This complaint is specific to Booking id:- EMT91600739 .
Issue was raised to Ease my trip on 12th Jan 2022.

The book was changed and there was a fare differential of INR 1262 which I should receive from Ease My Trip.

Indigo had already given the fare differential to Ease My Trip(confirmed by Ease My Trip over email).

I have already waited for more than one month for the same.I have called the customer care almost 15 times and have got the same response to wait for 5-7 working days as there is some technical issue.

I have got call 3-4 times from some supervisor stating that I will receive the refund in 5 days but not clear answer on what the issue is and guarantee that the money will get depositied.

    I booked a flight from Dubai to lucknow. But booking got failed and money got deducted. But till now money is not refunded. It's been 9 days.

    I also mailed easemytrip about the same but they say to check with your respective bank.

    I ask respective bank about the transaction. But money transferred from bank to easemytrip successfully so they can't do anything about it and it's the problem from easemytrip or payu.

    Now it's been more than a week and my 16386/- rs is still not refunded by any respective sides.

          Driver:
          1) He came one hour late from the reporting time.
          2)His car was bubbling and shaking, we requested him to get it checked, but he only got it checked and repaired after giving us a horrifying ride for a 100 KMS.
          3)He had no money in his pocket, we have to give him money for the petrol twice, we recharged his phone on his request, for everything he was time and again asking money.
          4)The driver started speaking to someone when were nearing Delhi, about 70 kilometers, and was asking someone to meet him on the way. After a couple of calls to the person, we(me and my wife) checked with the driver as to who was the person he was talking to and what was his business with him on our way back.
          To this he responded that he had some medicines with him which were to be delivered on the way (near Delhi) to the person.( we were shocked and fearing as to what type of drugs was he carrying with himself)
          5)After a while he again stopped on the highway saying that his car had some technical issues, he checked the car, and then started to drive slow quoting that there was an issue with the car, after a while he took the by lane and again started talking to the same person, We now started fearing somethin amiss and requested him to get on the highway, but he was continuously driving and talking over the phone trying to avoid any conversation with us.
          Our fear started to grow and my wife was really panicking, we thought of contacting the police, but then had nothing substantial against him.
          Suddenly we saw him pulling the car to another small lane which was under construction and there were no lights and no one on that road( he was still on the phone), we started yelling at him to stop the car and get to the highway to which he paid no heed and kept talking to the person as if he was nearby. Suddenly the car stopped and we saw that the road was blocked by a road roller and there was no where else to go .
          Me and my wife took that opportunity and left the car and climbed the highway leaving our luggage in the car itself, fearing for our lives, and this fellow din't care and kept talking over the phone. I left my wife alone on the highway and went to him asking to give my luggage.
          I took the luggage, paid him his dues and booked an UBER, the driver din't know about my destination at Delhi( East of Kailash), showed his unwillingness to go. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes at the highway an Auto Driver agreed to drop me off to Delhi border, where I had to higher another auto and reach my home by 9.00PM.

          Ease My Trip Team:
          1) I did not receive any intimation( even after paying in advance and getting the above booking ID) on the day of my travel, about the taxi number or contact details etc.
          The driver called me at 10.00am on the day of my travel and intimated that he shall arrive one hour late.
          2) On my way back when I called the customer support I spoke to the lady at the call center and she put my call without solving/listening to my issue on hold( I have recording of the same), after listening to the music for some5-10 minutes and the call got disconnected and i never received a call back.
          3) After reaching home we again contacted (the what's app number was not working, its pathetic- I have the what's app conversations with me) the call center and spoke to a team leader Mr.Ayush, he felt sorry about our ordeal, my wife asked him to let us know what action would be initiated in the case ...we haven't received any response from the team as yet.

          We had a horrifying experience yesterday, wherein wither we could have lost our life/or looted/ or some un toward incidence would have happened (since my wife was along) but the Ease My Trip Team are not bothered.
          For whatever advertisements which we see on various platforms regarding safety, convenience, etc etc of Ease My Trip ...I will not dare to take another booking not only from Ease My Trip but from any other site in future.

                I have booked a Dhow Cruise from EaseMyTrip and because of the reason they were not able to confirm the booking with the tour agent, I was kicked out from the activity and humiliated in front of many people. Later I came to know that EaseMyTrip did this booking via Thrillophilia which looks very fishy to me. I have had multiple conversations with both of the companies customer care and there was no resolution for this. Finally, I came to know that Thrillophilia has rejected this request and I should ask EaseMyTrip to get my refund. EaseMyTrip Customer care assured me a callback in 24 hours from their Cruise department. It has been more than 72 hours and I haven't got the concerned person on a phone line or my refund. Dear "EaseMyTrip" people, please read your company name and try to understand it's meaning. After this experience, to me it looks more like "WorseMyTrip".

                  On 1st February I tried to book train ticket through Easemytrip app, bt both the transaction was failed due to wrong IRCTC entry. The details of the Transaction is:

                  But I get the refund of ₹1926.40 (Txn no: [protected]) .

                  In this juncture, why I have received ₹200 less in the refund . I would like to request you to initiate the full refund.

                    I had booked tickets from LKO-GOI-LKO on 10th February 2022 with booking id EMT94589069 and EMT94588900. An amount of 1, 30, 725 rupees was deducted twice from my bank account. However, the booking got rejected and they claim that the payment has not been received at their end. Today is 6th February and I have not yet received the amount in my bank. I have called and mailed the customer care people the details of my transaction but I'm surprised that they claim they have not received the payment while my bank is showing the payment has been deducted. Please help me with the refund the money immediately so that I can go ahead with my original travel booking.

                      I would have rated on a negative scale, if it had been available. NEVERGO WITH EASEMY TRIP if you do not want to worsen your travel experience. Extremely shameless associates, pathetic customer service. This team will just torture you and are upto looting genuine customers. Instead of fixing their issue, they try to sell you one more ticket for the same journey. Lost 80, 000 and 2 days of torture because of SO CALLED ease my trip. Booking ID: EMT94523299.

                        I have booked tickets from Bangelore to Muscat on 22nd Jan 2022. Due to RTPCR result shows positive, I have to request for reschedule the tickets. But till now the customer care is not bothered to resolve or re book the tickets. Still they say sir you are not audible so and so. PNR: YXGAAP. Kindly help me in rescheduling the tickets.                           I had booked a flight on 4th Feb. The flight got cancelled from the Airlines and I was told that only convenience fee which is Rs 300 will be deducted and rest all will be refunded but now I see that 600 has been deducted from the total amount.

                            My connecting flight has been cancelled by BA airlines. I contacted respective airlines but they ask me to contact the travel agency only.

                              Our flight was on 16th Jan to Paris with PNR JHEXM and we were charged no show penalty.

                              The delay was due to slow response from EaseMyTrip team since we had called and emailed before the 30 hour limit. We request Easemytrip to please refund the no show penalty immediately since the delay was from their side.

                              The delay has been from Easemytrip side as we were constantly on calls and asking EaseMyTrip to reschedule before the no-show deadline. However, Easemytrip took 28 hours to act on rescheduling request (we had first contacted 32 hours before departure).

                              So, it's Easemytrip's fault that the no show penalty was imposed on us. We were assured by Kajal Sharma that no show charges wouldn't be applicable for us since we contacted 32 hours before flight time.Moreover, Easemytrip ticket clearly mentioned we could reschedule 30 hours before flying time.


                              Even if EaseMyTrip paid no-show charges to airline we are demanding immediate refund of the no-show charges since they have been extracted from us because of Easemytrip's delay.

                                Hi team,
                                I have to reschedule one (out of 2) passengers return ticket.
                                After I choose only one passengers name, the website again shows both passengers for rescheduling.
                                There's another checkbox after that, but it's not really a checkbox, can't be unchecked. So it's just an image?

                                And the rescheduling page has no scrolling (on mobile or desktop), we just get to see a part of the page and somehow have to zoom out to 60% to even see the options to reschedule.
                                Plus no response on whatsapp chat, phone line dead, and website a disaster, so have to turn here.
                                What's going on, are your poor tech team held at gunpoint and forced to work at minimum wage while the pittis' make merry I mean make your website useable for humans before you expand to the maldives of all places.

                                  I booked ticket of airvistara from easemy trip booking id EMT93853562. Of economy flexi class, where airvistara charges no cancellation fee, and while booking easemytrip was also promising the same (zero cancellation fee) but after cancellation i got 3480rs deducted from 3670 rs. In the name of airline charges, but airline doesnt charge for economy flexi, and i am not the only one who faced this, this is done intentionally, i also booked same class ticket of airvistara from airvistara official site and they return all the money to me

                                    We had our trip secured but due to some health issues we want be able to make my trip and we had our trip secured by giving extra rs (1999) today we cancelled our 4 tickets out of 8 passengers details:-

                                      I have booked my flight through Easemytrip and then I had to cancel my flight. For the refund, I was supposed to receive 55364 Rs. I received two emails that said due to technical issues, the refund will be split into two payments partially- 1) 30, 205rs and 2) 25, 159rs. I just received 25, 159 Rs yet. I haven't received the remaining amount. It's been over 8 days. There is no sign of a refund process that has been initiated for 30205.
                                      I can't see it in my dashboard either. The half amount was refunded quite quickly. Why is it taking so long to receive the other half?
                                      The customer care told me that I will receive an email regarding my second refund initiation, still no signs of it. It's been over 18 days and still no signs of it. The experience is extremely overwhelming and disturbing.

                                        I have booked 2 tickets (Dadn Intercity 2S Second seating ) from Bhopal to Dewas for 30th january 17.05 on 28 january at 9.28 am, my amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of rs 217.70- through bank of baroda - bank, it takes hours to connect with sales and support team.
