Below are the Booking details and amount that needs to be credited to my account. 1) Booking ID: EMT73717231 PNR: LMY6NQ Amount: Rs. 3098 2) Booking ID: EMT73818849 PNR: EKKSGT Amount: Rs 5272 3) Booking ID: EMT73819078 PNR: LMY6NQ Amount: Rs 3544 So in total Easemytrip owes me Approx Rs. 12000. I have already confirmed with Airlines and all these amounts are already processed from their end. I have been calling easemytrip since last one month and everytime I get a response that Refund is in process and it will be credited in 2-3 days, But it has not happened yet. Also I get a commitment that that someone from escalation team will get in touch with me via call, But no calls have been received to tell whats the status of refund.
