makeeasemytrip or easemytrip both are cheater am travel agent from u.p am sub-agent makeeasemytrip when i login there for call back request i got call from easemytrip they told meam not makeesaemytrip how can believe right now my agent a/c balance 2200 rs but they dont refund i have some cell no both company i have go now legal action if you both guys ready they make web site in the same why they cheater make me fool all sub agent and passenger...

This company easemytrip.in are biggest spammer. I have complaint more then 3 times to them . once i got to the manager named Arun who gave me his number [protected] . and another time rajesh each promised to close the sms but still i keep receiving sms from them at odd hours. Please stop these sms Now. I have even send email to owner of ease my trip Nishant pitti. but even he did not respond back or stop these sms....

Fraud money deducted and no refund

I tried booking my ticket from the site easemytrip.com.During the transaction I was charged the ticket amt of Rs.5589 but it was unsuccessful.It happened twice.The day was 19th,time 11.56pm and 20th 12.04 am.This money as shown in my pass book was debited in my account.I even had a talk with their customer executives and they said it was cancelled, which is not refunded till date.I tried to call them contact them through e-mails, etc but...

fraud advertisement

Now easemytrip.com in their home page made advertisement about lowest fare challenge. While booking some ticket i got a chance to claim the lowest fare challenge. As mentioned in the add i mailed the screen shot to the e-mail id mentioned in their ads. Almost 2 weeks lapsed, they were not acknoledged the claim. From their support cell get reply that they will check it and that too without any name. what should we can do against such fraud...

refund not granted

Still not received the refund.Called on[protected] on[protected] ,spoke to Mr Sumit and came to know that a refund cheque has been released ,Chq no 071163 of Icici bank .Still refund not received.

Received a call on[protected] from Ms Arzoo from[protected] at 3.08 pm and was told that she has received my bank account details and refund will be processed by Monday[protected] and WILL RECEIVE A MAIL CONFIRMING THAT REFUND...

Denail to credit the refund amount on cancellation of reservation

Easemytrip.com is supposed to be in some fradulent service where they cancel the tickets but refuse to credit the amount to customer's account. I had cancelled my tickets on 27/01/10 vide PNR no. YHPS9D however they are yet not processing the refund and denying to arrnage to credit my card account.

Please help.

Refund not provided for cancelled ticket

I made a flight ticket booking on 31st July. because of some reason there is a change in the plan so i canceled the ticket on 5th of August. They promised the refund amount Rs 2320 will be credited back in my account within 10-15 days. But still now the amount is not credited. even after calling the customer care on[protected] several times (almost 20-30 times) there is no proper response. All the time they are collecting the contact number...

They have put the following ad on their website, and I bought the 4 tickets from www.easemytrip.com from Bangalore to Delhi for 18th June 2009.

I have contacted Amit Kishore, but there is not response till now...
