Claim ID : 697828 PaisaPay ID : [protected] Ptoduct: Excellent Quality Back Cover Soft Silicon Case For MICROMAX A190 CANVAS HD PLUS[Purple] This product is booked on 10/10/2014, and product is already out for delivery from kolkata...on 14/10/2014 by bluedart and its estimated delivery time is 19/10/2014...but the product is not yet deliver...i also contacted ebay, blue dart as well as seller...but no information have been got regarding the delivery...always got replied from them that...product will deliver next evening...i also raise a claim on ebay guarantee but no call or msgs received from ebay... One of most harrashing experience which i face with ebay and his worst courier company bluedart...niether product is received nor refund is granted... i made so many complain on ebay...by email as well as..by call... but no one replied me or give the correct information regarding this issue... i want my refund with in 2 day...otherwise i will raise my comolain on consumer forum...

    We received a damaged piece of Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 from ebay on 15th oct 2014.Same day we logged a complaint with ebay.They asked us to send the photographs of damaged product which we did, but since then they are delaying the refund of product saying we are in process and complaint is with claims department and we will receive a call within 24-48 hrs.But no call comes from ebay customer care or claims dept. of ebay and then if we call the customer care again, we again get the same answer.No one is sharing the contact details of claims dept. which is taking care of the complaint. Our claim id is 690842.

      Dear Sir, I am writing to you with great hopes since I have tried all other options and havent got a just response till now. I hope you will take a just decision considering the difficulties and hopelessness of buyers in cases of E Retailing (online shopping) if there genuine problems are not addressed properly. There is a serious goo[censored]p here. I had ordered a Sony DSC W 830 camera on 10/11 Oct 14 night ( PaisaPay ID : [protected] Item no[protected] through Seller: Member id estore0913. I also requested the seller to dispatch only the black colour since there was no provision of selecting the colour was available on site and the seller had clearly stated that buyer should specify the colour after ordering. I immediately called the seller on phone and clearly requested him to dispatch only the black colour. I also forwarded a mail to him for the same. Thereafter in evening I again called him up and the seller informed that the black colour only has been dispatched. On 17th Oct I saw the status of the item as "held up in TP" so I contacted both Blue Dart as well as eBay. eBay customer care asked me to wait till 21 Oct since the item is likely to be delivered by 21 Oct 14. But when Blue Dart seemed to have misplaced the item in transit, and could not reply to where the item was, on 21 Oct 14 I cancelled the order and requested for refund (Claim ID : 703617). Then after confirming from eBay customer care contact no that the order has been cancelled since the item could not be delivered by 21 Oct 14, (the date given by ebay for delivery), I again ordered the same camera from other seller (seller : camyzone.in, PaisaPay ID [protected] Item[protected] on 21 Oct 14. I requested this seller also to dispatch black colour camera only. Mr Navneet Khurana (the second seller ie. Camyzone.in) informed that the item is little delayed because of Blue Dart courier. I casually informed him also how one of my previous item was misplaced by Blue Dart. Yesterday, ie. On 27 Oct 14, I received the Sony DSC W830 Camera and since I had already cancelled my previous order, I assumed it to be the new order delivery and my wife accepted the courier. The camera was of silver colour and not of black colour as I had requested both the times. Since the item was of silver colour, I didn’t even open the item which is lying in sealed condition. Today, I received the email stating that my Claim ID : 703617 has been resolved since the item has been delivered. That is funny. Why should the item be delivered against the order that has been cancelled by me. I had informed Blue Dart also. And secondly, when the item was not delivered in time, why was my order kept open for over 6 days and then when I made one mistake of accepting wrong order because of confusion of the same item and the same courier, it was immediately closed. And then why is the provision of reporting an issue again disabled? Even if the first issue of not delivering the item is closed because of my accepting the item, what happens if there are some other issues with the item received? The item is of different colour than the one requested and no body seems to be helping me on that. I tried to chat online with your staff but they plainly said cooperate with the seller. I told him that the seller is picking the phone but he said send email to him then and he shall reply within 24-48 hours. Well if he is not picking phone only then emailing would make me loose another two days. Sir, I dont want to keep this item since it is of silver colour whereas I had requested for Black colour. Please get this item picked up and refund my amount against the older order ie PaisaPay ID : [protected] or alternatively get the item changed by black colour item (should be in sealed condition) at the earliest. PS: -I wish to bring out here that it is wrong to make the buyer completely accountable and the seller as well as eBay or even the courier should not be held accountable for anything. The item was not delivered in time nobody accountable. The order was not formally cancelled even in six days and nobody is held accountable. Different colour camera was supplied despite my clear request on phone and still nobody is held accountable. Even if the seller was dispatching silver colour he did not even feel the need to inform me despite me giving him y cell no, and nobody is held accountable. Then I make one mistake of accepting an order without checking whether its old or new order and immediately things get going and my pending cancellation order is closed and the deal is sealed without even a chance for to take up any new issues if there are any. What if on opening I find the camera to be defective? I just don’t have a chance to even report the matter. Frankly sir, I have been doing lot of online shopping through Amazon India, Flipcart and SnapDeal till recently. I always thought ebay was only for second help items auctioning and that is why I never tried it. But a few months back one of my friends informed that eBay also has new items though he warned me that the services are not so good. But despite that I tried ebay and my experiences have been very fine except little slow delivery. But this time I feel let down. E Retials don’t work with such one sided approach since the buyers are equally important if not more and hence a balance judicial approach needs ot be taken. Finally, I request you to inform me of your decision at the earliest so that I can accordingly inform the seller of the next order since I don't want to land up with two cameras and also don't want the seller to go through trouble.         My order number on ebay.com i Order Placn :[protected]:40 Its Been 23 Days.Even Then There Is No Action on Refund Or Any Mails From e bay.com . I Have contacted ebay customer support several time .Every time they are telling " we are working on it ".But on ebay sites its says estimated delivery date 30 October (First it was 15, then 18, 24 ).They are not updating it with courier site details as courier site says its return back to snapdeal.com.And they are not taking any action on my refund even after receiving the item on snapdeal. Following Are My Requesting Numbers #10509561 # 10518114 #10571733 #10571747 etc . . . I have called 6 times and mailed several times Even Then There Is No Serious Action From e bay.com . My Request Please update ebay order status. Please refund the amount

          Hi team, I ordered a sony cp-f10l universal 10000 mah usb extended battery pack power bank in silver which cost me rs1449. Since it was a COD order i paid for the product and then when i opened it at my home i found the powerbank was damaged and its not working at all.please help me with this problem because i dont have account in ebay i signed in as a guest user.             Ebay put my remittance on hold on 2 oct 2014 complainig that they cannot track the delivery status online. Although no compalint was made from customer side. They did it themselves. Plus I have submitted many proof of delivery but they are not repling. Even customer received the product and provided me with positive feedback.

                I have purchased a Nokia Lumia 530 on EMI basis from Ebay order no. [protected], but on expected last delivery date ebay informed that they can not supply the said mobile. In the meantime bank has fixed EMI and charged interest on it. Now bank has reversed EMI, but not interest. Please refund interest amount charged by bank on unmatured deal.

                  Do not buy products from EBAY.IN - They are fraud: I recently purchased Linksys Cisco X1000 N300 Wireless Router With ADSL2+ Modem from EBAY. Ebay advertises and assures it customers that they will refund or replace the product if a claim is raised against it for any fault. I received this product DEAD and raised a claim with EBAY. After 7 days I received a call today from TARIQ who said EBAY is rejecting the CLAIM since it is in Manufacturers Warranty and I should run to the service station of the manufacturer to sort this issue and EBAY will not REFUND. THIS IS FRAUD and absolute BAD service. Customers beware of EBAY policy - unlike other portals like Flipkart/Amazon who will immediately replace a FAULTY/DEAD product - EBAY washes its hands off. I am going to file a complaint with customer redressal for deficiency in service.

                        I purchased a LED TV from ebay and they delivered the same on 17 Oct 2014 but still no one came for installation or demo. When I try contacting the ebay customer care center no one was available and the call was kept on hold for more than 20 min. Please help to get my query resolved.

                            I had purchase a mobile phone Q-10 on 6th October 14. I received the same on 8th of October. When i open the box it has been seen that no invoice copy and when i entered sim card it is not working, then i contracted to my service provided vodafone store kankurgachi (Kolkata), they told us sir, this set cant work in india, you please contract blackebrry service centre. Theirafter i contracted to Importer com from whose address i received the set, he had not pick up the phone and send a message How it? Thereafter i visited to blackberry store they asked bill copy, that i was unable to provide them, They also told that this set is looked, u can contract ebay. I lodged a complain to ebay, they were not listening me properly and rejected my complain.My complain id was 679699. My paisa pay id is [protected]. theirafter i write a mail to ebay grievance deptt they, contacted me on 23.10.2014 at 4.35 PM and they assure me that we are looking the matter, it will take time but they are not assuring how much time they suppose to take.                                 I bought a LG G3 titan 32 GB Gold Handset from seller "Surf2getonline" with Paisa Pay Id:[protected] I Paid for the item on 7th Oct 2014 and till date I have not received my product. The seller is not replying to my email and the courier service blue dart have no clue where the item is. They have put on the website as showing delivered to me the item. But when I asked for the acknowledgment receipt they came up with a fake signature which I have contested. Its a whole SCAM. I have already paid the item in full and am still waiting for the package. I have raised the claim with Ebay claim id: 695063 Item Id:[protected] Its been more then 10 days and I have been constantly calling ebay but with no action. every time I am told that I will receive a call from ebay claim department with an update but no one ever calls. I think its a scam run by ebay and courier service blue dart. I am thinking of taking them to consumer court for falsifying my signatures and for frauding me out of money. I would welcome any advice.                                   I have ordered two items no[protected] and[protected] from ebay.in. It is a very costly product and I have also paid the money through my SBI debit card. But I have not received the item yet as these products crossed 12 days from date of purchase. I have also sent so many mails to the customer care but they did not replied to my queries and I have also sent so many mails to the courier Aramex but they also did not replied to my queries. The courier tracking number as provided by ebay.in was [protected] and [protected] . The courier was ARAMEX. Kindly help me regarding this issue...

                                    I have purchased on T shirt cost of Rs.799 of Chennai super kings via ebay portal. subsequently i got invoice and courier details in a day or two. While track on 15/10/2014 it was reached to kolkatta. Later, there is no response and my ordered item not reached to paradeep. Later I registered complaint via paisa pay which of ebay portal and there is no response. later I spoke to customer care wherein they asked all security question but they are not giving proper response. Today I tried toll free number and i got reply that your waiting time is approximately 23 min / 15 min ...etc., As we are in working environment iit is not possible to wait not more than 5 min. please note my order number of ebay...[protected]. my concern is at least they must respond to our query. still they did not have any concern about customers whether the item reached to customer or not. kindly resolve and help in this regard.                                       I had return shipment to Seller on dated 25/08/2014 by FedEx Currier Services And Seller (Anushka Enterprises ) Confirm Delivery On Dated 28/08/2014 . My FedEx Currier a Services Tracking No is[protected] . I got massage regarding my refund on 16/09/2014, and that massage clearly mention that payment of paisapay id [protected] and ref no .[protected] should be credit in 6-8 working days in your bank account . But after 2 month I did not received my refund payment.

                                        Ordered a product with below details on 14th Oct Item number:[protected] Seller ID: crave.cradle The item in not updated with any shipping details after a week and then I tried to contact seller, his both numbers are no working for me. Then I tried eBay support and after many time dialing and very long wait around 30 mins I got connected. I asked for the details and rep communicated me that she do no have any updates and it is updated by sellers only, they are helpless and can not do anything in this. No information provided. Then I asked for refund or cancellation of order as there is no link to cancel the order. Then she said we provide 3 days time for seller to update the shipping information and if it doesn't happen then we have automated system to start refund process, please wait for today EOD (20th Oct 14). When nothing happened and no further information provided and nothing communicated I contacted seller (still numbers not working) and then eBay again, this time when I explained her the scenario she said we can not do anything and when I asked for the refund she said let me check the status for refund, and disconnected. No information I had by that time. Then after multiple tries and 30-35 mins waiting I again connected to eBay and when discussed with rep he said we do not have any updated information from seller, we can raise a claim for refund but do not guarantee for its approval and refund. Ohh eBay guarantee sucks. Buyer are not even 0% safe with eBay. I asked to raise the claim, and now its been rejected just mentioned non eligibility and no other details. They are playing with buyers in support of sellers and selling the products forcefully. I want my refund for the product ordered but nothing seems to happen.
