My courier dispatch to ahmedabad on 25th september 2018, and it reached pari chowk dtdc branch which is near vanice mall on 26th sep 2018, but i did not get it till 29 sep, then i call there and a lady rajni, picked my call and she asked my address and i confirm my all address details, she told me that she will delivered it today evening by delivery boy, and in evening i call her again so, she said that they cant delivered my package because my address is very far and i have to pick it by myself otherwise she will return it, and she send me a wrong address of dtdc branch when i reach there and call her so she said that don"t ask me again and again for address you can find out by google, she was so rude on call, i want to take a action against her. Then i track my package details online so she update my status that my package is out for delivery, and i pick it by myself, so now i will never use dtdc service again.
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My courier from 22 Sept status is not updated and they are showing in transit and out for delivery today is 27 Sept but still I have not received my courier .please it's a request to solve my issue asap . Thanks in advance
