I booked emirates round-trip tickets with easemytrip and paid around 54000 and after 1n half month due to some technical issue emirates cancelled my return flight and I called easemytrip and checked with their customer service and he told me i can use one way ticket and for my return ticket as it got cancelled by the airline i will be getting full refund for my return flight ticket that was approximate 27000 but the refund i got that is approx 9700. That refund is incorrect and it's been 30+ days i am following up with them. Earlier easemytrip said this refund i got because the flight i cancelled it but later they said emirates refunding this amount only there is some charges for cancellation of the ticket n all. So basically i think this company is a scam company their modus operandi is give customers wrong refund money and earn interest on the customer money and delay the process as long as possible and blame airline, customer. THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A BIG SCAM. NEVER GOING TO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Respected sir,

    I booked a flight from easemy trip
    For 6 pax, but flight got cancelled by the airlines.They refunded the whole amount to easemytrip.But easemy trip is not refunding the same.They are telling convenience fees are going to be charged .I have booked the other flights from Easemy trip only why should I pay convenience fees for 6 pax... when airlines have already refunded the money.

      We have rescheduled our parents tickets from 11 Jan to 31Jan 2022
      and the company ha charged 4332 for rescheduling our flight.
      Reason for rescheduling due to the rise of Covid cases in Delhi. since they are aged. hence we postponed their flights from 11 Jan -31 Jan 2022.

      As per the DGCA,
      Booking date: On or before 8th March, 2020

      Travel date: On or before 31st March, 2020

      You can reschedule your journey multiple times for travel before March 31, 2020 without paying any change fee.
      You can reschedule your journey only once for travel beyond March 31, 2020 without paying any change fee, ” says the IndiGo website.

      I want my refunded amount as for a middle class 4332 is a considerable amount specially during hard(covid) times

      I have contacted easemy trip but of no good, they said, its a conveyance fees that they have charged but I dnt think so the conveyance fees is more than 4332.

      I am attaching the amount that has credited from my account while rescheduling the flight.

      Please let me know if any other information is required.

        I have booked a flight ticket for economy class from EasemyTrip of Jazeera airline on 04/01/2022. Unfortunately, due to some personal reason I had to cancel the ticket. As I got Refund Mail from Airline in the form of Credit Shell. However, I wanted my refund to be credited into my bank account from which I have made the payment. when I mailed the airline regarding my concern they totally denied me stating that (Please note that your booking was issued from 3rd Party (EasemyTrip), so you need to contact with them for any further assistance).

        However, Serval Times I have also called Customer care of EaseMyTrip but they have just given me false commitment to resolve the problem. EaseMyTrip has Mantelly harassed me & I feel embarrassed asking my money again and again.

        I will be highly obliged to get money refunded At Earliest.

          I had cancelled my flight on 3rd Jan and on the cancellation policy it was mentioned that the website cancellation fee is 300 per person and an airline cancellation fee will be deducted but upon cancellation they deducted 600 rupees as convience fee and 500 instead of 300per person( 2 people) as emt cancellation fees. I have been trying to rech out to them but they have been completely ignoring me. I text them in the morning and they don't reply all day and everytime after 12 am they will reply saying that since there is no response so they are closing that query. Ofcourse I will not be able to respond SINCE I HAVE TO EARN MY MONEY THROUGH A JOB FOR WHICH I HAVE TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. THERE IS A THING CALLED WORKING HOURS WHICH THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF. I AM SICK OF THEIR ANNOYING CUSTOMER SERVICE

            Dear Easemytrip Support Team,

            This is to inform you that my flight from CCU to DEL (Airindia AI768) on 29th January 2022 has been cancelled by Airlines. And for this reason, I want to reschedule the flight for 28th January 2022 on the same flight AI 768(CCU to DEL) at 15:30. free of cost. I am trying to connect multiple ways to contact Airindia and Easemytrip but failed to connect. There is no option to reschedule on Airindia Website also.

              Contact centre person cancelled my ticket without specifying that I have already cancelled the tickets from Airlines

              EMT[protected] MAA-COK flight with the wrong reason even after I mentioned clearly that I have already cancelled the ticket from airlines and that is going to cost me Rs.500 per passenger. Total of Rs.1500.

              I have the call recording where I have specifically mentioned the tickets are already cancelled from Indigo website and already 1500 has been deducted.

              Our flight to Bangkok for tonight was to be amended for my daughter because she will need a full ticket now.. awaiting their email revert to a so called urgent email for past 2 days. All we get is them transferring the call to one another and putting us on hold forever. We have spoken with Ronak Jyoti Samita, Shivani twice on 25th and Manasi and Samita on 26th. They keep saying we will revert, we will revert and there is nothing there!! How can one wait for hours before the flight to get a revert!

                  My flight got reschedule by the airline and I am not comfortable with the new timing, I contact air india they said if you want to cancel plz asked your booking agent to do so,
                  Now when I called easymytrip they saying plz drop email we cant help over call.
                  Now after dropping email Mr. Mukul from easymytrip saying we didn't got any advice for refund. You cancel at your end will check and escalate to airline.

                  This is quite not acceptable.

                  If flight got cancelled/reschedule by airline then there must be a proper refund process.

                  Easymytrip trying to harras customer by asking them to do different stuff.

                    Actually i am B2B customer in Easemytrip on 24 th i have Booked tickets from Hyd to Pune and Pune to Hyd Having PNRs PM34YM, VHDC4Y, WPZRVT, PM34YM but unfortunately my customer cancelled tickets they had charged and cancelled the tickets total refund i got is 2, 03, 000 but they had not refunded to my bank account they have credited to wallet now i want to refund the money to customer how would i they are telling that 50% will transfered now and 50% after 30 days how would my customer wait till that date and they are telling that this is our policy and not sharing any policy document

                      I booked a ticket on easemytrip.com flying from delhi to vancouver on the 25th night.

                      The flight being 27th evening. A ANA flight connecting delhi to vancouver via tokyo. Now as I was packing I received a call from the ana crew that I will not be able to take the flight as its not in accordance to the rules.

                      So I asked the airlines to email me that in writing so I can share with easemytrip and get a refund for the same. Which the airlines duly obliged and I inturn forwarded their email to easemytrip.

                      Easemytrip then said they will process my refund as they receive it from the airlines, so after 2 weeks nothing.

                      So i called the airlines and asked them this and they said that that the flights ran as they should the itenary was wrong which was created by the travel agent. which is ease my trip

                      So now ease my trip is refusing my refund on the basis of the airlines even though i am not in anyway at fault and its between easemy trip and ana.

                        I booked my air ticket from Delhi to Kolkata on 6 December 2021 for 11 January 2022 with PNR NO IQJ3GK through ease my trip plateform but due to operational reason the said flight was cancelled and airlines it self ok initiated my full refund which was 2370 only deducted 95 rupees and airlines ask me to contact ease my trip as. My refund was transferred to ease my trip account as I have booked Through ease my trip plateform after that I contact ease my trip regarding my refund they charged my 700 rupees and refunded only 1670 when I asked them about the charges they told me that it's cancellation charge but as per the rules if flight got cancell then no cancellation charge can be charged to customer.

                              I had booked an Lufthansa flight ticket via EaseMyTrip.
                              I flew one side with the ticket. However, since the return journey was beg constantly rescheduled and cancelled by Lufthansa, we requested a cancellation and refund of the second part of the journey.
                              On calling Lufthansa, they mentioned agreed for cancellation and refund for the ticket but since the ticket was booked via agent site i.e. easemytrip [EMT85898751], they requested me to ask the agent to call on the Lufthansa dedicated hotline for agents and request for the refund. This according to Lufthansa was a 5 minute job.
                              Its been 1 month and after requesting easemytrip via calls and mails, they have not taken any appropriate action to request the refund. The flight date is already now in past and Lufthansa mentioned, that no one from the agent website contacted them for refund.
                              They have been negligent in responding to the request and making any effort towards refund request, which costed me half of my ticket prices, which Lufthansa was willing to refund.

                              Every time I mail on your customer care mail address, someone new replies to the emails with same standard replies. Meaning:
                              1. You don't have a single person assigned to the case, who knows what to do 2. You don't know how to handle a client and what to reply

                              Secondly, It would not have taken you 1 month to do a 1 minute job i.e.
                              pick up the phone and call Lufthansa hotline to request a simple refund

                              Most important - The date of the flight is already in the past now i.e.
                              30th Dec'21. How do you expect me to believe in your above statement?

                              I feel sorry for myself and all such people who use your web-portal to book tickets and then regret later.
                              Until now, I've only seen unprofessional behaviour from your team.

                                    My booking ID is EMT91678771. I had cancelled my BLR-SYD tickets that were booked for 18th Janary 2022. The tickets were cancelled on 12th December 2021 after which i had followed up with the customer care . They were responsive the first 2 times saying they are waiting for the refund from the airlines which is understandable. It has been almost 3 weeks today and when i called them up, they have been cutting my calls the moment they hear about the refund status query. Their whatsapp conversations are also being closed without them providing any solution. I have tried contacting them on both their customer care numbers but the result or the lack of it, has been the same. This is clearly cheating their customers.

                                    Dear Prachi, Regarding booking ID EMT91678771 I hope as per telephonic conversation your query has been addressed as your correct refund, has been processed from our side.
                                    I had cancelled my train ticket partially for one passenger out of six. I was supposed to get refund of 870 after cancellation charges. IRCTC sent an message to get this amount from agent . I received an amount of 370 from EMT. On connecting with the customer service they said the discounted amount was deducted from the refund amount from irctc side. I am not sure what kind of policy do EMT follows as discount was given for a group of ticket and not to the single person. Is it justified to get a refund of 370?
