My name is Hardeep Singh, My booking Id is EMTAE1416110, I have booked Hotel in Dubai for 5 nights, Hotel Golden Tulip Al Barsha. But it’s been 8 days its booking status showing still pending, i spoke to the customer care also but they are just making excuses and wasting my time, All i want is my booking to be confirmed or i want all my money back. They already deducted amount.

no resolution of my complaint! initially, they did not pay any heed to my booking refund and now, they are not deleting my account! Easemytrip will be solely responsible for any misuse of my data. They dont care at all! that, s the reason they will be losing a customer who gave them over 1lakh business over a year. Callous and greedy attitude is what defines easemytrip!

    24 hrs window cancellation policy not honored

    I had booked an international return ticket between New Delhi and San Francisco (SFO) Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 08:13AM. The ticket was issued for American Airlines to travel on 14-Nov-2023 from SFO to DEL and from DEL to SFO on 01-Dec-2023.     I booked hotel thorough easemytrip Booking ID:EMT[protected] and made the full payment in advance. But even after several emails, easemytrip is not responding/providing the GST bill.

      I booked flight ticket with them but due to some reasons i had to reschedule the flight. So i paid rescheduling extra fee to them. But they did not rescheduled my flight for more than a week. After several follow ups they told me to that we will refund you your amount and please pay the same amount again to process rescheduling. So i took email confirmation that previous amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days and paid same amount again. And now its been more than 45 days they have not paid me my money which 824 AED. Its not a small amount. I really want compensation from this company for all inconvenience and hassels i had to go through.
      Will never use this company again in my life.

        I had booked flight tickets on 25 August 2023 from the sectors Pune to Bhopal for journey on 29 August PNR PSK93G and return ticket for Bhopal to Pune leaving on 31 August 2023 PNR QQ8VTC. I have performed the journey on 29 August 2023 but had to cancell the return journey. I have cancelled the returned journey for the sector Bhopal to Pune PNR QQ8VTC and informed cancellation to Indigo airlines, the cancellation was confirmed by them. They advised me to contact EasemyTrip for refund. Kindly refund the amount for the journey cancelled.

          Dear Team,
          This has reference to emt booking id EMT[protected] wherein i have cancelled the flight with pnr no. yqs76z and qurixa for both the passengers due to some medical reasons and doctor advised not to travel for 10 days (which is clearly mentioned in the report attached).

          i have cancelled the flight on 20.07.2023 & when i was trying to claim medical cover for both the passengers the portal did not allow the same because of some technical issues going at ease my trip end as informed telephonically and over the mail. i had a word with one of the executive of ease my trip. she told me about the technical issue at ease my trip and said it will take 3-4 days to get it resolved. so she advised me to send all the documents required for a medical claim via email. on 21st i emailed all the requisite documents & was informed vide email dated 21.07.2023 at 11:14pm by aman mehdi that post submission it will take 30 days for the review & you will get update on registered mail. as advised we tried uploading the document meanwhile on 21st july 2023 which was successfully submitted. on 22nd we received an email that emt is unable to verify the documents. we called customer care to know the reason for which it was informed that as we are undergoing some technical issues you may have got that email kindly send the documents over email to [protected]@easemytrip.com.
          on 22nd we again sent an email attaching all the necessary & requisite documents seeked and got a confirmation email from sandhyar at 10:02am that "we would like to inform you that we have mail to our team to check all the documents post submission it will take 30 days for the review & you will get update on registered email id regarding the insurance claim"
          as per said policy i waited for update for 30 days but when emt failed to revert as per their commitment i wrote an email on 24 august 2023 to know the status of my claim to which harshit for [protected]@easemytrip replied me to again upload the document.

          this is pathetic to see that even after 1 month of submitting the documents we have not received any revert from emt. i end up calling the customer care to know about the reason they informed me orally about the different reasons which are enumerated below for your reference
          claim has been rejected because we are not able to verify documents- on my questioning what you are not able to verify the replies are
          1. sir documents are not clear, kindly upload the same again
          2. sir we need a medical certificate above mbbs level doctor- (i objected the same that as per policy document provided there is no where written that medical certificate should be mbbs & above. attached the document for your reference which states - sickness or injury which requires medical attention/consultation and the traveller is advised in writing by the treating medical practitioner or doctor as unt for travel.
          3. sir we need separate report & prescription (i objected & questioned what do you mean by this as the mail received from [protected]@easemytrip say prescriptions required which i have attached in which it is advised for bed rest)
          above all this when i am asking customer care to provide the reason in writing no one is willing to give it in writing.

          i again request you to kindly settle the insurance claim or update me status of my claim which was submitted on 21 july 2023 & ethically i should have received within 30 days post submission stating the clear reason if it is rejected. as the documents provided is as per policy emailed to me by [protected]@easemytrip.com

          The revert for the same has been received after almost 40 days post submitting the document that to when complain has been lodged. The stamped document has been uploaded and even after that the claim has been rejected 3 times stating that no medical has been provided.

            I wanted to travel from India to Canada. I work in Canada and I am a resident of Canada. Before booking a flight I contacted Easemytrip customer service to ask whether I can take layover at Paris and Amsterdam without Schengen visa and just by showing my Canadian work permit, the answer that I received from Easemytrip customer service was YES. So I booked my flights with them. However, when I went to airport to checkin my bags at that time the air lines didn't allow me to on-board the flight because they said that I need Schengen visa if I have layover in more than 1 Schengen area. I had to join my office from 28th August 2023 but due to non boarding of my flight I will not be able to join my office so I have to suffer for that also. Immediately on the date of my journey I asked for the refund from Easemytrip till now I haven't received any refund from them. I am highly disappointed from service given to me and will probably never recommend this company to anyone.

              My name is azhar and my brother athar was supposed to travel with his wife and 2 kids from bangalore to srinagar on 5th august 2023 after booking a flight from easemytrip with air asia airlines. On 4th of august my brother had some urgent work and he planned not to travel and let his family only travel with the same flight. So in order to know about cancellation and refund i called easemytrip customer care around 9pm and they guided me how to cancel the ticket for single passenger and even told me that i will receive approximately 6500 as refund for the same.
              So i went ahead and cancelled the flight and shortly i received an email from easemytrip that my cancellation is in process and once refund is received they will transfer the same into my account. (Screenshot of email attached).
              After 16 days, i emailed them again for the refund update and i get a reply from them saying that there is no refund because this was a friends and family fare and airline rejected easemytrip request for my refund.
              I was shocked to read the email because it was the easemytrip customer care who should have informed me this before cancelling my ticket. Instead they guided me nicely how to cancel the ticket and shared the refund amount as well.
              Now since yesterday i am trying to contact easemytrip customer care through phone as well through email, but they are refusing to give me any refund. I am trying to explain them that i called them before cancelling my ticket and i when i was given a green signal then only i cancelled, otherwise i wouldn't have. They know it's their fault but since i am left with no option, they are harassing me and categorically refusing to help at all.

                Charging Cancellation Fees for a Flight Cancelled by Airline

                I booked two tickets for 27th Aug by Akasa Air from Bangalore to Chennai.

                Deduction of Service and Cancellation fees

                The airline has rescheduled the flight for more than 5 hours for which I am eligible for a full refund which the airline as confirmed has provided (₹3, 636). When I called up ease my trip for cancellation they said the airline has paid to us but we were waiting for you to cancel at our website, all this is just to harass the customer?

                When will I get an update? I have been scammed, i called customer service and the agent didn't even ask for my name or anything but was able to tell me payment hadn't been taken and I had to give him my card details over the phone and pay again, even though the money has been taken. I said i was stressed and he laughed at me and made a really rude remark saying if i don't pay again he will hang up and nothing more he can do. This is such a scam and making me so stressed. I will not delete this email either until this is resolved and will be leaving reviews on all website sharing this experience and will also be going to the media about this.

                  and the company is charging 8766INR for rescheduling our flight.
                  Reason for rescheduling due to the unwell and riots in Delhi. hence i postponed flights from 15 Aug - 19 Aug 2023 to 15 Sep - 19 Sep 2023

                  As per the DGCA,
                  Booking date: On or before 1st Aug, 2023

                  Travel date: On or before 15 Aug, 2023

                  You can reschedule your journey multiple times for travel before Aug 15, 2023 without paying any change fee.
                  You can reschedule your journey only once for travel beyond Aug 15, 2023 without paying any change fee, ” says the IndiGo website.

                  I want my refunded amount as for a middle class 8500 is a considerable amount specially during these times

                  I have contacted easemy trip but of no good, they said, its a conveyance fees that they have charged but I dont think so the conveyance fees is more than 8700.

                      Easemytrip booked my connected flight from Delhi to dublin. They have not considered the minimum layover period and booked a connected flight having layover of 1 hour 20 minutes at london on 4 th August. They are blaming the airlines (Emirates)for this issue.
                      Emirates said that they have communicated the non compliance, but Ease my trip ignored this.
                      Iam very much disturbed as travel date is 4th august2023 and today is 02- August-2023. My wife and two daughters ?(age 5 and 1) travelling first time so I am very much tensed due to this. Airline's clearly stated that they are not going to allow us to travel.
                      I need solution to that with impacting my finance and travel status.

                      As per commitment made by your representatives Mr. Ujjwal/Sohail they were supposed to revert us back within 2 days. They were very confident that they will take this issue very seriously and at personal level. But the truth is that even after approaching them they are avoiding our calls and it is almost 5 days crossed nothing happened. It seems total fraud.

                        My flight got cancelled by the Airlines PNR - AYSM8Q
                        As per our telephonic conversation and email correspondence, the Airlines assured me that the fare for the cancelled flights would be refunded on Thu, May 4, 2:07 PM. However, it has now been two months since that date, and I have not yet received the refund.

                        I have reached out to the travel sites, Easemytrip.com, as suggested by the Airlines, but they informed me that they have not received the refund amount. This has left me quite concerned and puzzled as to the whereabouts of my refund.

                        I kindly request your urgent assistance in investigating the status of my refund. I understand that sometimes delays may occur, but I am eager to have clarity on the matter and receive the refund as soon as possible.

                            I have recently requested to cancel one of my flight booking with EaseMyTrip within 24 hours of booking with the flight date beyond 1 week.As per DGCA guidelines I have requested for a full refund.I have enquired the airlines about the guidelines and they too have mentioned that charges of any kind cannot be levied including the handling fee and convinience fee by the airlines as well as the booking agency.I was however charged with handling fee and convinience fee by EaseMyTrip for the cancellation.My booking id with EaseMyTrip is:EMT[protected].

                              I made a booking through ease my trip and after the booking I check the date was wrongly mentioned ( I was doing for 23rd July but it was done for 20th). I immediately called the easemytrip they said that your booking is pending hence it can get cancelled for no loss, request you to wait until further notice. Now I called for the same then they said your booking has been confirmed, I was like how can it be possible that booking got confirmed when I requested to cancel the booking right under 1 min of the payment. I paid ₹3773 + 150 for seat and now they’re telling mei that for cancellation the charges exceeds than the amount I paid that is ₹4500. How can this be possible. Please help.

                              Complaint has been resolved. As per telephonic conversation with harshpreet they’ll be waiving off the convenience fees for my other bookings which is nearly equivalent to the amount of the ticket price.

                                I have been up since the past 24 hours and ended up paying 15k extra because of your cancellation policy.

                                My bookings from mumbai to chennai, and chennai to mumbai had been cancelled. And the only intimation was through message (pnr : KBBE9M and UBNLQP).
                                I had missed the message about the cancellation of the departure flight and only read the chennai to mumbai flight cancellation.
                                When I called spicejet 3 times about the chennai to mumbai cancellation refund, no one informed me that mumbai to chennai flight was cancelled too.
                                And today I was at the airport I was allowed to enter through T2 even though there's no spicejet there, then I went to T1 where I was informed the flight is cancelled and that's when I initiated my cancellation and booked a new flight which cost me 15, 200 rs.

                                I'm in utter distress, and in debt too. Please look into this.

                                  Hello I am contacting regarding a medical emergency cancellation for PNR EMT[protected] due to diagnosed with COVID i am not able to travel and i am suggested not to travel for 15 days at least i have attached all medical documents for your reference which you can validate with the hospital as well i would request to kindly cancel the hotel booking under PNR EMT[protected] and refund my full money without any cancellation charges kindly understand its a medical emergency as MOT if a customer faces any medical emergency full waiver have to be given on any type of cancellation kindly process my request else i will file a case with consumer court
