this complaint is an update of SR# 1-[protected] (filled @ebay.in)
The complaint is already escalated 04 times telephonically, but no result till now from ebay.in
Complaint is about for refund of 3000 Rs. Corrier charges (as committed by ebay) + my loss of time, money, harassment for 4 months.

Complaint Summery:
Bought an 32"LED TV 04 month back from ebay, Received it damage, complaint @ ebay. filed wide PaisaPay ID : [protected], Claim ID : 604461
Resolution was given to go to service centre, but after several follow ups & case history submission service centre refused to cover it under warranty,
Again complain raised to ebay through consumercomplaints.in, ebay refunded the sum after 03 month,
But during all this ebay commited (on 23th aug mail). to give corrier charges, which i have paid for shipping LED back,
-:currently i am waiting for my 3000 Rs. Corrier charges (as committed by ebay) + my loss of time, money & harassment for 4 months.
