Please note that I had done booking on 18.09.2021 20.40 through Easemy Trip for round way Delhi-Patna-Delhi booked under separate booking id.

The booking ID EMT87295482 FOR FLIGHT DELHI TO PATNA ON SG-8721 FOR 7:25 DEPARTURE WAS BOOKED VIDE PNR NUMBER B7RVVV IN THE NAME OF MRS. RIDHIMA KUMAR AND MS. TANNU ARORA.

AMOUNT CHARGED WAS BASIC FATE 8750+ TAXES 1630 AND SEAT AMOUNT 250 PLUS K3 FOR 448.

WE RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON SUNDAY AT 9.13 AM THAT OUR FLIGHT IS RESCHEDULED FROM 7.25 AM TO 19.10 I.E. 7.10 PM APPX 12 HOURS DELAY.

ON FOLLOW UP WITH AIRLINES THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT REFUND WAS PROCESSED IN OCT 2021 ITSELF TO EASEMY TRIP SO REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REFUND THE SAME

To cancel/claim refund of your booking.
Step1: Log-in into EaseMyTrip self-service portal (mybookings.easemytrip.com) as a guest or signed-in user.
Step2: Retrieve Booking >> Cancel flight
Step3: Select passenger(s) and itinerary to cancel >> Choose your reason to cancel/claim refund >> Check Refund/Cancel >> Claim Refund

      My flight was cancelled by Airindia gvn is the PNR: YQ0B0, it's almost 2 months today even after several follow ups with EMT i have still not got any update for the same, and the cs is so pathetic that everyone has different answers, pathetic service.

          I booked a bus ticket (number AU[protected]) and cancelled it due to personal reasons. Typically service providers such as makemytrip, yatra, etc. take a cancellation charge and refund the remaining to source account directly. Easemytrip delays the refund and directly puts it in the easemytrip wallet without asking for any confirmation from the customer whether they are ok to refund in the wallet. And they provide an option to transfer the wallet money to bank account in their website. They mention that this link works only in the website and not in the mobile app. But it is exactly the opposite. The link opens only in the mobile app and not in the website. And they want the bank passbook copy or cancelled cheque leaf or estatement to refund the money. After giving the account number in the textboxes provided, why do they need the cancelled cheque leaf which may contain other important personal information. And only after 7 to 10 days they may refund the money (I am still waiting for that). I don't know if this is some kind of scam to delay the refund and get some interest benefits for easemytrip

            Hello

            I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai on 19.04.2022, my amount got debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of Rs 6529/- through HDFC Bank i had called the customercare they were not able to help me.

            The flight is at 7.35 Pm on the same day. Pathetic service.

            No proper response.

            Please respond and help.

              I booked a 22 apr ticket with easemytrip, using netbanking through SBI, the page didnot loaded back to easemytrip and I clicked the showed link to go back to page, but it didnot showed anything except confirm form resubmission.

                I am vikas Deekonda and i am chasing my refund

                PNR :- YQ427A

                The above PNR Was split into 2 parts by the indigo airlines for cancellation of 3 passenger tickets and provided PNR as PTC34E

                On 14th March i have cancelled the tickets for 3 passengers named below from HYD- DXB on 27th May and from DXB-HYD on 1st June and airlines has confirmed that they are going to initiate a full refund of rupees 77181/- in 2 part payments one is Rs 47958/- (was initiated on 15th March) and the other one is Rs 29223/- (was initiated on 30th March) towards my travel partner ease my trip.

                Please find the 3 passengers details below

                2. Yamuna Sree Paladi
                3. Ganishkha Deekonda

                I did Receive my first refund part payment on 15th March for Rs 44508/- and i haven't received the refund part payment yet which was initiated on 30th March for Rs 29223/-

                Please find the below attachment and email trail of the refund which was initiated by the indigo airless which clearly shows that they have done a full refund of Rs 77181/-

                On 15th March indigo airlines intiated a refund of Rs 47958/- with the transaction ID[protected]

                    I have booked flight tickets for GoFirst airlines through easemytrip.com. The ticket was of flexi type which means I can reschedule flight tickets without any extra payment apart from fare difference.
                    I have rescheduled the tickets couple of time because of pandemic. What I have noticed is easemytrip is charging convenience fee for everytime I reschedule my flight tickets and they are not even refunding back my previous convenience fee charged. So every time flight is rescheduled extra convenience fee is charged but old one is not refunded back. No where in the ticket they have mentioned about these hidden charges. In the ticket they mentioned only about cancellation charges. No reschedule charges. When I asked them there is no response from them. Its been more than 1 month I am waiting for the response.

                        My flight was canceled by air asia and a full refund was given to EaseMyTrip.
                        However, I haven't received the convenience fee of 2*300 Rupees.
                        On inquiry, I got to know that it is as per policy and is mentioned on the confirmation email after booking. It was not mentioned during the course of
                        booking. Only after making the purchase does one gets to know about these hidden charges.

                            I booked a flight from Easemytrip.com ( EMT[protected] during which my booking was kept on hold and was asked to pay some more money as additional fare asked by Airline. Fine, I said and paid. Later, I had to reschedule the flight and I had to pay the fare difference for new dates. Again, the ticket on hold, pay additional fare else no ticket. This is when I am selecting the dates on EMT website and it shows me the fare difference. I paid again after multiple calls with EMT. After this, I was provided invoice of the booking which is 20000 Rs less than what I paid. I asked EMT multiple times to provide me correct, detailed invoice. Promised that I will receive it but after 7 days, still not received. What sort of travel booking this EMT runs. I have no trust. I need to know details of the payment I made.

                                  As per telecom conversation...We are following up for the refund of Saudia Airlines with your team and every time they come up with saying you put request from our website and which we did every time and than later they come up with the story on call that airline has denied the request you again put request and will forward and so on the same thing is repeating since 10th August 2020

                                  Client is frustrated because other his relative who were suppose to travel in the same flight they all got the refund only they are left as they said because we issued ticket through you we are stuck other agent refund back their amount.

                                    I booked a train ticket via EMT. The journey was scheduled on 25th of March. But since, the plan got cancelled, I tried to cancel the ticket on 24th of March. But at that time, EMT prompted that due to server issue ticket cannot be cancelled, please try after sometime. I tried 3-4 times to cancel the ticket but everytime the same message was displayed. The next day when I tried to cancel the ticket, it prompted that since chart has been prepared so ticket cannot be cancelled. I checked the IRCTC website for the same and there it was prompted that since ticket was booked via EMT so nothing can be done via IRCTC side. Then on 25th of March itself, I called the EMT customer care number and asked about the same, so the executive told that since chart has been prepared so ticket cannot be cancelled. Then I asked the person regarding TDR procedure, so I was told that I don't need to do anything, the refund will automatically be credited into my account. I confirmed the same 4 times with the executive, but that person kept on repeating the same thing that I do not need to do anything from my side and asked to call after 48 hours to check the refund status. When I called after 48 hours, I am being told that refund won't be credited automatically, some procedure needs to be done. And the previous executive has given me wrong information, so the issue has been escalated, action will be taken against the previous representative for conveying wrong information and I will be getting back my refund. That person again asked me to wait for 1-2 days and if do not receive any communication from their side then asked me to call back. Today, it has been 5 days and I haven't received any communication from EMT's side, and when I called again today(31st March), the representative is telling me that since so many days have passed so nothing can be done now.

                                    First of all, the issue was not on my side. I tried to cancel the ticket timely but due to EMT server's issue, it didn't allow me to. And after that, EMT customer executives are not clear and aligned on the policies. Every time one calls, they get to hear from a different representative and each one of them have their own story cooked up. And because of this customer is being harassed without any fault of theirs. Time and money of customer is being wasted because of EMT's fault.

                                    I want the immediate action to be taken against EMT and want compensation against the mental harassment, wastage of time and money caused by EMT. I even have call recordings of all the interactions with EMT in case a proof is required to support my point.
