    Air india has confirmed me over the phone that they have refunded full amount. And also said Easemytrip very well knows that all flight pnr of year 2020 are elligible for full refund, and air india refunded full amount to Easemytrip, air india also said that Easemytrip very well knows that air india donot share refund details. On email if you want recordings, i can provide you, so Easemytrip please refund full amount

      I tried to explain an issue on their website which cost me some money while rescheduling, the customer support was not even patient enough to listen to you. I guess they have been just trained to say "NO sir, you still need to pay the penality". I said, ok, I am ready to pay what ever you want, answer was "No Sir, you need to explain in email about the error"

      Now I am absolutely puzzled what to do. the customer support has zero access to make any changes or assist.

      End of the story, dont waste your time to get a positive solution from them. you have to accept the fact that the money is gone in vain and book with the airline instead. FYI I lost almost 20 thousand Rupees and and ended up wasting 2 hours of my time. Do not expect the same level of service as you get from your country.

        I had made a booking for flight (Air India) through EMT website from Mumbai to Raipur dated 24th of April 2021- PNR-YJVFR. However since pandemic at its peak, all my family members (including my husband and I) got a great hit and became COVID Positive. I immediately contacted Air India for the support at this difficult time and they asked to reach out to the agent through which tickets has been booked i.e. Ease my Trip (EMT). Then we contacted Ease my Trip numerous time and after lot much struggle finally got confirmation that we need to send an email to EMT asking for ticket cancellation and full refund with attachment of COVID Positive report. We followed the same process and sent the required email on 23rd of April 2021. But now after waiting 3-4 weeks, to my utter shock, EMT is denying for the refund saying Air India is not refunding them because the procedure followed was different.

        Pls note that two of my friend has also made bookings for the same flight of same date with Air India directly and couldn’t travel as they were also COVID positive, they contacted Air India and followed the correct process and got the full refund. This is very surprising that being EMT is misguiding their customers. Being an agent service provider they should have proper/accurate knowledge of all the services that you are providing. They have no right to harass any of customers like this, mentally and financially. I had a very bad experience with Ease my Trip and can’t lose my money because of their fault after such long mental torture.

          I booked a standard room on Anora resort for July 10th through easeMyTrip. While other sites were displaying No Rooms Available but only easeMyTrip was showing rooms available on that resort. I was delightful that finally i was able to book a room and the rate was very minimal. Standard room including tax was 2200 while other sites was displaying minimum 4500. I am not sure why I lost my common sense that day when I saw that much minimum rate. On July 10th I went to that resort almost travelling 80 Kms along with my wife and 3 year old kid. But to the utmost shock when I went to the resort they told we don't have rooms here and we are not tied up with easeMyTrip. The resort didnt receive any confirmation mail too. When I checked with easeMyTrip customer care they told will resend confirmation mail. But waited for an hour i didn't receive any confirmation mail. Spoke with manager in resort, he started asking me why I booked in online rather than speaking to the resort directly. After regular follow ups I decided to come back home after spoiling a weekend for me and my family. I feel easeMyTrip is a scam.             Booking Id EMT68968615 i requeted the refund around a year ago and the airlines refund the amount on October-2020 to Ease my trip, but still i didnt get the refund from their side, regarding this issue i spoke to customer support around 100 times. Every person tells the same answer u can get the refund with in 7 working days, i cant expect the answer from your side its a big disappoint to the customers and it may cause a loss of customers, please check my profile i did the booking above 200 tickets, regarding this issue you are going to loss the golden customers, kindly tell me directly that we cannot provide the refund if you cant able to refund the amount i will leave the amount. please do needful for this issue

                I booked a bus ticket online from Easemytrip.com on 23/08/2020 from Mumbai to Jalore (Journey date: 25/08/2020, 19:20. Booking ID: EMT[protected]. On the 25th morning, I called the bus operator to confirm my boarding time and location but I was informed by the operator that the bus was cancelled for the day as it broke down & they couldn't do anything about it so my amount would be refunded back by EaseMyTrip. I then immediately called EaseMyTrip to report the issue but the call was not getting connected even after waiting half an hour so instead I e-mailed them the issue for which I got a reply saying that they are looking into the matter and they would revert back shortly.

                I waited and yet didn't get the reply so I had to book some other bus locally for the same date. I called them after I reach my destination, this time I waited nearly an hour then my call got connected to customer support and I was informed by them that as soon as they clear this matter with the bus operator I would be refunded back my amount so I waited.

                I didn't get anything to hear from them so I mailed them on 16/09/2020 for which they replied that my matter is being forwarded to the concerned authority and they would revert back shortly. I mailed them again on 19/09/2020 then 21/09/2020 and then 18/10/2020 for which I got the similar kind of responses that my matter is being escalated and they would revert back shortly, it had already been two months then but still they were replying the same thing on emails so I started to tweet them then on twitter but again they replied the same thing that my issue is being escalated and they would revert back shortly.

                I even called them many times after that but they replied the same thing that they would revert back shortly and after almost a year on 05/07/2021, I mailed them for which I got a reply yesterday that they cannot process the refund as I had opted to travel another date with the bus operator.
                After a year of torcher, they are shifting the blame on me lying about things just not to pay me back. I replied to them saying that I would take legal action against them.

                I had already filed a legal complaint in the consumer forum and putting it out here too.

                            I called easemytrip 9 times and emailed 15 times to reissue the tickets as per airlines rescheduled dates.

                            Now after 6 days Easemytrip is saying me that the rescheduled seats were on premium economy and there is no more hold on that by airline.

                            How can it take 6 days to confirm that. Ridiculous.

                            If my journey is postponed beyond the re confimed date, I will sue easemytrip legally for ny financial losses happening due to delay of travel.

                                This is in regards to a refund that I have not received in spite of sharing proofs from the bank that no payment has been made by easemytrip.

                                This was in relation to a booking which was cancelled during rhe lockdown last year.

                                I have been following up several times regarding this and I keep hearing that they are facing technical issues or we are experiencing difficulty because of lockdown and we are working on this request.

                                I wonder if the issue is being on how long does it take? Its just a matter of re initiating the refund. The customer support team has not even reverted once to give an update.

                                This is just a delaying tactic to avoid processing the refund. Totally fraud!

                                  My booking was rescheduled by the airline for which I did not accept the change and they offered to refund in full. They asked me to check with Travel Agency to reimburse me my full money however Ease My Trip has been giving me run around from last 12 Days now and have not assisted with my request even after acknowledging the same. I called airline Vistara again to help me and they asked me to inform Ease My Trip to read the 15th Line of the PNR where the airline have already mentioned their notes for full refund, but still no help from Ease My Trip.
                                  Asked for a supervisor however Ease My Trip denied. I need my refund ASAP. I will also move on to file a police complain about you and will ensure to mention you on Facebook, Twitter and other social media.

                                  Refund my Money before I file a mental harrasment case against Ease My Trip.

                                    from EaseMyTrip of Jet Airways My PNR Is DPGHWN Which was from Dubai to Patna of 19/6/19 .
                                    As I received a message regarding the cancellation of the flight I was trying to contact your customer care but it say due to technical issues it can’t be connected moving further I want the refund for the ticket for which there is no information from the company side I hope to get the refund as soon as possible.

                                    With Reference to the latest update of refund on the cancellation of flight ticket i wanted to take a follow up as i couldn’t find my name on the list which is provided by the Authority.

                                    How should i claim my refund as till now there is no amount refunded to me neither my ticket insurance amount which was a fraud done to me on the name of my ticket insurance by the insurance and EaseMytrip company because since the beginning I dint got a proper respond for my refund from both the parties.

                                      Hi I am raising this Complaint against not Processing of Full Refund from Ease MY Trip for my Bookings whereas I have furnished full details about the refund given by Air Asia in the Months of January 2021 and March 2021, whereas the Travel Agent Ease my Trip is only giving partial refund into my EMT wallet stating that the remaining amount is in my Credit Shell with the Airline which is not actually the reason .

                                      Also they mention that the remaining amount are cancellation charges, how can it be Cancellation charges when the Cancellation was by the Airline due to Covid 19 Lockdown .

                                      This is a Serious Menance and attempt to fraud the customer, even after sharing multiple emails including the acknowledgment of Refund E-mail still I am not getting the refund .

                                      Its a Painful scenario and there is no Nodal Officer to connect as well and they don't have a Escalation mail as well .
