I tried to explain an issue on their website which cost me some money while rescheduling, the customer support was not even patient enough to listen to you. I guess they have been just trained to say "NO sir, you still need to pay the penality". I said, ok, I am ready to pay what ever you want, answer was "No Sir, you need to explain in email about the error"
Now I am absolutely puzzled what to do. the customer support has zero access to make any changes or assist.
End of the story, dont waste your time to get a positive solution from them. you have to accept the fact that the money is gone in vain and book with the airline instead. FYI I lost almost 20 thousand Rupees and and ended up wasting 2 hours of my time. Do not expect the same level of service as you get from your country.
