Money deducted but ......booking not done

Booking is still pending

This is my Booking ID. EMT85461949. My booking is still pending even after around Rs. 11, 000 was deducted from my bank accounted. Customer care is not picking up. I am not being able to check in. I am standing outside airport....

Partial Refund - Convenience Charges

The airline has cancelled the flight and offered full refund to EaseMyTrip. However, EaseMyTrip is not refunding the convenience fee ~900 Rupees.

On enquiry with the Customer Service team, the team has stated that it is as per policy and is mentioned on the confirmation email after booking.

It was not mentioned during the course of booking, irrespective of service is terminated by...

I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Bangalore which was rescheduled by Spicejet airlines and than cancelled 1 day prior to journey. Easemytrip send me refund processing email in which they charged convenience fee. But actually its an inconvenience to me....

Refund request

Greetings,
I have made booking on 29 June 2021 and due COVID I have canelled my booking on 22/6/2021 from Hyderabad to Belgaum (PNR DG2KKK) on 24/7/2021return from Belgaum to Hyderabad on 27/7/2021 (PNR SG3734 still I did not get any refund?!!!
Please check and inform me as early as possible.

I am complaining about wrong refund transaction

My flight is cancelled by airlines on 6th July 2021. And I have claimed refund to airlines . Airlines had refunded RS 11709 to Ease my trip but ease my trip had only refunded me RS 3442 only . I know that there service fee is Rs 300 each person but in that manner ease my trip had to return RS 10809 but ease my trip had not refunded any of that amount . And I have strong prove against this . This is really very bad about this . Please refund...

Refund amount for Airlines cancelled flight

Hi,
Below mentioned booking were done through easemytrip. On my travel date Srilankan Airlines were cancelled my flight and they dint arrange any alternate flight also. I myself managed to get another flight. After one year I got the refund after deducting cancellation charges from both airlines as well as agent (easemytrip)
Why are they deducting my money for airline's cancellation. I need full refund for these 2 bookings.br...

Refund for the tickets booked on Feb 8

Ticket has been booked on Feb 8. And has been cancelled on the same day so as per policy I should get full refund. Its July 21 now and no refund has been processed. As per email communication the Refund application number is shared and must be followed up with Air India team to get the refund. Till now I have not received any refund. Air india has confirmed me over the phone that they have refunded full amount. And also said Easemytrip very well knows that all flight pnr of year 2020 are elligible for full refund, and air india refunded full amount to Easemytrip, air india also said that Easemytrip very well knows that air india donot share refund details. If you're New to India beware of the terrible customer service

I tried to explain an issue on their website which cost me some money while rescheduling, the customer support was not even patient enough to listen to you. I guess they have been just trained to say "NO sir, you still need to pay the penality". I said, ok, I am ready to pay what ever you want, answer was "No Sir, you need to explain in email about the error"

Misguide by Ease My Trip

I had made a booking for flight (Air India) through EMT website from Mumbai to Raipur dated 24th of April 2021- PNR-YJVFR. Booked Resort but was not accommodated

I booked a standard room on Anora resort for July 10th through easeMyTrip. While other sites were displaying No Rooms Available but only easeMyTrip was showing rooms available on that resort. I was delightful that finally i was able to book a room and the rate was very minimal. Standard room including tax was 2200 while other sites was displaying minimum 4500. I am not sure why I lost my common sense that day when I saw that much minimum...
