CSK vs SRH match 3rd Oct 2020.
Ravindra Jadeja points till he got out were shown as 77 but at the end of the match it is 71. His economy rate points are not considered at final score. This changes the final winner of the competition.

I can't verify my pancard.upload pancard got stuck its showing "something went wrong try again". How could I do it

I have provided bank details it showing under review how many days it will take to approve and if any rejection notification will sent to user with reason ? Please help me

They dedected money from account. Reason in fairplay violation. How can assume and deduct? There are no laws no restrictions to this app.

A Dream11 account has been created and is being used from my email id. I did not create it approve it

I requested a withdrawal of Rs 200 on either 26th or 27th September 2020 from Dream 11 app to my verified bank account which was supposed to get transfer on 28th of Sept 2020 and I received the message for successful withdrawal from Dream 11 but did not get the money still in my Bank account.

Same thing happened today on 1st October 2020 with a requested withdrawal amount of Rs.500 this time but still money has not been credited but here also I received a message from Dream 11 team saying your withdrawal is successful.

Mails I sent to helpdesk are not being responded, raised a complain with a ticket number issued but still case closed without being resolved.

I don't know what is happening.

It does raises a credibility question on their part

Please not that my pan card is already taken. I want to know how can I register my pan and then retrieve the money.

Sir i was received 215 on 28th September 02:47:09 A.M and my transaction id is LW2020092721145708556908760. When i made it for withdraw on 28th sep Rs.210 my transaction id is UW2020092810330656908760 they was showing transaction is cancelled and today they cut rs.200 for fair play violation. I won 3000 rupees in an ipl match (Csk vs dc) 25th september 2020 and i applied for withdrawal of won money (2000 rupees) in the account section. The withdrawal request is accepted and withdrawal is processed. The expected date to credit amount to my verified account is given as september 2020 (Next working day). But the money is still not yet credited and it showing zero withdrawal in progress and i'm afraid of hidden of recent transaction list by. I requested a lot of time to get an email statement for last month's transaction. But till now no email statement received from your side. Kindly check and withdraw the amount as soon as possible.

Over 350 of my winnings has been deducted for violation without reason I was playing with one family member so I won money from any I was not doing any violation still my money is deducted

Hi, I’m disappointed to see Sandeep Sharma included in playing 11 in dream 11 announced list between Sunrisers Hyderabad and KKR played on 26th sept 2020. I had also selected him in my bowlers. Please look into it and refund my entry fee for today’s match for both the contests I joined. Thanks

I have joined 3 constant, but showing only 2 constant money also deducted

When i used to withdraw my money they always cancelled my withdraw and next within minutes they charges me for fairplay violation. Even my all the details and documents are verified and confirmed by them. They almost charged me 207 as i am violating their fairplay rules but i didn't do anything wrong. They even didn't provide the reasons for the fairplay violation.

I want to withdraw my money but whenever i was click verify button always error message pop out "something went wrong " i have already raised few complaints regarding this but no response from their end. so kindly request you please help me to resolve this. thank you

I played a private contest with someone and I picked up my team and my team is much better than my opponent and I won the contest and winning amt is given to me and next day dream11 had taken winning back and the reason they gave for it is "fairplay violation".
I want if this is violation then you cancelled the contest immediately and gave the money back to each one
