[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — shipment not delivered and is taking long time | |
The shipment of documents was ordered from noida to jhansi by courier service through dtdc courier on 12/11/2019. But the status is at kanpur hub from 13/11/2019 and is still not processed till date. Lodged complaint to dtdc but they some sort of case number and asks for delivery address and mobile number. Still they are not getting onto it to resolve the same.

I have booked a parcel on 10 november..They dispatched that packet on 11 november 2019..The ackage arrived at out destination place but not a single message ofr call has been received by me .Now the status of the package is showing that it is not delivered. Kindly go through my screeenshot.

Documents till is not yet deliver to me
Parcel was delivered on 9th from Mumbai but today, 13th Nov, status showing that the parcel is sent to Kolkata but the delivered address is Pune

Recommended to DTDC is Better to close the business rather cheating people.

I have sent an oder on 8/11/19 Z17249700 to gurgaon ..in tracking oder its showing the parcel reached but consignment redirected.its very important parcel to reach there..it still showing consignment redirected please help me out with this as soon as possible.
