How can you ask me to ask the bank when the bank already says you have received it, this is so not right.
We have paid 1, 14, 185 Rs. To book a flight to Canada. Got confirmation from bank that the money received to ease my trip, if you don't have the resources to handle this stop the company. This is not a small amount for us, the payment has been deducted but there is no ticket no refund, the prices hike up like crazy, they should prioritize this as soon as possible. We are too worried, please help.

To cancel/claim refund of your booking.
Step1: Log-in into EaseMyTrip self-service portal (mybookings.easemytrip.com) as a guest or signed-in user.
Step2: Retrieve Booking >> Cancel flight
Step3: Select passenger(s) and itinerary to cancel >> Choose your reason to cancel/claim refund >> Check Refund/Cancel >> Claim Refund
