This Letter is to bring to your notice, That I Pradeep Kumar Ohri, s/o Vijay Kumar Ohri, R/o 126, Ram Vihar, New Delhi-110092. On 26th May2015, I ordered APPLE IPHONE5, 64GB, White, Limited Edition Imported from your shopping site “ebay.in. I have received it after4-5 days. After receiving the handset with invoice, when I called the Direct Dealer eforindia address 404, 4th floor Adeetya Plaza Complex, above health planet, near Jodhpur, Ahmedabad-380015, Mobile No. [protected]. They said you will get one month extra Warranty from our company which is eforindia. So total Warranty period you get 7 month said by the Dealer. I was Having Problem in my phone while charging it shows 33%.then again after 10 min I was checked so it was 15%. The Percentage of Charging was Fluctuating. Then another problem was in scrolling, when I was scrolling it downwards or upwards after removing the finger then also it keep on scrolling and stop automatically after few seconds. So, Now on 5th August when I went to Service Center of I Phone in Connaught Palace Outer Circle K- Block, Opposite to KFC . They Checked the IMEI No.[protected] & Serial No.DQGKP4L6FH1H. On the system to check the detail of I phone 5, and within few seconds they said this is a Replaced Phone and it is suppose to be in Warehouse. Please Contact your Seller. So now along with letter I am Sending you a the Details of Retail Invoice with Photocopy Attached to this Letter. Regarding this Case, I want New Replaced Sealed Pack IPhone5. I purchased iPhone 5 from ebay. On the very first day I gotta know that its microphone is not working and there is an issue with hotspot as well. I tried to contact the seller, he didn't revert back. Then I raised a complaint with ebay.then ebay was about to resolve my problem but unfortunately in between accidently my phone's screen got damaged and ebay refused to replace it as it got damaged. Then I contacted apple store so that I can either replace it there by paying some amount.but there I gotta know by them that the set is not having the imei number.i contacted seller and seller is doing nothing rather than giving me explanations that eu will be contacted soon with resolution. From last two months I am suffering with this.
I don't know where else to go. I bought this from ebay so hopefully looking for a resolution from your side.
Please do the needful asap

Some seller are not trustworthy even...eu can't even know whether they are selling us right products or fake one...such sellers should be boycotted from ebay.
Very disappointed from the service of eBay, I buy iphone 4 from eBay.. when i recive this phone there is problem that it cant detect a sim card, i tryed 3 sim but same problem showing to all that no sim.. it means eBay and its dealer send mi a faulty phone at the time of dipavli festival now i am very hearted and disappointed from the eBay service and the [censored] sellers who typed with ebays..also never buy any 100 rs product also from eBay .. i suggest to all Amzon flipkart is always better service than eBay... i am trying form 3 days to call to sellers that is eforindia but they dont recive call 1 time also... i dont understand why eBay types with this type of fake sellers.. and also eBay give to eforindia as an trusty sellers remark thats why i purchased but now i am very unhappy.. . And decided to take a legal action opposite to eBays this type of services...
i have ordered nokia e5 on 25th october and got delivery on 1st november and when i open the packet screen was full of scratches and phone speaker is not working and i raised a claim seller is e_forindia and they are not responding to my claim ebay is such a cheater dont gonna buy any products from ebay and m not gonna refer for ebay to any of my friends

I had ordered an Apple iPhone5 -16gb-White from eBay on 6th August 2015 and had got it delivered on 15th August 2015 after paying a cash on delivery of Rs.22499.
Initially the phone was working good but after a month the phone started giving me problems.
1.The touch stopped working
2.The home button gave up too.
3.The camera stopped working.
After having these problems I had complained a lot of times and my complaints were unheard and I had to face the ignorant attitude of the customer care.
That wasn't enough when I showed my iPhone at Apples authorised service centre and was shocked to know when they informed me that the iPhone was duplicate.
Now either you refund me all my money or give me a replacement with ORIGINAL IPhone 5.
If now also you are going to ignore my complaints then I am moving to consumers court and letting them know how you are fooling people by these frauds. My Invoice number is eforindia17594, my Order number is [protected].
@Sanjay @Vishvajit, i bought iphone5 (spacegrey) from the same seller eforindia a month ago, i got cellular data 3g connection problem and the touch stop working too, i mail them but no respond, anyone having a solution? i live in south delhi, anybody living in delhi NCR lets do this together to the consumer court my email id is alakay.[protected]@gmail.com
One more thing guys check your iphone serial number to the apple website, mine was a replaced phone so, apple service center will do nothing.

Amount is deduct from my accountthen after somedays ebay say these order can't placed.

4 june 2016, I buyed a nokia x1-01 battery at RS 220 and total amount of battery is 320. Ebay can offer for new user RS 100/- less at minimum Purchase of RS 300/-.
And AMOUNT Is DEDUCT IN MY ACCOUNT.
At 7 june 2016, Ebay say payment for your purchase is not confirmed and amount RS 220/- has refunded in my account.
