I tried to book a flight ticket from Bangalore to Imphal for 9th of January 2022. Money got debited from my account but it says payment failed in the Easemytrip. The costumer care didn't respond to calls made after the incident. Please look into the problem and refund the amount as soon as possible.

      My booking ID is EMT91678771. I had cancelled my BLR-SYD tickets that were booked for 18th Janary 2022. The tickets were cancelled on 12th December 2021 after which i had followed up with the customer care . They were responsive the first 2 times saying they are waiting for the refund from the airlines which is understandable. It has been almost 3 weeks today and when i called them up, they have been cutting my calls the moment they hear about the refund status query. Their whatsapp conversations are also being closed without them providing any solution. I have tried contacting them on both their customer care numbers but the result or the lack of it, has been the same. This is clearly cheating their customers.

      Dear Prachi, Regarding booking ID EMT91678771 I hope as per telephonic conversation your query has been addressed as your correct refund, has been processed from our side.
      I had cancelled my train ticket partially for one passenger out of six. I was supposed to get refund of 870 after cancellation charges. IRCTC sent an message to get this amount from agent . I received an amount of 370 from EMT. On connecting with the customer service they said the discounted amount was deducted from the refund amount from irctc side. I am not sure what kind of policy do EMT follows as discount was given for a group of ticket and not to the single person. Is it justified to get a refund of 370?

        Here, I want to inform that we booked our 4 ticket from delhi to kolkata for 5 Jan 2022... But now flight has 2 stoppage so it's taking too much time to reach destination. So I cancelled my tickets prior more than 48 hours. But by mistake I choose the option of partial refund instead of full refund. So, kindly please refund our full amount as we contacted air india..
        According to them they refunded our full amount on our tickets . So, kindly refund our full amount from your side.

          PNR: JDYT5D, DED to GOI SpiceJet flight on Dec 6th
          I paid INR 2598 on Dec 4th for booking seats 1E and 1F. The money was debited but the seats were not booked. I called customer care who confirmed the money would be back in next 5-7 days
          After that I have called on Dec 18, Dev 23, Dec 24, Dec 31, Jan 1 and each time they tell me it will take 5-7 days.
          Since Dec 4th they are saying it will take 5-7 days.
          I am losing faith due to this harassment now. The airline told me and EMT customer care confirmed as well that the money is with EMT.

            My flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund was given to EaseMyTrip.
            However, I haven't received the convenience fee of INR 2, 396
            It is clearly mentioned on their website that complete refund will be given.

                My flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund was given to EaseMyTrip.
                However, I haven't received the convenience fee of 300 Rupees.
                On enquiry, I got to know that it is as per policy and is mentioned on the confirmation email after booking.It was not mentioned during the course of
                booking.Only after making the purchase anyone gets to know about this charges.

                  We are not getting any response from easemytrip. We booked the hotel in puri for 2 days. However after reaching there we find out the hotel doesn't have any booking on our name. We had to take follow up with them in midnight 2 am.
                  The person from easemytrip asked us to go and search in the night the other hotel. We had to book another hotel over an above price. Since then we are continuously following with them. They are not arranging a call not even they are refunding the money.

                  It's totally mentally and physically harrasment.

                    2 tickets booked for my daughter had to be cancelled as she fell ill and had to be hospitalised. On humanitarian ground full amouny shud be refunded instead of only 2k per ticket. Booking ID - EMT91468734

                      Hi All,

                      Recently I am having a bad experience with EMT. Due to medical reasons, I had cancelled my flight booking (Travel date on December 18th 2021). The total amount paid for my tickets via EMT was 13539 Rs.
                      Once I had explained the medical condition, Indigo Airlines were kind enough to share vouchers for their cancellation charges which is 9087 Rs. Refunded rest of the amount which is 4452 Rs.
                      Post cancelling the ticket in airlines portal, I initiated the cancellation in EMT portal. Shockingly the email of refund pops up and states that the refund amount is 3552 Rs. I was confused and called airlines. Airlines stated that they have refunded the complete amount. When I called EMT, they were stating till now that they have received only partial refund. Post a 20 minutes of conversation with customer care executive, they revealed that EMT charges 300 Rs for cancellation as their service charge.
                      I tried explaining that for normal cancellation if you are charging is fine. But for cancellation due to medical reasons charging the customer when Airlines had completely refunded the amount is not at fair.

                        I purchased a train ticket through their website. The train was cancelled from my station. Even after informing by phone and email the very same day all i get is run around from ease my trip. I have am waiting on 2, 750 rupees refund on my ticket and ease my trip is doing everything possible not to return my money.

                            Really shocked to notice the fraudulent activity of travel company EaseMyTrip.com. I purchased air line tickets for March'22 ( 19.03.22 ~ 24.03.22 ) through this travel agent on 09.08.21 for my travel in March'22 ( Booking ID - EMT[protected] . To my big surprise, yesterday the ticket was auto cancelled / system cancelled by the travel company at 1:54 PM. This is totally fraudulent activity of EaseMyTrip as I never cancelled the tickets myself.

                            I want immediate re-issuance of air line tickets with same itinerary with compensation due to mental agony for last one day within next 2 working hours failing which I'm going to take extreme step against the EaseMytrip.com

Unless I receive my reissued air line tickets as per original itinerary by 21.12.2021, I will circulate this fraudulent activity to all press media and social media. Also I will go to highest level of judicial support in India and also take highest compensation against this fraud.

                            ALL ARE ADVISED TO BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD TRAVEL COMPANY.
                            No response from Easemytrip team. Total fraud is goin on in their biz.

                                  I am transfer EMTWallet money to bank account on date 10.11.2021 but I have not received my money. i have contact to customer care several times and they every time thay said wait 72 hrs and its more than one month and stil i am waiting for refund. my booking no is EMT82549369, PNR - Z6R9B.
                                  This is not the way I expect the company to treat its customers. Kindly do the needful and make the refund as soon as possible.

                                    I booked air ticket via ease my trip planners, once did payment via net banking, payment gateway partner was atom technologies so error showed after putting up top but payment s deducted, made another booking through debit card via ease my trip planner gateway directly, which got confirmed. I got confirmation mail from atom technologies that they received the payment while ease my trip are refusing about dual payments

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I Mr.Choudhary Ramkripal Roy would like to bring to your notice that I had booked my tickets in February 2020 for travel date 25th March 2020 for 5 people for Rs.50k and above but my trip got cancelled due to COVID lockdown and the amount was transferred to my wallet in September 2021.The problem is that the amount which is credited in my wallet can only be used when I receive the OTP on my email id and due to some technical issues l am unable to receive the OTP.l have been repeatedly trying to contact your customer care number but invain it never happened.So I request you to kindly transfer my outstanding amount to my account from my wallet.As it has been nearly 2 years and the amount is big.Hope you understand and oblige me by doing the needful ASAP.Thanks Choudhary Ramkripal Roy
