I placed an order for dominos pizza using swiggy mobile app on 19th april, 2019 at 09:49 pm. The order was not delivered to me at all and swiggy told that i should contact dominos helpline for further assistance. I did the same and got a message with a tracking link. But finally the food was not delivered but dominos marked it as delivered at 11:20pm. Later swiggy marked the order as complete. I called dominos helpline multiple times to no avail. They always promise a callback but never do. That's 2nd level of fraud in customer service.

This has been the most terrible experience ever with a food order which kept me hungry till late night and left me with few options to eat. It's harassment of a customer at its height. So, i am going to make official complaints to all types of consumer forums and will tell all possible people in my connection about this and strongly recommend them to use other pizza companies

    I order pizza yesterday of worth rs 376, from zomato. Pizza not delivered and zomato people sent me a list of numbers to contact them directly which were all not reachable. They are not reachable now also. Bad customer service from zomato and domino's. I need my money back asap. Ihave written a complaint in fb and will put and share this experience through out my friend circle and others. Either zomato has to take responsibility of our money which we made through it or has to remove domino's from their list. Hence, i am requesting domino's to pay my money back to avoid further serious escalations.

    I have not received my money yet. Kindly reveet my money back. Support people told me that they will refund on 48 hrs. I haven't noticed any changes to the complaint raised.

      I visited domino's near chakala andheri east mumbai today. Staffs were like they are not willing to accept a order or listening to the words at the time of giving orders, after that cleaniness is worst no is there to clean the table. Customer needs to go nd call them to clean table.
      Ac not working.
      No support.
      Worst service from domino's ever.
      Disappointed.

        On 15th march 2015, rs. 831 was deducted from my amazon pay account toward domino's pizza without placing any order to domino's. I have already provided all the details to both, domino's and amazon pay. Amazon has confirmed that amount was transacted and domino's inform that order was not placed but till date i have not received my money refund.

          I ordered a pizza yesterday. My delivery was 20minutes late and this is the second time even after asking the delivery boy to inform the domino's that my delivery is late i haven't received the refund. I think in bangalore maximum domino's outlets aren't serious about their services to the customer. Same thing happened second time. Domino's should probably take action against that delivery boy. How irresponsible towards their costumer domino's can be that i realized. Shame on dominos.

            Issue - unbelievably pathetic experience with dominos and swiggy where both the teams could neither deliver the food nor could provide an update on my order which is absolutely unprofessional and cheating their customers and making the experience even worse they updated me with a message the food has been delivered after 2 hours of placing my order in fact my order never got delivered. Moreover when i contacted dominos they were neither able to provide an update nor could connect to the store manager and promised me a call back with in 30 mins to discuss the issue which again never happened and i didn't get any call back.

            Root cause - being such a huge food delivery partner swiggy chaining up with again a giant restaurant chain like dominos where none of the parties are aware of the order being placed and moreover none of them could provide a live tracking of the orders. At last neither of them want to take up the responsibility to meet the commitment made to their customers.

            Consequence - because of such unethical business practices by both the restaurant and delivery partner the customers are suffering where they are making their customers wait for an unusual longer duration not able to meet the customers' expectations and eventually leaving no option for the customer to order from somewhere else late night by not delivering the food and providing wrong updates to their customer with a message food has been delivered.

              I had placed order at 8.15pm on 18.4.19 through mobile app. it's been more than an hour I have not received the order.when I called toll free number [protected] @ 9.10 pm after several tries your executive answered the call and was so rude. He said I was lying that I had called multiple times also said I will arrange call from the store for cancellation of order

                I bought little app coupons worth Rs 300 each. It is mentioned in the coupon code that it is valid for "Everyday value offers" (snapshot attached). When I tried using these coupons on Dominos Pizza website, I don't see any option where I can use these coupons (snapshot attached). On calling the customer care, their executive informed me that, these coupons are not valid for Everyday value offers. It is clearly mentioned that I can use this coupon for everyday value offers.

                  I am a resident of chennai. I bought 2 veg pizza at a dominos outlet near pallikaranai, chennai on 17th april 2019. I was shocked that the carry bag (Paper bag) was charged at rs.11.42. I came directly from office and i had no other option than to pay for the carry bag. I have been a regular customer and charging such a price for the carry bag seemed unfair.

                  Sir, I faced the same problem in Domino's Jorhat. They charged carry bag with their brand name for 11 rs.

                    This is regarding order number 241, my delivery address is noida sector 47, i placed order online and after 20 minutes got call from dominos sector 61 saying they dont deliver to my sector, i asked them to forward my order to nearby dominos center to my delivery address, to which dominos sector 61 said ok they would pass on my order to nearby dominos center to my delivery place. after 20 minutes i got call again from them and then they told me they will have to cancel my order i said ok, when i checked my phone, the status got displayed as delivered, so after waiting for 40 -45 minutes, i did not my pizza delivered at my place, payed 720 rs for it, and got false status of delivery . i want dominos to immediately return my payment and compensate for spoiling my 50 minutes of time and spoiling my mood . this is pathetic service for dominos.

                      I have already given a feedback regarding a smelling pizza before two weeks in a outlet in pondicherry. The manager of the outlet contacted me personally and asked about the issues with the pizza and i clearly explained the issue and post the he has confirmed that he will refund my money back. But it's been two weeks now i'm getting a message that sir we can't able to find your order and he is making this query getting delayed and it seems like whole pondicherry dominos outlet members are fraud persons. I don't know what the hell it's happening and they have indirectly looted my money.

                        I have ordered two pizzas from domino's through zomato at 9:50 and didn't got those pizzas till now. I have called dominos so many times that my order is not delivered and they asked me to wait and wait and wait. And its about 3 hours that i am still waiting and all the telephone services are closed now. I have paid through paytm while ordering. My order number was 391, krishna nagar store, delhi. It was the worst service as my order is still not delivered although the dominos promises 30 mints delivery and after 3 hours i didn't got my order. And i have lost all hopes that my order will be delivered so, i not only want my refund but also i want domino's to give me concession on future orders due to all the inconveniences i faced and still facing.

                          I have ordered pizza with online payment via paytm, my order was not confirmed by the restraunt then they cancelled my order after that my amount with rupees 800 was deducted then they say your amount was refunded after 24 hour. what the hell they are doing .if you are not able to get the order so why you accept the payment very bad experience .worst service.

                            I had placed an ordered on 18th march against which refund was pending as the order was delivered late.
                            On another order dated 05th april, the refund was pending too.
                            The first refund is pending since month.
                            I tried calling the helpline but they could not provide a satisfactory answer.
                            The helpline number provided is not connecting for the last 5 days.

                              Order was cancelled by the store since it went to some other location (Automatically).                                 I gave order of indian tandoori paneer pizza (regular size) and a pepsi at 21.33 on dated 13.04.19.
                                But it was delivered at 22.26 on date 13.04.19.
                                As it is clear that this delivery was late as it should be within 30 min.
                                I didn't get any money refund from dominos.
                                I paid the amount of 386 rs from my paytm account.

                                  I ordered for Dominos Pizza African Peri Peri Chicken at M-83. M-Block Market GK-2, New Delhi with the State Code 07. My Invoice Number is 65761/19/3900. Order 232 4/13/2019 at 7:34PM . Server : Komal. I tried calling in their nos.telephone nos.[protected]/47525700, but none picks the call.

                                  I paid for 2 Med BU AFRCN PP CHK and was delivered vegetarian with applicable GST totalling Rs. 835.80/-

                                  Kindly refund the balance amount of the two pizzas to me as I was delivered vegetarian instead of non-vegetarian. This is really a sorry state of affairs with an organization of your category in the subsequent week this is my second complaint. Kindly respond. Have given the two attachments. Invoice and the Pizza Delivered packet.

                                    I have recently placed an order for rs.372 with dominoes on 10th april 2019 at 8:55 pm and the order delivered to me at 9:55, exactly 60 minutes after the order was placed.

                                    I lodged a compliant with dominos #8978011 at the same time. They said that a call back will be arranged within 24 hrs and the matter will resolved. I havent got the call back since today, 12th april 2:55 pm.

                                    I have been trying to call the store but there number do not exist. I have called the customer care 3 times and got the same reply that we are unable to reach to the store so we will arrange a call back within 10 minutes, but not sure when will there 10 minutes get over.

                                    Dominos, if you can not full fill the order within 30 minutes, do not make false claims.

After 15 mins i received a call from your end and told that the order has been cancelled due to the distance and rs 1322 will be refunded by 48 hours... But then i checked the app once again today where it was mentioned that my order has been delivered... Swiggy told me that dominos handle their orders by their own... So now after 48 hours i am asking you to refund my money as you promised before...

                                        Hi team,

                                        Yesterday i have places my order but have not received yet. On your official app it is showing delivered.
                                        I call customer care 5 times but every time they could not find the correct status and drooped my call.

                                        I am following the process because i want to take this in consumer court as this is totally not acceptable from food supplier that they are not having any proper contact for their customer.
                                        Ruining a largest food chain but concerns about customer.

                                        This is fraud case where dominoes is making money without delivering the product.
