Insurance claim

Hello

This is complained again easemytrip.

I am a harrased customer

My mother was to travel on 16th Oct from Jodhpur to Delhi.

Few days back she developed congestion in throat and was recommended operation.

As a result she could not travel.

I submitted the doctor's prescription which clearly mentions surgery.

Gift Card Not Working Refund Delayed by 6 weeks

Bought a Gift Card Worth Rs. 4500 From Hubble Money At A Certain Discount. The Cards Didn't Work While Booking The Flight And Kept Failing After Repeated Attempts. Finally Asked The Company To Refund My Money To Which They Kept Delaying Saying The Refund Needs To Be Processed By Hubble But The Actual Gift Card System Is Running On EaseMyTrip. Hubble Just Acts As A Retailer....

Gift coupon I bought

This is with regards to the EMT gift card i purchased as a gift and everytime i try to book a flight ticket it says zero balance and unable to book.
Even the call centre team can say nothing other than sorry
There is no way to get a refund too or use it so it seems its a way to earn money for EMT.

EMT_[protected] is my ticket id...

I booked my initial flight on 29th june for 27th of aug later on I rescheduled it for 2nd oct and again on 15th sep it was rescheduled for 23rd oct and paid a amount of Rs. 1304. Refund of cancelled flight

It's almost 3 months gone but the refund is not received from them.

Purchased air tickets with return for 3 persons through easymytrip for go air flights on the month of april 2023.
Unfortunately go air cancelled it in june 2023.
I have been requested easymytrip for the refund of whole amount for a number of times, from almost last 3 months but they don't do it. The just show me that go air don't do it.
My question is i purchased the tickets from them after deposit of money...

Didn't refund my cancellation amount

Worst experience!!
I have already mailed 3 to 4 times regarding refund my money for flight cancellations. Already spicejet refunded the money to Easemytrip 8 days back but they never refund my money in my account. Always told me didn't get money from spicejet but I have already shared the proof on mail that is spicejet already paid the money on easemytrip account
No-one can revert on mail as well.

Worst fraud...

No resolution of my complaint

I requested for deletion of my account after the shameful dealing by Easemytrip over a refund matter. I don't want to keep any data with such a treacherous site but they are not deleting my account. My data, my right! i have full right to get my account deleted with a site I don't want to deal with!...

GoFirst cancelled tickets not refunded after 4 Months

I had booked two tickets Delhi - Leh and back with PNR No D39D2Y and VH4LUE for 27 May 2023 and 02 Jun 23. Booking was done on 07 May 23 and tickets got cancelled by GoFirst one week after to booking. I have paid Rs 94436 and made five reminders but every time they are saying refund not received from airline, WHY SHOULD THE PASSENGER KEEP ON WAITING FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS.

Please issue full refund

Flight got cancelled and refund not being processed

I have booked a international flight through Easemytrip. 10 days before the trip the flight got cancelled and now I am not getting refund for the trip.
My trip got ruined. My whole plan hotel bookings travel dates got changed. And Easemytrip is not helping with the refund of the cancelled flight too.

I want to delete my two existing account with the site

I am not happy with the service provided by easemytrip.com, they cheated me in last booking. I want to delete my 2 accounts with them to avoid misuse of my data in future but they are denying me this right...

Booking not getting confirmed

My name is Hardeep Singh, My booking Id is EMTAE1416110, I have booked Hotel in Dubai for 5 nights, Hotel Golden Tulip Al Barsha. But it’s been 8 days its booking status showing still pending, i spoke to the customer care also but they are just making excuses and wasting my time, All i want is my booking to be confirmed or i want all my money back. 24 hrs window cancellation policy not honored

Not giving my refund since one and half month after confirming on email

I booked flight ticket with them but due to some reasons i had to reschedule the flight. So i paid rescheduling extra fee to them. But they did not rescheduled my flight for more than a week. After several follow ups they told me to that we will refund you your amount and please pay the same amount again to process rescheduling. So i took email confirmation that previous amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days and paid same amount again....

This has reference to emt booking id EMT[protected] wherein i have cancelled the flight with pnr no. yqs76z and qurixa for both the passengers due to some medical reasons and doctor advised not to travel for 10 days (which is clearly mentioned in the report attached).

Wrong information was provided to book flight

I wanted to travel from India to Canada. I work in Canada and I am a resident of Canada. Before booking a flight I contacted Easemytrip customer service to ask whether I can take layover at Paris and Amsterdam without Schengen visa and just by showing my Canadian work permit, the answer that I received from Easemytrip customer service was YES.
