[Resolved] Dotzot — [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected]
All 4 order shows delivered status on dotzot site. But i haven't received any parcels yet. I tried to reach the customer care numbers and kochi dotzot, they seem to be busy sleeping. Never attended my calls.
I have complained to firstcry. They need 72 hours to track and revert back.. Omg.. This is ridiculous.. No proper response from anyone.

Received the parcels few days back when I was not at home.. people who delivered had no answer why wrong status on website and reason for late delivery... I am just relieved atleast my orders are finally with me now.. and anyways thanks for the people who helped in the process.. DOTZOT, Please update correct status on websites.. have proper customer care service...
