I would like to know the status of the refund which is pending from Easemytrip since more than 40 days now.
Below are the Booking details and amount that needs to be credited to my account.

So in total Easemytrip owes me Approx Rs. 12000. I have already confirmed with Airlines and all these amounts are already processed from their end.

I have been calling easemytrip since last one month and everytime I get a response that Refund is in process and it will be credited in 2-3 days, But it has not happened yet. Also I get a commitment that that someone from escalation team will get in touch with me via call, But no calls have been received to tell whats the status of refund.

Could you please update by when the refund will be processed?
