Money deducted but booking id not generated.

I had booked ticket using EaseMyTrip app using registered email id but money debited but booking id not generated.

Not sure where the money went. Mailed to EaseMyTrip but not getting response.

    As per telecom conversation...We are following up for the refund of Saudia Airlines with your team and every time they come up with saying you put request from our website and which we did every time and than later they come up with the story on call that airline has denied the request you again put request and will forward and so on the same thing is repeating since 10th August 2020

    Client is frustrated because other his relative who were suppose to travel in the same flight they all got the refund only they are left as they said because we issued ticket through you we are stuck other agent refund back their amount.

    Today again a client came and he called Saudia Airlines in front of me and the Saudia staff said that your agent didn't process the ticket for refund and we gave refund to all others and to apply for refund was 31st Dec 2021. and now a client is creating a scene in my office and asking for a refund.

      I booked a train ticket via EMT. The journey was scheduled on 25th of March. But since, the plan got cancelled, I tried to cancel the ticket on 24th of March. But at that time, EMT prompted that due to server issue ticket cannot be cancelled, please try after sometime. I tried 3-4 times to cancel the ticket but everytime the same message was displayed. The next day when I tried to cancel the ticket, it prompted that since chart has been prepared so ticket cannot be cancelled. I checked the IRCTC website for the same and there it was prompted that since ticket was booked via EMT so nothing can be done via IRCTC side. Then on 25th of March itself, I called the EMT customer care number and asked about the same, so the executive told that since chart has been prepared so ticket cannot be cancelled. Then I asked the person regarding TDR procedure, so I was told that I don't need to do anything, the refund will automatically be credited into my account. I confirmed the same 4 times with the executive, but that person kept on repeating the same thing that I do not need to do anything from my side and asked to call after 48 hours to check the refund status. When I called after 48 hours, I am being told that refund won't be credited automatically, some procedure needs to be done. And the previous executive has given me wrong information, so the issue has been escalated, action will be taken against the previous representative for conveying wrong information and I will be getting back my refund. That person again asked me to wait for 1-2 days and if do not receive any communication from their side then asked me to call back. Today, it has been 5 days and I haven't received any communication from EMT's side, and when I called again today(31st March), the representative is telling me that since so many days have passed so nothing can be done now.

      First of all, the issue was not on my side. I tried to cancel the ticket timely but due to EMT server's issue, it didn't allow me to. And after that, EMT customer executives are not clear and aligned on the policies. Every time one calls, they get to hear from a different representative and each one of them have their own story cooked up. And because of this customer is being harassed without any fault of theirs. Time and money of customer is being wasted because of EMT's fault.

      I want the immediate action to be taken against EMT and want compensation against the mental harassment, wastage of time and money caused by EMT. I even have call recordings of all the interactions with EMT in case a proof is required to support my point.

          While I was trying to get the refund of Rs934 lying in EMT wallet, I had inadvertantly transferred Rs2802 (ie Rs934 x 3 times ) to my account. While I got the original Rs934 refunded, the remaining amount of Rs2802 has not been transferred so far. Please expedite the refund

            Booking ID - EMT95273536 MAA-CCU
            The Air India flight ticket was booked for 14/04/2022 from Chennai to Kolkata. But Air India cancelled the flight on 26/02/2022 and confirmed refunding the amount on same day . I have got refund of Rs. 588 only Balance Rs.8382 yet to be received. No reply from EaseMyTrip except saying keep patience.

              Dear Sir/ Madam

              I had booked my Flight Ticket through Easemytrip.com For Guwahati to Delhi on 22 Feb 2022 and Return on 24 Feb 2022 .

              Both the Flights were of Go First bearing booking No EMT94956175, Airline PNR JCPLSN Ticket No JCPLSN/1/1, Passenger Name Rajeev Kumar Sharma .
              The Flights were cancelled by Go First and I had requested for full refund, have received confirmatory mail from Go First Air, but EaseMyTrip.com has not yet released the refunded amount.

              Kindly expedite refund .

                Hi- I am following up on booking EMT63613237 / EMT63694012 on behalf of my uncle(passed away 20 aug 2020 and death cert shared) and aunt. I have been continuously following up on refund of return leg and still to hear back from escalation team since over 1 month. ease my trip executives are not helping. Air india claims to have refunded the amount on 20 apr 2021 and this has been conveyed to your executive on concall.. expecting immediate closure

                  I have booked a flight ticket on 18th march from Raipur to Hyderabad for 19th April with PNR - "MUZYPE" . After completing the payment transaction it showed an message that the payment has been failed and try again. If your funds has been deducted it will be refunded in 7 working days.

                  By looking at the message i have re-initiated the payment and second time it was successful. But later i got emails with two tickets. Now when i reach EASEMYTRIP the coustomer care team is asking me to deal with airlines. or they are simply advising to cancel one ticket. They are not even bothered to take responsibility of inconvenience caused to coustomer.

                  The Issue resolving services are too BAD. They should take the responsibility of their mistake.

                    My refund has been pending for a long time since November 2021. It has been very disappointing for me as their customer that despite various mail communications and calls, no action has been taken in this matter. Whenever a call is made to you, I am replied with the phrase "it shall be processed soon".

                    I have spoken to Mr. Utpal Dhar and Mr. Sangam Shukla many times but no action is taken in this regard and only false consolations are made that "we understand that it is your hard earned money and it shall be processed soon".

                    I was communicated that it shall be processed within 10-15 days but it has been months since then. Please understand that holding this much amount for such a long time is very burdensome for any normal person including me. Due to which, I am facing many financial difficulties.

                      I have booked ticket and paid Rs.321374/- via netbanking.EMT96393386 ticket was issued pending with airline.But after 5 mins of booking i got a call that the flight is sold out completely... we are processing your refund...Then i have got nothing no confirmed ticket or no refund back in my account so far...nd moreover the same prices of the same flight were continued to be displayed by your website...It is presently visible also at lower rate than i booked on your site...If the flight was shown on your website and you people issued ticket after getting the same amount then how the flight was sold fully?? This is not professional at your end...No refund so far...My whole amount is stuck with you people... how can i book another flight till my amount gets credited back?? Very pathetic service...

                          We booked our international ticket from Chennai to Frankfurt to Dallas in Feb 2022, 2 months prior to the departure date. Received a message stating that the Chennai to Frankfurt flight has been cancelled by the airline. Since then we have been emailing, calling, contacting the easemytrip Customer Support and the flightchange team. They haven't done anything to re-issue our ticket.

                          Called the airlines as well. Who stated that it is easemytrip who will be able to check availability & resolve our issue at the earliest. Have sent emails to the easemytrip almost every single day, called them, pleaded with them to find an alternate for our travel. But all in vain. The standard reply has been, we will get back to you shortly. But the waiting game is just draining us emotionally, and physically. Not to mention financially - With our trip within 3 weeks, haven't had a single night's sleep. The uncertainty is draining us.
                          A vacation which cost us a fortune is turning into a nightmare for our family - because of easemytrip!!

                            Once again same experience.

                            Our upcoming flight ticket is cancelled by the Airlines due to operational issues and full refund was provided however EMT didn't refund us the conveyance fees of Rs 600 paid at the time of booking!!

                                My upcoming flight is cancelled by the airline due to operational issues and full refund was given. However EaseMyTrip.com didn't refund me the convenience fee of Rs 300 paid at the time of booking.

                                EMT booking reference No- EMT92813567

                                After lodging this complaint EMT customer representative replied me on 21.02.22 that they had already processed the refund of ₹300 (convenience fee) to the original mode of payment and it will be credited within 5-7 days.

                                It's been TWO weeks now but the refund is still not received.

                                  Hi,
                                  Last year I booked flight tickets with AirIndia (EMT81864794 / PNR: YH9XW, from Agartala to Delhi on 22may-21), but due to covid AirIndia declared open pnr
                                  and offered us that we can reschedule within next one year and avoided travel at that time. Also received a mail from EaseMytrip for the same.

                                  This year, in Feb-2022, I requested to reschedule this open pnr ticket and came to know from EaseMyTrip that tickets are cancelled by airline and
                                  furthter rescheduling is not possible and I was asked to cancel only. When I cancelled those tickets, all most the whole amount deducted as cancellation charge.

                                  I tried to contact to Airline and came to know that Easemytrip placed a request to cancel those tickets in December-2021 and also got refunded
                                  from Airline at the same time. Then I tired to contact EaseMyTrip again several times, they denied initailly but finally accepted that they placed
                                  cancellation request in December-21 without my concern and refunded. I have recording of that discussion.

                                  It's a completely inappropriate step taken by Easemytrip, deducted charges from my end and harrased me.

                                  So request you to kindly the necesary steps and help me to get the full refund.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked my Ticket through your Portal for First & Last time. The reason is that you are marketing Best Refund Travel agency amongst your competitors which is totally False.

                                    I have booked my Ticket thru your portal on 2nd Mar 22 vide PNR No CQ2CWN from Mumbai to Jabalpur and Total Ticket Value was Rs.5683.Due to medical urgency at my home I have to cancel my ticket and I was shocked and surprised when I got confirmation about refund amount of Rs.2083(only 37%).

                                    You people are doing False advertisement and cheating to Customer.

                                    Kindly look into this and provide justice for only marginal cancellation charges.

                                    I am working in Corporate and we value the company brand which is solely depend upon Trust & Faith.

                                    Hope this mail will treated seriously and appreciate your confirmation through return mail about revised Refund amount.

                                      The flight timings were postpone twice which was not serving my purpose, so Vistara Cancelled the flight booking as per request.
                                      Vistara refunded the full amount of Rupees 3494 back to EMT on 28th January as per EMT Executive only.
                                      They have not refunded my amount back despite of multiple calls and requests. I have escalated to Supervisor level too but not even a single mail they sent regarding the refund initiation.
                                      I have only got false promises and their backend process delay excuses.

                                      Their executives also promised to call back within 24 hours, 72 hours but no one called and no single mail was being received. I have the mail regarding the same mentioning I will get a call but all in vain.

                                        I want to reschedule only the return journey of my trip but when we select only the return journey and click to reschedule, it takes us to reschedule full trip.

                                        I raised a tucket, talked with customer service many times but they don't have solution for me.

                                        I am stuck, if I cancel here and book from other site, it will be too much of money lost. If I wait further, there is a chance that I won't get any tickets at all.

                                        This is pathetic that such a common feature has bug or missing feature on this website.
