      Hello My name is Chirag Trivedi. I have a complaint against Ebay (101B Akhroti Cororate Park LBS Marg Kanjur Marg (West) Mumbai : 400078). I had ordered a product Imported Jack Daniels Wine Holder/Liquor Holder Hip Flask from ebay on 23/09/2014 and it has to be delivered on 30/09/2014 to me but i haven't got it on time and after talking with their bad Customer Care now they say that the product has been already delivered to me on time, but i haven't got it yet. I also requested for a refund today to the customer care but they are not processing it but also they are giving silly reasons, The name of the person to whom i forced for the refund is Nikhil Chandra. I paid the amount of 350Rs. Now i just want to complain regarding them as their is no Satisfaction, No customer Service and also Regarding the money i Paid.           I bought a new Kobo glo from Ebay.in. But, I received a defective product. I raised a claim with ebay and they are saying that I should contact the manufacturer for warranty claim. Why should I have to deal with the manufacturer when the seller sent me defective item. They are willingly selling defective products and then causing buyers to go through hoops.

              I ordered 2 quantity SanDisk 64 GB Micro SD HC Ultra Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card with Adapter [protected] ) wroth Rs.5080.00 On 23/09/14. On 23/09/14 i got email from ebay saying that "Seller has shipped your order (PaisaPay ID [protected])". My order shipped through DTDC and Airway Bill Details: H34847636. On 26/09/14 Ordered is delivered but when i open i get shocked because i got a 2 quantity sandisk 64 gb memory card in loose/open/used/[censored]/duplicate condition(Its not a seal packed product). After that i checked the bill but i found that their is no VAT PAID BILL to claim for 5 year manufacture warranty. Their is only ebay order statement which is not a vat paid bill. As per description on "http://www.ebay.in/itm/SanDisk-64-GB-Micro-SD-HC-Ultra-Class-10-UHS-1-Memory-Ca... Its clearly mention that product condition is "New: A brand-new, unused and undamaged item. See the seller's listing for full details."; Warranty " Manufacturer Warranty" ; Warranty Partner Name "Sandisk" and Duration "5 years". Now, on 27/09/14 Saturday i try to open ebay guarantee but i got a below mentio error: - Page not found and PaisaPay ID not found. I regularly tried on 28 and 29 sept 14 but i m facing same issue. Now, finally i success on 29/09/14 when i open a com plane with Claim ID : 666877, PaisaPay ID:[protected]. Now, today evening i got a call from [protected] at 6:30 pm, when i ans the same i found its mr. sachin from ebay india. On the whole call Mr. sachin dont understand the meaning of word "loose". He regularly saying me why i accept the product if its Loose? Now, ebay india have to answer the same ques. How i know what is under the shipment without accept the shipment from DTDC BOY. i regularly saying the same thing but mr.sachin dont understand. Lastly i dont frustrated and disconnected the call. On the same time i m in a movies. Now, after 1 min i got a call from same number, again same person and i told him i m in a movie so, request him to call me again but he dont understand. i again disconnected. he again call me. lastly i have to continue with him for resolution. But mr. sachin waste my 30 mins and always force me the i m false. Mr. sachin also told me ebay order statement is a valid bill to claim manufacturer warranty and force me to keep [censored]/duplicate/used product. If buyer is busy when ebay call to buyer that buyer is again fraud. Ebay India waste my 30 mins of Movies. I go for a Movies for enjoyment but its mr. sachin from ebay india regularly disturb me. Lastly i have to switch off my mobile. Now, Ebay india CEO ANSWER ME FOLLOWING MENTION QUESTIONS??? 1. I GOT A LOOSE/OPEN/USED PRODUCT BUT ORDERED BRAND NEW SEAL PACKED PRODUCT FORM EBAY INDIA.                   I purchased tablet cover from ebay with inbuilt speakers, but i received in non working condition, (Speakers were not working and quality of cover is worst) i raised a claim with ebay (Claim id 628001), when i open the website after 4 days, they have closed my claim, saying phone was ringing and customer didn't left the call. So, they closed the claim, when i called them, they said, it is not possible to refund for the product as the claim is closed and hence it is not possible to re-open the claim and i tried to call customer support team, they are not responding to my calls, chats and emails.                       Till yesterday ebay was my favorite online website but now onwards i will never go to ebay & will advise to my near & dear one to not buy anything from this worst website & worst customer care. Yesterday i got delivery of lava mobile but initially it's not getting on & after some time its being frequently off automatically, when i called to customer care they tell me go to service center. i feel very bad they sold me a defected piece & now i will have to go service center so many times.. even the service center is 50 km away from my house. the worst thing happened with me when i raised a complain against it in ebay guarantee scheme they rejected my complain by sending a sms. then why ebay claimed 100% cutomer satisfaction. i will put a lot of blogs every where.i really feeling very bad...                       i purchase a one item through ebay but it get damaged, I file a claim, but my claim has rejected 2 times and now the item is with seller and no response from seller as well as ebay, very bad support and harsh with the consumer, and no one taking care of this, more than 2 months has passed, i sends also the legal notice, and call to ebay also, but ebay is sayin we cant do u go to consumer court nothing will happen, its way to talking like this with consumer, i am so sad of this type of service from ebay, and it is happen in india, till this date the issue is pending

                        I ordered a samsung galaxy s4 back cover And they gave me samsung s4 mini back cover I raised complaint i received it On next day they tried to call me bt due to my office i was not able to attend the cal. So i tried to cal back bt nt able to connect with them After that i send a mail again Bt 1 day later i got a mail that ur clain rejected After that i cal 3 times on customer care bt they said system is down, we wil call u back

                          I ordered a blackberry Z3 flip cover and paid by net banking from ebay. Product delivery date was 17 sept 2014 but I couldnt receive my flip cover yet.whenever I call them they just say we will contact you within 24-48 hrs but actually there is no response from them.i claimed a complaint but they closed it stating your product is delivered to somewhat wrong address.what to do now I m not getting.pay paisa ID for my product is [protected].                             Dear Sir, Claim ID: 644129 Paisa Pay ID:[protected] I have purchased a DATAWIND UBSLATE 3G7 Tablet on dated 27th August, 2014 from ebay.in & paid through HDFC Credit card for Rs. 4674.15/-. I have purchased the above said product within 30 days 100% satisfaction or Easy Refund basis. After using 5 days, tablet got hanged & not restarted . battery back up of this tablet was very very poor & display quality is not also good. I want to return this tablet to the eBay & I want refund of my money back. for this i have contacted to ebay customer care center & got eBay Gurantee Claim ID: 644129 they assure us that your refund is on process & it will take 2 days time. After 2 days i have got one massage that your claim id for refund is rejected without proper reason. Hence you are requested to take appropriate action in this regard.                             We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.
                            But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are
                            excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorised service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.
                            However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you
                            may provide a DOA / Declaration letter from the authorized service

                              Hi, I purchased a camping stove from ebay on Sunday June 22nd 2014. From the dealer, I got a mail mentioninng that I have to wait for 25 days before they could deliver. I waited 25 days and I did not get the package. Once I contacted them on 26th day, they mentioned that the package was not delivered due to import checks, and mentioned that they will send it back in another 25 days. so its 50 days of wait! Ofcourse the next result is same, that I did not get the package. Later, when I contacted ebay to handle the issue they say, they are not responsible if I dont get the package from their dealer! They are not ready to take up the issue after 30 days itseems. Dont they know their dealer is cheating customer asking them to wait for 25 days!! Once it crosses 30 days you cant even leave a feedback on dealer, meaning you should forget your money if you dont get your stuff within 30 days. Beware of ebay. Regards, Krishna

                                  Complain against Ebay India Pvt. Ltd.: Ref: Item Id:[protected], Order_Id:[protected].[protected], Paisa pay Payment ID: [protected], Claim Id: 552728, Seller bill No.2352 Dt. 30-Jun-2014 Mukth Computer Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Vijaywada I placed order for a brand New, Unused, undamaged Dell Inspiron 15 3537 Cor i3 (4th Gen) 1.7 Ghz, 500 GB, 4GB with 1 year warranty on 26-June-2014 and paid Rs.28173/- online to Ebay with above referred details. I received an dead non working notebook on 01-July-2014 and informed Ebay and seller immediately. Seller didn't replied my communication hence I have raised claim for faulty item on Ebay. Ebay Asked me to get a DOA letter. I got a letter from local computer dealer that notebook supplied by Mukth Computer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Is dead. Ebay rejected my claim stating that I have to get DOA Letter from Authorized Service Center of Dell. I Called Dell India Customer care and requested for letter which they refused. I visited Nearest Dell Authorized service center with faulty notebook and requested for DOA letter, and Dell India Service Center refused to provide may any letter stating that they don't have any such procedure to issue DOA letter. After followup with seller, finally Dell Service Engineer visited my place and tried to repair notebook by replacement of mother board and some other part, but failed to power on the notebook. He also informed me that the screen of the notebook is damaged. He provided me Complain Report stating that this notebook is dead and damaged. I forwarded this report to Ebay, and after many email and telephonic followup customer care refused to accept my claim stating I need to get DOA letter from Dell India, which Dell India is refusing to provide. When I contacted Seller for replacement/refund, he refused to take any action stating that he has not received payment from Ebay, hence will not be able to provide any support. I again wrote letter to The Customer Grievance Cell of Ebay on 23rd Aug 2014 and got a call from Ebay on 30th Aug 2014 that they have received letter and will reply soon. I am sorry to inform all readers that I have not received any written reply for my complains by email, Phone and Letter till date. Ebay is rejecting my claim stating I need to get DOA letter from Dell. Dell is not issuing any such letter and sent quotation of Rs.11, 000/- for repair of a brand new notebook. Seller is not providing any support stating he has not received payment from Ebay. Thus A customer is running pillar to post to get service due to purchasing Brand New notebook online from Ebay after making full payment of Rs.28173/- I once again request Ebay India, Del India and Mukth Computer to resolve this issue, failing to which I will be compelled to approach Consumer Forrum for resolution.                                     Hi Team, Item was not delivered to me, it was sent back to seller via courier agent. I have updated the claim with details i have with me. I am sharing the tracking no with you as well. Courier : DTDC Tracking No.: M09547739 As you can see in the tracking status, the item was shipped by the seller on Booking Date Tuesday, August, 05, 2014. And same was not delivered to me in Noida, instead it was sent back to seller from noida courier office. Same i had communicated to seller as over the phone. I got call from ebay CS and they asked me to provide the tracking details which seller shared with me. They tracked the item and found the item has reached Noida. Then they closed claim stating "Item has been delivered to buyer and closing the claim with my consent ". I have already mentioned multiple times that item was never delivered to me. then how can i provide proof to the ebay that i have shipped the item back. Why ebay is asking me to reship the item which i have never received.

The item I bought (Piston Xioami Earphones/Headphones for Xiaomi mi3 and redmi 1s (OEM)) from ebay.in on 11/09/14. Price (Rs.939.06) coupon discounted price. Issue: Earphone's clip is missing from the product, and sound quality is not as expected. When I raised a claim to refund money, I got to know from their customer that product which I purchased is not original, that's why clip is not available with the product. I was shocked to know that the item which I purchased is not original, they said (Customer Care) it is clearly mentioned on Item’s title that it is (OEM). My question is if it is not original, why it is not mentioned clearly, why jargon word is used. I am not aware of OEM; I purchased the product because I knew it was original, I paid same money as original even more than that. Now Customer Care has rejected my claim and denied to refund, and not even ready to replace the item with original piece. It has been very annoyed, and worst online shopping experience with eBay.
