    Hello team,
    I tired to book a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Chandigarh at 12:00 a.m. 27 October, 2021 for two passengers. I made a payment using NetBanking and the amount got debited but there was no redirection to booking confirmation page on the app(which usually occur on successful payment), and when i called the customer care they said they didn't receive any money and the ticket is not confirmed.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I had booked a train ticket through your agency for travelling from Delhi to Bhatinda on !8 Sep 2021 by Train No 5909 and my Booking ID was EMT _86851310 and total amount paid was Rs 745.40. The ticket didn'n get confirmed and the amount has not been refunded as yet. Please do .the needful.

                    Hi,
                    I booked my flight from easemytrip.com from Patna to Bangalore scheduled on 12 OCT 2021. PNR: TR8H7H. On 11 OCT 2021 Airline contacted me and told due to operational reason the flight got cancelled. They assured me 100 percent refund. Asked me to get in touch with easemytrip.com for refund. From 11 onwards I am trying to get in touch with them for refund. Their phone numbers are not working. Whatsapp replies are automated.

                    Please help me in getting the refund.

                      I have booked parampara resort and spa, Coorg for October 30th 2021 and have deducted full amount from my bank account. Parampa resort have mailed me saying booking is not confirmed unless they get booking confirmation from ease my trip and asked me to contact agent regarding this. So I have tried contacting them number of times through mail and phone call but no response. Even parampara resort, Coorg tried contacting them but no response. Please check it and let me know what to be done. Is booking confirm with resort or will get full refund if booking is not confirmed?

                          I made a train ticket booking on 16th October at 10:35pm. My bank has confirmed that amount being credited to Easemytrip account. I'm yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or booking Id from this site. I have raised complaint with their customer care and yet to get a conclusive response.

                          The company support responded via email mentioning the ticket was not booked by irctc and a refund is initiated. I got the refund in 3 working days. thank you for your response.

                              Today (16 Oct 2021 ) I have booked six train tickets from MADURAI (MDU) to MADGOAN (MAO) on 8th December 2021, through easemytrip.com, it cost around Rs.4343, once I had paid the amount through my credit card, easemytrip page shows its booked successfully but irctc page shows transaction have been failed, I tried to reach easemytrip customare care they are always busy, I have mailed them also... Please look into it and help me in refund.

                                  I have booked air ticket from Delhi to Dushanbe via easy my trip.com but after confirmation I received a mail your ticket cancel due to seat unavailablility but on this site still showing seats. my payment has also been deducted. But no confirm ticket. I said that plz reconfirm my tickets or plz refund as soon as possible. But they are saying your refund on processing. But I haven't received the refund yet. If you can't reconfirm my ticket atleast refund on time.

                                    I had booked 2 tickets from EaseMyTrip.com to travel from Mumbai to Jaisalmer. The ticket was booked on 12th October 2021 and cost me Rs12180. Even though the booking was confirmed (EMT[protected], I didnt receive any confirmation on my PNR or ticket from EaseMyTrip.com. Its still showing as pending.
                                    Now I cant even cancel the ticket as the PNR was not confirmed.

                                      After money got deducted First I received a ticket saying booking pending, now it is showing my booking status as rejected, Sir i want my refund as soon as possibl.
