I am one of your user, i have complained regarding damaged product but i have not got any response from your side. My claim id is 1931350. I have complained for replacement on 29th april 2016 but i have not got any response and you have given the date which also has gone but you should repo se or contact me but you didn't reply. I hope that you will help me out as soon as possible as you can.

I had booked a stoll today in a day & made payment through my online netbanking but I yet not recd purchased order not any such of confirmation from ebay regarding products .

Payment agst but hasbeen debited from my a/c on same time.

Hence, It is request you to look into this matter.
