    My eBay Guarantee claim ID is 701623 which was resolved on 4th November 2014. Since then I have been reimbursed of only principal amount and not the other two parts i.e. 20% Discount coupon with Rs 3000 max (with 30 days validity) and Rs 1730 as refund for Shipping charges (the amount I paid for shipping the product back to seller).

    I have made numerous calls since then literally amounting to hours on hold and talks (due to immense call traffic). I have always been convinced that matter will be taken care of in 48-72 hours but it never is and I again have to call back after 5 or so days. What is going on? Why is there no urgency from eBay operations to close cases rather than harassing customers like this. It has always been me calling to know the status and have never received a call from them.

    Last call which I made regarding the matter was on 22nd November, Saturday. After the call, I was instantly mailed the said discount coupon with only 8 days validity which was not fine since I don't really have anything to buy right now. Also, it was promised to me in mail earlier that I will get the coupon with 30 days validity. So, I called back regarding that issue and was again promised that it will be taken care of and I will get a call and mail in 48-72 hours. As can be seen, it has been more than 6 days/144 hours without any communication.

    Please resolve this issue at earliest.

      I have purchased a item from ebay on 21oct 2014. They have not delivered it till 5nov14 and showed delivered on checking its status online. I called many times but no positive response. So on 5 nov14 i have applied for refunds. but refunds also not received till 28nov14. I have called and mailed to ebay, but still no success.So suggest me what to do next action.

        Claim ID: 717172 PaisaPay ID: [protected] I bought a Mac Book battery from eBay which didn't work for me so i asked for refund. They told me to ship the item back to seller & they promised that they'll refund my shipping charges in form of a coupon. I shipped the item back to seller & he received it the very next day. I spent Rs. 180 to ship the item back but till date i haven't received any coupon from eBay. First they told me that it will take 7 days time. I called them after 7 days then the guy told me it takes 9 days. I waited for another 2 days but no communication from eBay. I called them again & guy said it takes 10 days time so i asked him to connect me to his supervisor. From the escalation team of eBay guy said he escalated & i will receive the coupon by 7:30pm of 28th NOV 2014 but just to check what's going on with my request i called them yesterday & this guy said it's gonna take 10 days time so i asked him to connect me to his supervisor but he routed me back into the que. Now the next guy asked me to wait for 72 hrs because he has forwarded an email to the concerned team. I asked him for reference number but he hung up the call. It's been over a month now but all they have been giving me DATE AFTER DATE. Please lemme know if your team can help me in this matter or can i approach consumer court because i don't think so eBay is gonna refund my shipping charges.

          Hi, I have purchased Best perfume for men by LOMANI Paris- 100 ml from EBAY on Item number:[protected] from E-Bay So, what kind of perfume you have send me ??Its bottle like you have take it from the trash, cover is not fit on the bottle, number of scratches in on the bottle and the main thing its smell, there is no long lasting smell it just like a normal water you had filled and add something in it and repack the bottle seal and send it to me.It's not original at all.I have raise a complain against it with Claim ID : 762634 and it has been closed by mentioning that I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item purchased by you is not eligible under eBay guarantee. I mean you will get a response after 2 weeks. Now they are telling I need to send the whole product by courier, its a joke how can I send something 80kg. Before buying there was no condition like that, the have ebay guarantee for all these kind of issue. The seller on the other side is telling that we are selling these kind of product, cant do anything for you. ebay.in is still very immature and fraud, i think i have lost around 8k.

                  Paisapay id -[protected]I had purchase Tupperware modular mate storage container. I got damage product. I request ebay for replacement. after 15 days I got resolution that they will refund me money back. for that ebay say I have to ship the product to their warehouse and no reverse pickup be done by them. on ebay guarantee they claim that most of time the reverse done by pick up done by them. ebay says that I have to ship it within 3days, otherwise by claim will be denial. they took 15days to resolve customer complain and they give customer only three days. one more thing is that they give shipping charges in terms of ebay coupon, so customer have to do bloddy business with them again. they need scan copy of shipment, who will bare that cost and transportation cost to ship up to their office. customer care representative behaviour also rud.

                    I did not receive one order out of two, which i had already paid for, and ordered on 20 Nov 2014 but one order of redmi !S has been received has been received but its cover of worth 335 has neither been delivered even after many days of expected delivery date.I called ebay customer care several times but no response and the courier man is giving ambiguous and procrastinating information. kindly help and get it delivered as soon as possible.

                        Ebay is doing face to the seller. Even though their product is not working seller can able to reject the claim. The buyer can't able to receive the product / money.
                        Ebay is encouraging fake sellers. Ebay should stop such activities. I have such experience two times on receiving non working products. In both the cases I didn't received my claim but the request was closed. So take necessary action to keep your customers satisfied.

                              Purchased a Nokia BH 806 BLUETOOTH headset from Ebay.in which turned out to be more than 4 years old non functional product.The product is non reparable so it cannot be repaired, since it is an outdated 4 year old device it cannot be replaced. So Ebay and seller fooled me and cheated me out of my money. No refund given as stated on website and behaviour of customer care was rude. False information Is mentioned on Ebay website regarding Ebay guarantee to fool its customers. The customer care team and seller are hand in glove to cheat customers and fool them.                                 Dear Sir, I bought one item from ebay india and item was not as described they send me wrong item and now i talked with seller he agrees to give me my refund back but now he is saying that he claims my refund but i talked with ebay customer support and they said they have not get any request from the seller to refund my money. My paisa pay is is PaisaPay ID [protected] and item no is[protected]. I think they are just playing with me.Please try to resolve the issue . I attached the blazer picture with the original one. Seller send me the custom made blazer and i ordered the company made. He put the picture of company made on site but sends the custom made no name of company.

                                  the above item[protected] has been purchase on 13.11.14 and delivered 17.11.14. After putting the sim (dual) Airtel & bsnl from day of starting it is noticed that call is dropping and network disappear during talking in regular basis. after my phone discharged on 19.11.14 when i connect the charger, it also not charging and charger is defective. for this i am trying to complain u since last evening i.e 19.11.14. earlier during after booking i came to know that this modal has network problem when dual sim to be used. so claim raised during ur delivery process and for this ur member contacted but he told me lenovo is branded company and their is no any problem only u do regular servicing o[censored]r mobile. and after talking with ur member with nice word i convinced myself on that day. but their after i noticed that my mobile has serious network problem along with battery charger defective.so kindly resolve my issue and refund the money . at the earliest due to i am going Hyderabad for IT training on 22.11.14.                                     Damaged product delivered on october 28th. Same day sent a complaint mail to the seller (mdaretail)WITH PHOTOES, didnt get reply till 12 days I have registered a claim(claim id 742183) on nov 09th, for product returns and money refund in the ebay guarantee website. They asked me to send photo proof on nov 14th mail to the specific mail id "[protected]@ebay.com". I have responded on time with photo proofs. 2 days later i got a reminder mail that they didnt get any response and asked to send the proof. I attached the photo proofs and sent the mail on time. At the same time i Have attached the photos in the claim details in Ebay website. Nov 20th i got a mail that due to no response from me they close the claim. DONT KNOW WHATS THE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY. They would have called me before closing the claim to confirm. I am able to see the attached photoes in the mails sent by me and in ebay Client details page. I dont understand why they cant. Its almost a month over. still I am trying and sending mails and Doing calls. I am a middle class family member. we used to think a lot before buying a product But these kind of responses frustrating a lot and this is a loss. We Are afraid to buy in online.                                         Ebay is providing Very worst service. don't buy firm ebay.i had purchased a samsung note 3for 32447 rupees on 23rd oct2014 but upto 23nov also I dinnot get any item from the company (pay paisa Id :[protected]. lot of times I had contacted ebay customer but no proper answer and seller has switched of his mobile after 4days from the purchased date.                                         Can you please give the reply to problem ASAP and I want the justification and there should be strict and severe. These type of online shopping should be punished in case they are not dele wrong with in the time line.please consider my request.
