I have purchased a phone from EBAY, and its has been more than 10 days, i am yet to get the product. Each time i call up the customer care, they come up with a self created answers. Each time they assure me that i will get my product delivered and each time they lie. I wonder, why EBay dont have a Quality unit to check on the satisfaction level their customers are.
