In this case, if particular place where NT-PCR test is mandatory then site should pop-up with this requirement without which tickets should not have been booked/confirmed. I booked a bus ticket online from Easemytrip.com on 23/08/2020 from Mumbai to Jalore (Journey date: 25/08/2020, 19:20. Booking ID: EMT[protected]. Irresponsible service

I purchased a ticket from easemytrip of air canada PNR 6SAONF. Flight is suspended by airline due to covid 19. I call easymytrip for reschedule but they demands more 218000 for reschedule, as my friends do the same from air canada free of cost. They had now confirm reschedule tickets. But easemytrip still tease me....

Looting people

I purchased a ticket from easemytrip of air canada. Flight is suspended by airline due to covid 19. Ticket rescheduled by airline and still not reissued by easemytrip. Now I lost the travel dates after 6 days of follow

EMT83560602.

I called easemytrip 9 times and emailed 15 times to reissue the tickets as per airlines rescheduled dates.

Now after 6 days Easemytrip is saying me that the rescheduled seats were on premium economy and there is no more hold on that by airline.

How can it take 6 days to confirm that. Ridiculous.

If my journey is postponed beyond the re confimed date, I will sue easemytrip...

Refund not processed, no action being taken by easemytrip

This is in regards to a refund that I have not received in spite of sharing proofs from the bank that no payment has been made by easemytrip.

This was in relation to a booking which was cancelled during rhe lockdown last year.

I have been following up several times regarding this and I keep hearing that they are facing technical issues or we are experiencing difficulty because of lockdown and we are working on...

Taken Extra Charges for Seats

Airline agency confirmed that there is no charge for seats but EaseMyTrip has taken extra charges for 3 seats - INR 950. Even this extra charge is also not mentioned in the tax invoice of EaseMyTrip, which means you have taken extra charges without any reason.

Requesting to please refund the amount....
