I had ordered this phone make WIIO, model WII5, its a new company. worth 9990/- through ebay.com, listed by Abhishek Ghai 452, lane no-3, Raja Park, Jaipur 302004, ph [protected] and [protected] on 28th october 2014, received delivery but piece was damaged as its charging not working, so it was a damaged piece, i logged complaint immediately. till today evening they were keep telling me they will replace in 3 days.. but today eve i.e. 10/11/14 at 16:57pm they wrote me do take necessary action whatever you can do... do it. in writing on mail i had spend lot on internet and on phone to follow with them, i want my full money refund with interest + internet charges + phone call charges with penalty also the compensation for humiliation and mental torture which i faced in my office and in front of my kids my image was ruptured because of this phone. also my 3G recharge which is going waste without handset... [protected] on 28th October 2014, received delivery but piece was damaged as its charging not working, so it was a damaged piece, I logged complaint immediately.         Hi, I (Buyer) have purchased Nicer Dicer Vegetable Cutter(Item) 05 nos(Qty); out of 05 number 02 broken items are delivered to me. Then I have claimed for replacement on 25.10.2014, after 7days ebay has mailed and insisting me to re-ship the total 5items to the seller with my own shipping charges, later on ebay will re-imburse the shipping charges and item cost through some coupons. I am unable to re-ship the total 05 items with my own cost... which will be aroud 2-3 thousand rupees, from HYD to Delhi. I am asking to ebay arrange the re-shipment from ebay end, but they were saying they doen't have courier servcie providers in the location of delhi & hyd. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

                  Complaint for non receipt of refund for PaisaPay ID [protected] I have got a message from eBay India claims team on “30th October 2014” that my refunded has been approved for within 5 working days days back that my refund has been approved for Paisa Pay ID [protected], Item number:[protected] & will be credited in my bank account in 2-3 working days but still i have not received my refund in my bank account & when i contacted eBay India through email, phone support, Facebook post about my refund processing date & all transactions details regarding my refund they are even not bothered to reply me & solve my issue. This is just disgusting. EBay India is just playing with buyer's hard earned money. Now if i don’t get my refund in next 5 working days I’ll take legal action against eBay India for harassing a buyer. SEVERAL TIMES called them (every time have to wait for 50-60min). Every time promised will be resolved in 48 hours .but no use. E Bay customer care is the Worst I have come across .

                        I bought a product on eBay (PaisaPay ID:[protected]) this morning (eBay ID: tamilasace14).. After some hours my account got suspended for no reason and I visited the resolution center but nothing I found helpful.. So I called eBay customer care [protected] asked for the reason for the suspension of my account I waited for about 45 mins and still the customer care can not find the reason why my account got suspended and blocked and neither they helped me to get clear from this situation. Still my account is blocked and even God is not helping me to get my account removed from suspension. It really happened in my another account, guess what I have to open a new account and use it some days after that account gets blocked too and this process going on. eBay resolution center is not helping, eBay Guarantee is not helping.. And now I am finally here.

                        Why I Bought A Stealth eBay Account From Auction Essistance

                        I have been kicked from eBay 1 year ago with no chance of appeal. eBay has made it where sellers are on the losing end when it comes to disputes and any issues where buyers can take advantage.

                        Countless emails and phone calls were made to eBay to demand on why I had no appeal. I had all evidence that many of the buyers were fraudulent and ripped me off by sending me a different product back in order to prove to eBay their end was fulfilled.

                        With no success on an appeal, this was the last of it. I had no way of making money since eBay consisted over 50% of total income.

                        They left me no choice, but I had to go rogue and sell again. Whether eBay likes it or not, they created this route for their unjust ways of handling fraud towards sellers.

                        Going stealth from what is listed at Auction Essistance consists of opening another account; however, I have a business and have employees to operate these accounts whether eBay likes it or not.

                            Dear Sir It was really shocked me to see the quality of the Samsung S Duos - FLIP cover when it was purchased from eBay Online website. The product is almost looked like used piece when I opened the pack. There was lot of dust on the cover and in some places the colour was also faded. I can say the actual worth of the product should not be more than Rs.100/- (One hundred rupees only). Whereas the product which I sold me was Rs.300/- (Three hundred rupees only). It looks like a Plastic toy piece. Moreover, actually I have ordered the FLIP cover for the brand "Samsung S Duous" where as the Product which they have dispatched me was "Galaxy TREN DOUS". I have asked the "eBay.in" through mail to return back my money for delivering cheap quality & wrong product. But unfortunately there was NO response from "eBay.in". Later I have sent REMINDER for which also they have not responded. It is the minimum responsibility of a company to respond to its customer's negative Remarks but it seems "eBay.in" does not feel such responsibility. Under these circumstances, I request you to take action on the company (eBay.in) for selling low quality products with higher prices and sending wrong items.

                              Hi, I purchased a foldable almirah from ebay with PaisaPay#[protected] and received the same on 25th October. It is very low quality and not the same what I expected.I written many times to ebay and merchant as well since 25th October that I want to return the product as I was not getting any option to place the return request on ebay. I tried with chat on 4th Nov but could not get any response. I tried calling them 3 times in 7days but did not get any response after waiting of more than 25min.                                 I have ordered a multi format card reader on ebay on 16th October of 2014 for which I have already paid by my debit card through PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID: [protected]). The product was shipped from Agra on 17 Oct by Bluedart (AWB No [protected]) and as per ebay, it was to be delivered by 24 Oct whereas the courier says it would be delivered by 21 Oct. Now as a matter of fact, even 31 Oct was over I did not receive the product and when contacted Bluedart they told me that the product is still in Agra and they cannot say when it will come to Kolkata. I got reluctant and called ebay on the same day, and asked them for a refund because I was not anymore interested in the product. They filed a claim and told me that the refund will be done within 5 working days. Today is 8th November and till now the refund is not done. Whenever I am calling the customer care of ebay they are saying that they will work on this as soon as possible but they never do, thus I have lost a ransom amount on ebay for that product. Do not know what now to do. Someone please inform me.

                                  Item ID:[protected] Item Ordered: Nexus 4 battery, model: BL-T5 eBay Order ID:[protected]-[protected] eBay Order Paisa Pay ID: [protected] Order date: 13-Oct-2014 Item Received date: 15-Oct-2014 On the very same day I informed the seller that I have received a different battery (BL-T9) than that I had ordered, which is useless for me. The next day the seller called me to inform that he would ship me the correct battery and I as well assured that I would ship him the wrong battery that he has shipped. After waiting for 5 days I did not receive any battery or the information that the seller is planning to ship the correct battery. I was not even sure that the seller was even interested to ship me the correct battery that I had ordered. I raised a claim in eBay via claim ID: 703996, in this regard on 22-Oct, seeking to get the correct battery that I had ordered and paid for. The seller was given the benefit in this case, as he did ship me a battery and the claim was resolved without any resolution. The very same evening I get a call from the seller, seeking as to why I have not returned him the battery and why did I open the claim. Upon trying to explain the seller, about his side of not shipping me the correct battery, he threatened that he would now not ship me the battery or give a refund for the battery. Since this incident, I have emailed eBay twice and have even spoken to customer care, which unexpectedly informed that they cannot do anything. I have to settle this with the same fraudulent seller. I would like to formally raise this to the legal authorities seeking help to not only get this matter sorted, but also penalise eBay for spreading false and incorrect information about their so called eBay Guarantee, which exists for namesake only. In actual time of implementing the guarantee, they literally did nothing. I would like to file a PIL against ebay.in in this matter and any help would be greatly appreciated.

                                        Please read this mail sent to ebay India--- Manager ebay India your bogus false reply /email shows that you are dishonest with customers. Infect no phone call perform by you . I had already talk to your customer care about this matter on 5.11.14 at 2 PM.explain me on which number & when you make a call back to me .customer was ready for refund, he had intimated you at-once..read this reply of seller dated 2/11/14 sent to me & same was forwarded by me to you.- ""Dear shrikant94250, e_comm is requesting that you revise the original Feedback you left for Wireless USB 2.0 100m Bluetooth Adapter Dongle for PC Laptop Notebook Computer[protected]. Reason for request: The seller was able to resolve a problem you had with this transaction. Message from the seller: i am ready to refund and sorry for inconvenience cause to you thanks This request will be open until 11-November-2014. Please respond to the seller by clicking the Accept request or Decline requested."" This is a case of cheating by you & offence U/S 420 IPC .On Monday 10 Nov. I will file FIR at Damoh city Police Station against ebay India Company .you have adapted a very clever idea to gain illegal profit & embezzlement of money .In this manner you can close any claim of customer saying that phone call was not attend by you??please note that no question of amount is important but your dishonest intention is very dangerous to customers .Now I will alert to customers through face book & Tweeter.Now I will Never buy any thing from ebay.you can take any legal action against me.This is not an threatening, I will do it .
