Problem:Item not as described.

The above item which was found to be defective or malfunctional after series of tests. I reported the problem in my item to the seller along with photos. He said that first change my feedback, then i will ship a new LCD as replacement. I have been waiting for so many days for this item to arrive (more than 10 business days have passed)but still i haven't received this item so far. Further, the date of closing this case is approaching, so i need to check this new LCD against all possible defects as early as possible. Ebay.com will close my case on 25, Oct, 2014. I have only few days left. If new LCD is also found to defective, will i get same Money back Guarantee even if my case gets closed on 25 Oct. Please! revert me as early as possible.

Seller:1984yht888 has not levy any shipping charge as chinese govt foots the bill to promote export, return shipping charges from india to china are very high Fedex is charging: 2682 INR & DHL is charging: 2874 INR. I have purchased the above item for 3500 INR. So even if i get refund from seller, i will lose money equivalent to cost of new LCD module. As i can get it for 36 US $ (2200 INR) from buydisplay.com . Now what should i do to tackle this issue ?

    so far no steps taken by company except sending pre-recorded non sense mails committing deliver or refund. all communications are meaningless. i am yet hanging up. they send mails from no-reply mails and no phone number is provided.

      Hi, My name is Manas Banerjee from Kolkata. I have purchase a Sony Xperia C3 from Ebay on 21st Sept-14, cost is Rs.21, 268/-. I have make payment through Credit Card. That product suppose to delivered to me on 26th Sept-14. As I didn't received my product on time, I have register a refund claim on Ebay on 29th Sept-14. But till today I didn't received any refund, instead of that last monday I received a SMS & Mail from Ebay, that my product has been delivered to me, and it was updated on their business portal as well. Where as I have a written confirmation from Blue Dart (The courier company) that, they unable to track the product and ask Ebay for a refresh consignment. I have forward this mail to Ebay as well. Whenever I contact Ebay the representatives are asking for 48 hours resolution time, which I used to get whenever I make call to Ebay for the refund, they are saying that their team is investigating the matter with urgency. I don't know how much days it will take to investigate, where as I have the proof that I didn't received the product. This is total harassment and they are taking undue advantage of my money for last 1 month. Please help me to get my money back and I want to lodge a consumer harassment case againts Ebay, how to do that please guide me. Thanks, Manas Banerjee [protected]

      Did you manage to get a refund? If you have not got it already, I would suggest you file a complaint through the consumer forum.in your city and represent yourself as hiring a lawyer for such a small amount can be expensive
      Also ask for additional compensation ( at least 50K) for the distress they have caused you. The judge will be inclined toy award it as long as you are on the right side of the law.

              This is the worst service provider company. I place an order on[protected] and they said to me it will be delivered on[protected] But i can receive till now and whenever i call they give me the reason and you know the reason is because of Diwali there are holidays so your product is delivered on[protected]. I place this order because i want to give that gift to my brother on his b'dy on 23-10=2014. Never and ever use Ebay services.

                  Sir actually i want to raise a complaint against ebay they frauded me i bought one product worth of 1050rs from ebay which was a fake product then ii returned that product as a result they sent me money which took long time 1 month now when i am trying to call them they are not solving my problem and always telling we cant do any thing and talking so rudely..again they did not called to confirm on which name check will going to issue they instead create my check in the name of my ebay userid so now i cant able to clear my check due to my name...Please help sir i really want my money... each and every day they are frauding customer please sir do some thing...Thanks My claim id on ebay :615450 they sent one check which is now tottaly waste of 1050rs bank is accepting the check either or ebay responding me.

                        Hi, I had purchased a nexus 5 phone from ebay and just within the first 2 months, the screen blacked out and the phone has stopped working now. I tried getting in touch withdrew seller but he says that i will have to send the phone to chennai and then he will have a look at it. He also disconnected my phone when I argued that how within first 2 months can a brand new phone stop working. I tried contacting ebay india through their site but after entering my complaint and all the details, it said that a complaint cannot be registered after 1 month. I tried contacting them on their customer care number but it just does not get through. Pls help me on this matter. The phone was a first smartphone we took and this is the condition right now. I am extremely angry and furious at the service provided by ebay and the sellers registered on ebay.                               Thus is not correct as I have not received it till today 29 th December 2015.

                                Hi Sir, I have purchased Micromax for my mobile Canvas Nitro A310. (Pay paaisa id [protected]) ( Speaker Dead) from ebay. I purchased this mobile from ebay on 25 th.Still I am not able to use it.As I contacted the Micromax service center they provided the D.O.A dated 4th Oct. As ebay customer care member informed me I sent a mail to ebay ([protected]@ebay.com) on 4th October.Till now ebay has not contacted me and given a resolution. I contacted them 3 times and I got different action items from each of them.Finally as per my discussion on 17th oct with ebay they have asked me to contact seller and ask him to send D.O.A approval request to ebay. I mailed and further called the seller and he agreed that he will respond to the mail and after that I need to send this item to him. Till now he also not responded. So even after getting a D.O.A I am not able to get it replaced.I believe there will be expiry period for this D.O.A ( dated on 14 th Oct 2014).So both ebay and seller is trying to expire that period and make me fool so that they don't have to replace or refund this item. I typing this mail at this time (3:11 AM IST) because I am exhausted even after crying to ebay and seller.                                         As per our request under eBay Guarantee claim against Claim ID: 681870 vide PaisaPay ID: [protected] and Item number:[protected] was raised but in spite of waiting till date no response from either Seller or eBay side except today’s response Action : Buyer to provide Proof of "Item not as described”. It is quite unexpected that once buyer has raised the Guarantee claim, indicating the item which was received was an USED Item also having short supply of earphone and most importantly as per Apple policy, the demo product can’t be resold. Instated of asking this question, how the seller has sold the product as “Brand New Product” through eBay, surprisingly you are asking the proof of “item not as described “from the buyer? The proof o[censored]sed item has already been described posting snap shots in your site for reference. If you go through as per the heading of the item during purchase, it was clearly written that the product was Brand new which will be immediately workable when it will be connected into iTune but after doing the same exercise, most of the icon of iPhone were not functioning properly at all. In view of above, your immediate action is required to replace the OLD USED Product with a Real Brand New iPhone 5C with 16GB. At the same time Seller should also be banned for selling any product through eBay with immediate effect before spoiling your company’s Name & Fame so that nobody can be cheated further.
