything and i am a someone having no knowledge and sitting home. Please ask the person to be polite to customers. I had my grievance but she is yelling on me unnecessarily. I did not get my refund (My last complaint) but the manager is showing me as if i have made some mistakes.. Is this how domino's recruit its managers? I had no such experience before.

                              Respected sir/ madam,

                              I had visited your outlet in essel world on sunday 14th april 2019 to have meal.
                              While making the payment for my order i offered my debit card to the concerned person* and made the payment of rs.673 and i got the message in my sms as the amount has got debited from my account towards jubilant food works ltd.

                              Later while having my meal, the concerned person of domino's came to me and told me that your payment is still pending, our account did not get credited with the payment rs. 673 you made via your debit card due to some technical issues but it will get refunded to your account within an hour, and that such technical issues persist in our outlet daily (Our account did not get credited). Then she asked me to make the payment in cash as of now. I waited for 40 mins to get the refund sms but it did not came. She (Concerned person) then insisted me to make the payment soon and gave me the mobile no. Of the manager of domino's there ms. Riddhi for any further communication if i did not get the refund in an hour. I made the payment in cash to her.

                              After 1.5 hr still i did not get the sms for refund of my payment made through card. I called the manager ms. Riddhi, she told me that it's been sunday today therefore the bank is closed*, you will get the refund by tomorrow.

                              The next day monday i called her (Ms. Riddhi) again, she answered me that i can see the credit status to your transaction as pending and that you will get the refund in next 7 days. She asked me for my email id to show me the transaction status. She sent me a blank mail without any attachment (Showing me the status of my transaction).

                              * while making the payment i was not asked to pay in cash, my card was accepted for payment without any disclaimer for technical issues persisting.

                              * i was told that i would get the refund in an hour and taken the payment in cash.

                              * there does not exist any {"manual intervention" for automatic refund transactions.

                              *after taking the payment i was answered that i will get my refund next day and not before taking it, the next day i was said that it would take minimum 7 days. Later i talked to (Ms. Riddhi) via whatsapp she asked me to send her a mini statement of my personal account. I shared my (Personal a/c statement) also. I did not receive my refund till date now.
                              Its been 12 days i neither received the money nor any compensation. Yesterday she (Ms. Riddhi) asked me to share my bank a/c no and ifsc for making me the refund, but she din't transfer and today i asked her again so she said me that she will do it in the evening.

                              Is domino's trying to fool the customers? I wasted my 1 hr in essel world to get the sms of refund. Is domino's compensating for my time and false assurances given by the person in the outlet and ms riddhi.

                              * its been 12 days now, i did not receive my refund. Please pay me the refund with interest and compensate me for the time and energy i used to get my refund.

                              Hope for earliest reply to my mail through your esteemed company.

                                I ordered pizza in the scheme on 23rd march. Within 20 minutes i received notification that the pizza has been delivered but i didn't receive. So i called the outlet. They are abusive. Without listening they are saying refund chahie na mil jaega server me dikhana hota hume jaldi ka. And then saying accident hogya delivery boy ka and when i asked delivery boy he is saying late pizza mila hume. Then the pizza is almost burnt. I have images also. And when i called customer care and they connected with the outlet and they disconnected the call while i was still talking to him. Then i called 7 times but no resolution. Then i write a review over that i received that i will receive a call. And when received a call they are saying they are raising refund of 300 which i will receive within 7 days. But till now i didn't receive and when i called them they are saying server down h baad m call karo. This is how they are talking to a girl. We are giving money not to listen to ki refund chahie kya tujhe and all. Need strict action. I have received 5 complaint reference id but till now no action is taken.

                                  For my last two orders, i didn't get my pizza within 30 minutes. They didn't even reach at the entry point within half an hour.
                                  I reported them the issue within one hour and both times they promised that i will get my money back, i did get a call back from them but nothing is been done after it.

                                    I order pizza on 23 feb 2019 order no-115 on domino's app on my phone and online pay through paytm of amount 350 and they give me 30 minutes guarantee delivery but they deliver it late and after confirmation on domino's customer care that i will receive back rs300 of my paid money but till now no money would be refunded back in my account.

                                      I have ordered a combo deal on 23rd of march, 19. Your executive punched the wrong order of rs 525.25 that i paid through my credit card.
                                      Once i realize that the order is wrong i complaint it to the same executive and he appolize for the same and suggest me to place an fresh order.
                                      He cancelled my previous order with a promise that i will receive the refund with in a week and i place a new order of rs. 644.
                                      Unfortunately i still have not received my refund even after a month of order cancellation nor i recieved any call from your concern outlet for verifying if i recieved my refund or not!

                                        After payment immediately i got a message from domino's says,
                                        Thanks for choosing Domino's. We will deliver your order hot & fresh in 30 minutes. Order no. 227 | Amount: Rs. 523

                                        But i didn't get Pizza till 10 PM. I tracked pizza online and it says ready for pickup. Then i called customer care they said it's less hope to deliver pizza
                                        because they called the restaurant but restaurant people didn't pick up the call and they said they'll refund the amount.
                                        But till then i didn't get any message saying the ordered cannot be delivered or cancelled.

                                        This is not acceptable because we all hungry and waiting (including kids) and finally came to know that there is no food. If they can't deliver they shouldn’t accept
                                        order or at least inform well before that they can't deliver.

                                        Refunding only the money is not at all accepted.

                                        The more disgusting part is I got call at 11:10 PM from domino's delivery boy that he got a Pizza to deliver.

                                        Do you have any SENSE Domino's??? Did you checked what is the time you are ringing? You didn't deliver pizza and you disturbed all our sleep also.
                                        When I denied to get pizza, delivery boy is telling it's for free you take it.
                                        Do you think we are shameless people to accept anything for free?

                                        I want justice for this.

                                        Dinning order getting delivery by 40 minutes waiting. No manager is there, Shift in-charge is busy making pizzas, he is hearing but ignore us. Utility staff packing food, because of staff shortage

                                        I ordered from dominos on 17 feb ...money was deducted but order was not placed ...even after 7 to 10 days refund was not received
