Customer request negligence causing refund money from air carrier

I had booked an Lufthansa flight ticket via EaseMyTrip.
I flew one side with the ticket. However, since the return journey was beg constantly rescheduled and cancelled by Lufthansa, we requested a cancellation and refund of the second part of the journey.
On calling Lufthansa, they mentioned agreed for cancellation and refund for the ticket but since the ticket was booked via agent site i.e. easemytrip [EMT85898751], they requested...

Money got debited from my account but ticket wasn't booked.

I tried to book a flight ticket from Bangalore to Imphal for 9th of January 2022. Money got debited from my account but it says payment failed in the Easemytrip. The costumer care didn't respond to calls made after the incident. Please look into the problem and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Ticket booking issue

I booked my ticket from bangalore to new delhi on 6th jan 2022
and money has been deducted from my account by i didn't get any conformation regarding my booking even i didn't get the mail and in easemytrip app my booking is not showing....

Customer care scam on asking for refund

My booking ID is EMT91678771. I had cancelled my BLR-SYD tickets that were booked for 18th Janary 2022. The tickets were cancelled on 12th December 2021 after which i had followed up with the customer care . They were responsive the first 2 times saying they are waiting for the refund from the airlines which is understandable. It has been almost 3 weeks today and when i called them up, they have been cutting my calls the moment they hear...

Requesting for full refund

Here, I want to inform that we booked our 4 ticket from delhi to kolkata for 5 Jan 2022... But now flight has 2 stoppage so it's taking too much time to reach destination. So I cancelled my tickets prior more than 48 hours. But by mistake I choose the option of partial refund instead of full refund. So, kindly please refund our full amount as we contacted air india..
According to them they refunded our full amount on our tickets ....

No refund for failed seat booking

PNR: JDYT5D, DED to GOI SpiceJet flight on Dec 6th
I paid INR 2598 on Dec 4th for booking seats 1E and 1F. The money was debited but the seats were not booked. I called customer care who confirmed the money would be back in next 5-7 days
After that I have called on Dec 18, Dev 23, Dec 24, Dec 31, Jan 1 and each time they tell me it will take 5-7 days.
Since Dec 4th they are saying it will take 5-7 days.
I am losing...

Convenience fees not being refunded

My flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund was given to EaseMyTrip.
However, I haven't received the convenience fee of INR 2, 396
It is clearly mentioned on their website that complete refund will be given.

I am still receiving messages on whatsapp. Even after reporting SPAM, replying STOP receiving from different bots.

Convenience Fees not refunded

My flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund was given to EaseMyTrip.
However, I haven't received the convenience fee of 300 Rupees.
On enquiry, I got to know that it is as per policy and is mentioned on the confirmation email after booking.It was not mentioned during the course of
booking.Only after making the purchase anyone gets to know about this charges.

Refund Not Getting From Easemytrip

We are not getting any response from easemytrip. We booked the hotel in puri for 2 days. However after reaching there we find out the hotel doesn't have any booking on our name. We had to take follow up with them in midnight 2 am.
The person from easemytrip asked us to go and search in the night the other hotel. We had to book another hotel over an above price. Since then we are continuously following with them. They are not arranging...

2 tickets booked for my daughter had to be cancelled as she fell ill and had to be hospitalised. On humanitarian ground full amouny shud be refunded instead of only 2k per ticket. Booking ID - EMT91468734

Airlines refunded complete amount post cancellation due to medical reasons but EMT charges 300 Rs per Pax

Hi All,

Recently I am having a bad experience with EMT. Due to medical reasons, I had cancelled my flight booking (Travel date on December 18th 2021). The total amount paid for my tickets via EMT was 13539 Rs.
Once I had explained the medical condition, Indigo Airlines were kind enough to share vouchers for their cancellation charges which is 9087 Rs. Refunded rest of the amount which is 4452 Rs.

Fraud refund

I purchased a train ticket through their website. The train was cancelled from my station. Even after informing by phone and email the very same day all i get is run around from ease my trip. I have am waiting on 2, 750 rupees refund on my ticket and ease my trip is doing everything possible not to return my money....

Fraudulent activity of auto cancellation / system cancellation of air line tickets

Really shocked to notice the fraudulent activity of travel company EaseMyTrip.com. I purchased air line tickets for March'22 ( 19.03.22 ~ 24.03.22 ) through this travel agent on 09.08.21 for my travel in March'22 ( Booking ID - EMT[protected] . To my big surprise, yesterday the ticket was auto cancelled / system cancelled by the travel company at 1:54 PM. This is totally fraudulent activity of EaseMyTrip as I never cancelled the tickets myself.br...

I am transfer EMTWallet money to bank account on date 10.11.2021 but I have not received my money. i have contact to customer care several times and they every time thay said wait 72 hrs and its more than one month and stil i am waiting for refund. my booking no is EMT82549369, PNR - Z6R9B.
This is not the way I expect the company to treat its customers. Kindly do the needful and make the refund as soon as possible....

I booked air ticket via ease my trip planners, once did payment via net banking, payment gateway partner was atom technologies so error showed after putting up top but payment s deducted, made another booking through debit card via ease my trip planner gateway directly, which got confirmed. I got confirmation mail from atom technologies that they received the payment while ease my trip are refusing about dual payments...
