I had applied for a refund for booking id EMT71170758, EMT71169800, EMT71170868 for your flight booked from DME-COK on THU-02JUL2020. I have received an incomplete refund for the above 3 tickets. I had paid initially and then there was a fare difference of INR 5814 per ticket for the confirmation of the ticket for which I paid again. I want the fare difference price to be refunded as soon as possible. I have been in contact with the Easemytrip customer care for past 3 weeks from which I had a poor response for my concern

    Since last 1 week, I raised this issue to customer care that for my new bookings I am not able to use my wallet amount . I have rs 16, 252 in my wallet of easymytrip and I fed up with this thing. Every time I called customer care, they said you have to wait 24 -48 hours to resolve this issue. Could you tell me what do you want to do with my money. Am I able to use it or not.

      I had make two train tickets just few minutes back, my amount has been deducted from phone pay but few to some reason that tickect is not booked . I had requested samridhi one of their customer support she told me that I am not able to cancell it . I want my refund not in the wallet but to my bank account. Kindly do the necessary action.         Ticket PNR H9QVV, Booking ID EMT85205312, this ticket was booked on 30th July'21 and this ticket was cancelled on 31st July, 21. But did recieve refund amount till now. Called customer care number, but have not got confirmation of refund date . They was passing buck to airlines. please refund the amount on immediate basis.

              As per hotel, They didn't receive any booking confirmation.

                    The airline has cancelled the flight and offered full refund to EaseMyTrip. However, EaseMyTrip is not refunding the convenience fee ~900 Rupees.

                    On enquiry with the Customer Service team, the team has stated that it is as per policy and is mentioned on the confirmation email after booking.

                    It was not mentioned during the course of booking, irrespective of service is terminated by the passenger or airline.

                    Only after making the purchase customer gets to know about this charges.

                        I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Bangalore which was rescheduled by Spicejet airlines and than cancelled 1 day prior to journey. Easemytrip send me refund processing email in which they charged convenience fee. But actually its an inconvenience to me.

                          I have made booking on 29 June 2021 and due COVID I have canelled my booking on 22/6/2021 from Hyderabad to Belgaum (PNR DG2KKK) on 24/7/2021return from Belgaum to Hyderabad on 27/7/2021 (PNR SG3734 still I did not get any refund?!!!

                            My flight is cancelled by airlines on 6th July 2021. And I have claimed refund to airlines . Airlines had refunded RS 11709 to Ease my trip but ease my trip had only refunded me RS 3442 only . I know that there service fee is Rs 300 each person but in that manner ease my trip had to return RS 10809 but ease my trip had not refunded any of that amount . And I have strong prove against this . This is really very bad about this . Please refund my total amount to my bank account

                                    Hi,
                                    Below mentioned booking were done through easemytrip. On my travel date Srilankan Airlines were cancelled my flight and they dint arrange any alternate flight also. I myself managed to get another flight. After one year I got the refund after deducting cancellation charges from both airlines as well as agent (easemytrip)
                                    Why are they deducting my money for airline's cancellation. I need full refund for these 2 bookings.
                                    I have also booked with Indigo & spicejet through same easemytrip. But in that case I have got full refund without any deduction. Why only with Srilankan Airlines.

                                    I am your regular customer. This follow ups are really disappointing me.

                                      Ticket has been booked on Feb 8. And has been cancelled on the same day so as per policy I should get full refund. Its July 21 now and no refund has been processed. As per email communication the Refund application number is shared and must be followed up with Air India team to get the refund. Till now I have not received any refund. Kindly help in resolving the same. Below are the ticket details.

                                        Are you following up with the airlines to get the RA approved. Since we hear back from them, saying 3rd party has to follow up. Such a shame and I wonder why easemy trip customer satisfactory rate is too low
