Dear Team This has reference to the product we ordered a HEAD SET last month, while upon receipt the product recd had mismatch, immdly called the dealer ( E NATURE ) and informed the same, while he is telling to inform EBAY about this mismatch Called EBAY customer care and informed the whole story to cs executive and he gave a claim Id 696140 and told 110% one time coupen code will be issued in 7 working days, but till today. almost 45 days have gone, still we have not recd the 110% one time coupen code nor the correct product. In the meantime, we have called your customer care, but seems there is no concrete reply from them.     Hi, I have ordered a pair of shoes and seller has shipped the same, but due to out of delivery area the package has sent back to seller. Then i raise a claim but now it has been 10 days no status has been received from ebay for my claim and for my refund amount. When i tried contacting customer service no answer, and when i tried mailing them again no answer and still i tried the third option chatting with an agent, i waited for around 2 hrs. and then my turn arrives, and when i ask them to check the status of my claim and when i have given the claim number agent said to wait i am checking details and suddenly she exit the chat box and the chat again says to wait for 1 hour your queue num is 164.

      Dear Sir/Ma’am, I purchased a new mobile Sony Xperia Z1 on ebay.The product name given on website ebay.in is Deal 40: New Imported Sony Xperia Z1 white 1 year Seller Warranty (Hardware & Software. But the product which I got had a serious problem.The mobile was not charging but sometimes its charge when the phone was switch off.I complained both the ebay cusotmer care team as well as the seller (Seller name is SARF TRADING Chennai) on the ebay.in. ebay told me to reship the complete item back to the seller. I did the same and reshipped the item back to the seller and provide them the shipment proof copy. But after that neither ebay nor the seller is responding to my communication. The seller doesn’t even pickup my call. The ebay customer care takes around half an hour to pick the call but doesn’t give any positive response. It has been around 20 days since I am having this problem. Everyday I need to spend more than 2 hours to know the status of the resolution but nobody is interested in my complaint. I am mentally frustrated with ebay and the seller on the ebay.I would like to replace my mobile, if not possible then return my old phone back to my address, i will handel it myself. This is the first time I am buying from ebay, I request you to please escalate this process and give me the resolution as soon as possible.         My paisa pay id:[protected] Refund has processed on 5th Nov . Yet not amount has credited in my bank account. I have tried many times to eBay India customer care. No one take my request to high priority. Seriously i depressed by eBay. Its the gentle remainder to eBay India.

          I cannot believe that an e-commerce site which is doing business now in a faster way in our country, can be so happy only by stealing a sum of 250 Rs. This is with respect to the order of a card reader that I placed on ebay on 16.10.2014 and paid it advance with my debit card through PaisaPay (ID: [protected]). This is the my very first order on ebay, which they shipped on 17 October through bluedart courier service via AWB no [protected]. Everything was good until when even after 31 October I didn't receive it, though the estimated date was October 24. Since that day I have been calling both bluedart and ebay constantly, and all the time they had been saying that they would make the arrangement asap. I contacted the seller, he asked me to contact ebay. I contacted ebay, they asked me to contact bluedart. I called bluedart and they know nothing. Still even on 5 November, I found that my order is still in Agra where from it was shipped and no idea whether it will come here or not. Then I filed an ebay claim, against which they gave feedback that my sum would be refunded within 5 working days. Even after that, I have received neither the product nor the refund. When I'm calling ebay, the customer care executive keeps me on hold for more than 15-20minutes and finally I hang up being disgusted. So I have lost all the hope of getting the product or the refund. I understand that ebay has become very rich by stealing 250 Rs only. However from now on, I will strongly suggest everyone, my friends and acquaintances not to buy anything from ebay. This is a suggestion for those who're reading this note too. EBAY IS A JUST THIEF WITH A GOOD NAME.

            Today i have made payment for a product on ebay through mobikwik and transaction was comleted by the transaction merchant but when the page is redirected to ebay page a message pop out that your transacyion wad failed but even though payment amount was deducted fr my mobikwik wallet balance.               Hello i want to make a complaint against ebay india, i had purchesed one mapmyindia from ebay..i feel dat item is used n even i dont like the product since the item is not user friendly so i asked for return...they said this is nt valid reson for return, i dont know why...but i know other sites they return the item within 10 days what ever reson it may be, ebay india is very very poor service..if the item is sold then there duty is over, amazon, snapdeal they took seriously . ...its my personal experience . ...ebay customer service also very very poor to speak to customer care i waited for 20 min.                 Claim ID:668518 Date claim opened:[protected] I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller. all recipt maild you, Customer service officer told me it will be resolved within a week. and now a month has been passed an still no further action taken from ebay side. i followed many times and all times customer service office answered you will be reciving email or phone call in next 24 hours (Reference numbers : 1-[protected], 1-[protected]). I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes months to process the refund. This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, today also

Today I want to get to the notice besides enlighten all readers TO BE AWARE of EBAY and its IRRESPONSIBLE Customer care for its WORST EVER PRACTICES which is pushing budding sellers business into jeopardy. I wish readers of this review to take a look at this review and post your valuable views impartially. I’m NOT a serious ebay seller when I started off with my MY FIRST ITEM(on 20th Oct 2014) on Ebay which is a spare BRAND NEW BOXED UNTAMPERED(Spigen® Neo Hybrid Case+ Jelly Bean Button 3EA for Samsung Galaxy S4) which I’ve bought a year ago on Amazon.uk and was laying idle in my cupboard! I kicked off with my first listing with this item and sold away for 1999/- with FREE shipping at a loss of 900/- though I bought the item for When S4 was released got it for around £29(2900/-) on amazon UK and now sold it for 1999/- with ebay charges of 145+ 50(Shipping). I shipped the item Via Speed Post on 27th Oct 2014 with Tracking ID: EN[protected]IN and as a precautionary measure, taken photograph of the SEALED BOX anticipating any kind of misfortune as it was my FIRST TRANSACTION. I was very happy with my first transaction for couple of days and from then on started to think seriously to take up ebay selling as my Secondary Source of income and now you could see 3 listings with 4 items already sold and shipped with 3 watchers in last 10 days! That is me and that is where I stand! And now, in this happy mood, I received an email after couple of days from my 1st the buyer with a subject on email as “I received an item that wasn't as described” in short according to the buyer, he says the item is missing and he did not find the spigen hybrid case & screen guard inside the box BUT just the jelly bean buttons! I replied him as follows: Firstly, I'm NOT a PROFESSIONAL seller; this is my FIRST transaction as a seller. I'm here on ebay to do pleasant transactions. It is a SEALED BRAND NEW UNTAMPERED BOXED ITEM which I've taken photograph before shipping the item as a precautionary measure. The back of the box clearly says, the BOX includes: 1. Neo Hybrid case 1set 2. Jelly Bean Button 1 set and others with a SEAL/Sticker covering till the bottom by spigen. So NO chance to see what is under the sticker seal. The Back of the box clearly shows what are included. When the SEAL is UNTAMPERED in MINT condition, HOW will the contents go missing?! Are you kidding? Did you open the box or someone else opened it for you? When the BOX is UNTAMPERED with all 4 sides with SPIGEN Company seal, there is NO WAY the item goes MISSING! Please proceed with Ebay Complaint procedure and ebay will deal with all of these looking at the facts! 2 days later ie on 6th Nov 2014, the buyer sent a claim message stating the item is NOT received at his end. I’ve immediately, emailed and Sent messages Via Ebay Website, as follows: The buyer is CLEARLY MISUSING BUYER PROTECTION. The Item I've sent is SEALED BRAND NEW UNTAMPERED BOXED ITEM which I've taken photograph before shipping the item as a precautionary measure. When the SEAL is UNTAMPERED in MINT condition HOW will the contents go missing?! Is it believable? When the BOX is UNTAMPERED with all 4 sides with SPIGEN Company seal, there is NO WAY the item goes MISSING! THIS BUYER(jani_al) is a trying to CHEAT and SIMPLY LYING. It was my mistake NOT to ship the item for a buyer who has NOT BEEN RATED yet with a feedback. FYI, Buyer(jani_al) has NO rating(ZERO+ve Feedback) for his ID. I’ve faith on the Ebay resolution procedure and I want my hard earned money! I'm here on ebay to do pleasant transactions. HE HAS RATED me with FIRST -ve rating and damaged my budding business reputation. I appeal ebay to reverse the rating action and do control these kinds of cheats by castigating from Ebay! This buyer has nothing to lose with Zero(0) rating but I'm at loss! From few days, I’ve lost many potential buyers, who bought item from other sellers after this –ve FEEDBACK! NO REPLIES RECEIVED from 6th Till 11th Nov 2014. I’ve given another email on 11th Nov 2014 and as usual I received an automated message as “We will get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs” Finally, an automated message received on my email as “Buyers refund approved!” On 12th Nov 2104 I contacted Ebay on their toll free telephone line and spoke to Ebay Seller Care(Ms. Shikha, Sellers Dept.) Shocking revelation by Ms.Shikha : Ebay Claim Adjuster has NOT looked into the emails or messages sent by me by the time he has taken the decision. By the end of the call, she said she will manually message the concerned team to HOLD THE FUNDS of the Buyer! Felt happy and hanged down the telephone! No one contacted me so far for the redressal regarding the Claim raised by buyer against even after 48 hrs! 2nd Contact on 14th Nov 2014 at 11:51Am with Prakash(Sellers Dept.). Here comes a fool with no knowledge about the functioning of ebay To me this FUKR seemed more like a liability to ebay rather than AN ASSET in any angle! He argued with me saying WHY DIDN'T I CONTACT EBAY ON TELEPHONE LINE instead of sending emails or messages via Ebay Webpage contact us page! I said, I'm fed up calling your ebay as every time I contacted, your lines got automatically disconnected saying, huge volumes of calls are being handled by the ebay care so left me waiting in the queue and after sometime disconnected automatically! So, this made me to write an email. This dumb kept on arguing that because I've NOT contacted ebay via a TELEPHONE LINE the REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED! A PRACTICAL JOKE OF THE CENTURY! I was surprised and asked him is there anywhere on the Ebay help pages saying the ONLY MODE OF CONTACT TO EBAY IS VIA TELEPHONE LINE? He has NO ANSWER and kept on singing like a parrot the same phrase “I've NOT contacted ebay via a TELEPHONE LINE so, the REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED!” I asked him are the email ID's [protected]@ebay.com, [protected]@ebay.com, [protected]@ebay.in are UNMANNED MAILBOXES? If they are NOT UNMANNED MAILBOXES, Why are my emails NOT read by the claim adjuster to know the facts! He has NO ANSWER! I asked him why ebay has NOT contacted me while taking a decision on my money explaining the circumstances that has driven Ebay to such a judgment. He has NO ANSWER! He said repeatedly he can do nothing in this! I asked him if he can do nothing, I want to speak to your superior. He said He will ask the previous colleague Shikha to talk to me and said he will transfer the call and simply disconnected after 10 minutes! That is Ebay for you Folks! An Escapist company! I called for the 2nd time, Spoke to Mr. Anand(Sellers Dept) after 20 mins. He suspiciously asked me different set of security questions no one asked me before as if he knows the whole story from his colleagues, but finally, after brief conversation and many HOLDS in the call offered me saying the Claim Adjuster assured him that he will give me a call back by evening! He also said claim adjuster is busy so cant right away call me now so asked me to understand the situation. I thanked him and ended the call, BUT NO HOPE of receiving the call but will wait keeping fingers crossed! UPDATE : As ANTICIPATED, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM THE Ebay Claim Adjuster. This seems like a ploy by Mr. Anand and previous colleagues to end the call and escape for the day! An interesting thing told by Mr. Anand(Sellers Dept.) is that Ebay has contacted the BUYER on 11th Nov 2014. I’m wondering the disputed item is mine, I've lost my money, Item, Shipping charges, Ebay listing fee, Time etc BUT ebay has time to contact buyer BUT NOT SELLER? Is this fair enough to take a decision without consulting both the parties?! Conclusion: Why we(Sellers) are made victims if the fault is CLEARLY yours(EBAY INDIA)? If the claim adjustor has NOT seen the documents I've produced by the time he has taken the decision, is it sellers fault? Is it NOT GROSS NEGLIGENCE? Is it not Ebay's(Mediator's) responsibility to explain the circumstances which has driven ebay to such a judgement to approve claim?! In reply to every message of mine, I received a confirmation email “Thanks for your email - we'll get back to you soon” Is this NOT enough proof that I contacted ebay?! How could Ebay claim I never contacted if I've contacted these many times?! Is this NOT enough to STOP/HOLD REFUND? Is this NOT irresponsible behavior of ebay? We(sellers) TRUST EBAY and you take decisions on your own without looking at the facts presented on our behalf? How can Ebay distribute our hard earned money to Cheats and liars?! Is this NOT entertaining Cheats? If Ebay has no time to look into the facts how appropriate or worthy is Ebay TO JUDGE Claims? A. What happened to Ebay Guarantee, Ebay Seller Protection etc are all these FALSE PROMOTIONS from Ebay to lure poor sellers like us?! B. If you are ONLY PROTECTING THE CHEATS who misuses the Ebay Buyer Protection who will Protect SELLERS like us from them? C. How could ebay directly send a message for refund approval without letting both the parties why ebay has come to such a conclusion to REFUND THE MONEY TO BUYER? Is it NOT Ebay’s responsibility to explain the circumstances which has driven ebay to such a judgement?! D. If Buyers of this kind go on claiming for refunds one after the other or try to threaten sellers looking at the negative feedbacks will you keep on distributing our hard earned money every time because you hold our money with you!? Is this what seller protection is all about?! PLIGHT of a DISGUSTED Ebay Seller!

                    I am a seller on ebay.in In the bank registration of ebay.in, they have not updated their bank list. My bank is STATE BANK OF INDIA and previously it was STATE BANK OF INDORE which got merged into STATE BANK OF INDIA. Now, if i select STATE BANK OF INDIA, the details do not match. If i select STATE BANK OF INDORE, the details of my branch match but the MICR CODE AND IFSC code do not match with the ones which are today. Because of this i am not able to receive even a single penny since last approx 3 months from ebay.in I have followed upon the issue and also issued them a bank statement which has my present MICR AND IFSC codes mentioned on them but they have no solution. I have also given option to pay me by cheque or DD, but there is no response. ATTACHED HERE : CHEQUE SLIP WHICH PROVIDES CORRECT DETAILS OF IFSC CODE, MICR CODE.

                      Dear Team, This is sunil yadav.i purchased a mobile from EBAY.IN.my paisa pay id is [protected] panasonic p31 through online on 25th june for which i got a delivery on 30th june. i started using the product which was working very much fine.after 35days i got a problem with the Touchpad issue. I handed over the phone to panasonic service center nearby me Global telecom.they took the phone and told will be done in 15days, after 15days it went to 18, 21, 24, 28, 35 days and so on.. after having a conversation with them they told as the part is not avaiable so it will take more days. I took the mobile from them and nothing was done.after couple of days i got a DOA. I need a REPLACEMENT now. kindly assist me.my DOA details are as follows.                         I've Purchased an Item PaisaPay ID:[protected] on 10/21/2014 and Seller didn't ship Item within Deadline and Refund was Initiated automatically on 10/15/2014 and last date for approval was 10/21/2014 but on the same day they put my refund on hold and then again i called them 10-15 Times then on 10/28/2014 i got text that your refund has been approved and you can see it in your Bank. But its 11/11/2014 till yet i didn't get any refund am trying to connect to Coustmer Support they just say that you'll receive a call till Evening But i didn't get any Call. This is Totally Fraud . I Just Need my 700/- back ASAP.

                          Hi Team, I bought a Sony T2 Ultra bumper case of golden color for 780 INR Payment was made by credit card. The product I got was of silver color and damaged from right top corner. I tried to contact the executive they told me to reship the product to seller's address and send us the bill of shipment I did the same. Then after I am trying to get back to them as my money has not been transferred. Then I wrote a mail to '[protected]@ebay.com' the ID and I got the auto generated mail that we will get back to you in next 48 hours I didn't got any response, again I put a gentle reminder to them but same happened again. Date of order 10/12/2014 [Around] Date of product when I got 10/17/2014 [Around] Date of raising the issue 10/19/2014 [Around] No Response came till the date. Note : I am trying to call them from last two weeks my call is being put on hold for 10 / 20 / 30 / 40/ minutes and so on. Please suggest what to do. vikash jha [[protected]]

                            Hi I have bought a NEW MAGIC MOP FAST SPINDRY WRINGER 2 MOP HEADS FAST SHIPPING[protected] from ebay for rs.832 paid through coupon code of 700 and remaining amount by payback points..and the payment is approved. The seller also shipped the item and gave me the bluedart tracking number. But the status shows the same. When I contact them thy ask me to contact ebay.but not able to reach ebay so raised a claim but still no response.i have got the coupon as claim for my previous purchase which I paid.                             After posting this complaint i have got a call from unknown person from the number[protected] staing that he is from ebay and will give refund for the complaint. But stupid he is asking for my debit card number and details of my bank to give the refund. I know he is a fraud how come he can refund by using my card details.when i said i ll inform give his details to police he cut the call. Please be aware.

                                      I perchased a mobile model gionee M2 from ebay.in on 27-09-14 through seller SANGEETA MOBILES, Bengaluru.After one week I am facing problem with the mobile.It is not getting on. I contected ebay as well as seller in this regard but I did not get proper response.Ebay is demanding letter from service center but service center is not providing the letter, saying that they provide letter within a week only.Please arrange to resolve my problem.                                         I purchased Philips DSP 2600 5.1 Home Theatre from ebay.com on 24th of October 2014 id no [protected] was conveyed to me. The pre payment of the product was made. The material was received to me on 03.11.2014 having following defects:- 1. The material was old and not new its internal packing was not there. 2. The Material was manufactured on December 2012. 3. The Material was received without any bill. I raised a claim on the same day and Claim ID 731008 was conveyed to me. ebay write me on 07.11.2011 to dispatch the material back to the supplier through recognized courier. I had to spend Rs.600 to send the parcel to Andhra Pradesh through DTDC and had to waste my precious time. EBAY told me that it will send coupons to me in lieu of my Shipping Charges of Rs.600/- but after this experience i am not interested in products offered by EBAY. I want my whole money back with penalty for harassment.
