Full refund not credited after automatically cancelled flight tickets

I have booked 5 flight tickets (PNR UJUP49P) of Rs 23972/ in IndiGo airlines from EaseMytrip apps as on 24 Oct 2021 .
IndiGo airlines automatically cancelled my tickets and given options for reschedule / or cancel without any charges deduction. I was not convenient on reschedule our journey and cancelled my journey . Today I received refund amount of Rs 22572/. after deducting Rs. 1400 / ..This EaseMytrip company is not make trip...

Money deducted, but ticket not generated.

I tried to book a ticket from Hyderabad to new delhi for 23rd December. Money got deducted from my bank account via UPI payment. But i cant see any booking in easemytrip app. Can you please check the attached screenshot for the payment IDs and confirm if i get the money refunded....

Technical Issue With Easemytrip Android application

My Booking id:EMI91517063.
There three field to cancel in Android application. but
1. Select Room
2. Check Refund
3. Confirmation

I click select room to check refund.
once i click its ask OTP. and cancelled without Showing Check Refund and Confirmation.

Its Bug.. I complaint them.. they not ready to agree. hotel telling please talk to your Booking manager.. he is not resolving...

Easemytrip Online Ticket Booking Rejected but Amount not refunded

On 23th November 2021 I booked a ticket online via EasMyTrip.com from Delhi to Bhopal, date of journey being 26/11/2021 by Chennai Rajdhani (12434).
I received a ticket saying booking pending although the amount of Rs.2806.1/- was deducted.
On query via e-mail (since telephone was not accessible) for the ticket status EaseMyTrip.com replied "
Your booking is rejected
We regret to inform you that the host is unable...

Two tickets were cancelled having PNR NO.[protected] and [protected] but I haven't received refund money....

Refund issue of flight ticket booking

I've booked a premium flex flight ticket from Cochi to Delhi (Air Asia) on 13 November 2021. Later, I've cancelled the same. The refund has not been issued yet. Kindly initiate the refund process as soon as possible. I'm hereby attaching the flight tocket along with this.

Partial refund received against full entitlement

I booked an Air India flight number AI-807 from Delhi to Bangalore for[protected] for 9 passengers from Ease My Trip on 19-11-21 by paying Rs 46103/- The booking Id is EMT90872370 and PNR is H9013.

Within two hours of booking, I had to cancel the ticket. But before cancelling, I confirmed from Ease My Trip, Air India customer service as well as DGCA Passenger Charter that I will get full refund without any deductions if I cancel...

I would like to raise the complaint against the insufficient refund with respect to flight cancellation.
I have booked the ticket Ease my tip.com, Booking ID ¬ EMT 82665707 for INR-9544.00.

Illegally consumer practice: Did not comply to assurance of free cancellation charge

Hi,

While booking this ticket I paid Rs 1200 extra for free cancellation. However, while I opted for canceling the attached ticket, I was illegally charged a cancellation charge which was committed as free as clearly mentioned in the below mail. Please arrange to take up the matter with the company since even after the written request the company has refused to refund me the full amount.

Amount debited from bank account but ticket not booked

While I was trying to book by flight tickets from Kolkata to Port Blair on 23.11.2021, the ticket amount of Rs. 17084 has been debited from my HDFC bank account but the tickets have not been booked and no booking reference has been provided to me. The transaction reference no. is[protected].
Kindly refund my debited amount as early as possible.

Refund not initiated for cancelled ticket

This is with regard to cancellation of the flight from Nagpur to Pune PNR no. R7MKXP, dated 2nd Aug'2021. I booked the ticket from EaseMyTrip.com, the flight got cancelled by the airlines for which I have not received the refund of INR 4496/- till date. I have been following up since then. There is no proper response. I was ensured that I will get the refund of the cancelled flight, since it was done by the airlines.

Amount debited but ticket not booked

Address:Building No. - 223, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi - 110092 (India)

I booked a ticket which costed 3497 rupees from Mumbai to Coimbatore using Easemytrip application. I used Gpay to pay the same amount to Easemytrip. The amount has been debited but the ticket hasn't been booked.

Their whatsapp support asks for booking id or PNR number which is not available in this case as the ticket hasn't been booked. So the whatsapp support is of no use unfortunately...
