Never sell in ebay or buy I am a new seller in ebay and i am in jewellery category i listed 3 listing then it got restricted and in that one got sold and i dispatched and it got delivered also but i entered by mistake wrong tracking details in ebay.in and it was not trackable in site but buyer has confirmed item receipt then on my remittance day i got a mail from paisapay to send pod for that paisapay id which was not trackable on site and i send pod to them and it has been more than a week.still now i have not got my money back nor no response to my mail and in chat they say u will get remittance or reply in 48hrs but nothing happened.     my name is varun and i am a regular seller on ebay, i sold alot of products on ebay and i was getting money comfortably from ebay i have no issued till 30/10/2014. i was told to complete KYC to receive money in the meantime i when completed KYC and before that on 30/10/2014 i got a email from ebay that my account is suspended without any reason and remittances will be put on hold. my total remittance pending is Rs.25406/- for the paisa pay id's [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] till date i haven't got remittance, i tried contacting ebay through all the ways by email, chat, phone i was told that i will get my remittances within 1 month. my last remittance received on 16/10/14. on 14/11/2014 my KYC was completed and i got a mail for the same. it was showing in my account that the remittance is due on 17/11/2014. but till now no remittances has been transferred to my bank account and neither i received any reply of my emails. and now from the last 1 month my remittances are on hold, this is such a bad practice by ebay. if i will not get my money i will file a case against ebay just before this i am trying to get the money through this else i am advocate by profession and will surely file a case against them.

        I have purchased 5 vegetable cutters through ebay, 2 nos of broken items have been sent by the seller. Then I raised a complaint through ebay guarantee and my claim is approved for Rs.800/- in mode of coupons and ebay confirmed that, with in 7 to 10 working days I will be received those coupons on my registered mail ID. But as of date I didn't receive those coupons even after end of tenth working. They didn't inform me the reason for not sending the coupons. I have a mail confirmation which is attached here, Kindly help me in this regard.

          Hi, I had purchased a car mobile holder from ebay on 18th July 2014, my PaisaPay ID is [protected].After recieving the product i found it was a sub standard and cheap quality product which could hardly cost 5 Rs, consequently i filed claim (claim iD-578729) for return of the product.My claim was addressed and ebay agreed tol refund 110% vaue voucher against my claim. It has been almost 5 months and i am still taking follow-up for my refund. This was my first shopping on ebay and i would like to say that this is the worst e-commerce website i had ever shopped on.They make people fool by selling poor product and there customer care service is more worst. You can assume while writing i had dialed there customer care no and my estimated time to connect customer care representative is 11 minutes...hats off ebay...the most worst e shop i had ever visit.

            Hi, I had purchased an item(item id[protected], paisapayid [protected]), But as the delivery date was too late I cancelled the item and raised a claim on 19th Oct, 2014, Claim ID-697746. It has been over one month, I have called ebay customer care numerous times but with no result. Everytime I call them I get a reply stating that some claim officer is looking into the claim and he will give me a call with in 24-48 Hrs, But alas no call from ebay so far. Please let me know that whether someonce called claim officer exist and is looking into my issue or is it a term framed by you guys to let the customer know that their claim will not be processed Regards, An unlucky and frustrated customer of ebay india

              Hi Team, I purchased a Power Bank on 6th Oct '14 & received on the next day. It was not Working with my Xiaomi MI3 mobile, also checked with others MI3 mobile at service center. Service center said that problem is with Power Bank not with mobile.POWER BANK IS LOCA, as service center informed me. I raised the issue & also communicated with the seller. Seller said that return that Power Bank & claim your money back from Ebay. I returned again Power Bank on 18'th Oct'14 to the seller. Receipt of couriers attached with mail. I contact with seller, confirm that he received power bank.                 Actually i bought blackberry Z10 mobile the product was not working so i have returned as ebay gurantee policy My claim ID-652548 mobile I was raised a claim on 17 sep then it was approved on 27 sep then after the 15days gone, i mean 11october a call came from customer service they informed as due to some technical problem it will take more than 15 days to release DD.then today[protected] still i didn't receive the DD again i made call to customer service they informed again technical problem again 15day's to dispatch DD.i was felt very guilty about the service.

I'm a new seller on ebay.in, have been doing good by ebay's prayers (haha), basically selling common products available in my city. but from past 1 month i have faced so many problems by ebay shipping partners. Even after calling them so many times on there helpline, even after the have read and seen the facts, they only Escalate us, but will not solve our problems. Today I sat down wrote this following email, searched internet and forums, and after finding nearly 20 email address, I sent it everyone of them, lets see who replies on it. Against the non delivery and return update by FedEx a refund has been initiated. I have called up eBay helpline about 4 times to get this sorted, the answer I got is "FedEx handler is on leave, he'll sort it as he gets back" and got escalated. 8) Blue Dart: Wrong Weight Issue SR# 1-[protected] Mailed on 26-10-14, spoke to helpline several times, no updates provided other that Escalation 9) KYC not yet update Mailed on 14-11-14, not yet updated, Called Helpline twice got escalated, not update.                       have a pending complaint since 15 days.claim id -731458 from my account nbansalss. i ordered a battery and i got a faulty mobile battery with a big dent in it that didnt fit in the mobile. on registering a complaint was being told that a coupon of 110% value of the battery wud b mailed at my email within 7-10 days.but it has been 15 days and no coupon. the coutemer care call goes on waiting for 15-20 minutes.and when they pick up they are not even there to solve the complaint rather telling you to wait for some more days.. now after 15 days custmor care tells to wait for another 10 days.never been harrased that much. contact no.[protected]

                        I am struggling to process my refund claim via Ebay, I had purchase Google nexus 5 black for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and my claim is also successfully registered on 05-Oct. It’s been more than 44 days still now I did not receive the demand draft. As per your terms and contains within 15 working days the dd will reach me. But today is the 45 day, still now I did not receive any thing even a call too. Several times I called customer service and none of them have responded me properly. All the time they say that it is escalated and will forward your call to superior, till now I say you that none of the superior have called me, some time they cut my call. The worst the worst worst. . Still now nothing is resolved. The worst experience I had. I called more than 7 times to customer service toll free but every time I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and it is escalated. If required I will give the entire reference id. I am extremely highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and their action when customers face a problem. On 17-Nov, I called (ref id 1-[protected]) one fellow informed me that my address was wrong. I don’t know how he can say that my address is wrong. I stay in POLICE QUARTERS and he is saying that my address is wrong. But when I ordered the nexus five mobile at that time alone my address was correct but when they were trying to give me the dd my address is wrong. This is ridiculous. Seriously ridiculous.                           On 02/11/14 i ordered Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) and pay Rs.4, 319.10. On 05/11/14 Order get delivered. When i open the shipment, i shocked because i got wrong product that is Touro Mobile 1TB Portable External Hard Drive. On 06/11/14 i open the eBay Guarantee Claim Saying that : - Ordered Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) but delivered wrong product that is Touro Mobile 1TB Portable External Hard Drive. Its really very bad experience for me. Kindly request you to ple refund my money. Claim ID: 736745 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Now, On 09/11/14 i got a call from ebay for Claim ID: 736745. I told him all the detail. also told ebay that seller dont send me a single vat paid bill for Manufacture Warranty. Seller dont send me a single valid document where product serial no is mention. Now, ebay told me to For the resolution of your claim, we request you to provide us with proof of Item not being as Described; Kindly send us the snapshot/images of the item in JPEG or PDF format at [protected]@ebay.com share the same images with seller also Seller Email Address :[protected]@yahoo.com. On the same day i send screenshot of the wrong product to ebay([protected]@ebay.com) as well as [protected]@yahoo.com. Now, After 09/11/14 no one from ebay or seller contact me for update till 18/11/14. On 18/11/14 i got below mention email saying that eBay Guarantee* claim - 736745 has been resolved : - Dear Nikhil, We thank you for your precious time in helping us investigate the issue you faced with your purchase. We regret to inform you that after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee* claim request. Click here for more information. Please find the details here Action : Buyer Claim request rejected by eBay Remarks : I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the claim filed by you is excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee.                               We purchased a product two years ago- october 2012 under a promotion offered by Ebay.in. In it the scheme was that if we buy products over Rs. 10, 000/- we would receive a wireless keyboard. {Paisa pay id- [protected].} Despite various follow ups and going to the Ebay appellate, no action took place. We did not receive the product. The last communication from Ebay was that the product will be delivered by January 2013. But it never arrived. Unfortunately i purchased another product from Ebay in June of 2014. {Paisa pay id [protected].} This time too they offered a promotional code. We bought items worth over 15, 000/- and we were promised a Bajaj Rice Cooker. In september they sent just a boiling saucepan, which was for products below 10, 000/-. I approached Ebay customer care and they agreed that the mistake happened and that the promotional dept. would call back and rectify the issue. This was in September. After numerous calls and talking to various agents and senior supervisors, i have not even got a call back. Today is 18 November. It has come to my notice that others are also are in the same boat and that it would would be prudent to launch a class action case against Ebay.in. I no longer care whether or not they rectify the problem, but it has wasted 2 years of my time. I was just curious how useless and inefficient they are as a company. The real fine should be imposed because of the time wasted and how difficult it is for follow up and aggravation that they caused. It should be a wake up call. Any help will be appreciated.

                                Hi, To everyone, I mean no disrespect to anyone, just need solution. I'm a new seller on ebay.in, have been doing good by eBay’s prayers (ha-ha), basically selling common products available in my city. But from past 1 month I have faced so many problems by eBay shipping partners. Even after calling them so many times on their helpline, even after the have read and seen the facts, they only Escalate us, but will not solve our problems. Today I sat down wrote this following email, searched Internet and forums, and after finding nearly 20 email address, I sent it every one of them, let’s see who replies on it. (Thanking everyone who updated these email addresses). Now I'm mailing to all the addresses I could find, please help I have sent the copies of manifest of all the shipments which have not been registered or have any issue, mailed and called many times, but apart from escalation I haven't got any other answers, please provide me any resolution if you can. Following are details and attachments 1) Aramex: PP-id [protected] AWB [protected] Buyer id p*4 SR# 1-[protected] Parcel was picked up on 30-09-14 has been registered but has still not been delivered or returned to me nor update. Spoken to eBay helpline, mailed, called to aramex helpline, to aramex pune office, to aramex pune warehouse, haven't got a proper answer yet 2) Aramex: PP-id [protected] AWB [protected] Buyer id b*0 Parcel was picked up on 31-10-14 has been registered but has still not been delivered. Spoken to eBay helpline and was update once then again blank no update after 15-11-14. 3) Dotzot: PP-id [protected] AWB[protected] Buyer id p*4 Parcel was picked up on 30-10-14 has been registered but has still not been delivered or returned to me nor updated. Called eBay helpline several time, mailed, no results. Called dotzot office, dotzot area handler, no response. 4) Dotzot: PP-id [protected] AWB[protected] Buyer id i*6 Parcel was picked up on 07-11-14 and has not been registered nor updated. Now a refund has been initiated. Called eBay helpline several time, mailed, no results. Called dotzot office, dotzot area handler, no response. 5) Dotzot: PP-id [protected] AWB[protected] Buyer id n*2 Parcel was picked up on 07-11-14 and has not been registered nor updated. Called eBay helpline several time, mailed, no results. Called dotzot office, dotzot area handler, no response. 6) Dotzot: PP-id [protected] AWB[protected] Buyer id a*j (This buyer has disturbed me by continuous mailing and putting up a negative feedback) Parcel was picked up on 07-11-14 and has not been registered nor updated. Called eBay helpline several time, mailed, no results. Called dotzot office, dotzot area handler, no response. 7) FedEx: PP-id [protected] AWB[protected] Buyer id a*2 This shipment got cancelled by system as delivery not done updated by FedEx due to some form required in that particular state, now FedEx instead of delivering it to me have sent the parcel back to buyers destination and complete the transaction, check FedEx tracking page. Against the non-delivery and return update by FedEx a refund has been initiated. I have called up eBay helpline about 4 times to get this sorted, the answer I got is "FedEx handler is on leave, he'll sort it as he gets back" and got escalated. 8) Blue Dart: Wrong Weight Issue SR# 1-[protected] Mailed on 26-10-14, spoke to helpline several times, no updates provided other that Escalation 9) KYC not yet update Mailed on 14-11-14, not yet updated, Called Helpline twice got escalated, not update. (I did not change any of my details, KYC pending mail came to me with any of my input) My Service Request not yet Solved SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected] I request you to provide me some answer, no escalations.                                   I will send the images of the outer box with out packaging. Because the product will be cover in (single chart paper). 1 .Product did not covered properly 2 . No invoice in the box 3. The order will be delay near ten days. I will call ebay toll free number .He say ( ADDRESS INCORRECT) order willbe received in two days. NO Response call again ( ADDRESS INCORRECT) ... call again( ADDRESS INCORRECT) ?

                                    Shopping with eBay has been my worst experience till date. I received a very ill fitting dress, not the same as shown in the picture at all. It was worth Rs. 3000 After opening a case, with claim Id 653490, they told me that'll receive my refund in 15-20 business days, but that was on 24th September. They took the ill fitting dress back in 2-3 days. Today is 17th November, and here i am, still fighting for my own money. I call them daily, and every time they say that I'll get a call back within next 48 hours and that my case has been 'escalated'. I'm very dissapointed with these guys. Worst customer service- minimum waiting time is 15 minutes!! And it can go upto 35 minutes no less!

                                    Just after 15-18 hours of registering the complaint, I received my dd...thanks a lot to the authorities concerned.. It was really a relief to see the demand draft...thanks again. I didn't get Amy compensation though, but that's kind of okay considering I was taking it as if I'll never get my promised sum even

                                      I bought an Acer Aspire E5-511(UN.MNYSI.006)Laptop(4thG Quad Core-2GB R-500GB HD-15.6"-W8.1 [protected] laptop with charger, but the charger is not an orginal acer laptop charger its local charger on which something written like DELTA ELECTRONICS.INC., And the ebay company & seller can't gave any response.

                                        Dear team, I had ordered one Laptop adaptor through Ebay website on 14th October vide order no. [protected]for Rs.750. I had then filed for a refund on 6th November vide claim Id- 736218 as i hadn't received a product till then .Neither the seller nor the courier ( Blue dart) people had any clue about the shipment & EBay customer care was not reachable . I didn't receive any refund & then I called the customer care on 12th November to follow up for the refund. The representative who answered the call said that I will receive the funds in my account by 14th November, but i didn't hear about the refund. I again called the customer care today, i.e. on 17th November, where the representative told me that they are investigating with the courier company about the delivery status. I was shocked to hear about it as last week I was assured that I will get my refund & today they were talking about locating the product for delivery. I then told the representative that I am no longer interested in the product & I need my refund. I also asked him to transfer me to his senior, as he was unable to give any resolution to my query. The representative put me on hold for more than 25 minutes & then disconnected the line. I again called the Ebay customer care & i got to speak to the representative after about 8 minutes (Which is a normal wait time for every call at Ebay customer care). I again asked him to transfer to his senior as he had no update/resolution. He again put me on hold for more than 20 mins & one person came introducing himself as Deepak Kumar. He said that he would call me after 24 hours & let me know about the claim status. I just told him that I will give him 20 minutes of time to revert on the claim status & that too through email or an sms, as I don't trust any verbal confirmations. I am writing this mail as I haven't heard about the claim till the time of sending this email. I would request a strict action along with some penalties, as ecommerce is growing in India & if the companies like Ebay will do such defaults, then it will be very difficult to use the this medium of commerce.
