    sir i ordered apple i phone 5 from ebay on 18 oct 2014..but till now i haven 't received my phone..the expected delivery date was 27 oct..whenever i try to contact customer support, they are never available..i have paid a huge amount as i trusted ebay..but i think i was wrong..its no way that so many days are passed and i am getting no response.i have tried at my paisa pay also but that is also useless.i went to the courier office(blue dart delhi hub office) also but from there also i did not get any satisfactory answer..i hope i will get my phone as soon as possible...if ebay cannot send my phone then atleast give my money back...so many days are passed and i am not getting any satisfactory answer .my order details are- Brand New Factory Unlocked Apple iPhone 5 16 GB (WHITE) + FREE TOUGH ARMOR CA!       I purchased an item Spy Pen Camera at eBay.in by paying through paisapay id:[protected].item no:[protected], seller id:punastore.The seller has sent me empty box with no pen inside.The box was having only USB cable and manual inside, but no pen.I opened a claim at ebay 718309, but they closed the claim without resolution.TheyThey are saying I have not provided enough proof.I have provide them pictures of empty box.I want my money back.This kind of fraud sellers eBay have.Seller is not receiving my calls.his no is[protected].

        I would like to raise a compalint that I selected Spray Mint-ICY MINT-175 sprays of instant long lasting 0 Calorie Mouth Freshener item 2Pcs i paid total RS 190 (Including shimpment charges) through SBI online banking. Reference number ASBI[protected]IG00DFQRN3 TRANSFER TO[protected]. After payment i didn't receive payment confirmation or order number from ebay. Even i didn't receive a single mail about my order and its not listed in purchased history in profile. I felt its a system mistake. Seller is TARAKESWAR, WEST BENGAL, India. Please take needful action and try to deliver my items as soon as possible.Awaiting for your positive response.

          I ordered "Eagle Electric Instant Roti Maker Non Stick Coated " received an empty box with and when complained via ebay guarantee they said to contact india post via which item was shipped and closed the complain post that they never replied . I lost around 1100 plus 2 days of my salary in running to India post and its officials . this is very rude behaviour and as a consumer i have been cheated by these robbers.

            Sir, I have purchased HP ENVY M6 laptop by eBay.in on 11 oct 2014. My paisapay id has been rejected on 13 oct 2014. According to rules the rejected payment has been recieve in 6-8 days but my payment is stuck from 20 days.there is no action on refund or any mail from ebay.in. I Have contacted eBay customer support several time .Every time they are telling " we are working on it ".               Dear Sir, I am a seller on Ebay since September. I have sold many products since then on Ebay. My PaisaPay account was put on hold on 2nd October for KYC reasons and I had provided the KYC the same day but I had to call multiple times to customer care to get it activated which was finally done on 10th October, 2014. But on 13th October again my Paisa Pay account was put on hold with reasons- ‘Others’. I called the customer care multiple times since then but my problems is still not resolved. I called the customer care/supervisor the following days: 14th October, 2014- Asked them to resolve the issue. Customer care representative told me it is because of claims issue, but I told them that all claims are settled. He checked and said that it will be resolved in 3-4 days. 19th October, 2014- Customer care representative said that it is still being resolved, wait for 3-4 days and gave a service request number 1-[protected] 25th October, 2014, customer care said that it is being resolved. Asked him to transfer to the supervisor. Supervisor told me that it is not because of claims. There is some technical issue with ebay. Please wait for 72 hours and confirmed to resolve. 30th October, 2014- Called again and asked to give it to the supervisor who refused and transfer it to another department and again it was transferred to some other departments every time explaining them the same issue. Prakash Khelge customer care representative gave a service request number 1-[protected] and told to wait another 3-4 days. Around Rs. 27000 is stuck with E-bay and they are not remitting it to my account. This is pure harassment from Ebay. Please get it resolved asap. I have already stopped selling through Ebay after this bad experience and now selling through Snapdeal and amazon. Please take appropriate action immediately before I am forced to take legal action My Ebay User ID is Jocus1234

                  I ordered an iphone 6 from this site on 20th of october and the product has not been dispatched yet the seller customer service is pathetic tjhey dont know how to talk the customers they are just telling that the product would be shipped soon etc but on the other hand they say that there is an stock issue of the product if they do not have the stock with them then how can they take so many orders and whole money from the customers. The seller is theelectronic store. Please look into the matter asap

                    i have purchased Micromax canvas Nitro A310 from ebay.in @11697 on 29th september 2014, i got this phone on 1st october 2014, after that on 25th october 2014, my phone's touch screen suddenly not working, i ask ebay.in's cutomer care about it, i filed complain against ebay.in's 30 days replacement / refund guarantee, they registered complain but after 6 days, they told me that your replacement / refund request is rejected. now my phone is not in working condition, my claim ID is " 712677 ".                       Sir, I have demand for luminous inverter from r3 enterprises, chennai through ebay. I have already paid my amount through net banking on demanding the same (prepaid). But inverter has been received through speed post in broken condition. Accordingly I have contact to seller R3 Enterprises, Chennai and return the same next day through speed post. Now seller says that the item not replace and he also says you will be repair from market. The item is in warranty as per sellers advertisement on ebay. He is lier and chitter.                         Sir, I had purchase a htc desire 616 dual sim mobile from ebay.in on 18 oct 2014. For that i had pay an amount of 11, 600/= to ebay via icic account which paisa pay id is [protected]. After that seller contact me and ask about colour choice, but at night ebay send a mail that seller deny to sell the product. When i oppose about that on customer care centre they deny to deliver that product but till now i could now get any product or not get my refund.

                          it seems EBay is least bothered about their customers, it’s been more than 10 days i registered my complaint with EBay (Claim ID:706544, PaisaPay ID:[protected], Item number:[protected] reason product is damaged from inside, ) but did not got any response till now, i want resolution in next 48 hours else, I will file a case in CONSUMER COURT for charging money on fake goods, so that no other customers gets punishment for buying goods from eBay and i will discontinue my shopping in future from ebay more over i will discourage my friends and everybody not to use ebay for shoppoing and will share all this on all social networking websites. i will forward this mail to all media house at below mentioned e-mail id's and will share my whole experience with them And i will register FIR against the EBay India Pvt Ltd, R-TECH Park, western Express Highway, Goregaon(East)Mumbai, Dist-Maharasgtra 400063 for fraud and for exploiting/Harassing the customers, if i will not get positive response this time will sure go to consumer court and will send this chain mail to media houses and the High authority of EBAY sitting in USA & UK.                               I have purchased on T shirt cost of Rs.799 of Chennai super kings via ebay portal. subsequently i got invoice and courier details in a day or two. While track on 15/10/2014 it was reached to kolkatta. Later, there is no response and my ordered item not reached to paradeep. Later I registered complaint via paisa pay which of ebay portal and there is no response. later I spoke to customer care wherein they asked all security question but they are not giving proper response. Today I tried toll free number and i got reply that your waiting time is approximately 23 min / 15 min ...etc., As we are in working environment iit is not possible to wait not more than 5 min. please note my order number of ebay...[protected]. my concern is at least they must respond to our query. still they did not have any concern about customers whether the item reached to customer or not. kindly resolve and help in this regard.                               10 days over. still there is no response. i never seen such type of response compare to other online purchases. please note that you can not cheat customers for a long time. if you exceeds the limits you may have to face the severe consequence in future. honestly either refund the money or else send the t shirt.

                                  Hi, I am Manish from Delhi. I have purchased mobile flip cover of Moto E XT1022 from eBay India on 6/10/2014. I item has been delivered to me at my home. After that when I put the cover on the mobile, it is not touching the screen properly & remain open (photo Attached). I have filled a claim with eBay India on 14/10/2014 (claim no. 687834). Reason being given for the claim is ITEM NOT WORKING & requested for a replacement. On the next day i.e. 15/10/2014, I have received a mail from them in which they told me that provided phone number is not reachable &requested me to provide an alternate number along with more details on my concern with the purchased item. For easy identification of the problem, I have attached a photo along with alternate number on the same day. After waiting for 3 days for their response, I again send them a mail requesting for refund if the matter not resolved. Then, on 21/10/2014, I have received a mail from them saying that they have rejected my claim on the reason that I have not responded to their mail on 15/10/2014 & time limit of resolving a claim is 48 hrs which is over now. In response to their mail, I have said that your point of not replying to their mail is absolutely correct as I have already replied on 15th & then again sent a mail to u on 19th as u have not responded back & requested them again to resolve my claim at the earliest.                                     I have pay rupee 43955 for purchase sony xperia z3 but i have received unbranded unworking power bank after that i file a claim id 694245 but my claim is rejected due to suspend my ebay account. I don't know why my account is suspended. Now ebay india not refunding my money 43955.

The same has been delivered on 28.10.2014.then open the seal the TV can not run.The seller Shrisaiwireless has not sent warrenty card, bill of TV, Guide book.Then i conntacted over help line, but no answar has been receive after calling 2 hours.ebay warrenty has also not responding. you are requested to exechange or return the TV immediatly.

                                        Hi, I placed an order with ebay and the very next day I called ebay to cancel my order as I do not want that order to be processed. I called customer care, after staying on call for approximately 50 minutes, the executive told me that they cannot cancel the order and I have to contact seller for the same. They gave me the seller information like phone number and email address. I contacted the seller multiple times and his phone number was switched off and till now its switched off and then I contacted the seller by email and he responded me back with the ebay customer care number to contact ebay support .They I called again ebay customer care by phone and told them that seller is not responding, they said they cannot do anything and hung up the call. I contacted them via chat support and they hung on me without my permission and ended the chat . This is the worst customer experience I have ever got . If customer has placed an order online from my website, that website should take the responsibility of the cancellation and refunds...
